Abstract
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物およびその架橋物に関する。加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を提供することを目的とする。 (A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有することにより、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れることを見出した。
Description
本発明は、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物およびその架橋物に関する。さらに詳しくは、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物に関する。
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムに架橋剤として脂肪族ジアミン化合物を使用した組成物は、従来のアクリルゴムと比較して耐熱性と圧縮永久歪み性に優れた架橋物を与える反面、架橋速度が速いためにゴム組成物の成形時にスコーチを起こしやすくゴム製品に外観不良が発生するが、有効な遅延剤が限られているため未架橋ゴム組成物の加工性のコントロールが難しいという問題があった。
このような状況に対して特許文献1には、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムの遅延剤としてベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド系化合物を添加するとの記載があるが、その遅延効果は低く実用上適していない。
また、特許文献2には遅延剤としてモノ第一アミン化合物を添加するとの記載があり、遅延効果は高いが実用上使用が可能なものは蝋状のため、計量などのハンドリング性が悪いという問題がある。
さらに特許文献3には遅延剤としてチウラム化合物が挙げられており、実施例にはテトラメチルチウラムジスルフィド(TMTD)の遅延効果が示されている。TMTDのカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムへの遅延効果は十分であるが、チウラム化合物は発がん性ニトロソアミンを発生させる。そのため、国内では平成6年に水質汚濁防止法によって規制されており、ヨーロッパでは発がん性ニトロソアミンの発生源物質の一つとして挙げられており、使用に制限がある。
本発明の目的は、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を提供することにある。
本発明者らは、前記課題を達成するために鋭意検討した結果、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有することにより、上記目的を達成できることを見出した。本発明はこれらの知見に基づいて完成させたものである。尚、上記架橋物を「アクリルゴム架橋物」と表記することもある。
すなわち、本発明は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有する、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を提供する。
上記(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩は、安息香酸アンモニウム、クエン酸アンモニウム、アジピン酸アンモニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。
上記(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩は、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロアルキルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのアルキルアミン塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることが好ましく、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのtert-ブチルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのメチルアミン塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることがより好ましい。
また、本発明は、上記のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を架橋してなる架橋物を提供する。
また、本発明は、上記の架橋物からなるゴムホース、シール部品を提供する。
本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物は、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れる。
本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物、並びに、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物を少なくとも含有する。これにより、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を提供できる。
上記ゴム組成物は前述の効果が得られるが、これは以下の作用効果により奏するものと推察される。
(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩は、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物に対する遅延剤として作用する成分である。遅延効果が向上する理由は必ずしも明らかではないが、本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を架橋する際や加工する際の熱により、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩が分解され、これにより生じたアミンが、架橋基に作用してアミドとなり架橋基濃度を下げるために、遅延効果が向上するものと推察される。
(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物は、本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物において、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムの架橋促進剤として作用する成分である。
(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物は、カルボキシル基と容易に架橋構造を形成し得るため、本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物において、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムの架橋剤として作用する成分である。
本発明では、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムを含有する、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物において、
(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩、
