Description

一种开放式耳机 技术领域
本发明涉及耳机产品技术领域,特指一种采用耳挂结构的开放式耳机。
背景技术
开放式耳机区别于入耳式耳机,开放式耳机的发声孔不像耳塞式耳机,需要塞入耳道内,而是位于耳道外侧,发声孔指向耳道。开放式耳机在使用时,不仅可以听到耳机的声音,同时也可以听到外部环境声音。由于开放式耳机在使用时可以同时听到外部环境声音,所以特别适合使用者在户外使用。
为了便于佩戴,开放式耳机通常采用耳挂结构,其通常包括:机芯部和耳挂部,通过耳挂部将耳机悬挂在人体耳朵上,并令机芯部贴合在人耳表面。人耳包括外耳、中耳和内耳三部分,听觉感受器和位觉感受器位于内耳,外耳包括耳郭和外耳道两部分。见图1、图2所示,这是人体耳郭的示意图,耳廓3通常是相对头部侧面倾斜向外伸出,并形成一个夹角,其中该夹角的角度大约在25-35°。耳郭3最外侧为耳轮31,耳轮31沿耳道32的外围分布,自耳轮脚311起始呈曲线弯曲至耳轮尾312。在耳廓3的背面形成沟槽33。
耳挂式耳机主要依靠耳挂部悬挂在耳廓上,为了适应人体耳廓的造型,耳挂部通常以耳轮的造型进行设计,呈曲线造型。当耳挂部悬挂在耳廓3上后,机芯部内侧面贴靠在耳廓外表面,通过耳挂部与机芯部之间形成的夹持力将耳机固定在耳廓上。
然而,由于耳机耳挂的形状、尺寸固定,不同使用者则因为身体情况不同,耳朵大小存在差异性,对部分人群存在耳挂过大、佩戴时太过宽松、佩戴不稳,或耳挂过小佩戴时会夹紧耳朵使用户产生不适感。为了克服这一问题,本发明人通过对大量使用者的进行舒适度测试,不断修正各种参数,提出以下技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种符合人体工学的耳挂结构的开放式耳机。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种开放式耳机,包括:内置电池单元的耳挂部和内置发声单元的机芯部,所述的耳挂部包括:与机芯部连接的连接部、弯曲部和内置电池单元的电池仓,所述耳挂部的造型与沿人体耳廓耳轮中的耳轮脚至耳轮尾造型对应;所述的机芯部具有使用时贴合人体耳廓的内侧面,于内侧面上设置有发声孔;所述耳挂部自其与机芯部连接的连接端向后弯曲延伸,形成与人体耳廓中耳轮背面的沟槽造型对应的弯曲部,且弯曲部与机芯部之间形成有用于夹持人体耳廓中耳轮上部的间隙;所述的机芯部上还开设有后声孔,所述的发声孔和后声孔分别位于机芯部内发声单元的前后两侧,并且存在至少一组对应的发声孔、后声孔的连线指向耳道。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的后声孔开设于机芯部上邻近间隙的周侧面上。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,该开放式耳机同时满足以下条件:(1)所述的弯曲部所处的平面A与平面B之间形成有一锐角夹角,该锐角夹角范围为22°- 30°,所述的平面B与发声孔所处的平面或者与发声孔切面平行;(2)平面C与平面D之间的夹角范围为62°- 70°;所述的平面C为过机芯部2的长轴方向的中轴线、并与平面A垂直的平面;所述平面D为过电池仓13的轴线延伸方向、并与平面A垂直的平面。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的弯曲部的曲率自连接端开始逐渐降低。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的机芯部主体呈跑道造型或者椭圆造型,并且发声孔位于内侧面靠近间隙的一侧。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述弯曲部中间区域的高度为4.5±1mm,宽度为3.4±1mm。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的电池仓宽度大于弯曲部中间区域的宽度,并且弯曲部与电池仓之间呈宽度逐渐变宽的的圆滑过渡。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的电池仓的宽度不超过10.6mm。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的间隙在机芯部的长轴方向宽度为:6.6-10mm;
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的间隙在机芯部短轴方向的宽度为:6.5-7.2mm。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明针对采用耳挂结构的开放式耳机,为了便于佩戴,将耳挂部的造型与沿人体耳廓耳轮中的耳轮脚至耳轮尾造型对应,以令使用者佩戴时更加稳定,并且佩戴舒适。
2、本发明中在机芯部设置有发声孔和后声孔,并且发声孔、后声孔的连线指向耳道。这样可以提高耳机的发声的指向性,以此可达到防漏音的目的,并且能够实现声音的单向集中传输,即实现定向出声的目的。
3、本发明对耳机的耳挂部和机芯部相关参数进行优化,符合大多数人的人体工学,在保证耳机正常佩戴的情况下,提高佩戴舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明进一步说明。
