本发明涉及家居领域,尤其涉及一种椅子及其塑胶自载重底盘。
背景技术
椅子的底盘,也被称为托盘,是椅子上连接椅座、椅背和椅脚的一个重要部件。目前的转椅托盘普遍是由上托盘、下托梁、转轴及弹簧装置等零部件组成,上转盘与转椅座椅背面固定后,转椅可绕转轴作适当倾仰,并可主动恢复。
公开号为CN102846068的专利文献公开了一种转椅底盘,包括与气杆相连的底板,底板对整个底盘及椅座、靠背起到了支撑作用;在底板的左右两侧沿竖直方向各设有一支撑板,支撑板与底板固定相连,在两块支撑板上方沿水平方向设置有用以安装椅座的座板,底板的前后两侧分别设有向转椅前方倾斜的支撑架与靠背托架,支撑架、靠背托架的下部与两块支撑板铰接,座板的前后两侧分别与支撑架、靠背托架的顶部铰接,靠背托架通过连接钢板连接靠背,靠背托架连接有使其向转椅前方倾斜的弹性复位装置。具体地说,所述的支撑架呈口字形结构,包括上下平行设置的两根销轴,两根销轴通过左右平行设置的两个连杆固定相连;当然也可以设置一根连杆;靠背托架上同样设有上下平行设置的两根销轴,靠背托架的销轴穿插在靠背托架左右两侧的侧板上;支撑架、靠背托架下部的销轴与支撑板铰接,座板下部设有四只凸耳,座板借助凸耳与支撑架、靠背托架上部的销轴铰接。所述的弹性复位装置为弹簧,弹簧的一部与靠背托架上部的销轴相连,弹簧的另一部与支撑架下部的销轴相连。实际使用中,可根据实际需要设置2~4根弹簧。
现有技术中座板前部和底板的前部通过左右平行设置的两个连杆铰接,座板的后部和底板的后部通过靠背托架左右两侧的侧板铰接,弹簧的两部分别与靠背托架和底板相连;坐板、底板和靠背托架之间的连接全部集中在底板的前后两部,这样由于连接结构过于集中,致使坐板竖向移动的幅度较大,因此使底板的体积较大,整体更加厚重;而且,市场上椅子底盘的底板、坐板和围板通常有金属件弯折焊接制成,在将底盘组装在椅子上后需要在底盘外包覆壳体以增加椅子的观赏性,这样使椅子的底盘更加厚重。
技术问题
为了解决现有技术中椅子的底盘整体较为厚重的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种椅子及其塑胶自载重底盘,其中底盘的顶座和底座均采用质量更轻、成型更为容易的塑胶材质制成,而且通过缩减顶座摆动幅度的方式,减小底盘部件在竖直方向的长度,进而使底盘更薄。
技术解决方案
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:一种塑胶自载重底盘,包括底座、顶座和尾座,底座和尾座通过第一铰接轴铰接,顶座和尾座通过第二铰接轴铰接,尾座的前部与顶座的前部通过第二铰接轴铰接;还包括摆动件和伸缩件,摆动件的底部通过第三铰接轴与底座的后部铰接,摆动件的顶部通过第四铰接轴与顶座的后部铰接,第四铰接轴通过伸缩件与底座相连,从而通过伸缩件赋予摆动件向下转动的趋势,第四铰接轴位于第二铰接轴的后侧;底座和顶座均为塑胶制成。
作为优选,尾座包括两个左右对称设置的第一连接板,两个第一连接板的后部通过第二连接板固定连接,两个第一连接板向前延伸,第一铰接轴分别将两个第一连接板与底座铰接,两个第一连接板的前部通过第二铰接轴与顶座的底部铰接,所述摆动件位于两个第一连接板之间。
作为优选,底座上还设有两个前后延伸的定位槽,定位槽向后延伸贯穿所述底座,尾座的两个第一连接板分别插入两个定位槽内并且通过第一铰接轴与底座铰接。
作为优选,伸缩件为拉簧,拉簧的两端分别与第四铰接轴和底座相连。
作为优选,还包括第一安装座和第二安装座,第一安装座和第二安装座上均设有螺旋状的凹槽,第一安装座套设在第四铰接轴上,第二安装座与底座铰接,拉簧的一端缠绕在第一安装座的凹槽内,拉簧的另一端缠绕在第二安装座的凹槽内。

本发明的技术方案的有益效果为:尾座和顶座之间经过多次的传动,使得顶座的动作幅度远小于尾座的动作幅度,并且顶座和尾座均用塑胶制成,一方面方便成型,造型更加美观,另一方面,可以降低底盘的重量,降低底盘的成本。