(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物、
(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物を含む。
(B)、(C)成分は、通常、架橋促進剤、架橋剤として使用される成分であるが、本発明では、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物に対する遅延剤として作用する。これは、(B)、(C)成分が、(D)、(E)成分と共に配合されることにより初めて発揮される作用である。
(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩、
(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物、
(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物を含む。
(B)、(C)成分は、通常、架橋促進剤、架橋剤として使用される成分であるが、本発明では、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物に対する遅延剤として作用する。これは、(B)、(C)成分が、(D)、(E)成分と共に配合されることにより初めて発揮される作用である。
本発明に用いる(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムとしては、(A-1)炭素数1~3のアルキル基または炭素数2~3のアルコキシアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステルに由来する構成単位10~98.9質量%、(A-2)炭素数4~8のアルキル基または炭素数4~8のアルコキシアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステルに由来する構成単位0~88.9質量%、および、(A-3)エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸に由来する構成単位0.1~5質量%を含有するアクリルゴム等が挙げられる。(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムは、1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。なお、「(メタ)アクリル酸エステル」とは、「アクリル酸エステル、またはメタクリル酸エステル」を意味し、本願において、類する表現についても同様である。
(A-1)炭素数1~3のアルキル基または炭素数2~3のアルコキシアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの具体例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-プロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸メトキシメチル、(メタ)アクリル酸メトキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エトキシメチル等が挙げられる。これらは、単独で、または2種以上を混合して使用することができる。これらの中でも、特に(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸メトキシエチルが好ましい。
(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム中における構成単位(A-1)の含有割合は、全構成単位中の10~98.9質量%であり、好ましくは15~98質量%であり、より好ましくは20~97.5質量%である。構成単位(A-1)の含有割合が低すぎると、アクリルゴムの粘着性、特に架橋性ゴム組成物とした場合の粘着性が高くなりロール加工性が低下する。一方、含有割合が高すぎると耐寒性が低下してしまう。
(A-2)炭素数4~8のアルキル基または炭素数4~8のアルコキシアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの具体例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸イソブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ペンチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-ヘキシル、アクリル酸n-ヘプチル、(メタ)アクリル酸n-オクチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸シクロヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エトキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-プロポキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-ブトキシエチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-メトキシプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エトキシプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸3-メトキシプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸3-エトキシプロピル、(メタ)アクリル酸4-メトキシブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸4-エトキシブチル等を挙げることができる。これらは、単独で、または2種以上を混合して使用することができる。これらの中でも、特に(メタ)アクリル酸n-ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2-エトキシエチルが好ましい。
(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム中における構成単位(A-2)の含有割合は、全構成単位中の0~88.9質量%であり、好ましくは0~75質量%であり、より好ましくは0~65質量%である。構成単位(A-2)の含有割合が高すぎるとロール加工性が低下してしまう。
(A-3)エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸としては、炭素数3~12のエチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸、炭素数4~12のエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸、または、炭素数4~12のエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸と炭素数1~8のアルカノールとのモノアルキルエステル(エチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸モノエステルと呼ぶことがある)が挙げられる。
炭素数3~12のエチレン性不飽和モノカルボン酸の具体例としては、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、α-エチルアクリル酸、クロトン酸、ケイ皮酸等が挙げられる。
