本申请涉及开关技术领域,例如涉及一种应用在电子产品上的旋转开关及筋膜枪。
背景技术
筋膜枪,全称为肌肉筋膜放松按摩枪,可在健身或者运动后对肌肉筋膜进行高频次冲击理疗。
筋膜枪通过枪头产生的冲击身体目标部位来帮助肌肉软组织放松恢复,促进血液循环。
在相关技术中,筋膜枪的振动频率一般都采用档位调节式的档位开关,使得筋膜枪的振动频率的可选性非常有限,影响用户的产品体验。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种旋转开关,主要应用在电子产品上,能够实现电子产品的某一性能参数的无极调节。

一实施例提供一种旋转开关,包括:
电气组件单元;

一实施例提供一种筋膜枪,包括握柄部位和上述旋转开关,所述旋转开关与所述握柄部位的一端连接。
本申请提出的旋转开关,通过将开关支架套设在电气组件单元上,旋转部套设在开关支架的外环上,当需要对电气组件单元的某一性能参数进行无极调节时,通过旋转部,旋转部带动开关支架转动,开关支架带动电气组件单元转动,避免了相关技术中的档位调节开关只能进行有级调节的不足,提升用户体感。

本实施例提供一种旋转开关,主要应用在电子产品上,能够实现电子产品的某一参数的无极调节,例如实现电子产品的转速无极调节、振动频率无极调节、风量无极调节、音量无极调节或者亮度的无极调节。避免电子产品机械按键或者触控按键档位开关的调节方式带来的不良的用户体验,使操作简约快捷化,提高电子产品的人机交互性能和用户体验。
参见图1-图5,本实施例提供的电子产品用旋转开关包括电气组件单元1、开关支架2、旋转部3、电气组件单元安装部4及盖板5。
本实施例中,电气组件单元1带有可以无极调节的电气功能和机械旋转功能。
本实施例中,开关支架2的形状为环形且内环套设在电气组件单元1上;可选地,开关支架2套设并卡接在电气组件单元1上。
旋转部3的形状为环形且内环套设在开关支架2的外环上;可选地,本实施例中,旋转部3套设并卡接在开关支架2上。
旋转部3被配置为:能够旋转并带动开关支架2转动,开关支架2带动电气组件单元1转动。
本实施例中通过转动旋转部3,进而带动电气组件单元1转动,且转动方向和转动角度不受限制,能够实现电子产品特定参数的无极调节。
参见图3和图4,将旋转部3安装到开关支架2上。
本实施例中,开关支架2的外环面设有第一凹槽21,旋转部3的内环面设有与第一凹槽21配合的第一凸起31,第一凸起31能够滑入并卡接于第一凹槽21内。可选地,本实施例中,沿开关支架2的外环面的周侧等间隔设有多个第一凹槽21,旋转部3的内环面设有多个第一凸起31,第一凸起31与第一凹槽21一一对应设置,如此能够保证开关支架2和旋转部3卡接在一起。
可选地,本实施例中,第一凹槽21的第一端设有第一端部开口,第一凹槽 21的第二端设有第一抵接部211,第一凸起31能够自第一端部开口滑入第一凹槽21内并与第一抵接部211抵接。第一抵接部211的设置,能够防止第一凸起31从第一凹槽21滑脱。
示例性地,为了保证旋转部3能够稳定地卡接于开关支架2上,本实施例中,第一凹槽21的截面为梯形,且梯形的下底面位于第一凹槽21的底面,第一凸起31的截面为与第一凹槽21相适配的倒梯形。且如此设置能够保证转动旋转部3时,开关支架2能够随旋转部3转动,且旋转部3沿第一时针方向或者第二时针方向转动时,能够带动开关支架2发生转动。其中,第一时针方向可以为顺时针或逆时针方向,第二时针方向与第一时针方向相反。
可选地,本实施例中,开关支架2上设有减重槽24。如图4所示,开关支架2的两个端面均设有减重槽24。在开关支架2的每一端面,绕开关支架2的轴线等间隔设有多个减重槽24。
将旋转部3安装到开关支架2上后,将组装在一起的旋转部3和开关支架2安装到电气组件单元1上。

为了实现开关支架2套设并卡接在电气组件单元1的外环面,电气组件单元1上设有第二凹槽111,开关支架2的内环面设有与第二凹槽111配合的第二凸起22,第二凹槽111的第一端设有第二端部开口,第二凹槽111的第二端设有第二抵接部1111,第二凸起22能够自第二端部开口滑入第二凹槽111内并与第二抵接部1111抵接。可选地,本实施例中,电气组件单元1的外环面上沿电气组件单元1的外环面的周侧等间隔设有多个第二凹槽111,相应地,开关支架2的内环面沿周向设有多个第二凸起22,第二凸起22与第二凹槽111一一对应设置。
