在一些实施例中,手柄20的立方体结构内表面设有至少一个定位部24,定位部24与音乐播放模块21连接,用于限制音乐播放模块21的运动范围。进一步地,定位部24包括定位柱241和定位槽242,音乐播放模块21包括电路板211、按键212和电源213,电源213和按键212分别与音乐播放模块21电连接,电源213设置在定位槽242内为音乐播放模块21供电,按键212从手柄20的内部穿过并凸出于手柄20的上表面,便于用户的按压操作,打开或关闭口含音乐播放装置。
在一些实施例中,定位槽242的周沿为限位墙242a,在限位墙242a围合形成的容置空间内设有呈横纵交错设置的加强筋242b,加强筋242b与限位墙242a连接,以增强限位墙242a的结构强度,从而保障电源213安装定位的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,定位柱241为圆锥形主体结构,在定位柱241的根部周向向外延伸出多个加强部,以增强定位柱241的强度,进一步地,在电路板211上设有多个定位孔211a,定位孔211a与定位柱241适配,一方面定位柱241能够限制电路板211在水平方向的运动范围,另一方面定位柱241根部的加强部又能够对电路板211起承托作用,可选地,设置四根定位柱241用以限制电路板211的运动范围。
在一些实施例中,电源213包括电池213a,进一步的电池213a可以是锂电池,更进一步的电源213还包括充电接头213b,充电接头213b与电路板211电连接,通过在充电接头213b接入外接电源能够为电池213a进行充电。在手柄20的立方体端设有充电安装部25,充电安装部25用于安装充电接头213b。
在一些实施例中,手柄20包括上手柄20a和下手柄20b,上手柄20a和下手柄20b可拆卸连接,具体地,上手柄20a和下手柄20b卡接连接为一体式结构。在上手柄20a的上部设有用于穿过按键的开孔,在下手柄20b上设有定位柱241和定位槽242。
在一些实施例中,食材脱扣10和手柄20之间设有软胶垫30,软胶垫30的使得食材脱扣10与手柄20之间的连接结构更加紧密,能够减少漏音,增强共振,保障口含音乐播放装置通过骨传导通道传送音乐的可靠性,提升用户的使用体验。具体地,软胶垫30可以是圆形垫片结构。可知的,本实施例不限制软胶垫30的具体形状,软胶垫30只要能够在一定程度上密封食材脱扣10和共振组件22之间的连接间隙,都应当认为属于本申请的保护范围。
在一些实施例中,共振组件22包括外壳221、固定座222、铁件223、导磁片224、磁铁225、音圈226、振动薄片227、波浪状膜228,振动薄膜229和上盖220。固定座222整体呈阶梯型结构,阶梯型结构自固定部222的底部向上延伸形成。上盖220整体为薄片状结构,盖设在外壳221的顶部,铁件223设置在外壳221的内部底面上,并位于固定座222的中部,磁铁225设置在铁件223的上部,磁铁225的中部夹设导磁片224,磁铁224的上部为音圈226,音圈226与波浪状膜228的中部连接,振动薄膜229的周沿与固定座222连接形成骨传导的扬声器结构。
在一些实施例中,口含音乐播放装置还包括通讯模块(图中未示),通讯模块与电路板211电连接,通讯模块包括无线发射部件,无线发射部件与音乐播放模块21耦合连接,以使得音乐播放模块21接收音频信号。进一步地,通讯模块还包括无线接收模块,无线接收模块与电路板211电连接,通过无线接收模块使得本实施例的口含音乐播放装置能够与其他设备(如,手机)进行信息交互,使得手柄20不仅能够播放音乐播放模块21内的音频信息,还能够播放其他设备中储存的音频,从而丰富口含音乐播放装置的使用场景。
以上所述实施例的各个技术特征可以进行任意组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    食材脱扣,设置为承托食材;
    手柄,具有音乐播放模块和共振组件,所述共振组件与所述音乐播放模块耦合连接,并在接收到音频信号时所述共振组件振动,以通过口腔内的介质振动形成骨传导通道将所述音乐播放模块播放的音乐传入耳蜗;
    所述食材脱扣的内侧设有安装槽,所述手柄一端的外表面设有安装凸起,所述安装凸起与所述安装槽可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述食材脱扣设置为半柱体结构,并具有敞口的容纳腔,所述容纳腔的内表面设有呈相对设置的所述安装槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述安装槽的横截面为三角形、矩形、梯形中的一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述手柄的一端设置为圆柱体结构,另一端设置为立方体结构;所述共振组件设置在所述圆柱体结构内,所述音乐播放模块设置在所述立方体结构内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述圆柱体结构的外表面上设有与所述食材脱扣连接的安装凸起。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述立方体结构内表面设有至少一个定位部,所述定位部与所述音乐播放模块连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述定位部包括定位柱和定位槽,所述音乐播放模块包括电路板、按键和电源,所述电源和按键分别与所述音乐播放模块电连接,所述电源设置在所述定位槽内为所述音乐播放模块供电,所述按键用于开闭所述音乐播放器,所述电路板与所述定位柱连接并用于储存和播放音乐。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述立方体结构与所述圆柱体结构从其内部相互贯通。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述食材脱扣与所述手柄之间还设有软胶垫。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的口含音乐播放装置,其特征在于,所述共振组件包括外壳、设置在外壳内呈阶梯型结构的固定座、铁件、导磁片、磁铁、音圈、振动薄片、波浪状膜、振动薄膜和上盖,所述上盖设置在所述外壳的顶部;所述铁件设置在所述外壳的内部底面上,并位于所述固定座的中部,所述磁铁设置在所述铁件的上部,所述磁铁的中部夹设所述导磁片,所述磁铁的上部为音圈,所述音圈与所述波浪状膜的中部连接,所述波浪状膜的周沿与所述固定座连接,所述音圈的顶端还与所述振动薄膜的中部连接,所述振动薄膜的周沿与所述固定座连接。
