一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物 技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,特别涉及一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物。
背景技术
二甲四氯钠盐为苯氧乙酸类选择性激素型除草剂,也是禾本科作物田生产上常用的防除阔叶杂草等药剂。可防除水稻栽插半月后大部分莎草科杂草及阔叶杂草。主要用于苗后茎叶处理,药剂穿过角质层和细胞质膜,最后传导到各部分,在不同部位对核酸和蛋白质合成产生不同影响。在植物顶端抑制核酸代谢和蛋白质的合成,使生长点停止生长,幼嫩叶片不能伸展,一直到光合作用不能正常进行从而破坏植物正常的生活能力,最终导致植物死亡。二甲四氯钠盐低毒,对环境、对水稻安全。
杀虫双是人工合成的沙蚕毒素的类似物,进入昆虫体内迅速转化为沙蚕毒素或二氢沙蚕毒素。该药为乙酰胆碱竞争性抑制剂,具有较强的触杀、胃毒和内吸传导作用,对鳞翅目害虫的幼虫有很好的防治效果。属仿生型农药,对天敌影响小,无抗性,无残毒,不污染环境,是综合治理虫害较理想的药剂。该药剂能有效地防治水稻、蔬菜、小麦、玉米、茶叶、果树等作物上的多种害虫,特别是对水稻稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟、三化螟等有特效。对鱼类生物低毒。
水稻栽插半月后在去除莎草科杂草及阔叶杂草的时候,发现有钻心虫;为了有效控制杂草和害虫的危害,不得不使用除草剂和杀虫剂,为此我们研制出二甲四氯钠盐与杀虫双的组合物,可以一次性除草杀虫。节约工时,提高效率。

2、本发明提出的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,田间试验表明,现有药剂与作用机制不同的另一种农药混配,不仅能除草,还能杀虫,减少用药次数,降低农民的施药成本,本发明将2甲4氯钠盐与杀虫双复配用以除草杀虫,将两种有效成份复配,不仅可以有效去除杂草、防治大部分害虫,减少环境污染,还能够提高药效及持效期,降低了农民的劳动成本,具有良好的经济效益。

为了确认2甲4氯钠盐与杀虫双混配,是具有增效作用、相加作用还是拮抗作用,我们首先对2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双进行了配方筛选研究,将生测的对象定为在我国水稻生产中存在的莎草科杂草、阔叶杂草以及危害最严重的稻纵卷叶螟,具体试验情况以及结果如下:
试验用药采用85%2甲4氯钠盐和45%杀虫双可溶粉,先用溶剂将原药 溶解,根据设定的配比浓度,配制成所需浓度药液备用,所使用的85%2甲4氯钠盐和45%杀虫双可溶粉由本公司自行生产,助剂均为从市场采购。
采用室内生测方法(室内生测方法具体方法在中国专利CN105685042B一种含乙基多杀菌素和杀虫双的杀虫组合物中公开)获得以下毒力测定结果:

实验结果共毒系数均大于120,其中有的更是超过了180,表明2甲4氯钠盐与杀虫双按不同比例复配时,均具有增效作用。但是在实际生产过程中,一方面要考虑除草杀虫效果,另一方面更要考虑农业使用成本,要把成本控制在农民能接受的经济承受能力范围之内。为此我们选用以下几个配比进行 了了样品试制,并开展了田间药效试验。所用2甲4氯钠盐、杀虫双可溶粉为本公司生产,所用农药助剂为外购。
以下以具体制剂实施例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比。
实施例1:15%2甲4氯钠盐·杀虫双水剂

实施例3:25%2甲4氯钠盐·杀虫双可溶性粉剂
实施例4:60%2甲4氯钠盐·杀虫双可溶性粉剂
实施例5:30%2甲4氯钠盐·杀虫双水分散粒剂
实施例6:50%2甲4氯钠盐·杀虫双水分散粒剂
将2甲4氯钠盐与杀虫双各种不同配比制得的以上六个实施例,进行防治莎草科杂草及阔叶杂草、水稻稻纵卷叶螟的田间药效试验,同时通过与56%2甲4氯钠盐、30%杀虫双水剂的效果对比,验证复配后的增效效果。试验地点为江苏南京南京农业大学试验地,时间为2020年8月10日,试验共十二个处理,一个空白对照,每个处理三个重复,小区随机排列,小区面积22*5m 2,所有小区的种植习惯均与当地的种植习惯相同。
杀虫田间药效试验结果,以死亡率或虫口减退串表示,亦称相对防治效果。但在自然死亡数量大的情况下,还要计算校正死亡率或校正虫口减退串。
死亡率或虫口减退率(%)=(防前活虫数-防后活虫数)/防前活虫数×100。
校正死亡率或校正虫口减退率(%)=(防治区虫口减退率-对照区虫口减退率)/(100%-对照区虫口减退率)×100。

除草田间药效试验结果,以单位面积内杂草株数、鲜重及结籽实情况的变化,计算除草效果。
除草效果(%)=(时照区杂草株数(或鲜重)—处理区杂草株数(或鲜重))/对照区杂草株数(或鲜重)×100。

实验结果是:在使用相同的有效成份剂量下,2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双不同配比复配后,杂草防治效果及虫口减退率要明显高于两种单剂,所有配方均有明显的增效作用。各配方之间杂草防治效果及虫口减退率,没有明显差异。当配方中杀虫单含量高时,速效性较好,持效性一般,当配方中2甲4氯钠盐含量高时,速效性一般,持效性较好,这一结果也真实反映了这两个药剂的特性。从实验中看出,复配制剂在药后7天的防效要高于药后1天的防效,药后15天的防效要大于药后7天的防效。与单剂相比,复配制剂提升了综合防治效果,减少了用药次数,减轻了农民劳动量,降低了农民用药成本,有较好的经济效益

Claims (10)

  1. 一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述除草杀虫组合物包括有效成分2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双,其中,二甲四氯钠盐和杀虫双的重量比为1:50-50:1;2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的质量含量为1-80%。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述二甲四氯钠盐和杀虫双的重量比为1:40-40:1。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述二甲四氯钠盐和杀虫双的重量比为1:30-30:1。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述二甲四氯钠盐和杀虫双的重量比为1:30-15:1。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述二甲四氯钠盐和杀虫双的重量比为1:30-1:1。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的质量含量为10-60%。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的质量含量为15-50%。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述除草杀虫组合物以2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双为有效成分,配以农药助剂,制成农药上可接受的剂型。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述除草杀虫组合物的剂型为水剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂中的至少一种,其中,
    除草杀虫水剂的制备方法如下:采用农药助剂将2甲4氯钠盐原药溶解,再利用农药助剂将杀虫双原药溶解,将溶解后的2甲4氯钠盐溶解液和杀虫双溶解液按照比例混合均匀,制成除草杀虫水剂;
    除草杀虫可湿性粉剂的制备方法如下:将2甲4氯钠盐原药、杀虫双原 药和农药助剂按照一定的比例混合均匀,将混合后的材料进行粉碎,得到除草杀虫可湿性粉剂;
    除草杀虫水分散粒剂的制备方法如下:将制备完成的除草杀虫可湿性粉剂加入农药助剂混合后,经过造粒机造粒,制成除草杀虫水分散粒剂。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一种2甲4氯钠盐和杀虫双的除草杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述农药助剂为填料和载体、乳化剂、分散剂、湿润剂、展着剂、溶剂、粘着剂、稳定剂、增效剂、隔离剂以及喷雾助剂中的至少一种。