本发明为一种开放式耳机,其采用符合人体工学以提高佩戴舒适度。见图2-6所示,本发明包括:相互连接的耳挂部1和机芯部2。
结合图7所示,所述的耳挂部1用于悬挂在人体耳廓3上。所述的耳挂部1包括:与机芯部2连接的连接部11、弯曲部12和内置电池单元的电池仓13。所述耳挂部1整体造型为:具有沿人体耳廓3耳轮31中的耳轮脚311至耳轮尾312对应造型。采用这种造型设计以适应耳轮31造型,令佩戴稳固。
所述耳挂部1自其与机芯部2连接的连接端11向后弯曲延伸,形成与人体耳廓3中耳轮31背面沟槽33造型对应的弯曲部12。所述的弯曲部12的曲率自连接端11开始逐渐降低。另外,所述弯曲部12与机芯部2之间形成有用于夹持人体耳廓3中耳轮31上部的间隙30。所述的电池仓13用于内置电池单元,为机芯部2提供电源。
所述的连接部11、弯曲部12和电池仓13通常采用塑胶材料一体成型,为了对整个耳挂部1提供支撑,弯曲部12内会设置一根记忆金属材料,例如钛丝,直径一般在0.6-1mm,钛丝的两端连接分别固定连接于连接部11和电池仓13,并且钛丝造型与弯曲部12对应。
所述的机芯部2内置发声单元,例如喇叭、控制电路等。所述的机芯部2具有使用时贴合人体耳廓3的内侧面20,于内侧面20上设置有发声孔21。机芯部2上还开设有后声孔22。
本实施例中,所述的机芯部2主体呈跑道造型或者椭圆,并且发声孔21位于内侧面20靠近间隙30的一侧。由于本发明为开放式耳机,发声孔21不同于耳塞式耳机,直接位于耳道32内。机芯部2通常为位于耳道32的上方靠近脸部位置,发声孔21设置于靠近间隙30一侧(即脸部靠后位置),令发声孔21指向耳道32,以令使用者获得清晰的音频效果。
所述的发声孔21与后声孔22分别位于机芯部2内发声单元的前后两侧。为了提高使用者的听觉效果,本实施例在作为发声单元的振膜喇叭前后两侧分别设置有两个相互独立的前音腔和后音腔,其中发声孔21与前音腔连通,后声孔22与后音腔连通。为了减少漏音,并且令耳机局具有更好的声音指向性,发声孔21与后声孔22的连线指向人体耳道32。即,发声孔21、后声孔22、耳道32位于一条直线上。
具体而言,由于发声孔21位于机芯部2的内侧面20上,为了确保发声孔21与后声孔22的连线与人体耳朵的耳道32位于一条直线上,所述的后声孔22开设于机芯2上邻近间隙30的周侧面上。这样后声孔22与发声孔21的连线就形成一条斜线,以指向耳道32。
通常发声孔21、后声孔22分别由两个孔洞构成,只需要确保对应位置的发声孔21、后声孔22的连线指向耳道32。采用这种技术方案后,具有以下优点:
1、在机芯部2的内发声单元的前后两侧设置两个相互独立的前音腔和后音腔,前音腔作为耦合腔体,其容积等于发声单元内腔容积与后音腔的容积和,同时,由于发声孔21、后声孔22、耳道32位于一条直线上。从发声孔21输出的漏出音与从后声孔输出的漏出音形成两个对应的前声源和后声源,形成一对声偶极子。由于声偶极子具有特征指向性,在两个孔洞的发声孔21、后声孔22之间两个两点连线方向的声压完全抵消;在两点连线的中垂线方向声压为最强,使声音集中并沿两个孔洞的发声孔21形成两路声音单向传输至耳道32,以此可达到防漏音的目的,并且能够实现声音的单向集中传输,即实现定向出声的目的。即使佩戴有偏差,耳机传出的声音也可以传送至耳道,保证声音品质。
当然,如果发声孔21、后声孔22由若干阵列的小孔构成,则令发声孔21、后声孔22的中心连线指向耳道32即可。
结合图7、图8所述,本发明佩戴时,将耳挂部1放置在耳轮31后侧,沿耳轮31后侧的沟槽33贴合,同时机芯部2贴合在耳轮31前侧耳道32上方位置即可。
为了提高耳机佩戴舒适性,更好的符合人体工学,以及提升佩戴的稳定性,本发明对耳机相关参数进行特定设计,满足以下条件:
1、所述的弯曲部22所处的平面A与平面B之间形成有一锐角夹角b,所述的平面B与发声孔21所处的平面或者与发声孔21切面平行。当内侧面20为平面时,所述的平面B与内侧面20重合。当内侧面20具有一定的弧度是,平面B为发声孔21处的切面。
由于人体的耳廓3与脸部之间存在一定夹角,这个角的角度大约在25-35°之间,所以为了适配耳廓3,本发明中也需要采用对应的设置。本实施例中,所述的弯曲部22所处的平面与平面B之间的锐角夹角b范围为22°- 30°。在该角度范围内,既可以确保耳机适应耳廓3的造型,为佩戴提供必要的夹紧力,同时,不至于因为夹角过小、夹紧力过大而令使用者感觉不适。
2、平面C与平面D之间的夹角a范围为62°- 70°。其中,所述的平面C为过机芯部2的长轴方向的中轴线、并与平面A垂直的平面。所述平面D为过电池仓13的轴线延伸方向、并与平面A垂直的平面。
平面C与平面D之间的夹角a决定了耳挂部1与耳廓3的贴合程度.当角度过大,容易造成耳挂部1无法完全贴合耳廓3。特别是电池仓13部分,当平面C与平面D之间的夹角a过大时,电池仓13部分就无法贴合耳廓3的沟槽33表面,形成一定的间隙,这样会导致耳机佩戴不稳,容易掉落。当平面C与平面D之间的夹角a过小时,电池仓13部分就过渡夹紧沟槽33表面,形成一定压力,这样会导致使用者不适。
