Definitions
- This application relates to a beverage server.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a beverage supply device that supplies liquid ingredients and carbonated water that make up a carbonated beverage to a single cup, and that is characterized by having a liquid ingredient nozzle through which the liquid ingredients are supplied and a carbonated water nozzle through which the carbonated water is supplied, which are provided independently.
- beverage supply devices are intended to improve the mixed state of the beverage, such as by suppressing the occurrence of foaming and suppressing a decrease in gas volume, and are not intended to accurately customize the alcohol concentration of the beverage.
- these beverage supply devices were to be used to provide beverages with a variety of alcohol concentrations, it would be necessary to increase the number of nozzles that dispense the beverages and to prepare many beverage tanks with different alcohol concentrations. However, this would require a larger beverage supply device and an increased installation space, making it difficult to install in a typical restaurant or the like.
- the present invention aims to provide a beverage server that can accurately customize the concentration of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
- One aspect of the present disclosure is a beverage server for providing beverages, the beverage server having at least one of a first discharge nozzle, a second discharge nozzle, and a third discharge nozzle, including the first discharge nozzle or the second discharge nozzle, and comprising: a beverage dispensing unit for dispensing a beverage; a first pump connected to a first tank and for pressurizing a first liquid contained in the first tank; a first supply pipe connecting the first tank and the first discharge nozzle and through which the first liquid pressurized from the first tank flows; a first adjustment mechanism disposed midway in the first supply pipe and capable of adjusting the flow rate of the first liquid supplied to the first discharge nozzle; a second pump connected to a second tank and for pressurizing a second liquid contained in the second tank; and the second discharge nozzle, and through which the second liquid pressure-fed from the second tank flows; a second adjustment mechanism arranged midway along the second supply pipe and capable of adjusting the flow rate of the second liquid supplied to the second discharge nozzle; a third supply pipe connecting
- concentration is not limited to alcohol concentration, but includes all concentrations that serve as indicators when preparing a beverage, such as the concentration of the concentrate when preparing a beverage by diluting a concentrated concentrate, and the sugar content, salt concentration, and pH concentration of a beverage when adjusting the sweetness, saltiness, sourness, flavor, etc.
- a first solenoid valve is disposed in the beverage dispensing section and opens and closes the first discharge nozzle
- a second solenoid valve is disposed in the beverage dispensing section and opens and closes the second discharge nozzle
- the control device is electrically connected to the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve and is configured to be capable of controlling the time for which the first discharge nozzle and the second discharge nozzle are opened.
- an operation unit may be provided that is electrically connected to the control device and is configured to be able to set the concentration of the beverage dispensed from the beverage dispenser.
- a first liquid contained in a first tank is pumped by a first pump and dispensed from a first discharge nozzle of a beverage dispenser through a first supply pipe.
- a first adjustment mechanism is disposed in the first supply pipe, and is capable of adjusting the flow rate of the first liquid supplied to the first discharge nozzle.
- a second liquid contained in a second tank is pumped by a second pump and dispensed from a second discharge nozzle of a beverage dispenser through a second supply pipe.
- a second adjustment mechanism is disposed in the second supply pipe, and is capable of adjusting the flow rate of the second liquid supplied to the second discharge nozzle. This makes it possible to adjust the amount of beverage dispensed from the first and second discharge nozzles.
- the control device can control the flow rate of the first liquid supplied to the first discharge nozzle by interlocking the first pump with the first adjustment mechanism, and can control the flow rate of the second liquid supplied to the second discharge nozzle by interlocking the second pump with the second adjustment mechanism. Therefore, for example, when the first liquid or the second liquid is an alcoholic beverage and the other liquid is a non-alcoholic beverage or water, the concentration of the beverage made by mixing these can be accurately customized. Also, for example, when a non-alcoholic beverage is contained in the first tank or the second tank and the beverage is dispensed using only the first discharge nozzle or the second discharge nozzle connected to this tank, a non-alcoholic beverage can be prepared. This allows the concentration of beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages, to be accurately customized.
- the alcoholic beverage and the non-alcoholic beverage can be dispensed separately from the first discharge nozzle and the second discharge nozzle. Therefore, when preparing a non-alcoholic beverage using only the discharge nozzle connected to the tank containing the non-alcoholic beverage, it is possible to prevent or suppress the mixing of alcohol.
- the beverage dispensing section is provided with a first solenoid valve for opening and closing the first discharge nozzle, and a second solenoid valve for opening and closing the second discharge nozzle.
- the control device is configured to be capable of controlling the time for which the electrically connected first and second solenoid valves are opened. This makes it possible to accurately adjust the amount of the first liquid and the second liquid dispensed from the first and second discharge nozzles, and further to adjust the concentration of the beverage created by mixing these. This allows the concentration of beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages, to be accurately customized.
- the strength of the beverage dispensed from the beverage dispenser can be set by an operation unit electrically connected to the control device. This allows the beverage strength to be precisely customized.
