技术领域
本申请涉及计算机技术领域,具体涉及一种基于会话的信息处理方法、装置、设备及介质。
背景技术
为实现工作的高效协作,用户通过使用协同工作软件完成信息的沟通。然而,一些协同工作软件仅能实现一项协同功能,当用户需要利用其它协同功能时,需要从当前协同工作软件切换到其他协同工作软件,影响工作效率,导致用户使用体验较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种基于会话的信息处理方法、装置、设备及介质,以实现通过会话进行信息收集,提高用户使用体验。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
在本申请第一方面,提供了一种基于会话的信息处理方法,该方法包括:
显示即时通信应用中的第一会话的会话界面,在所述会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件,所述第一预设位置与所述会话界面中的输入框相邻,或所述第一预设位置位于所述会话界面的输入框中;
响应于第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签;
响应于所述第一用户对所述一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得所述第一用户在所述第一页面进行信息填写。
在本申请第二方面,提供了一种基于会话的信息处理装置,该装置包括:
第一显示单元,用于显示即时通信应用中的第一会话的会话界面,在所述会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件,所述第一预设位置与所述会话界面中的输入框相邻,或所述第一预设位置位于所述会话界面的输入框中;
第二显示单元,用于响应于第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签;
第三显示单元,用于响应于所述第一用户对所述一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得所述第一用户在所述第一页面进行信息填写。

本申请中,在即时通信应用的第一会话对应的会话界面中,可以在会话界面的第一预设位置显示第一控件。其中,第一预设位置与会话界面中的输入框相邻或者位于会话界面的输入框中。响应于第一用户对第一控件的触发操作,在会话界面中显示一个或多个菜单标签。其中,一个或多个菜单标签中不同菜单标签对应不同的页面。响应于第一用户对一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得第一用户在第一页面中进行信息填写。本申请通过在聊天会话页面中展示第一控件的方式,将会话“应用化”,支持快捷填写信息,提升用户使用体验。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
即时通信应用中的会话是企业沟通协作的主场景,在项目管理、线下门店巡检、销售战报收集等信息收集场景中,通过会话来承载信息收集-汇总-查看链路,可以为一线员工提供方便易用的信息收集工具,让管理者一目了然的查看信息的汇总分析,流程更集中。
为将会话打造成一个“业务应用”,本申请可以通过将输入框菜单和多维表格功能进行组合,以将零散的信息格式化的收集起来,提升信息收集效率。具体地,显示即时通信应用中第一会话的会话界面,在该会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件。其中,第一预设位置与会话界面中的输入框相邻,或者位于会话界面的输入框中,便于用户快速查找第一控件。响应于第一用户对第一控件的触发操作,在会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签。响应于第一用户对一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,从而便于第一用于在第一页面进行信息填写,实现信息收集。
为便于理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种基于会话的信息处理方法,该方法可以由即时通信应用执行,该即时通信应用可以安装在电子设备中。其中,电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
S101:显示即时通信应用中第一会话的会话界面。
本实施例中,当第一用户触发打开即时通信应用中第一会话时,显示该第一会话的会话界面。其中,在会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件,该第一控件用于显示一个或多个菜单标签。其中,第一预设位置可以与会话界面中的输入框相邻,例如第一控件位于输入框的左侧或右侧,或者第一预设位置位于会话界面的输入框中,即在会话界面的输入框中显示第一控件。
例如图2a所示,显示第一会话的会话界面200,该会话界面包括两个显示区域,第一显示区域201用于显示会话的基础信息,例如第一会话的名称、头像、所包括的群成员人数以及消息标签和云文档标签等,通过点击云文档标签可以查看在该第一会话中所发送的各个云文档。第二显示202用于显示第一会话中所发送的消息、输入框203以及第一控件204。通过图2a可知,第一控件204所在的位置与输入框203相邻,位于输入框203的左侧。再例如图2b所示,第一控件204位于输入框203中。
需要说明的是,图2a和图2b仅作为一种示例呈现第一控件的显示位置,不对第一控件的具体显示位置构成限定。