第二凹槽111自电气组件单元1的端部延伸并开设成盲槽结构,以形成第二端部开口和第二抵接部1111。本实施例中,第二凹槽111设于第一环形部11上且 第二端部开口位于第一环形部11远离第二环形部12的一端。
为了使第二凸起22能够顺利滑入第二凹槽111内,本实施例中,第二凸起22的端部设有导向避让部221。可选地,第二凸起22端部的两侧分别设有一个导向避让部221,使得第二凸起22的端部呈梯形,进而使得第二凸起22顺利滑入第二凹槽111内。在其他的实施例中,也可以在第二凸起22端部的两侧分别设置一个导向避让部221,使得第二凸起22的端部呈三角形,当将第二凸起22滑入第二凹槽111时,将第二凸起22设有导向避让部221的一端滑入第二凹槽111内,使得第二凸起22顺利滑入第二凹槽111内。
示例性地,为了避免第二凸起22滑入第二凹槽111内后开关支架2脱离电气组件单元1,本实施例中,电气组件单元1上设有第三凹槽112,开关支架2的内环面设有能够卡接于第三凹槽112内的卡块23,卡块23能够防止开关支架2脱离电气组件单元1。可选地,本实施例中,第三凹槽112设于第一环形部11上,每两个相邻的第二凹槽111之间设有一个第三凹槽112,第三凹槽112上设有第三抵接部,当卡块23卡接于第三凹槽112内时,卡块23的一端与第三抵接部抵接。
可选地,本实施例中,第三凹槽112自第一环形部11靠近第二环形部12的第一端朝向第一环形部11的第二端延伸且为盲槽,用以形成第三抵接部。本实施例中,卡块23位于开关支架2内环面沿轴向方向的中间位置,当将开关支架2与电气组件单元1卡接时,将开关支架2与电气组件单元1的轴线重合并将开关支架2移向电气组件单元1,第二凸起22滑入与其对应的第二凹槽111内,随着第二凸起22的滑动,卡块23被挤压并朝向第三凹槽112运动,当第二凸起22的端部与第二抵接部1111抵接时,卡块23卡入第三凹槽112内且与第三抵接部抵接,此时开关支架2与电气组件单元1卡接在一起且能够同时发生转动,进而转动旋转部3时,电气组件单元1能够随旋转部3发生转动,实现电子产品的某一性能参数的无极调节。
本实施例中,电气组件单元1还包括圆形的PCB板,将PCB板设计为圆形以方便转动。第二环形部12设有与PCB板焊接的焊脚121。可选地,沿第二环形部12的周侧间隔设有多个焊脚121。
为了实现对电子产品的封装和起到防尘作用,电子产品用旋转开关还包括盖板5,盖板5扣设于旋转部3的端部并与电气组件单元安装部4固定连接。
本实施例中,为了实现旋转开关在电子产品上的安装,旋转开关还包括电气组件单元安装部4,电气组件单元1安装于电气组件单元安装部4上。
本实施例中,电气组件单元安装部4包括安装面,安装面上设有沿旋转部3的轴向延伸的定位柱41(参考图2),PCB板上设有定位孔,定位孔穿设于定位柱41上且PCB板能够相对定位柱41转动,组装在一起的旋转部3、开关支架2和电气组件单元1通过电气组件单元1的焊脚121焊接在PCB板上,此时,定位柱41位于电气组件单元1的内环之中且不与电气组件单元1的内环面发生接触,以防干涉电气组件单元1的旋转;将盖板5扣设在旋转部3远离PCB板的一端,并将盖板5通过螺钉或者螺栓与定位柱41连接。
可选地,本实施例中,电气组件单元1的第二环形部12上还设有弹片122,PCB板上设有与弹片122配合的安装位,弹片122穿过PCB板的安装位且弹片122的端部与电气组件单元安装部4的安装面抵接,降低PCB板转动时电气组件单元安装部4的安装面与PCB板之间的摩擦。
可选地,本实施例中,沿第二环形部12的周向等间隔设有多个弹片122。
可选地,本实施例中,安装面上设有至少两个定位柱41。本实施例中,安装面上设有三个定位柱41且三个定位柱41分布于等边三角形的三个顶点处,方便制造。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种筋膜枪,筋膜枪上设有如实施例一中的电子产品用旋转开关,以实现对筋膜枪的振动频率的无极调节。
