背景技术
现有一种常用的美甲方法,操作者先往待美甲的人指甲表面涂覆适量胶水,然后取来大小尺寸适合的人工甲片并将其贴往指甲表面的胶水上,再适度按压人工甲片正面使其被胶水粘住,胶水凝固定型后人工甲片就贴牢在人指甲上,就完成一次美甲操作了。现有的人工甲片厚度均匀,甲片正面、背面的轮廓弧度较大,这种人工甲片粘贴到人指甲后能够使得人指甲看起来更立体饱满,相当美观。由于每个人的指甲轮廓弧度存在差异,指甲轮廓或是稍微外凸、或是稍扁平、或是稍微内凹,而人工甲片背面轮廓弧度与人指甲表面轮廓弧度相差越大,则在人工甲片粘贴到人指甲后人工甲片背面与人指甲表面之间的间隙就越大,需要操作者涂覆更多的胶水填充该间隙才能保证人工甲片能够粘贴到人指甲表面。同一种胶水的粘附力主要受接触面积影响,而人指甲供胶水涂覆的面积是固定的,因此同一种胶水涂覆到同一块人指甲表面后的粘附力是基本不变的。若人工甲片背面与人指甲表面之间的间隙增大,需要涂覆的胶水增多,则胶水凝固成的胶水层重量就越大,在胶水粘附力不变的前提下,重量越大的胶水层越容易从人指甲表面脱落,导致人工甲片脱胶掉落。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种美甲甲片,其粘贴到人指甲后能够使人指甲看起来立体饱满美观,且粘贴到人指甲后与人指甲之间的空隙较小,无需往空隙中填入过多胶水,美甲甲片不容易脱胶掉落。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种美甲甲片,甲片本体正面拱起而背面内凹,甲片本体自后端至前端的任一左右横截面,都为中部厚两侧薄。
进一步地,本美甲甲片整体形状左右对称,所述任一左右横截面左右对称。
进一步地,过甲片本体中央轴线的前后纵截面,其最厚处位于后半部分,自其最厚处往甲片本体前后两端逐渐变薄。
进一步地,甲片本体最前端厚度厚于最后端厚度。

有益效果:美甲甲片的甲片本体的任一左右横截面都为中部厚两侧薄,且甲片本体正面拱起而背面内凹,即美甲甲片正面弯曲程度较大而背面弯曲程度较小,故无论使用者的指甲轮廓稍微外凸、稍扁平、还是稍微内凹,美甲甲片粘贴到指甲表面后,其正面因弯曲较大而看起来立体饱满美观,其背面则因弯曲较小而比现有技术的要更贴近指甲表面,与人指甲之间的空隙就较小,因此无需往空隙中填入过多胶水,美甲甲片也就不容易脱胶掉落。

见图1和图2,美甲甲片包括甲片本体1,甲片本体1正面2拱起而背面3内凹,后端4较宽而前端5较窄。甲片本体1的后端4背面用于粘贴到人指甲表面而前端5能够伸出到指尖外,甲片本体1前后总长度为34.54mm,其最薄处X(见图4)厚度为0.25mm而最厚处D(见 图4)厚度为2.46mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的9.8倍。甲片本体1整体形状左右对称,自后端4至前端5的任一左右横截面由此亦都为左右对称。以图5所示的左右横截面H为例,该左右横截面H中部厚两侧薄,即美甲甲片正面2弯曲程度较大而背面3弯曲程度较小,美甲甲片粘贴到人指甲后,其正面2因弯曲较大而看起来立体饱满美观,而其背面3则因弯曲较小而形状贴合人指甲表面,与人指甲之间的空隙较小,故无需往空隙中填入过多胶水,美甲甲片就不容易脱胶掉落。
见图3和图4,过甲片本体1中央轴线P的前后纵截面Z其最厚处位于后半部分,自其最厚处往甲片本体1前后两端4、5逐渐变薄。不经过甲片本体1中央轴线P的前后纵截面则与前后纵截面Z结构类似,都为最厚处位于后半部分,且自其最厚处往前后两端4、5逐渐变薄。甲片本体1的顶点6位于过中央轴线P的前后纵截面Z的最厚处,距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为11.44mm,即位于甲片本体1由后往前总长度的33.1%处。由于甲片本体1左右横截面H中部厚两侧薄,且前后纵截面Z最厚处位于后半部分,因此甲片本体1的重心在前后纵截面Z的最厚处,位于顶点正下方,美甲甲片粘贴到人指甲表面后其重心对准人指甲,那么粘贴后的美甲甲片受力点主要落于人指甲上,受力更均衡,不容易脱胶。