S102:响应于第一用户对第一控件的触发操作,在会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签。
在接收到第一用户对第一控件的触发操作后,在会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签。其中,一个或多个菜单标签中每个菜单标签可以对应一个信息收集页面。
其中,在会话界面中显示一个或多个菜单标签可以包括以下实现方式:
一种是,响应于第一用户对第一控件的触发操作,在会话界面中直接显示一个或多个菜单标签。例如图3a所示,当用户触发图2a中的第一控件204后,在会话界面中显示菜单标签1和菜单标签2。
另一种是,响应于第一用户对第一控件的触发操作,在输入框所在的位置处显示一个或多个菜单标签。例如,图3b所示,当用户触发图2a或图2b所示的第一控件204后,取消显示输入框,并在输入框所在的位置显示菜单标签1、菜单标签2。通过图3a和图3b可知,当通过触发第一控件显示的菜单标签时,还可以显示各菜单标签对应的图标。
在一些实施方式中,当第一用户对第一控件进行触发后,将取消显示第一控件,并在第一预设位置显示第二控件;响应于第一用户对第二控件的触发操作,在第一预设位置显示第一控件,并取消显示所述第二控件以及一个或多个菜单标签。也就是,当第一用户触发第一控件后,将在会话界面显示第二控件、一个或多个菜单标签,并取消显示第一控件;当第一用户触发第二控件后,将在会话界面显示第一控件,并取消显示第二控件以及一个或多个菜单标签,实现会话界面所显示内容的切换。例如,当第一用户对图2a或图2b中的第一控件204触发后,将在图3b对应的示意图中显示第二控件205以及各个菜单标签。
在一些实施方式中,在会话界面所显示的菜单标签(一级菜单标签)可以包括子菜单标签(二级标签菜单),若上述所显示的一个或多个菜单标签中包括存在子菜单标签的第二菜单标签,所述方法还包括:响应于第一用户对第二菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第二菜单标签所对应的一个或多个子菜单标签。也就是,当通过触发第一控件所显示的菜单标签还包括下一级菜单标签时,通过触发该菜单标签,可以在会话界面中显示下一级菜单标签。
具体地,在显示第二菜单标签对应的一个或多个子菜单标签时,可以以气泡菜单形式唤起该第二菜单标签所对应的一个或多个子菜单标签,形成动态展示效果。例如,以气泡菜单形式从下往上唤起。
例如,图4a所示,通过触发第一控件后,在会话界面显示菜单标签1和菜单标签2。其中,菜单标签1为包括二级菜单标签的一级菜单标签,菜单标签2为不包括二级菜单标签的一级菜单标签,当用户触发菜单标签1后,在会话界面中通过气泡菜单形式显示其对应的多个子菜单标签。通过图4a可知,包括二级菜单标签的菜单标签1对应的图标与不包括二级菜单标签的菜单标签2所对应的图标不同。在实际应用中,用户可以通过不同图标可以区分哪个一级菜单标签包括二级菜单标签。
其中,为保持显示页面的整洁和美观,可以预先设置一级菜单标签和二级菜单标签的数量、占位宽度、图标样式等。具体地,可以包括以下方面:
(一)菜单标签数量上限:
例如,设定一级菜单标签最多展示3个;二级菜单标签最多展示5个。
(二)菜单宽度:
一级菜单标签:例如,字数限制4个中文汉字或8个英文字母;配置时不允许超出,超出报错,超出部分直接截断不展示;
二级菜单标签:当一级菜单标签在页面中横向排列时,可以根据一级菜单标签的数量确定二级菜单标签的宽度,例如,1个或2个一级菜单标签时,二级菜单标签的最小宽度148像素;3个一级菜单标签时,二级菜单标签最小宽度96像素。
(三)菜单标签标题
菜单标签可选配图标icon,当一级菜单下包含二级菜单时,默认展示“汉堡”图标示意菜单可展开。
字符数上限:一级菜单标签不包含icon在内的字符数上限为{8};二级菜单标签不包含icon在内的字符数上限为{24}。
S103:响应于第一用户对一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示该第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得第一用户通过第一页面进行信息填写。其中,第一页面的表项形式可以是多维表格,通过多维表格进行信息收集。
本实施例中,当第一用户触发第一菜单标签后,将显示该第一菜单标签对应应用的第一页面,以便第一用户在第一页面中进行相关信息的填写,从而实现通过会话实现信息收集,将会话应用化。其中,菜单标签对应的应用于即时通信应用为不同的应用,菜单标签对应的应用与即时通信应用可以集成在同一客户端中,也可以分属于不同的客户端。
其中,第一页面的呈现方式可以包括:全屏显示或半屏显示。全屏显示是指第一页面完全覆盖在会话界面上,用户看不到会话界面中的任何信息;半屏显示是指第一页面部分覆盖在会话界面上,用户可以查看到会话界面中的部分信息。例如,在半屏显示方式下,可以看到第一会话的群名称、群头像等基础信息。
例如,图4b所示,当第一用户对图2a或图2b中菜单标签1触发点击操作后,以半屏方式显示该菜单标签1对应的应用的页面400。页面400是以门店巡检场景为例进行说明,通过页面400巡检员可以填写所巡检的门店、店面形象的管理以及上传店面形象的照片等信息。当巡检员通过页面400填写完成相关信息后,点击上传控件,将巡检内容进行上传保存。
