Description

包含丁香花油的水基产品及其灭螨应用 技术领域
本发明涉及包含丁香花油的水基型制品及其灭螨应用,可以应用在如消毒产品、洗涤剂、沐浴露或洗手液、洁面产品等诸多家清产品和个人护理产品中。
背景技术
房屋灰尘含有最广泛的室内过敏原来源:即,房屋尘螨(HDM)。这些小型生物影响着世界上相当大的人口,并且是导致哮喘和鼻炎等过敏性病理状态的主要来源。在泰国过敏性鼻炎患者中,最重要的室内空气过敏原致敏剂是法氏吸虫(79%)和翼状吸虫(76%)。
虽然螨虫本身对人类无害,但它们的粪便大小为10至40微米,含有过敏原,当吸入时,特别是长期吸入,可能导致过敏反应恶化,最终导致哮喘。因此,避免和/或消除HDMs是螨虫过敏患者遵循免疫治疗的推荐初始步骤。
降低过敏原水平和消除活螨的化学方法是实用且容易获得的。早期的两种化学喷雾处理是单宁酸,单独或与苯甲酸苄酯联合使用。
目前对于尘螨的灭除方法多限于化学制剂,越来越多的技术开发着眼于天然提取物对尘螨的灭除。比如Raynaud S等报道了一种树皮提取物除螨效果优于苯甲酸苄酯2.14倍。Vanna Mahakittikun等报道了丁香油具有抑菌和灭螨的效果,但是该方法使用了2%的丁香油乙醇溶液,在织物浸泡后,通过和尘螨接触测定灭螨效果。
林家洪等则对基于广藿香精油、二氯苄醇、伞花烃-o-5醇等的复方乳液进行了免除尘螨研究。
Yancheng Zhou等测试了百里香对于疥螨的抑制效果,潘依宁等对5种中草药体外抑杀蠕形螨的进行了研究,发现艾叶、藿香对蠕形螨杀除效果较好。
还有一些现有技术的文献中所采用的测试样品使用石油醚作为溶剂。我们同样采用石油醚作溶剂,以标准测试方法《NY/T 1151.2-2006农药登记卫生用 杀虫剂室内药效试验方法及评价第2部分:灭螨和驱螨剂》对其灭螨率进行测试(注:此方法系国家标准测试方法,且文献中所采用的方法与个护、家用洗涤等产品使用方式相去甚远,此标准方法相较文献中实验方法更接近个护产品的使用方式,更据参考意义,故选用此方法),发现其空白溶剂对照样(即石油醚)本身灭螨率已达100%,0.01%丁香花油石油醚溶液样灭螨率同为100%,无法区分差异。由此可见,石油醚本身已有极佳的灭螨效果,以该溶剂作为载体,并不能排除溶剂本身对实验结果的影响,而且石油醚属于危险化学品,并不适用于个护品类,因此,采用石油醚的文献方法与本申请灭螨除螨完全不同。
因此,对于丁香花精油,特别是其在水基产品剂型中的灭螨效果鲜有研究。
本发明的发明人意外地发现:丁香花精油具有更佳的除螨功效,可以作为功能添加剂应用到家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品或个人护理产品中。文献中均未涉及该精油具有除螨功效,也未涉及将其作为具有除螨作用的功能添加剂加入到家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品或个人护理产品中。
因此,本发明首次提出丁香花精油的除螨功效,同时其也可以作为具有除螨作用的功能添加剂加入到家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品或个人护理产品中。
发明内容
一方面,本发明提供了包含丁香花油的水基组合物在灭除和/或减少尘螨中的应用,其中,所述组合物中丁香花油的含量为0.05-5重量%。
在优选的实施方式中,所述组合物中丁香花油的含量为0.05-1重量%。在优选的实施方式中,所述组合物还包含增溶剂,所述增溶剂与丁香花油的重量比为5∶1。在更优选的实施方式中,所述增溶剂是氢化蓖麻油。
另一方面,本发明还涉及包含丁香花油的水基组合物在制备用于灭除和/或减少尘螨的家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品中的应用,其中,所述组合物中丁香花油的含量为0.05-5重量%。
在优选的实施方式中,所述家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品选自:消毒喷雾、面霜、乳液、精华水、洗面奶、沐浴露和洗衣液。
具体实施方式
本发明目的在于提供一种全新的、可应用于家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品、个人护理产品等多种品类产品中的天然植物来源的除螨成份及其制备方法。
为了提供更简明的描述,本文给出的一些数量表述没有用术语“约”修饰。应当理解,无论是否明确地使用了术语“约”,本文所给出的每个量都意在指代实际的给定值,并且还意在指代由本领域的普通技术人员可合理推测出的这些给定值的近似值,包括这些给定值的由实验和/或测量条件所引起的近似值。
丁香花油
本发明提出一种全新的、可应用于家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品、个人护理产品等多种品类产品中的天然植物来源除螨成份——丁香花蕾油。
在一个具体的实施方式中,丁香花油(INCI:丁香花蕾油),从印尼C.V.AROMA & Co.购买(商品名为:CLOVE BUD OIL NAT EO(天然丁香花蕾油),本文中也称为丁香花油。
本发明采用包含丁香花油的水基组合物。在一些实施方式中,水基组合物的含水量等于或大于约70重量%。在优选实施方式中,水基组合物的含水量等于或大于约80重量%。在优选实施方式中,水基组合物的含水量等于或大于约85重量%。在优选实施方式中,水基组合物的含水量等于或大于约90重量%。在优选实施方式中,水基组合物的含水量等于或大于约95重量%。在优选实施方式中,水基组合物的含水量等于或大于约97重量%。