炭素数4~12のエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸の具体例としては、フマル酸、マレイン酸、シトラコン酸、メサコン酸、イタコン酸、2-ペンテン二酸、アセチレンジカルボン酸、およびこれらの無水物などが挙げられる。
炭素数4~12のエチレン性不飽和ジカルボン酸モノエステルの具体例としては、フマル酸モノメチル、フマル酸モノエチル、フマル酸モノプロピル、フマル酸モノn-ブチル、フマル酸モノイソブチル、フマル酸モノシクロヘキシル、マレイン酸モノメチル、マレイン酸モノエチル、マレイン酸モノプロピル、マレイン酸モノn-ブチル、シトラコン酸モノメチル、シトラコン酸モノエチル、シトラコン酸モノプロピル、シトラコン酸モノn-ブチル、メサコン酸モノメチル、メサコン酸モノエチル、メサコン酸モノプロピル、メサコン酸モノn-ブチル、イタコン酸モノメチル、イタコン酸モノエチル、イタコン酸モノn-ブチル、イタコン酸モノシクロヘキシル、2-ペンテン二酸モノメチル、2-ペンテン二酸モノエチル、2-ペンテン二酸モノプロピル、2-ペンテン二酸モノn-ブチル、アセチレンジカルボン酸モノメチル、アセチレンジカルボン酸モノエチル、アセチレンジカルボン酸モノプロピル、アセチレンジカルボン酸モノn-ブチル、アセチレンジカルボン酸モノシクロヘキシルなどが挙げられる。
これら(A-3)エチレン性不飽和カルボン酸は、単独で、または2種以上を混合して使用することができる。これらの中でも、フマル酸モノエチル、フマル酸モノプロピル、フマル酸モノn-ブチル、フマル酸モノイソブチル、イタコン酸モノメチル、イタコン酸モノn-ブチルが好ましい。
(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム中における構成単位(A-3)の含有割合は、全構成単位中の0.1~5質量%であり、好ましくは0.2~4質量%であり、より好ましくは0.5~3質量%である。構成単位(A-3)の含有割合が低すぎると、構成単位(A-3)の効力が十分得られず、得られたゴム架橋物の架橋密度が十分でなく、良好な架橋物性が得られなくなる場合がある。一方、含有割合が高すぎると得られるゴム架橋物の伸びが低下する場合がある。
(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムは、アクリルゴムの特性を維持する限り、上述の(メタ)アクリル酸エステルまたはエチレン性不飽和カルボン酸由来の構成単位(A-1)~(A-3)に加えて、共重合可能なその他のモノマーに由来する構成単位を有してもよい。
共重合可能なその他のモノマーとしては、特に限定されないが、例えば、芳香族ビニル系モノマー、エチレン性不飽和ニトリル系モノマー、共役ジエン系モノマー、オレフィン系モノマー、およびビニルエーテル化合物等が挙げられる。
芳香族ビニル系モノマーの具体例としては、スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、o-メチルスチレン、p-メチルスチレン、o-エチルスチレン、p-エチルスチレン、α-フルオロスチレン、p-トリフルオロメチルスチレン、p-メトキシスチレン、p-アミノスチレン、p-ジメチルアミノスチレン、p-アセトキシスチレン、スチレンスルホン酸あるいはその塩、α-ビニルナフタレン、1-ビニルナフタレン-4-スルホン酸あるいはその塩、2-ビニルフルオレン、2-ビニルピリジン、4-ビニルピリジン、ジビニルベンゼン、ジイソプロペニルベンゼン、ビニルベンジルクロライド等が挙げられる。
エチレン性不飽和ニトリル系モノマーの具体例としては、アクリロニトリル、メタクリロニトリル、α-メトキシアクリロニトリル、シアン化ビニリデン等が挙げられる。
共役ジエン系モノマーの具体例としては、1,3-ブタジエン、2-メチル-1,3-ブタジエン、2-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン(クロロプレン)、1,2-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン、2,3-ジメチル-1,3-ブタジエン、2-ネオペンチル-1,3-ブタジエン、2-ブロモ-1,3-ブタジエン、2-シアノ-1,3-ブタジエン、1,3-ペンタジエン(ピペリレン)、1,3-ヘキサジエン等が挙げられる。
オレフィン系モノマーの具体例としては、エチレン、プロピレン、塩化ビニル、塩化ビニリデン、1,2-ジクロロエチレン、酢酸ビニル、フッ化ビニル、フッ化ビニリデン、1,2-ジフルオロエチレン、臭化ビニル、臭化ビニリデン、1,2-ジブロモエチレン等が挙げられる。
ビニルエーテル化合物の具体例としては、エチルビニルエーテル、ジメチルアミノエチルビニルエーテル、n-ブチルビニルエーテル等が挙げられる。
また、1,4-ペンタジエン、1,4-ヘキサジエン、エチリデンノルボルネン、ノルボルナジエン、ジシクロペンタジエン等の非共役ジエン類;アクリル酸ジシクロペンタジエニル、メタクリル酸ジシクロペンタジエニル、アクリル酸ジシクロペンタジエニルエチル、メタクリル酸ジシクロペンタジエニルエチル、酢酸ビニル等のエステル類等が挙げられる。
共重合可能なその他のモノマーは、単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム中における、共重合可能なその他のモノマーに由来する構成単位の含有割合は、全構成単位中の0~45質量%であり、好ましくは0~20質量%である。
本発明で用いる(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムは、上記モノマーを共重合することにより得ることができる。重合反応の形態としては、乳化重合法、懸濁重合法、塊状重合法、および溶液重合法のいずれも用いることができるが、重合反応の制御の容易性などの点から、従来公知のアクリルゴムの製造法として一般的に用いられている常圧下での乳化重合法が好ましい。
乳化重合法は、回分式、半回分式、連続式のいずれでもよい。重合温度は、通常は0~70℃、好ましくは5~50℃である。
このようにして製造される、本発明で用いる(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムのムーニー粘度(ML1+4、100℃)(ポリマームーニー)は、好ましくは10~80、より好ましくは20~70、さらに好ましくは25~60である。なお、本明細書において、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムのムーニー粘度(ML1+4、100℃)はJIS K6300-1:2013によって求められる。
本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムのほか、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物、並びに、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物を少なくとも含有する。
(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩は、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物に対する遅延剤として作用する成分である。