其中,当一个或多个菜单标签中包括存在子菜单标签的第二菜单标签,响应于所述第一用户对第二菜单标签的触发操作,显示该第二菜单标签所对应的一个或多个子菜单标签;响应于第一用户对一个或多个子菜单标签中目标子菜单标签的触发操作,显示该目标子菜单对应的应用的第二页面。其中,第二页面的显示方式可以参见第一页面的显示方式,本实施例在此不再赘述。
在一些实施方式中,响应于第一用户在第一页面或第二页面完成信息填写,向第一会话发送第一通知消息,并在第一会话的会话界面中显示该第一通知消息。其中,第一通知消息用于通知第一会话内的用户已完成信息的填写。
其中,向第一会话发送第一通知消息的具体实现包括:响应于第一用户在第一页面完成信息填写,由第一页面对应的应用的服务器向即时通信服务器发送通知消息,再由即时通信服务器根据通知消息触发向第一会话发送第一通知消息的操作。即,当第一用户在第一页面内完成信息填写操作后,第一页面的应用将向其对应的服务器发送完成填写的通知消息,进而该服务器向即时通信服务器发送上述通知消息,从而触发即时通信服务器向第一会话中发送第一通知消息。其中,即时通信服务器在向第一会话中发送第一通知消息时,可以以第一用户身份发送第一通知消息(即,第一通知消息的发送人为第一用户),或者以系统消息的方式发送第一通知消息(即,第一通知消息的发送人为该第一会话中的机器人)。对于第一通知消息以何种方式发送,可以在即时通信服务器或第一页面的应用对应服务器中预先设定,本实施例在此不再限定。
在一些实施方式中,当第一用户在第一页面中完成信息填写后,还可以在第一会话的会话界面的第二预设位置显示第一菜单标签,以便第一会话中成员可以通过第二预设位置所显示的第一菜单标签快速查看第一用户在第一页面所填写的信息。
其中,会话界面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,第一显示区域位于会话界面的顶部,用于显示第一会话的基础信息;第二显示区域位于第一显示区域的下方,用于显示第一会话中的消息;第二预设位置位于第一显示区域中。具体地,第二预设位置位于第一显示区域与第二显示区域相邻的位置。例如图4c所示,会话界面200中包括第一显示区域201、第二显示区域202,在第一显示区域201中显示第一菜单标签以及其对应的图标。
在一些实施方式中,若第一页面中所收集的信息对应的收集结果包含第一状态的信息,在第一通知消息中添加与第一状态对应的信息。或者,若第一页面中所收集的信息对应收集结果包含标识第一状态的信息,向会话界面发送包含于第一状态对应的信息的第二通知消息。其中,第一状态用于指示收集结果的状态,例如,收集结果正常或收集结果异常。在本实施例中,第一状态用于指示收集结果异常;第二状态用于指示收集结果正常。例如,在门店巡检场景下,第一状态指示巡检不合格;第二状态指示巡检合格。
本实施例中,在第一页面中所收集的信息对应的收集结果包含表示第一状态的信息时,可以直接在第一通知消息中添加与第一状态对应的信息,以在会话界面中展示与第一状态对应的信息。或者,通过额外发送第二通知消息的方式,来通知第一会话内的用户收集结果存在异常。
在一些实施方式中,当第一页面的收集结果包含表示第一状态的信息时,为使得第一会话内的目标用户进行及时处理,第一通知消息或第二通知消息中还包括提示第一会话内第二用户的标识。例如,图5a所示,即时通信服务器以巡检员身份在第一会话内发送第一通知消息或第二通知消息,并@张xxx即时处理不合格项。
其中,确定第二用户的具体实现包括:当第一页面中所收集的信息对应的收集结果包含表示第一状态的信息时,由第一页面对应的应用的服务器基于预设对应关系确定处理第一状态的第二用户,并向即时通信服务器发送包括第二用户的标识的通知消息,进而由即时通信服务器根据通知消息触发向第一会话发送包括提及第二用户的标识的第一通知消息或第二通知消息。具体地,当第一用户在第一页面中完成信息填写且收集结果包括表示第一状态,第一页面对应的应用的服务器在分析出第一状态后,基于预设对应关系确定处理第一状态的第二用户,以便在向即时通信服务器发送通知消息时,在该通知消息中添加第二用户的标识,以使得即时通信服务器在向第一会话中发送消息时,发送包括提及第二用户的标识的第一通知消息或第二通知消息。其中,预设对应关系中可以记载第一页面的标识,以及负责处理第一页面的用户标识。
其中,第一通知消息或第二通知消息中可以包括第三控件,响应于第二用户对第三控件的触发操作,显示处理页面;响应于第二用户在处理页面内的触发操作,向会话界面发送第三通知消息。其中,第三通知消息用于通知第一用户已处理完第一状态的信息。例如,图5a所示的在第一通知消息或第二通知消息中包括第三控件300,通过触发该第三控件300,显示处理页面。其中,处理页面可以以全屏方式显示或半屏方式显示。例如,在门店巡查场景中,处理页面用于处理巡检项中的异常项,第二用户可以在处理页面中填写整改后的信息。
其中,第三通知消息中还可以包括提及第一用户的标识,以便提醒第一用户及时确定处理结果。例如,图5b所示,即时通信服务器以第二用户的身份向第一会话内发送第三通知消息,并在第三通知消息中@第一用户王x。
在一些实施方式中,第三通知消息中包括第四控件,响应于第一用户对第四控件的触发操作,显示确认页面,该确认页面显示处理结果、第五控件和第六控件,第五控件用于确认异常情况已消除,第六控件用于确认异常情况尚未消除;响应于第一用户对第五控件的触发操作,向会话界面发送第四通知消息;响应于第二用户对第六控件的触发操作,向会话界面发送第五通知消息。其中,第四通知消息用于通知第二用户异常情况已消除,第五通知消息用于通知第二用户异常情况尚未消除,需要继续处理。其中,确认页面可以以弹窗的形式覆盖在会话界面上,例如以全屏方式覆盖在会话界面上,或半屏方式覆盖在会话界面上。
