Abstract
L'invention concerne un système (100) de conditionnement d'émulsion de lubrifiant de refroidissement pour machines-outils (10) comprenant : une unité de mesure (300) comportant au moins un capteur pour déterminer au moins un paramètre de l'émulsion de lubrifiant de refroidissement, une unité de fourniture (200) pour fournir une nouvelle émulsion de lubrifiant de refroidissement, qui est configurée pour mélanger une quantité définie d'un concentré avec une quantité définie d'eau, et pour fournir le mélange en tant que nouvelle émulsion de lubrifiant de refroidissement, et un capteur de niveau de remplissage (500) configuré pour mesurer le niveau de remplissage dans un réservoir (60), caractérisé en ce que l'unité de fourniture (200) est spatialement séparée de l'unité de mesure (300) et n'échange pas directement de liquide avec celle-ci (300), le système (100) comprenant en outre une unité de distribution (400) configurée pour être raccordée à l'unité de mesure (300), à l'unité de distribution (200) et à un réservoir (60), et pour réguler l'échange d'émulsion de lubrifiant de refroidissement entre eux, le système (100) comprenant également une unité de commande (600) configurée pour commander l'unité de distribution (200), l'unité de mesure (300), l'unité de distribution (400) et le capteur de niveau de remplissage (500), et pour échanger des données avec eux.