本発明で用いる(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩としては、芳香環にカルボキシル基を直結するカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩ほか、側鎖にカルボキシ基を有するカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩も使用できる。芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩における芳香族炭化水素基は、単環、多環縮合環のいずれでもよく、ベンゼン、ナフタレン、アントラセン、フェナントレン、インデン、フルオレン、ビフェニル等を例示できる。芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩は、モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、ジカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、他の多価カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を使用できる。中でも、モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を用いると、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物におけるゴム物性に影響を与えない範囲において、比較的少量の添加量で遅延効果が付与できるため好適である。芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩の具体例としては、例えば、安息香酸アンモニウム、フタル酸アンモニウム、フェニル酢酸アンモニウム、マンデル酸アンモニウム等およびこれらの誘導体等を挙げることができる。芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩としては、中でも、容易に入手可能で安価な点、本発明の効果がより好適に得られるという理由から、安息香酸アンモニウムが好ましい。
本発明で用いる(B)炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、ジカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、他の多価カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を使用できる。中でも、モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を用いると、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物におけるゴム物性に影響を与えない範囲において、比較的少量の添加量で遅延効果が付与できるため好適である。炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩の具体例としては、例えば、酢酸アンモニウム、蓚酸アンモニウム、重蓚酸アンモニウム、クエン酸アンモニウム、アジピン酸アンモニウム、コハク酸アンモニウムなどが挙げられる。これらの中でも、クエン酸アンモニウム、アジピン酸アンモニウムが、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物との相溶性に優れる観点から特に好ましい。また、本発明の効果がより好適に得られるという理由から、モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩である酢酸アンモニウムが好ましい。
(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩としては、(B)芳香族モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩が好ましい。また、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩としては、芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩が好ましく、芳香族モノカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩がより好ましい。
本発明で用いる(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのアミン塩としては、特に制限はなく、目的に応じて適宜選択することができ、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩を使用できる。2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第二級アミン塩や第三級アミン塩、および、類似の部分構造を有するベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド系の化合物の場合は、立体障害により架橋基との反応性が低いために、遅延効果は低く好ましくない。
本発明で用いる(C)2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩において、アミンとしては、シクロヘキシルアミン、シクロオクチルアミン等のシクロアルキルアミン;メチルアミン、イソプロピルアミン、tert-ブチルアミン、ノニルアミン等のアルキルアミン;等が挙げられる。
本発明で用いる(C)2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩の具体例としては、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロオクチルアミン塩等の2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロアルキルアミン塩;2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのtert-ブチルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのメチルアミン塩等の2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのアルキルアミン塩;等が挙げられる。これらの中でも、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのtert-ブチルアミン塩が、容易に入手可能で安価な点から特に好ましい。また、本発明の効果がより好適に得られるという理由から、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロアルキルアミン塩が好ましく、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩がより好ましい。
前記シクロアルキルアミンの炭素数は、好ましくは3~8、より好ましくは4~7、さらに好ましくは5~7である。
前記アルキルアミンの炭素数は、好ましくは1~21、より好ましくは3~9、さらに好ましくは3~5である。

なお、本発明において、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩であって、後述する(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物のいずれかにも該当する化合物は、(B)成分または(C)成分として取り扱うものとする。
(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩は、1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。特に(B)と(C)を併用することにより、加工時のハンドリング性、架橋時のスコーチ安定性に優れ、圧縮永久歪み性のバランスのとれた架橋物を得ることができる。(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩の含有量は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.15~4質量部であり、より好ましくは0.5~3質量部であり、さらに好ましくは1~2.5質量部である。(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩の含有量が少なすぎると、効力が十分得られず、良好なスコーチ安定性が得られなくなる場合がある。一方、含有量が多すぎるとロール加工時に分散不良、架橋阻害を起こしやすくなり、また、得られるゴム架橋物から架橋促進剤がブルームするなどして外観に悪影響を与える場合がある。
