Description
本申请要求于2022年09月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为2022225695033、申请名称为“电子烟壳体及电子烟”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及电子烟技术领域,特别涉及一种电子烟壳体及电子烟。
近年来,随着人们对身体健康的关注度普遍上升,越来越多的人开始意识到烟草对身体的危害。电子烟是一种仿卷烟的电子产品,相比普通香烟更加健康、环保和安全。
随着科技发展和使用者的要求提高,电子烟的体积越来越小,便于使用者的使用和携带。常见的烟管电子烟包括烟弹和烟杆,烟弹含有烟油和雾化器,并且装在烟杆内部。雾化器一般都是陶瓷的且具有一定的厚度,因此会占用较大的烟杆内部空间。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种电子烟壳体及电子烟,可以减小电子烟壳体的整体厚度,既能实现超薄的电子烟壳体,又能保证电子烟壳体的强度。
本申请提供一种电子烟壳体,用于以容纳电子烟器件,其特征在于,所述电子烟壳体具有长度方向、宽度方向和厚度方向,所述电子烟壳体包括沿所述厚度方向间隔设置的两个第一侧壁和沿所述宽度方向间隔设置的两个第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁的最大厚度小于所述第二侧壁的最大厚度;
沿着所述电子烟壳体的周向,两个所述第一侧壁与两个所述第二侧壁首尾连接。
一种实施例中,所述第一侧壁的厚度的范围为0.29mm-0.5mm。
一种实施例中,所述第一侧壁的厚度的范围为0.25mm-0.4mm。
一种实施例中,所述第二侧壁的厚度的范围为0.55mm-0.6mm。
一种实施例中,所述第一侧壁为平板状且厚度均匀。
一种实施例中,沿着所述电子烟壳体的周向,所述第二侧壁呈弧形延伸。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
随着科技发展和使用者的要求提高,电子烟的体积越来越小,便于使用者的使用和携带。常见的烟管电子烟包括烟弹和烟杆,烟弹含有烟油和雾化器,由于雾化器、雾化器密封件和气道的设置,烟弹一般比较厚,因此,为了降低电子烟的整机厚度,对烟杆的设计提出了更
高的要求,并且在产品生产时,制作烟杆的合金金属在打磨抛光时容易变形,从而导致烟杆的良率很低。本申请可以实现具有较小的壁厚的烟杆,且可以解决在产品生产时,烟杆容易变形的问题。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例提供一种电子烟100和电子烟壳体10。电子烟100包括所述电子烟壳体10、盖体20和容纳于所述电子烟壳体10中的电子烟器件(未示出)。所述电子烟器件包括控制板、电子烟雾化组件和电源组件等器件。所述电子烟雾化组件为电子烟烟弹。所述电子烟壳体10上装设有烟嘴(未示出),用于使用者吸取烟雾。所述盖体20盖于所述烟嘴上。本实施例的所述电子烟壳体10即为烟杆。所述电子烟烟弹含有烟油和雾化器。所述电子烟烟弹与所述烟杆套接。所述烟杆用于为所述电子烟100提供能源和动力,在所述烟杆内部容置有电池和控制板等。所述电池为所述雾化器提供能量使所述雾化器的发热丝加热,所述发热丝的高温使所述烟油雾化,雾化的烟油气体通过气道进入使用者口中。
请参阅图2,所述电子烟壳体10为长条形的中空壳体,且一端设有开口,所述开口位于所述电子烟壳体10的长度方向(Y方向)。所述电源组件容纳于所述电子烟壳体10的远离所述开口的一侧。所述电子烟壳体10包括沿所述电子烟壳体10的厚度方向(X方向)间隔设置的两个第一侧壁12和沿所述电子烟壳体10的宽度方向(Z方向)间隔设置的两个第二侧壁15。两个所述第一侧壁12间隔相对设置;两个所述第二侧壁15间隔相对设置。每一所述第一侧壁12为平板状且厚度均匀,所述第一侧壁12的厚度L1小于所述第二侧壁15的厚度L2。需要说明的是,L1仅仅为所述第一侧壁12的厚度标识,不代表厚度值。L2仅仅为所述第二侧壁15的厚度标识,不代表厚度值;比如,在所述第二侧壁15的厚度不均匀的情况下,L2也为整个所述第二侧壁15的厚度标识,不代表所述第二侧壁15的每个位置的厚度值。一种实施例中,所述第一侧壁12的最大厚度小于所述第二侧壁15的最大厚度。
沿着所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,每一所述第一侧壁12的相对两侧分别连接两个所述第二侧壁15,即两个所述第一侧壁12与两个所述第二侧壁15首尾连接,两个所述第一侧壁12和两个所述第二侧壁15共同形成容置腔,用于容纳所述电子烟100的器件,例如所述控制板、所述电子烟雾化组件和所述电源组件等。
