为了解决上述技术问题,技术人员会在按摩枪内设置音频播放器,以使用户在使用按摩枪按摩的过程中,能够同时通过设置在按摩枪内的音频播放器实现听音乐的功能,例如中国专利(公开号CN210872908U)公开的一种音乐筋膜枪,通过增设音频播放器不仅丰富了按摩枪的功能多样性,同时也增加了用户使用的便捷性,上述音乐按摩枪的按摩结构包括驱动电机、传动机构和按摩头,驱动电机通过传动机构带动按摩头实现按摩功能,但是现有的音乐按摩枪结构复杂且体积较大,使用起来较为笨重。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种音频按摩枪,兼具按摩功能和播放音频的功能,大大丰富了按摩枪的功能,同时本按摩枪省去了驱动电机和传动机构,使得该按摩枪零部件更少、体积更加小巧且装配更加方便。

本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种音频按摩枪,包括按摩枪本体和音频按摩装置,所述按摩枪本体内设有容腔,所述音频按摩装置固定连接于容腔内,音频按摩装置的按摩头伸出于容腔,按摩枪本体内设有供电模块、控制模块和喇叭模块,音频按摩装置通过供电模块供电,音频按摩装置通过控制模块输入音频信号,输入音频按摩装置后的音频信号通过喇叭模块播放,音频按摩装置在输入音频信号时产生磁场,通过磁场与音频按摩装置内的磁块相互作用以驱动按摩头往复振动。

如图1-7所示,一种音频按摩枪,包括按摩枪本体1和音频按摩装置2,所述按摩枪本体1内设有容腔11,所述音频按摩装置2固定连接于容腔11内,音频按摩装置2的按摩头25伸出于容腔11,按摩枪本体1内设有供电模块3、控制模块4和喇叭模块5,供电模块3、控制模块4、喇叭模块5均与按摩枪本体1电性连接,音频按摩装置2通过供电模块3供电,音频按摩装置2通过控制模块4输入音频信号,输入音频按摩装置2后的音频信号通过喇叭模块5播放,音频按摩装置2在输入音频信号时产生磁场,通过磁场与音频按摩装置2内的磁块22相互作用以驱动按摩头25往复振动。
所述音频按摩装置2包括磁屏蔽罩21、磁块22、振动片23、音圈座24和按摩头25,所述磁屏蔽罩21设有上端开口的空腔211,所述磁块22固定安装于空腔211内,磁块22为强磁体,该磁块22可通过胶水固定连接于空腔211的内端面,所述磁块22与空腔211的腔壁之间形成有供音圈座24伸入的间隙,所述音圈座24下部绕设有音圈26,音圈座24的上部连接有按摩头25,所述音圈座24的外周固定连接有振动固定圈27,所述振动固定圈27通过振动片23与磁屏蔽罩21连接,具体地,磁屏蔽罩21、振动固定圈27与音圈座24同轴设置,所述音圈座24底部设有供磁块22伸入的避让空间241,通过设置避让空间241使得音圈座24在往复振动的过程中不会与磁块22发生碰撞。
所述按摩枪本体1设有供按摩头25伸出容腔11的通孔,按摩头25本体对应通孔的位置设有缓冲膜片12,所述缓冲膜片12为环状结构,缓冲膜片12的外圈连接于按摩枪本体1对应通孔的位置,所述缓冲膜片12的内圈连接于音圈座24或按摩头25,通过设置缓冲膜片12一方面能够减少按摩头25振动对按摩枪本体1带来的影响,另一方面能够防止灰尘进入容腔11内。
所述音频按摩装置2通过连接块13固定连接于按摩枪本体1,所述音频按摩装置2与连接块13之间设有消音垫14,具体地,所述音频按摩装置2、消音垫14和连接块13通过紧固装置固定连接为一体,所述连接块13与按摩枪本体1插接固定,由于音圈26输入音频信号后产生磁场,磁场与磁块22的磁力相互作用以带动音圈座24、振动固定圈27、振动片23和按摩头25往复振动,通过设置消音垫14以吸收或消除音圈座24、振动固定圈27、振动片23和按摩头25振动产生的声响。
所述按摩枪本体1内设有无线传输模块6,所述无线传输模块6与控制模块4电连接,具体地,所述无线传输模块6具体为蓝牙模块,按摩枪能够兼容大部分与该蓝牙模块无线连接的的蓝牙播放设备,包括但不限于手机、笔记本和平板电脑等,蓝牙连接信号稳定,传输速度更快。
所述按摩枪本体1的底部设有底盖15,所述底盖15上设有若干连通孔151,该连通孔151一方面能够疏导按摩枪本体1内的热量,另一方面喇叭模块5产生的声音通过连通孔151传输至外部。