在一些实施方式中,本发明的水基组合物中丁香花油的含量为约0.05-5重量%。在优选的实施方式中,水基组合物中丁香花油的含量为约0.05-2重量%。水基组合物中丁香花油的含量为约0.05-1重量%。水基组合物中丁香花油的含量为约0.05-0.5重量%。
在一些实施方式中,本发明的水基组合物还包含增溶剂。在一些实施方式中,增溶剂与丁香花油的重量比为约5∶1。在优选的实施方式中,增溶剂是氢化蓖麻油。
含丁香花油的家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品
包含丁香花油的水基组合物可以作为功效添加剂应用于家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品中,用于灭除和/或减少尘螨。
在一些实施方式中,家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品包括但不限于:消毒喷雾、面霜、乳液、精华水、洗面奶、沐浴露和洗衣液。
在一些实施方式中,家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品中丁香花油的用量约为0.001%-20%(w/w),优选的重量百分比约为0.01%-20%(w/w),更优选的重量百分比约为0.01%-10%(w/w),最优选的重量百分比约为0.1%-5%(w/w)。
在本发明的具体实施方式中,家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品中丁香花油的用量为约0.05-5重量%。在优选的实施方式中,家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品和/或个人护理产品中丁香花油的用量为约0.05-1重量%。
实施例
下面结合具体实施例,以进一步阐述本发明。有必要在此指出的是,实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步的说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的技术熟练人员可以根据上述本发明的内容做出一些非本质的改进和调整。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的试验方法,通常按照常规条件,或按照制造厂商所建议的条件。除非另有说明,所有的百分比和份数按重量计。
1.实验材料
丁香花油(INCI:丁香花蕾油),从印尼C.V.AROMA & Co.购买(商品名为:CLOVE BUD OIL NAT EO(天然丁香花蕾油)),本文中称为丁香花油;增溶剂RH-40(INCI:PEG-40氢化蓖麻油),从巴斯夫新材料有限公司购买(商品名为Cremophor RH 40 Surfactant),在本文中称为RH-40;去离子水,实验室制备。
2.实验仪器
电子天平PL4002(梅特勒-托利多)、小型不锈钢分散桨、实验烧杯、药匙与滴管适量。
3.实验工艺
3.1称取选定量的丁香花油、RH-40及去离子水;
3.2将丁香花油与RH-40在烧杯中混合搅拌,直至溶解分散均匀;
3.3搅拌状态下,缓缓加入去离子水,直至溶解分散均匀。
实施例1:丁香花油微乳液的制备
称取0.01g丁香花油与0.05gRH-40至烧杯中,搅拌均匀。在烧杯中缓缓加入99.94g去离子水溶解稀释,搅拌直至溶解分散均匀。
实施例2:丁香花油微乳液的制备
称取0.05g丁香花油与0.25gRH-40至烧杯中,搅拌均匀。在烧杯中缓缓加入99.70g去离子水溶解稀释,搅拌直至溶解分散均匀。
实施例3:丁香花油微乳液的制备
称取0.1g丁香花油与0.5gRH-40至烧杯中,搅拌均匀。在烧杯中缓缓加入99.40g去离子水溶解稀释,搅拌直至溶解分散均匀。
实施例4:丁香花油微乳液的制备
称取0.5g丁香花油与2.5gRH-40至烧杯中,搅拌均匀。在烧杯中缓缓加入97.00g去离子水溶解稀释,搅拌直至溶解分散均匀。
测试例1:丁香花油微乳液的灭螨测试
将实施例1至实施例4的样品送至广东省微生物分析检测中心进行测试。
该测试参考NY/T 1151.2-2006农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法及评价第2部分:灭螨和驱螨剂,规定的室内药效测试方法及评价标准,灭螨测试方法:
供试靶标:
采用标准试虫:粉尘螨(Dermatophagoides farinae Hughes),雌雄成螨和若螨。
测定条件:
温度:(25±2)℃;相对湿度:(75±5)%。
样品前处理:
样品原液加入螨虫,作用24h(具体操作步骤详见标准方法NY/T 1151.2-2006)。

如表1所示,实施例2、3、4灭螨率均达到100%,表明丁香花油在水性体系中添加量在0.05%以上,均可达到灭螨率100%。
以下是丁香花油在家用洗涤产品、家用消毒用品或个人护理产品中的具体应用的实施例,及其这些剂型的配方和制备方法。以下各表中“-”表示无添加。

  3. 如权利要求1所述的应用,其中,所述水基组合物还包含增溶剂,所述增溶剂与丁香花油的重量比为5∶1。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的应用,其中,所述增溶剂是氢化蓖麻油。