如此设置,在上述结构中,以第一铰接轴为支点,第一铰接轴到尾座的后部形成第一处力臂,第一铰接轴到第二铰接轴形成第二处力臂;以第二铰接轴为支点,第二铰接轴到第四铰接轴形成第三处力臂;以第四铰接轴为支点,第四铰接轴到第三铰接轴形成第四处力臂;如此在底盘自适应调节的过程中,用户坐在椅子上,用户的背部靠在椅背上,椅背受力后驱动尾座2以第一铰接轴4为支点发生摆动;尾座2摆动时,尾座2的前部通过第二铰接轴5抬起顶座3,使顶座3前部围绕第一铰接轴4向后上方移动;顶座3移动时通过第四铰接轴63拉动摆动件62,使摆动件62围绕第三铰接轴61向后摆动,进而通过第四铰接轴63拉长伸缩件;当用户的背部前倾或用户起身时,伸缩件通过第四铰接轴63拉动顶座和摆动件62复位,顶座3通过第二铰接轴5驱动尾座2复位,尾座2复位时能够驱动椅背跟随用户的背部移动。
这样,在底盘自适应调节的过程中,任一铰接轴的位置均可被视为杠杆原理发生的支点,逐渐缩减各个力臂的长度,那么自适应调节的过程中尾座的摆动距离经过依次相连的多个铰接轴逐渐变短,致使顶座的移动变的很轻微,进而底盘的体积可以更小;并且底座和顶座均为塑胶材质制成,一方面方便成型,造型更加美观,结构也可以更加复杂,另一方面,可以降低底盘的重量,降低底盘的成本。
为了便于尾座2、顶座3和底座1的安装,本实施例中,如图2、图3、图6和图7,尾座2包括两个左右对称设置的第一连接板22,两个第一连接板22的后部通过第二连接板21固定连接,两个第一连接板22向前延伸,第一铰接轴4有两个,两个第一铰接轴分别将两个第一连接板22与底座1铰接,两个第一连接板22的前部通过第二铰接轴5与顶座3的底部铰接,所述摆动件62位于两个第一连接板22之间;底座1具有开口上的安装腔,安装腔的左右两侧均设有开口向上的定位槽14,定位槽14向后延伸并贯穿所述底座1,尾座2的两个第一连接板22分别插入两个定位槽14内,并且第一铰接轴4有两个,两个第一铰接轴4与两个第一连接板22一一对应,第一连接板22通过第一铰接轴4与底座1的中间位置铰接,两个第一连接板22的前部向上翘起并超过底座1,第二铰接轴5横向延伸将两个第一连接板22后与顶座3相连;安装腔内凸起有两个左右设置的第一连接部12,摆动件62底部凸起有两个左右设置的第二连接部621,两个第一连接部12位于两个第二连接部621之间,第三铰接轴61贯穿所述第一连接部12和第二连接部621,将底座1和摆动件62铰接;为了便于第三铰接轴61的安装,底座1的侧面上开设有与第三铰接轴61同轴的通孔18,如此第三铰接轴61可以通过通孔18插入安装腔内部将底座1和摆动件62铰接。为了增加底座的整体强度,本实施例中,在安装腔和固定槽14的内侧设置有纵横交错的加强筋。
为了进一步的提高底盘的适用群体,如图2-5所示,本实施例中,伸缩件有两个,并且两个伸缩件左右对称设置,两个伸缩件的顶部均与摆动件62铰接,两个伸缩件的另一部均固定在与底座铰接的铰接座66上。如此,伸缩件的活动更加灵活,对称设置的两个伸缩件使底盘的调节过程更加稳定,并且可以承受更大的力,使底盘的适用范围更广。进一步优选的,伸缩件包括拉簧65,拉簧两端分别安装有第一安装座64和第二安装座663;第一安装座64和第二安装座663上均设有螺旋状的凹槽,第一安装座64通过第四铰接轴63与顶座3铰接,铰接座66与两个第二安装座663固定连接或一体成型,拉簧65的一部缠绕在第一安装座64的凹槽内,拉簧65的另一部缠绕在第二安装座663的凹槽内;第二安装座均与铰接座固定连接或一体成型,第二安装座663通过第五铰接轴67与底座1铰接,第五铰接轴67位于尾座2前部的下方。这样,伸缩件的稳定性更高,便于底盘的组装,并且能够对拉簧的拉力进行调节,提高底盘的适用性,为用户提高更好的使用体验;并且第五铰接轴67还可以对尾座前倾的角度进行限位,还可以防止过渡调节。