ここで、複数の(B)および/または(C)成分を含有する場合、上記含有量は、合計含有量を意味する。他の成分の含有量についても同様である。

(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物は、本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物において、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムの架橋促進剤として作用する成分である。
(D)3級アミンの具体例としては、脂肪族3級アミン、ジチオカルバミン酸塩、ジアザビシクロアルケン化合物などが挙げられる。これらの中で、常態物性、耐熱性の観点からは、ジアザビシクロアルケン化合物が好ましい。
(D)脂肪族3級アミンの具体例としては、トリメチルアミン、トリエチルアミン、トリプロピルアミン、トリアリルアミン、トリイソプロピルアミン、トリ-n-ブチルアミン、トリ-t-ブチルアミン、トリ-sec-ブチルアミン、トリヘキシルアミン、トリヘプチルアミン、トリオクチルアミン、トリノニルアミン、トリデシルアミン、トリウンデシルアミン、トリドデシルアミンなどが挙げられる。
(D)ジチオカルバミン酸塩の具体例としては、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジペンチルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジヘキシルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、N-ペンタメチレンジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、N-エチル-N-フェニルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジベンジルジチオカルバミン酸亜鉛、ジプロピルジチオカルバミン酸銅、ジイソプロピルジチオカルバミン酸銅、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸銅、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム、ジイソプロピルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム、ジブチルジチオカルバミン酸ナトリウム、ジメチルジチオカルバミン酸第二鉄、ジエチルジチオカルバミン酸第二鉄等が挙げられる。
(D)ジアザビシクロアルケン化合物の具体例としては、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7(DBU)、1,5-ジアザビシクロ(4.3.0)ノネン-5、1,4-ジアザビシクロ(2.2.2)オクタンやこれらのp-トルエンスルホン酸塩、フェノール塩、フェノール樹脂塩、オルトフタル酸塩、ギ酸塩、オクチル酸塩、ナフトエ酸塩などが挙げられる。これらの中で、常態物性、耐熱性の観点からは、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7のナフトエ酸塩が好ましい。
(D)グアニジン化合物の具体例としては、1,3-ジフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン、1-o-トリルビグアニド、ジカテコールボレートのジ-o-トリルグアニジン塩、1,3-ジ-o-クメニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-ビフェニルグアニジン、1,3-ジ-o-クメニル-2-プロピオニルグアニジン等が挙げられる。これらの中で、常態物性、耐熱性、圧縮永久歪み性の観点からは、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジンが好ましい。
これらの化合物の中で、架橋密度を向上させる観点からは、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7およびその塩類、並びに、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることが好ましく、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7がより好ましい。また、1,8-ジアザビシクロ(5.4.0)ウンデセン-7の塩類の中では、ナフトエ酸塩が好ましい。
なお、本発明において、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物であって、後述する(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物にも該当する化合物は、(D)成分として取り扱うものとする。
(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物は、1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物の含有量は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.1~10質量部であり、より好ましくは0.15~8質量部であり、さらに好ましくは0.2~7質量部である。
(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物は、カルボキシル基と容易に架橋構造を形成し得るため、本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物において、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴムの架橋剤として作用する成分である。(E)としては、脂肪族ジアミン化合物が好ましい。
(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物の具体例としては、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメート、エチレンジアミン、エチレンジアミンカーバメート、3,3’-ジアミノプロピルアミン、ジアミノ変性シロキサンなどが挙げられる。これらの中で、常態物性、耐熱性の観点からは、ヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメートが好ましい。