所述按摩枪本体1的底部设有旋钮16,通过旋钮16调节输入音频的强度,进而调节音频声响,同时通过调节音频的输入强度来调节按摩头25的振动频率。
所述底盖15设置在旋钮16的下端中心,所述旋钮16与底盖15之间设有安装腔,所述控制模块4设置在安装腔内,所述控制模块4上设有充电接口41,所述底盖15对应充电接口41的位置设有贯穿底座的避让槽152,通过该设置,可通过外置充电器插入充电接口41以对按摩枪本体1进行充电。
所述按摩枪本体1包括第一本体17和第二本体18,音频按摩装置2设置在第一本体17内,供电模块3、控制模块4和喇叭模块5设置在第二本体18内,按摩枪本体1具有一型状态和7型状态,按摩枪本体1处于一型状态时,第一本体17和第二本体18的中心线重合或平行,按摩枪本体1处于7型状态时,第一本体17和第二本体18的中心线呈夹角设置,优选地,在按摩枪本体1处于一型状态时,第一本体17和第二本体18的中心线重合,按摩枪本体1处于7型状态时,第一本体17和第二本体18的中心线垂直设置。
所述第一本体17和第二本体18的相邻端面匹配设置,使得第一本体17相对于第二本体18转动的过程中,第一本体17的端面始终与第二本体18的端面贴合,其中第一本体17和第二本体18相邻端配合形成有旋转结构和锁定结构,所述按摩枪本体1的一型状态与7型状态通过旋转结构切换,所述旋转结构包括固定设置第一本体17上的插柱171和设置在第二本体18上的插孔181,第一本体17通过插柱171插装于插孔181内以转动连接于所述第二本体18,所述第二本体18端面开设有弧形槽182,所述插柱171的外壁设有限位块172,通过限位块172与弧形槽182的端面限位配合以限制第一本体17相对于第二本体18的转动行程量,具体地,所述限位槽的弧度呈180°,也就是限位块172从弧形槽182的第一端面转动至另一端面时,所述限位块172转动了180°,当限位块172贴合弧形槽182的第一端面时,所述第一本体17和第二本体18呈一型状态,当限位块172贴合弧形槽182的第二端面时,所述第一本体17和第二本体18呈7型状态,所述插孔181中心设有连通至第二本体18内部的引线槽1711。
通过锁定结构将按摩枪本体1锁定在一型状态或7型状态。进一步地,所述锁定结构包括设置在第二本体18上的定位珠183和设置在第一本体17上的定位孔173,所述定位珠183通过弹性件可伸缩的设置于第二本体18,所述定位珠183在弹性件作用下部分伸出于第二本体18的端面,所述定位孔173设有两组且两组定位孔173呈180°设置,通过定位珠183与定位孔173定位配合以将按摩枪本体1锁定在一型状态或7型状态。
本实用新型的音频按摩枪,兼具按摩功能和播放音频的功能,大大丰富了按摩枪的功能,同时本按摩枪省去了驱动电机和传动机构,使得该按摩枪零部件更少、体积更加小巧且装配更加方便,具体地,输入音频按摩装置2后的音频信号通过喇叭模块5播放,进而该按摩枪具有播放音频的功能;另一方面,音频按摩装置2在输入音频信号时产生磁场,通过磁场与音频按摩装置2内的磁块22相互作用以驱动按摩头25往复振动,进而实现按摩的功能。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施方式,故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

Claims (10)

  1.  一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:包括按摩枪本体(1)和音频按摩装置(2),所述按摩枪本体(1)内设有容腔(11),所述音频按摩装置(2)固定连接于容腔(11)内,音频按摩装置(2)的按摩头(25)伸出于容腔(11),按摩枪本体(1)内设有供电模块(3)、控制模块(4)和喇叭模块(5),音频按摩装置(2)通过供电模块(3)供电,音频按摩装置(2)通过控制模块(4)输入音频信号,输入音频按摩装置(2)后的音频信号通过喇叭模块(5)播放,音频按摩装置(2)在输入音频信号时产生磁场,通过磁场与音频按摩装置(2)内的磁块(22)相互作用以驱动按摩头(25)往复振动。