参见图6,筋膜枪包括可实现按摩功能的枪头部位(图中未示出)和握柄部位6。本实施例中,握柄部位6为内部含有柱形的容置腔的圆柱形,为了使得筋膜枪的造型更简约美观,本实施例中,电子产品用旋转开关设于握柄部位6远离枪头部位的一端,旋转部3的轴线与握柄部位6的轴线重合,如此,当用户手持握柄部位6时旋转部3不会干涉到用户的抓握且方便用户对筋膜枪的振动频率进行无极调节。
本实施例中,电气组件单元安装部4的安装面固设于容置腔内,PCB板也位于容置腔内,电气组件单元1的第二环形部12位于容置腔内,第一环形部11位于容置腔外,这样套设在第一环形部11上的旋转部3也位于容置腔外且与握柄部位6紧密贴合。
本实施例中,电气组件单元1的弹片122与握柄部位6的内表面保持弹性抵接,降低握柄部位6的内表面对电气组件单元1旋转时的干涉。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转开关,包括:
    电气组件单元(1);
    开关支架(2),其中,所述开关支架(2)的形状为环形且所述开关支架(2)的内环套设在所述电气组件单元(1)上;
    旋转部(3),其中,所述旋转部(3)的形状为环形且所述旋转部(3)的内环套设在所述开关支架(2)的外环上;
    所述旋转部(3)被配置为可旋转并带动所述开关支架(2)转动,以带动所述电气组件单元(1)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转开关,其中,所述开关支架(2)的外环面设有第一凹槽(21),所述旋转部(3)的内环面设有与所述第一凹槽(21)配合的第一凸起(31),所述第一凸起(31)能够滑入并卡接于所述第一凹槽(21)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转开关,其中,所述第一凹槽(21)的第一端设有第一端部开口,所述第一凹槽(21)的第二端设有第一抵接部(211),所述第一凸起(31)设置为自所述第一端部开口可滑入所述第一凹槽(21)内并与所述第一抵接部(211)抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转开关,其中,所述第一凹槽(21)的截面为梯形,且梯形的下底面位于所述第一凹槽(21)的底面,所述第一凸起(31)的截面为与所述第一凹槽(21)相适配的倒梯形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转开关,其中,所述电气组件单元(1)上设有第二凹槽(111),所述开关支架(2)的内环面设有与所述第二凹槽(111)配合的第二凸起(22),所述第二凹槽(111)的第一端设有第二端部开口,所述第二凹槽(111)的第二端设有第二抵接部(1111),所述第二凸起(22)设置为自所述第二端部开口可滑入所述第二凹槽(111)内并与所述第二抵接部(1111)抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的旋转开关,其中,所述第二凸起(22)的端部设有导向避让部(221)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,所述电气组件单元(1)上还设有第三凹槽(112),所述开关支架(2)的内环面设有能够卡接于所述第三凹槽(112)内的卡块(23),所述卡块(23)设置为防止所述开关支架(2)脱离所述电气组件单元(1)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的旋转开关,还包括电气组件单元安装部(4),所述电气组件单元(1)安装于所述电气组件单元安装部(4)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的旋转开关,还包括盖板(5),所述盖板(5)扣设于所述旋转部(3)的端部并与所述电气组件单元安装部(4)固定连接。
  10. 一种筋膜枪,包括握柄部位和如权利要求1-9任一项所述的旋转开关,所述旋转开关与所述握柄部位的一端连接。