具体的,所述电子烟壳体10的横截面的形状为封闭环状,接近椭圆形状。沿着所述电子烟壳体10的所述周向w,两个所述第一侧壁12和两个所述第二侧壁15共同形成所述容置腔。所述长度方向(Y方向)上,所述容置腔的一端设置有所述电子烟壳体10的所述开口,所述容置腔16的另一端封闭。两个所述第一侧壁12在所述电子烟壳体10的厚度方向(X方向)相对且间隔两个所述第二侧壁15,两个所述第二侧壁15在宽度方向(Z方向)间隔设置。在所述电子烟壳体10的长度方向(Y方向),所述第一侧壁12和所述第二侧壁15均为条形板体,所述第一侧壁12为平板状且厚度均匀。本实施例中,两个所述第一侧壁12分别位于所述电子烟壳体10的正面和背面,两个所述第二侧壁15分别位于所述电子烟壳体10相对的两侧。
本实施例中,所述电子烟壳体10采用不同壁厚的侧壁。位于所述电子烟壳体10的厚度方向(X方向)上的平板状的所述第一侧壁12的厚度较小。因为所述第一侧壁12是平板状,整体强度一致,因此在加工过程中所述第一侧壁12不容易变形;并且在所述厚度方向(X方向)上可以减小所述电子烟壳体10的厚度。位于所述电子烟壳体10的宽度方向(Z方向)以及所述宽度方向(Z方向)和所述厚度方向(X方向)的过渡位置上的所述第二侧壁15的
厚度大于所述第一侧壁12的厚度,因此在加工过程中所述第二侧壁15具有足够的强度和厚度,从而打磨抛光时所述第二侧壁15不容易变形。
请参阅图3,一种实施例中,沿着所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,所述第二侧壁15呈弧形延伸。可以理解为,所述第二侧壁15包括至少一段弧形段。可以理解为,所述第二侧壁15的横截面轮廓的形状为抛物线,也可以是贝塞尔曲线。两个所述第二侧壁15的弧形段均沿着所述X方向凸出且凸出方向相反。
本实施例中,所述第一侧壁12的厚度L1的范围为0.29mm-0.5mm。比如,所述第一侧壁12的厚度L1为0.3mm、0.31mm、0.32mm等。所述第一侧壁12的厚度L1为0.3mm时,可以保证所述第一侧壁12具有较高的强度且可以大幅度减小所述电子烟壳体10的整体厚度。一种实施例中,所述第一侧壁12的厚度的范围为0.25mm-0.4mm。
一种实施方式中,图未示,所述第二侧壁15的厚度L2均匀,且厚度L2的范围为0.55mm-0.6mm。或者所述第二侧壁15的厚度L2的范围为0.3mm-0.6mm。一种实施方式中,所述第二侧壁15的厚度L2优选为0.55mm。
如图3所示,在所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,所述第二侧壁15具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端和所述第二端分别与两个所述第一侧壁12连接,沿着所述第一端至所述第二端的延伸方向,或者是沿着所述第二端至所述第一端的延伸方向,所述第二侧壁15的厚度先增加后减小。具体的,所述第二侧壁15为轴对称结构,所述第二侧壁15的对称轴沿着所述电子烟壳体10的长度方向(Y方向),沿着所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,所述第二侧壁15的厚度沿着所述第一端至所述对称轴的方向逐渐增大,沿着所述对称轴至所述第二端的方向逐渐减小,或者,沿着所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,所述第二侧壁15的厚度沿着所述第二端至所述对称轴的方向逐渐增大,沿着所述对称轴至所述第一端的方向逐渐减小。具体的,本实施方式中,沿着所述第一侧壁12到所述第二侧壁15的方向,所述第二侧壁15的厚度L2逐渐增加,且所述第二侧壁15的中间部(所述电子烟壳体10的相对两端)的厚度最大,最大值可以为0.55mm,所述第二侧壁15连接所述第一侧壁12的部分的厚度为0.3mm。沿着所述第一侧壁12到所述第二侧壁15方向,也就是所述周向w,也可以理解为沿着所述电子烟壳体10的所述宽度方向(Z方向)和所述厚度方向(X方向),所述第二侧壁15连接所述第一侧壁12的过渡部的厚度逐渐增加。所述过渡部可以提升所述第二侧壁15的强度。所述第二侧壁15的中间部对加工抛光的要求比较高,因此,所述第二侧壁15的中间部的厚度比所述第二侧壁15其他部分的厚度大,既提升了所述第二侧壁15的强度,又不会增加所述第一侧壁12的厚度,从而可降低所述电子烟壳体10的整体厚度。
请参阅图4,一种实施例中,沿着所述周向w,所述第二侧壁15包括两个过渡部151和连接两个所述过渡部151之间的中间部153,所述过渡部151连接所述第一侧壁12,所述过渡部151的厚度小于所述中间部153的厚度。
本实施例中,所述过渡部151为平板状。所述中间部153呈弧形延伸。所述中间部153的形状可以是圆弧形,也可以是抛物线形,也可以是贝塞尔曲线。所述过渡部151可以理解为所述第一侧壁12和所述第二侧壁15的过渡部分。通过设置所述过渡部151的厚度,可以提升所述第二侧壁15的强度,因此,在加工过程中所述第二侧壁15具有足够的强度和厚度,从而打磨抛光时所述第二侧壁15不容易变形。
在其他实施例中,所述中间部153也可以是平板状。所述中间部153的厚度均匀且所述
中间部153的厚度等于所述过渡部151的厚度。