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述音频按摩装置(2)包括磁屏蔽罩(21)、磁块(22)、振动片(23)、音圈座(24)和按摩头(25),所述磁屏蔽罩(21)设有上端开口的空腔(211),所述磁块(22)固定安装于空腔(211)内,所述磁块(22)与空腔(211)的腔壁之间形成有供音圈座(24)伸入的间隙,所述音圈座(24)下部绕设有音圈(26),音圈座(24)的上部连接有按摩头(25),所述音圈座(24)的外周固定连接有振动固定圈(27),所述振动固定圈(27)通过振动片(23)与磁屏蔽罩(21)连接。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述按摩枪本体(1)设有供按摩头(25)伸出容腔(11)的通孔,按摩头(25)本体对应通孔的位置设有缓冲膜片(12),所述缓冲膜片(12)为环状结构,缓冲膜片(12)的外圈连接于按摩枪本体(1)对应通孔的位置,所述缓冲膜片(12)的内圈连接于音圈座(24)或按摩头(25)。
  4.  根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述音频按摩装置(2)通过连接块(13)固定连接于按摩枪本体(1),所述音频按摩装置(2)与连接块(13)之间设有消音垫(14)。
  5.  根据权利要求4所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述按摩枪本体(1)内设有无线传输模块(6),所述无线传输模块(6)与控制模块(4)电连接。
  6.  根据权利要求1所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述按摩枪本体(1)的底部设有底盖(15),所述底盖(15)上设有若干连通孔(151)。
  7.  根据权利要求6所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述按摩枪本体(1)的底部设有旋钮(16),所述底盖(15)设置在旋钮(16)的下端中心,所述旋钮(16)与底盖(15)之间设有安装腔,所述控制模块(4)设置在安装腔内,所述控制模块(4)上设有充电接口(41),所述底盖(15)对应充电接口(41)的位置设有贯穿底座的避让槽(152)。
  8.  根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述按摩枪本体(1)包括第一本体(17)和第二本体(18),音频按摩装置(2)设置在第一本体(17)内,供电模块(3)、控制模块(4)和喇叭模块(5)设置在第二本体(18)内,按摩枪本体(1)具有一型状态和7型状态,按摩枪本体(1)处于一型状态时,第一本体(17)和第二本体(18)的中心线重合或平行,按摩枪本体(1)处于7型状态时,第一本体(17)和第二本体(18)的中心线呈夹角设置,其中第一本体(17)和第二本体(18)相邻端配合形成有旋转结构和锁定结构,所述按摩枪本体(1)的一型状态与7型状态通过旋转结构切换,通过锁定结构将按摩枪本体(1)锁定在一型状态或7型状态。
  9.  根据权利要求8所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述旋转结构包括固定设置第一本体(17)上的插柱(171)和设置在第二本体(18)上的插孔(181),第一本体(17)通过插柱(171)插装于插孔(181)内以转动连接于所述第二本体(18),所述第二本体(18)端面开设有弧形槽(182),所述插柱(171)的外壁设有限位块(172),通过限位块(172)与弧形槽(182)的端面限位配合以限制第一本体(17)相对于第二本体(18)的转动行程量,所述插孔(181)中心设有连通至第二本体(18)内部的引线槽(1711)。
  10.  根据权利要求8所述的一种音频按摩枪,其特征在于:所述锁定结构包括设置在第二本体(18)上的定位珠(183)和设置在第一本体(17)上的定位孔(173),所述定位珠(183)通过弹性件可伸缩的设置于第二本体(18),所述定位珠(183)在弹性件作用下部分伸出于第二本体(18)的端面,所述定位孔(173)设有两组且两组定位孔(173)呈180°设置,通过定位珠(183)与定位孔(173)定位配合以将按摩枪本体(1)锁定在一型状态或7型状态。