(E)芳香族ジアミン化合物の具体例としては、4,4’-メチレンジアニリン、m-フェニレンジアミン、p-フェニレンジアミン、p,p’-エチレンジアニリン、4,4’-メチレンビス(o-クロロアニリン)、4,4’-(m-フェニレンジイソプロピリデン)ジアニリン、4,4’-(p-フェニレンジイソプロピリデン)ジアニリン、4,4’-ジアミノジフェニルエーテル、3,4’-ジアミノジフェニルエーテル、ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]エーテル、2,2’-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパン、4,4’-ジアミノベンズアニリド、1,4-ビス(4-アミノフェノキシ)ベンゼン、1,3-ビス(4-アミノフェノキシ)ベンゼン、4,4’-ビス(4-アミノフェノキシ)ビフェニル、m-キシリレンジアミン、p-キシリレンジアミン、4,4’-ジアミノジフェニルスルホン、ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]スルホン、ビス[4-(3-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]スルホン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン-シンナムアルデヒド付加物、ヘキサメチレンジアミン-ジベンゾエート塩、N,N’-ジシンナミリデン-1,6-ヘキサンジアミンなどが挙げられる。これらの中で、常態物性、耐熱性の観点からは、2,2-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパンが好ましい。
(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物としては、ヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメートおよび/または2,2’-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパンが好ましく、ヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメートがより好ましい。(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物は、1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物の含有量は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部に対して、好ましくは0.01~10質量部であり、より好ましくは0.15~5質量部であり、さらに好ましくは0.2~4質量部である。
また本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物には、目的または必要に応じて、本発明の効果を損なわない限りにおいて、一般の架橋用ゴム組成物に配合する通常の添加物、たとえば、充填剤、滑剤(加工助剤)、可塑剤、受酸剤、軟化剤、老化防止剤、着色剤、安定剤、接着助剤、離型剤、導電性付与剤、熱伝導性付与剤、表面非粘着剤、粘着付与剤、柔軟性付与剤、耐熱性改善剤、難燃剤、紫外線吸収剤、耐油性向上剤、発泡剤、スコーチ防止剤、滑剤などの各種添加剤を配合することができる。これらは、1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を併用してもよい。
充填剤としては、公知の充填剤を使用することができ、具体的には炭酸カルシウム、タルク、シリカ、クレー、カーボンファイバー、グラスファイバー、カーボンブラック、酸化チタン、酸化マグネシウム、ハイドロタルサイト、水酸化マグネシウム、酸化アンチモン、酸化亜鉛等が挙げられる。これらの中では、カーボンブラック、シリカが好ましく、カーボンブラックがより好ましい。カーボンブラックを含有する場合、その窒素吸着比表面積(N2SA)は、補強性の観点からは、15~90m2/gが好ましく、30~85m2/gがより好ましい。充填剤を含有する場合、その含有量は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部に対して、1~150質量部が好ましく、10~100質量部がより好ましい。
なお、本明細書において、カーボンブラックの窒素吸着比表面積は、JIS K6217-2:2001によって求められる。

滑剤(加工助剤)としては、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸、パルミチン酸、ラウリン酸などの高級脂肪酸;ステアリン酸ナトリウム、ステアリン酸亜鉛などの高級脂肪酸塩;ステアリン酸アミド、オレイン酸アミドなどの高級脂肪酸アミド;オレイン酸エチルなどの高級脂肪酸エステル、ステアリルアミン、オレイルアミンなどの高級脂肪族アミン;カルナバワックス、セレシンワックスなどの石油系ワックス;エチレングリコール、グリセリン、ジエチレングリコールなどのポリグリコール;ワセリン、パラフィンなどの脂肪族炭化水素;シリコーン系オイル、シリコーン系ポリマー、低分子量ポリエチレン、フタル酸エステル類、リン酸エステル類、ロジン、(ハロゲン化)ジアルキルアミン、(ハロゲン化)ジアルキルスルフォン、界面活性剤などがあげられる。滑剤(加工助剤)を含有する場合、その含有量は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部に対して、0.1~10質量部が好ましく、0.5~5質量部がより好ましい。
可塑剤としては、フタル酸ジオクチル(フタル酸ビス(2-エチルヘキシル))やフタル酸ジアリルエステル等のフタル酸誘導体、ジブチルジグリコール-アジペートやジ(ブトキシエトキシ)エチルアジペート等のアジピン酸誘導体、セバシン酸ジオクチル等のセバシン酸誘導体、トリオクチルトリメリテート等のトリメリット酸誘導体などが挙げられ、これらは1種を単独で用いても、2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
老化防止剤としては、例えばアミン類、フォスフェート類、キノリン類、クレゾール類、フェノール類、ジチオカルバメート金属塩等が挙げられ、4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン等のジフェニルアミン誘導体、フェニレンジアミン誘導体等のアミン類が好ましい。老化防止剤を含有する場合、その含有量は、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部に対して、0.3~10質量部が好ましく、0.5~5質量部がより好ましい。
本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物の配合方法としては、従来ポリマー加工の分野において利用されている任意の手段、例えばオープンロール、バンバリーミキサー、各種ニーダー類等を利用することができる。
その配合手順としては、ポリマー加工の分野において行われている通常の手順で行うことができる。例えば、最初にポリマーのみを混練りし、次いで架橋剤、架橋促進剤以外の配合剤を投入したA練りコンパウンドを作成し、その後、架橋剤、架橋促進剤を投入するB練りを行う手順で行うことができる。
このようにして得られる本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物は、加工時においては、ロール加工性に優れる。本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を厚さ2~2.5mm程度のシート(未架橋シート)にしたときの温度125℃におけるスコーチタイムt5(JIS K6300-1:2013)は60分以下であり、好ましくは5分以上60分以下であり、より好ましくは5.5分以上60分以下であり、さらに好ましくは6分以上55分以下である。スコーチタイムt5が長すぎると架橋速度が遅く、完全に架橋するまでに時間を要し、良好な架橋物性および接着性が得られなくなる場合がある。なお、スコーチタイムt5は、架橋剤や架橋促進剤の種類や含有量などを調整することにより所望の値に調整することができる。

本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物は、通常100~250℃に加熱することで、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム架橋物とすることができる。架橋時間は温度によって異なるが、0.5~300分の間で行われるのが普通である。
