Abstract

L'invention concerne un écouteur (100), comprenant un écouteur bouton (10) et un capteur de mesure (30), qui est agencé à l'intérieur de l'écouteur bouton (10), le capteur de mesure (30) étant utilisé pour mesurer la saturation en oxygène sanguin et la fréquence cardiaque. L'écouteur bouton (10) comprend une première partie de contact (11) et une seconde partie de contact (12), lorsque l'écouteur (100) est porté sur l'oreille (300), la première partie de contact (11) étant en contact avec la face inférieure interne de la cavité de la conque (301) de l'oreille (300), et la seconde partie de contact (12) étant en contact avec la surface interne du tragus (302) de l'oreille (300). Un capteur de mesure (30) est agencé sur une première partie de contact (11) et/ou une seconde partie de contact (12) d'un écouteur bouton (10), qui sont en contact avec la peau de l'oreille (300), de sorte que la distance de transmission entre le capteur de mesure (30) et la peau puisse être réduite, ce qui permet d'améliorer efficacement la précision de mesure mise en œuvre par le capteur de mesure (30) sur des indices de santé tels que la saturation en oxygène sanguin et la fréquence cardiaque.