3、弯曲部12中间区域的高度D1为4.5±1mm,宽度D2为3.4±1mm。
在耳机佩戴过程中,弯曲部12正好位于沟槽33的上方,人体耳朵沟槽33不是一个标准的圆弧面,所以,本发明对弯曲部12的径向尺寸进行了对应的设计,以更加符合人耳沟槽33造型。
4、电池仓13宽度大于弯曲部12中间区域的宽度,并且弯曲部12与电池仓13之间呈宽度逐渐变宽的的圆滑过渡。通常,电池仓13的宽度D3不超过10.6mm。
电池仓13虽然是为了配置电池单元,在耳机佩戴过程中,其同样起到稳定耳机,并且具有配重效果。人耳的沟槽33下方区域的宽度明显是大于沟槽33上方区域,所以电池仓13的宽度尺寸应当大于弯曲部12的尺寸,这样有利于贴合,保持耳机佩戴的稳定。
5、所述的间隙30在机芯部2的长轴方向H1宽度为:6.6-10mm;所述的间隙30在机芯部2短轴方向H2的宽度为:6.5-7.2mm。
在耳机佩戴过程中,耳廓3的耳轮31正好由间隙30穿过,所以本发明根据耳廓3的厚度调整间隙30的尺寸,更好的与耳廓配合。
以下是本发明的佩戴舒适性检测结果。
将本发明与相关市面上同类耳机产品进行比对,测试过程如下:
测试人数:100人/组,共3组,合计300人。其中男女比例大致在1:1。体重42-75千克。
测试时间:不小于1小时。
钛丝直径:0.6-1mm;
评分标准:数为0-5分,0分为非常差,1分为很差,2分为差,3分为一般,4分为好,5分为非常好。
测试项目:
a.舒适度:耳朵是否有胀痛感,发热,不舒服。
b.松紧度:摇摆脑袋慢速/快速三次,向上跳三次。看耳机是否会从耳朵松掉或脱出;
c.配电便利性:取戴方便易操作。
d.运动时稳固性:跑步看耳机是否松掉或脱出。
经过测试,本发明的评测分数为:舒适度平均分:3.75;松紧度平均分:3.7;佩戴便利性平均分:4.25;运动稳固平均分:4.2。明显由于对比产品。
本发明对耳机的耳挂部和机芯部相关参数进行优化,符合大多数人的人体工学,在保证耳机正常佩戴的情况下,提高佩戴舒适性。
当然,以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例而已,并非来限制本发明实施范围,凡依本发明申请专利范围所述构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本发明申请专利范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种开放式耳机,包括:内置电池单元的耳挂部和内置发声单元的机芯部,所述的耳挂部包括:与机芯部连接的连接部、弯曲部和内置电池单元的电池仓,其特征在于:
    所述耳挂部的造型与沿人体耳廓耳轮中的耳轮脚至耳轮尾造型对应;所述的机芯部具有使用时贴合人体耳廓的内侧面,于内侧面上设置有发声孔;
    所述耳挂部自其与机芯部连接的连接端向后弯曲延伸,形成与人体耳廓中耳轮背面的沟槽造型对应的弯曲部,且弯曲部与机芯部之间形成有用于夹持人体耳廓中耳轮上部的间隙;
    所述的机芯部上还开设有后声孔,所述的发声孔和后声孔分别位于机芯部内发声单元的前后两侧,并且存在至少一组对应的发声孔、后声孔的连线指向耳道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的后声孔开设于机芯部上邻近间隙的周侧面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:该开放式耳机同时满足以下条件:
    (1)所述的弯曲部所处的平面A与平面B之间形成有一锐角夹角,该锐角夹角范围为22°- 30°,所述的平面B与发声孔所处的平面或者与发声孔切面平行;
    (2)平面C与平面D之间的夹角范围为62°- 70°;所述的平面C为过机芯部2的长轴方向的中轴线、并与平面A垂直的平面;所述平面D为过电池仓13的轴线延伸方向、并与平面A垂直的平面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的弯曲部的曲率自连接端开始逐渐降低。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的机芯部主体呈跑道造型或者椭圆造型,并且发声孔位于内侧面靠近间隙的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述弯曲部中间区域的高度为4.5±1mm,宽度为3.4±1mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的电池仓宽度大于弯曲部中间区域的宽度,并且弯曲部与电池仓之间呈宽度逐渐变宽的的圆滑过渡。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的电池仓的宽度不超过10.6mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的间隙在机芯部的长轴方向宽度为:6.6-10mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种开放式耳机,其特征在于:所述的间隙在机芯部短轴方向的宽度为:6.5-7.2mm。
