一种便于维修的防水机箱(400)及具有其的舞台灯,其中便于维修的防水机箱(400)包括底框(100)以及盖设于底框(100)上具有枢接孔(210)的上盖(200),底框(100)一体压铸成型,上盖(200)包括相互拼接的第一盖体(220)和第二盖体(230),枢接孔(210)由第一盖体(220)与第二盖体(230)共同拼接形成,枢接孔(210)处设置有对枢接轴处外侧进行密封的油封(300),油封(300)通过安装板(310)进行安装固定,第一密封条将第一盖体(220)、第二盖体(230)与安装板(310)相互之间密封,第一盖体(220)、第二盖体(230)与底框(100)抵持且抵持处设置有第二密封条(250)。通过将上盖(200)拆分为第一盖体(220)和第二盖体(230),并且由第一盖体(220)与第二盖体(230)共同拼接形成枢接孔(210),从而可以实现不拆卸其他元件将上盖(200)自底框(100)移除,以对防水机箱(400)内部进行维修,方便快捷。

Description

一种便于维修的防水机箱及具有其的舞台灯 技术领域
本发明涉及舞台灯技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种便于维修的防水机箱及具有其的舞台灯。
背景技术
防水舞台灯,一般机箱都是通过拉铝的形式形成一个筒体,在筒体两端开口分别设置前板与后板形成密闭腔体,支撑臂的枢接轴穿过所述筒体的侧壁,进入所述密闭腔体内部,这样虽然防水效果很好,但是会使机箱内部的维修仅能通过两端开口进行,维修困难,甚至需要将所述机箱与所述支撑臂完全拆分开,十分繁琐。
技术问题
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,提供一种便于维修的防水机箱,可以在不将所述防水机箱与支撑臂分开的前提下,将所述上盖自所述底框上移除,从而对所述防水机箱内部进行维修。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种便于维修的防水机箱,包括底框以及盖设于所述底框上具有枢接孔的上盖,所述底框一体压铸成型,所述上盖包括相互拼接的第一盖体与第二盖体,所述枢接孔由所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体共同拼接形成,所述枢接孔处设置有对枢接轴外侧进行密封的油封,所述油封通过安装板进行安装固定,第一密封条将所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体与所述安装板相互之间密封,所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体与所述底框抵持且抵持处设置有第二密封条。
所述便于维修的防水机箱通过将所述上盖拆分为第一盖体与第二盖体,并且由所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体共同拼接形成所述枢接孔,从而可以实现不拆卸其它元件将所述上盖自所述底框移除,以对所述防水机箱内部进行维修,方便快捷。另外,本发明利用油封对枢接轴外侧进行密封,利用第一密封条将所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体与所述安装板相互之间密封,并且所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体与所述底框抵持且抵持处设置有第二密封条,从而可以实现整个所述防水机箱的防水,这种防水机箱的结构相对于现有通过拉铝的形式形成一个筒体后再将两端开口封堵,结构更灵活,可以有更多的造型设计。另外, 所述底框一体压铸成型,加工快捷,且强度高,无需拼接组装,防水性能更好。
进一步地,所述第一密封条包括分别设置于所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体相互靠近一侧的防水胶条,两个所述防水胶条分别对所述安装板靠近所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体的周缘进行密封。即所述防水胶条可以对所述第一盖体或所述第二盖体与所述安装板相互接触的部分密封,和/或对所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体相互接触的部分密封,从而实现整个所述上盖的防水。
进一步地,所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体与所述底框之间设置的所述第二密封条相互独立,且分别与一个所述防水胶条连接为一体。即所述第二密封条与所述防水胶条连接为一个胶圈对所述第一盖体或所述第二盖体周缘进行密封,这样所述第二密封条与所述防水胶条之间不存在拼接缝隙,防水性能更好。
进一步地,所述第一密封条位于所述安装板远离所述底框一侧。所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体安装的时候,就可以采用平推或者由上往下压的方式进行,在本实施例中优选由上往下压。
进一步地,所述第一盖体和/或所述第二盖体上设置有卡持扣,所述卡持扣卡持于所述安装板靠近所述底框一侧。所述卡持扣使所述第一盖体和/或所述第二盖体与所述安装板夹紧,从而保证所述第一密封条始终处于压紧状态,防水性能更稳定。
进一步地,所述第一密封条位于所述安装板远离所述枢接孔一侧。这样所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体安装的时候,就可以采用平推的方式进行。
进一步地,所述安装板远离所述枢接孔一侧设置有用于容纳所述第一密封条的容纳槽,所述第一盖体和/或所述第二盖体的边缘至少部分插设于所述容纳槽内。这样所述第一密封条固定于所述安装板,所述第一盖体和/或所述第二盖体的边缘至少部分插设于所述容纳槽内,与所述容纳槽侧壁配合,抵押所述第一密封条,防水性能更稳定。
进一步地,所述第一密封条至少部分延伸出所述容纳槽外,并弯折扣紧所述容纳槽的外侧壁。使所述第一密封条固定的更牢固,避免所述第一盖体和/或所述第二盖体的边缘插设于所述容纳槽时,引起所述第一密封条位移或扭曲。
进一步地,所述第二密封条位于所述底框靠近所述安装板一侧,或者位于所述底框外侧,或者部分位于所述底框靠近所述安装板一侧、部分位于所述底框外侧。