为了防止铰接座横向窜动,本实施例中,如图2、图4和图5所示,底座1的安装腔内凸起有左右对称的两个第一限位部17,第一限位部17位于第一连接部12的前方,铰接座66底部凸起有两个第二限位部,第二限位部上设有开口向下的限位槽665,两个第一限位部17分别插入两个第二限位部的限位槽内,使铰接座66只能够在纵向上运动,避免铰接座横向移动。
一种应用上述底盘的椅子,包括上述顶座、底座和尾座。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种塑胶自载重底盘,包括底座(1)、顶座(3)和尾座(2),底座(1)和尾座(2)通过第一铰接轴(4)铰接,顶座(3)和尾座(2)通过第二铰接轴(5)铰接,其特征在于:尾座(2)的前部与顶座(3)的前部通过第二铰接轴(5)铰接;还包括摆动件(62)和伸缩件,摆动件(62)的底部通过第三铰接轴(61)与底座(1)的后部铰接,摆动件(62)的顶部通过第四铰接轴(63)与顶座(3)的后部铰接,第四铰接轴(63)通过伸缩件与底座(1)相连,从而通过伸缩件赋予摆动件(62)向下转动的趋势,第四铰接轴(63)位于第二铰接轴(5)的后侧;底座(1)和顶座(3)均为塑胶制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:尾座(2)包括左右两个第一连接板(22),两个第一连接板(22)的后部通过第二连接板(21)固定连接,两个第一连接板(22)向前延伸,第一铰接轴(4)分别将两个第一连接板(22)与底座(1)铰接,两个第一连接板(22)的前部通过第二铰接轴(5)与顶座(3)的底部铰接,所述摆动件(62)位于两个第一连接板(22)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:底座(1)上还设有两个前后延伸的定位槽(14),定位槽(14)向后延伸贯穿所述底座(1),尾座(2)的两个第一连接板(22)分别插入两个定位槽(14)内并且通过第一铰接轴(4)与底座(1)铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:伸缩件为拉簧(65),拉簧(65)的两端分别与第四铰接轴(63)和底座(1)相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:还包括第一安装座(64)和第二安装座(663),第一安装座(64)和第二安装座(663)上均设有螺旋状的凹槽,第一安装座(64)套设在第四铰接轴(63)上,第二安装座(663)与底座(1)铰接,拉簧(65)的一端缠绕在第一安装座(64)的凹槽内,拉簧(65)的另一端缠绕在第二安装座(663)的凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:第二安装座(663)通过第五铰接轴(67)与底座(1)铰接,第五铰接轴(67)位于尾座(2)前部的下方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:拉簧(65)、第一安装座(64)和第二安装座(663)均设置有两个,两个拉簧(65)、两个第一安装座(64)和两个第二安装座(663)均左右对称设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:两个第二安装座(663)均固设在铰接座(66)上,铰接座(66)套设在第五铰接轴(67)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘,其特征在于:铰接座(66)底部设有限位槽(665),底座(1)上凸起有用于防止铰接座(66)横向运动的第一限位部(17),第一限位部(17)插入所述限位槽(665)。
  10. 一种椅子,其特征在于:包括上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种塑胶自载重底盘。