第六实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为24.30mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为7.70mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的31.7%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.21mm而最厚处D厚度为1.74mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的8.3倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.21mm,前边沿72厚度为0.66mm。
第七实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为22.80mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为7.60mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的33.3%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.23mm而最厚处D厚度为1.61mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的7.0倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.23mm,前边沿72厚度为0.66mm。
第八实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为20.50mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为7.30mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的35.6%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.23mm而最厚处D厚度为1.40mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的6.1倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.23mm,前边沿72厚度为0.66mm。
第九实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为21.20mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为8.00mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的37.7%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.21mm而最厚处D厚度为1.85mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的8.8倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.21mm,前边沿72厚度为0.65mm。
第十实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为18.90mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为7.70mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的40.7%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.22mm而最厚处D厚度为1.701mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的7.7倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.22mm,前边沿72厚度为0.65mm。
第十一实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为17.85mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为7.50mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的42.0%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.23mm而最厚处D厚度为1.55mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的6.7倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.23mm,前边沿72厚度为0.66mm。
第十二实施例:
本实施例的美甲甲片与第一实施例的结构相同,仅尺寸数值存在以下区别:甲片本体1前后总长度为17.00mm,顶点6距离甲片本体1后端4的距离为7.30mm,位于甲片本体1总长度的42.9%处;甲片本体1最薄处X厚度为0.24mm而最厚处D厚度为1.40mm,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的5.8倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度为0.24mm,前边沿72厚度为0.65mm。
因此,本发明美甲甲片的甲片本体1前后总长度可以为17.00mm~35.00mm,顶点6靠近甲片本体1后端4,可以位于甲片本体1总长度的26.0%~43.5%处,优选为26.5%~42.9%;甲片本体1最薄处厚度为0.10mm以上且/或最厚处厚度为2.50mm以下,优选地,最薄处厚度为0.13mm~0.25mm,最厚处厚度为1.39mm~2.46mm,同一甲片本体1中,最厚处D厚度是最薄处X厚度的5.5~17.5倍;甲片本体1后边沿71厚度可以为0.10mm~0.35mm,优选为0.13mm~0.25mm,而甲片本体1前边沿72厚度可以为0.55mm~0.75mm,优选为 0.60mm~0.66mm。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种美甲甲片,甲片本体正面拱起而背面内凹,其特征是,甲片本体自后端至前端的任一左右横截面,都为中部厚两侧薄。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,本美甲甲片整体形状左右对称,所述任一左右横截面左右对称。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,过甲片本体中央轴线的前后纵截面,其最厚处位于后半部分,自其最厚处往甲片本体前后两端逐渐变薄。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,甲片本体最前端厚度厚于最后端厚度。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,所述甲片本体前后总长度为17.00mm~35.00mm,甲片本体顶点位于所述前后纵截面的最厚处,且顶点位于甲片本体由后往前总长度的26.0%~43.5%处。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,甲片本体重心位于所述前后纵截面的最厚处,以使得本美甲甲片粘贴到人指甲表面后,其自身受力点落于人指甲上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,所述顶点和所述重心皆位于所述前后纵截面的最厚处,重心位于顶点正下方。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,甲片本体边沿自后往前逐渐变厚。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,所述甲片本体边沿,其后边沿厚度为0.10mm~0.35mm,其前边沿厚度为0.55mm~0.75mm。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,所述甲片本体边沿,其后边沿厚度具体为0.13mm~0.25mm,其前边沿厚度具体为0.60mm~0.66mm。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,甲片本体最薄处厚度为0.10mm以上且/或最厚处厚度为2.50mm以下。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的美甲甲片,其特征是,甲片本体最厚处厚度是最薄处厚度5.5~17.5倍。