例如,图5c所示,响应于第一用户对图5b中第四控件400的触发操作,显示确认页面500,该确认页面显示处理相关信息、第五控件501和第六控件502。
其中,为使得用户可以对第一通知消息、第二通知消息或第三通知消息中的控件进行触发,第一通知消息、第二通知消息和第三通知消息可以以消息卡片的形式显示在会话界面中,从而通过消息卡片进行相应的处理。
可见,在即时通信应用的第一会话对应的会话界面中,可以在会话界面的第一预设位置显示第一控件。其中,第一预设位置与会话界面中的输入框相邻或者位于会话界面的输入框中。响应于第一用户对第一控件的触发操作,在会话界面中显示一个或多个菜单标签。其中,一个或多个菜单标签中不同菜单标签对应不同的页面。响应于第一用户对一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得第一用户在第一页面中进行信息填写。本申请通过在聊天会话页面中展示第一控件的方式,将会话“应用化”,支持快捷填写信息,提升用户使用体验。
基于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例提供了一种基于会话的信息处理装置和电子设备,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图6,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种基于会话的信息处理装置结构图,如图6所示,该装置包括:第一显示单元601、第二显示单元602和第三显示单元603。
其中,第一显示单元601,用于显示即时通信应用中的第一会话的会话界面,在所述会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件,所述第一预设位置与所述会话界面中的输入框相邻,或所述第一预设位置位于所述会话界面的输入框中;
第二显示单元602,用于响应于第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签;
第三显示单元603,用于响应于所述第一用户对所述一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得所述第一用户在所述第一页面进行信息填写。
在一些实施方式中,所述装置还包括:发送单元;

需要说明的是,本实施例中各个单元的具体实现可以参见上述方法实施例中的相关描述。本申请实施例中对单元的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。本申请实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。例如,上述实施例中,处理单元和发送单元可以是同一个单元,也可以是不同的单元。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
参见图7,其示出了适于用来实现本公开实施例的电子设备700的结构示意图。本公开实施例中的终端设备可以包括但不限于诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图7示出的电子设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本公开实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图7所示,电子设备700可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)701,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)702中的程序或者从存储装置708加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)703中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM703中,还存储有电子设备700操作所需的各种程序和数据。处理装置701、ROM 702以及RAM 703通过总线704彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口705也连接至总线704。

    显示即时通信应用中的第一会话的会话界面,在所述会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件,所述第一预设位置与所述会话界面中的输入框相邻,或所述第一预设位置位于所述会话界面的输入框中;
    响应于第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签;
    响应于所述第一用户对所述一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得所述第一用户在所述第一页面进行信息填写。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一用户在所述第一页面完成信息填写,向所述第一会话发送第一通知消息,所述第一会话的会话界面中显示所述第一通知消息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于所述第一用户在所述第一页面完成信息填写,向所述第一会话发送第一通知消息,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户在所述第一页面完成信息填写,由所述第一页面对应的应用的服务器向即时通信服务器发送通知消息,所述即时通信服务器根据所述通知消息触发向所述第一会话发送第一通知消息的操作。