一般的な架橋成形方法は、架橋と成形を一体的に行う方法や、先に成形した架橋性アクリルゴム組成物に改めて加熱することで架橋物とする方法のほか、先に加熱して架橋物としたアクリルゴム架橋物を成形のために加工を施す方法のいずれでもよい。架橋成形の具体的な方法としては、金型による圧縮成形、射出成形、スチーム缶、エアーバス、赤外線、あるいはマイクロウェーブによる加熱等任意の方法を用いることができる。
このようにして得られるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム架橋物は、上記本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を用いて得られるものであるため、加工時においては、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物とした場合に、圧縮永久歪み性に優れるものである。
本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム架橋物は、チューブ、ホース等からなる燃料配管用またはエアー配管用製品に好適に用いられる。
以下に、実施例により本発明をさらに詳細に説明するが、以下の実施例は本発明の権利範囲を何ら制限するものではない。物性および特性の試験、評価は以下のようにして行った。
(スコーチタイムt5)
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物をニーダーおよびオープンロールで混練し、厚さ2~2.5mmの未架橋ゴムシートを作製し、JIS K6300-1:2013に従い、東洋精機社製MooneyViscometerAM-3を用いて125℃の条件にて、スコーチタイムt5(測定開始時から、ムーニー粘度の最低値と比較して、ムーニー粘度が5ポイント上昇するまでの時間)を測定した。スコーチタイムt5が5分以上であれば、良好な加工安定性および成形時の流動性が得られる。一方で、スコーチタイムt5が5分より短いと、加工中に架橋による硬化が始まるため、成形時の流動性が得られず、良好な外観を有した架橋物が得られなくなる場合がある。
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物をニーダーおよびオープンロールで混練し、厚さ2~2.5mmの未架橋ゴムシートを作製し、JIS K6300-1:2013に従い、東洋精機社製MooneyViscometerAM-3を用いて125℃の条件にて、スコーチタイムt5(測定開始時から、ムーニー粘度の最低値と比較して、ムーニー粘度が5ポイント上昇するまでの時間)を測定した。スコーチタイムt5が5分以上であれば、良好な加工安定性および成形時の流動性が得られる。一方で、スコーチタイムt5が5分より短いと、加工中に架橋による硬化が始まるため、成形時の流動性が得られず、良好な外観を有した架橋物が得られなくなる場合がある。
(圧縮永久歪み)
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を試験片作製用金型にて180℃で10分プレス処理し、さらにこれをエアオーブン180℃で3時間加熱し、直径約29mm、高さ約12.5mmの円柱状のアクリルゴム架橋物を得た。得られたアクリルゴム架橋物を用い、JIS K6262:2013記載の方法に準じ、150℃、72時間の試験条件で行った。圧縮永久歪みの数値が15%以下であれば、圧縮永久歪み性が良いとされる。
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を試験片作製用金型にて180℃で10分プレス処理し、さらにこれをエアオーブン180℃で3時間加熱し、直径約29mm、高さ約12.5mmの円柱状のアクリルゴム架橋物を得た。得られたアクリルゴム架橋物を用い、JIS K6262:2013記載の方法に準じ、150℃、72時間の試験条件で行った。圧縮永久歪みの数値が15%以下であれば、圧縮永久歪み性が良いとされる。

実施例1
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム(ラクレスターCH、大阪ソーダ社製)100質量部、カーボンブラックN550 60質量部、ステアリン酸2質量部および4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン(ノクラックCD、大内新興化学工業製)2質量部を100℃にてニーダーを用いて混錬した。さらに、安息香酸アンモニウム(バルノックAB-S、大内新興化学工業社製)0.53質量部、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン(ノクセラーDT、大内新興化学工業社製)2質量部、およびヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメート(サンフェル6-MC、三新化学工業株式会社製)0.6質量部を室温にてオープンロールにて混練りし、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を調製した。
カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム(ラクレスターCH、大阪ソーダ社製)100質量部、カーボンブラックN550 60質量部、ステアリン酸2質量部および4,4’-ビス(α,α-ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミン(ノクラックCD、大内新興化学工業製)2質量部を100℃にてニーダーを用いて混錬した。さらに、安息香酸アンモニウム(バルノックAB-S、大内新興化学工業社製)0.53質量部、1,3-ジ-o-トリルグアニジン(ノクセラーDT、大内新興化学工業社製)2質量部、およびヘキサメチレンジアミンカーバメート(サンフェル6-MC、三新化学工業株式会社製)0.6質量部を室温にてオープンロールにて混練りし、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を調製した。
得られたカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を用いて、上述の方法によりスコーチタイムt5、圧縮永久歪みについて試験、評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
実施例2~11、比較例1~13
表1および表2に示す配合に変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にしてカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を調製し、実施例1と同様の試験、評価を行った。結果を表1および表2に示す。

表1、表2の結果より、本発明のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物から得られるアクリルゴム架橋物(実施例1~11)は、比較例1~5、および比較例9に対して、スコーチタイムt5が長く遅延効果がより発現されていることが示された。2,2-ビス[4-(4-アミノフェノキシ)フェニル]プロパンを架橋剤として用いた、比較例10に至っては成形不可であった。比較例6に対して実施例5、および比較例7に対して実施例7は、遅延剤以外の配合量は同一であり、遅延剤の配合量も同一であるが、実施例5および実施例7に対して、比較例6および比較例7の圧縮永久歪み性、スコーチタイムt5のいずれもが悪く、遅延効果が劣ることが分かった。比較例8についてはチウラム化合物を遅延剤として用いたが、スコーチタイムt5が伸びず遅延効果が劣っていた。比較例11についてはステアリン酸Na、ステアリン酸Kを架橋剤として、硫黄を架橋促進剤として用いたが、架橋できなかった。比較例12については硫黄を架橋促進剤として用いたが、スコーチタイムt5が短く、圧縮永久歪み性も劣っていた。比較例13についてはTSHを架橋剤として用いたが、架橋できなかった。