所述过渡部151的最小厚度的范围为0.29mm-0.5mm,比如所述过渡部151的最小厚度为0.3mm、0.31mm、0.32mm等。所述过渡部151的最大厚度的范围为0.55mm-0.6mm;比如,所述过渡部151的最大厚度为0.53mm、0.54mm、0.55mm等。所述第二侧壁15的厚度范围为0.55mm-0.6mm。
一种实施方式中,所述中间部153的厚度均匀。所述中间部153的厚度大于所述过渡部151的厚度。或者所述中间部153连接所述过渡部151的位置的厚度与所述过渡部151的厚度相等,所述中间部153的其他位置的厚度大于所述过渡部151的厚度。
具体的,所述过渡部151的厚度小于所述中间部153的厚度且大于所述第一侧壁12的厚度。本实施方式中,由所述第一侧壁12到所述中间部153的方向,所述过渡部151的厚度逐渐变大,且所述过渡部151的最小厚度等于所述第一侧壁12的厚度,所述过渡部151的最大厚度为所述过渡部151连接所述中间部153的位置的厚度。所述过渡部151的厚度逐渐变大,可以提升所述第二侧壁15的强度,使得在加工过程中所述第二侧壁15具有足够的强度和厚度,从而打磨抛光时所述第二侧壁15不容易变形。
可以理解的是,所述过渡部151连接所述第一侧壁12的位置的厚度可以与所述第一侧壁12的厚度相同,所述过渡部151其他位置的厚度大于所述第一侧壁12的厚度。所述过渡部151连接所述中间部153的位置的厚度与所述中间部153的厚度相同,所述过渡部151的其他位置的厚度小于所述中间部153,所述过渡部151的其他位置的厚度可以相同。
沿着所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,所述过渡部151包括平直部和圆弧过渡部,所述平直部与所述第一侧壁12连接,所述圆弧过渡部与所述中间部153连接。在所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,沿着所述第一侧壁12至所述圆弧过渡部的方向,所述平直部的厚度逐渐增大。
其他实施方式中,所述平直部的厚度均匀,在所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,沿着所述平直部至所述中间部153的方向,所述圆弧过渡部的厚度逐渐增大。
请参阅图5,本实施例与图4所示的实施例不同的是,所述中间部153包括两个第一段1532和连接于两个所述第一段1532之间的第二段1531,每一所述第一段1532的形状为弧形且与所述过渡部151连接,所述第二段1531为平板状且厚度均匀。可以理解为,所述电子烟壳体10的横截面的形状为环形,所述过渡部151和所述第二段1531为平板状,所述第一段1532为所述过渡部151和所述第二段1531之间的圆弧倒角。也可以理解为,所述第一段1532平滑连接所述过渡部151和所述第二段1531之间,所述第一段1532处于所述电子烟壳体10的转角位置,因此,可提升所述电子烟壳体10的外形轮廓的流线美感。
一种实施例中,沿着所述电子烟壳体10的周向w,所述中间部153和所述过渡部151均呈弧形延伸。
请参阅图6,图6所示的实施例与图5所示的实施例相同的是,图6中的所述中间部153也包括两个第一段1532和连接于两个所述第一段1532之间的第二段1531,每一所述第一段1532的形状为弧形且与所述过渡部151连接,所述第二段1531为平板状且厚度均匀。图6所示的实施例与图5所示的实施例不同的是,所述过渡部151为平板状,且由所述第一侧壁12到所述中间部153的方向,所述过渡部151的厚度逐渐变大,且所述过渡部151的最小厚度等于所述第一侧壁12的厚度,所述过渡部151的最大厚度为所述过渡部151连接所述中间部153的位置的厚度。
一种实施方式中,所述第一段1532的厚度可以大于所述第一侧壁12以及所述第二侧壁15其他位置的厚度,以增加所述电子烟壳体10的强度,提升加工和使用的可靠性。

Claims (20)
- 一种电子烟壳体(10),用于以容纳电子烟器件,其特征在于,所述电子烟壳体(10)具有长度方向(Y)、宽度方向(Z)和厚度方向(X),所述电子烟壳体(10)包括沿所述厚度方向(X)间隔设置的两个第一侧壁(12)和沿所述宽度方向(Z)间隔设置的两个第二侧壁(15),所述第一侧壁(12)的最大厚度小于所述第二侧壁(15)的最大厚度;沿着所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),两个所述第一侧壁(12)与两个所述第二侧壁(15)首尾连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁(12)的厚度的范围为0.29mm-0.5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁(12)的厚度的范围为0.25mm-0.4mm。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁(15)的厚度的范围为0.55mm-0.6mm。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁(12)为平板状且厚度均匀。