    在所述第一会话的会话界面的第二预设位置显示所述第一菜单标签。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述会话界面包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述第一显示区域位于所述会话界面的顶部,用于显示所述第一会话的基础信息;所述第二显示区域位于所述第一显示区域的下方,用于显示所述第一会话中的消息;所述第二预设位置位于所述第一显示区域。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签,包括:

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述一个或多个菜单标签 中包括存在子菜单标签的第二菜单标签,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一用户对所述第二菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第二菜单标签所对应的一个或多个子菜单标签;
    响应于所述第一用户对所述一个或多个子菜单标签中目标子菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述目标子菜单对应的应用的第二页面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于所述第一用户对所述第二菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第二菜单标签对应的一个或多个子菜单标签,包括:
    响应于所述第一用户对所述第二菜单标签的触发操作,以气泡菜单形式唤起所述第二菜单标签所对应的一个或多个子菜单标签。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述第一页面中所收集的信息对应的收集结果包含表示第一状态的信息,在所述第一通知消息中添加与所述第一状态对应的信息;
    或者,
    若所述第一页面中所收集的信息对应收集结果包含表示第一状态的信息,向所述会话界面发送包含与所述第一状态对应的信息的第二通知消息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息或所述第二通知消息中还包括提及所述第一会话内第二用户的标识。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在在于,所述方法包括:
    若所述第一页面中所收集的信息对应收集结果包含表示第一状态的信息,由所述第一页面对应的应用的服务器基于预设对应关系确定处理第一状态的第二用户,向即时通信服务器发送包括所述第二用户的标识的通知消息,所述即时通信服务器根据所述通知消息触发向所述第一会话发送包括提及所述第二用户的标识的所述第一通知消息或所述第二通知消息的操作。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一通知消息或第二通知消息中包括第三控件,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第二用户对所述第三控件的触发操作,显示处理页面;
    响应于所述第二用户在所述处理页面内的触发操作,向所述会话界面发送第三通知消息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三通知消息中包括第四控件,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述第一用户对所述第四控件的触发操作,显示确认页面,所述确认页面显示处理结果、第五控件和第六控件,所述第五控件用于确认所述异常情况已消除,所述第六控件用于确认所述异常情况尚未消除;
    响应于所述第一用户对所述第五控件的触发操作,向所述会话界面发送第四通知消息;
    响应于所述第二用户对所述第六控件的触发操作,向所述会话界面发送第五通知消息。

    响应于所述第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面的所述第一预设位置显示第二控件,并取消显示所述第一控件;
    响应于所述第一用户对所述第二控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示所述第一控件,并取消显示所述第二控件以及所述一个或多个菜单标签。
  16. 一种基于会话的信息处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一显示单元,用于显示即时通信应用中的第一会话的会话界面,在所述会话界面的第一预设位置显示有第一控件,所述第一预设位置与所述会话界面中的输入框相邻,或所述第一预设位置位于所述会话界面的输入框中;
    第二显示单元,用于响应于第一用户对所述第一控件的触发操作,在所述会话界面显示一个或多个菜单标签;
    第三显示单元,用于响应于所述第一用户对所述一个或多个菜单标签中第一菜单标签的触发操作,显示所述第一菜单标签对应的应用的第一页面,以使得所述第一用户在所述第一页面进行信息填写。