上記より、適切な遅延剤を適量配合すること、具体的には、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有することにより、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を提供できること、さらには、加工時のハンドリング性、架橋時のスコーチ安定性に優れ、圧縮永久歪み性のバランスのとれた架橋物が得られることが明らかになった。
上記より、適切な遅延剤を適量配合すること、具体的には、(A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有することにより、加工安定性および成形時の流動性に優れ、架橋物の圧縮永久歪み性に優れるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を提供できること、さらには、加工時のハンドリング性、架橋時のスコーチ安定性に優れ、圧縮永久歪み性のバランスのとれた架橋物が得られることが明らかになった。
本発明におけるカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム架橋物は、O-リング、パッキン、ダイアフラム、オイルシール、シャフトシール、ベアリングシール、メカニカルシール、ウェルヘッドシール、電気・電子機器用シール、空気圧機器用シール、シリンダブロックとシリンダヘッドとの連接部に装着されるシリンダヘッドガスケット、ロッカーカバーとシリンダヘッドとの連接部に装着されるロッカーカバーガスケット、オイルパンとシリンダブロックあるいはトランスミッションケースとの連接部に装着されるオイルパンガスケット、正極、電解質板および負極を備えた単位セルを挟み込む一対のハウジング間に装着される燃料電池セパレーター用ガスケット、ハードディスクドライブのトップカバー用ガスケットなどの各種ガスケット等のシール部品、さらに自動車用途に用いられる押し出し成形製品および型架橋製品として、例えば、燃料ホース、フィラーネックホース、ベントホース、ベーパーホース、オイルホース等の燃料タンクまわりの燃料油系ホース、ターボエアーホース、エミッションコントロールホース等のエアー系ホース、ラジエーターホース、ヒーターホース、ブレーキホース、エアコンホース等の各種ホース類(ゴムホース)に好適に使用される。
以下、本開示に係る発明のバリエーションを記載する。
[付記1](A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有する、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
[付記2](B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩が、安息香酸アンモニウム、クエン酸アンモニウム、アジピン酸アンモニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である付記1に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
[付記3](C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩が、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロアルキルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのアルキルアミン塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である付記1または付記2に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
[付記4](C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩が、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのtert-ブチルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのメチルアミン塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である付記1または付記2に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
[付記5]付記1~付記4のいずれか1つに記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を架橋してなる架橋物。
[付記6]付記5に記載の架橋物からなるゴムホース、シール部品。

Claims (6)
- (A)カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム100質量部と、(B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩、および/または(C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩0.15~4質量部と、(D)3級アミンおよび/またはグアニジン化合物0.1~10質量部と、(E)脂肪族ジアミン化合物および/または芳香族ジアミン化合物0.01~10質量部とを含有する、カルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
- (B)芳香族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩または炭素数3~10の脂肪族カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩が、安息香酸アンモニウム、クエン酸アンモニウム、アジピン酸アンモニウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
- (C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩が、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロアルキルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのアルキルアミン塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1または請求項2に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
- (C)メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの第一級アミン塩が、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのシクロヘキシルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのtert-ブチルアミン塩、2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾールのメチルアミン塩からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1または請求項2に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のカルボキシル基含有アクリルゴム組成物を架橋してなる架橋物。
- 請求項5に記載の架橋物からなるゴムホース、シール部品。