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,沿着所述电子烟壳体的所述周向(w),所述第二侧壁(15)呈弧形延伸。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,在所述电子烟壳体(10)的所述周向,所述第二侧壁(15)具有第一端和第二端,所述第一端和所述第二端分别与两个所述第一侧壁(12)连接,沿着所述第一端至所述第二端的延伸方向,所述第二侧壁(15)的厚度先增加后减小。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁(15)为轴对称结构,所述第二侧壁(15)的对称轴沿着所述电子烟壳体的长度方向(Y),沿着所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),所述第二侧壁(15)的厚度沿着所述第一端至所述对称轴的方向逐渐增大,沿着所述对称轴至所述第二端的方向逐渐减小。
- 根据权利要求6至8中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,沿着所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),所述第二侧壁(15)包括两个过渡部(151)和连接在两个所述过渡部(151)之间的中间部(153),两个所述过渡部(151)分别与两个所述第一侧壁(12)连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述中间部(153)的厚度均匀,沿着所述第一侧壁(12)朝向所述中间部(153)延伸的方向,所述过渡部(151)的厚度逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述中间部(153)为平板状,沿着所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向,所述过渡部(151)呈弧形延伸。
- 根据权利要求9或10所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,沿着所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),所述中间部(153)和所述过渡部(151)均呈弧形延伸。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,沿着所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),所述过渡部(151)包括平直部和圆弧过渡部,所述平直部与所述第一侧壁(12) 连接,所述圆弧过渡部与所述中间部(153)连接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述平直部为平板状。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,在所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),沿着所述第一侧壁(12)至所述圆弧过渡部的方向,所述平直部的厚度逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述平直部的厚度均匀,在所述电子烟壳体(10)的周向(w),沿着所述平直部至所述中间部(153)的方向,所述圆弧过渡部的厚度逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求9至16中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述中间部(153)包括两个第一段(1532)和连接于两个所述第一段(1532)之间的第二段(1531),所述第一段(1532)的形状为弧形且与所述过渡部(151)连接,所述第二段(1531)为平板状且厚度均匀。
- 根据权利要求9至17中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述过渡部(151)的最小厚度等于所述第一侧壁(12)的厚度,所述过渡部(151)的最大厚度为所述过渡部(151)连接所述中间部(153)的位置的厚度。
- 根据权利要求9至18中任意一项所述的电子烟壳体,其特征在于,所述过渡部(151)的最小厚度的范围为0.29mm-0.5mm,所述过渡部(151)的最大厚度的范围为0.55mm-0.6mm;所述第二侧壁(15)的厚度范围为0.55mm-0.6mm。
- 一种电子烟(100),其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-19任一项所述的所述电子烟壳体(10)和容纳于所述电子烟壳体(10)中的电子烟器件。