进一步地,所述安装板包括两侧分别延伸出的连接板,所述连接板固定于所述底框,所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体相互靠近一侧分别抵持所述安装板,所述第一密封条分别设置于所述第一盖体与所述安装板之间、所述第二盖体与所述安装板之间。。此时所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体互不接触,所述连接板位于所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体之间,所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体分别抵持所述安装板并与其密封,所述安装板端部固定于所述底框。
进一步地,所述底框与所述连接板抵持处设置有第三密封条,所述第三密封条与所述第一密封条或所述第二密封条抵持/连接为一体。所述第三密封条将所述安装板与所述底框密封,且所述第三密封条与所述第一密封条或所述第二密封条之间也密封连接,从而实现所述防水机箱的防水功能。
进一步地,还包括将所述油封固定于所述安装板的固定板,所述固定板包括两侧分别延伸出的连接板,所述连接板固定于所述底框。所述固定板可以对所述上盖进行支撑,提高所述防水机箱的强度,尤其是当所述防水机箱为塑料材质时。
进一步地,所述安装板通过连接柱固定于所述底框的底板上。
进一步地,所述底框包括底板以及设置于所述底板上相对2侧的前板与后板,所述前板上设置有显示屏,所述后板上设置有插座,所述上盖与所述前板、所述后板及所述底板抵持且抵持处密封。即所述上盖与所述前板、所述后板及所述底板共同形成所述防水机箱,所述上盖可以延伸有补偿板,抵持所述前板、所述后板或所述底板实现形成密闭腔体。
进一步地, 所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体沿所述前板至所述后板方向依次设置(如图1、图3),此时沿所述前板与所述后板排列方向,背向移动所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体,从而可以将所述上盖自所述底框上移走,便于对密封腔体内的元器件进行维修;或者所述第一盖体、所述第二盖体沿垂直于所述前板至所述后板方向依次设置(如图2),此时沿垂直于所述前板与所述后板排列方向,背向移动所述第一盖体与所述第二盖体,从而可以将所述上盖自所述底框上移走,便于对密封腔体内的元器件进行维修。
进一步地,所述底框还包括设置于所述底板上相对2侧的左板与右板,所述上盖与所述前板、所述后板、所述左板及所述右板抵持且抵持处密封。即所述上盖与所述前板、所述后板、所述左板、所述右板及所述底板共同形成所述防水机箱,所述上盖可以延伸有补偿板,抵持所述前板、所述后板、所述左板、所述右板或所述底板实现形成密闭腔体。
本发明还提供一种舞台灯,包括前述任一种防水机箱。
进一步地,还包括枢接于所述防水机箱的支撑臂以及枢接于所述支撑臂的灯头,所述灯头相对于所述支撑臂在第一维度旋转,所述支撑臂相对于所述防水机箱在第二维度旋转。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1,本发明提供一种便于维修的防水机箱400,包括底框100以及盖设于所述底框100上具有枢接孔210的上盖200,所述底框100一体压铸成型,所述上盖200包括相互拼接的第一盖体220与第二盖体230,所述枢接孔210由所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230共同拼接形成,所述枢接孔210处设置有对枢接轴外侧进行密封的油封300,所述油封300通过安装板310进行安装固定,第一密封条将所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310相互之间密封,所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230与所述底框100抵持且抵持处设置有第二密封条250。
所述便于维修的防水机箱400通过将所述上盖200拆分为第一盖体220与第二盖体230,并且由所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230共同拼接形成所述枢接孔210,从而可以实现不拆卸其它元件将所述上盖200自所述底框100移除,以对所述防水机箱400内部进行维修,方便快捷。另外,本发明利用油封300对枢接轴外侧进行密封,利用第一密封条将所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310相互之间密封,并且所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230与所述底框100抵持且抵持处设置有第二密封条250,从而可以实现整个所述防水机箱400的防水,这种防水机箱400的结构相对于现有通过拉铝的形式形成一个筒体后再将两端开口封堵,结构更灵活,可以有更多的造型设计。另外,所述底框100一体压铸成型,加工快捷,且强度高,无需拼接组装,防水性能更好。
优选地,所述底框100为金属材质,例如铝。所述上盖200为金属材质,或者塑料材质,优选为金属材质。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一密封条包括分别设置于所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230相互靠近一侧的防水胶条330,两个所述防水胶条330分别对所述安装板310靠近所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230的周缘进行密封。即所述防水胶条330可以对所述第一盖体220或所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310相互接触的部分密封,和/或对所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230相互接触的部分密封,从而实现整个所述上盖200的防水。
可选地,当所述安装板310完全将所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230分离,即所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230互不接触时,所述防水胶条330对所述第一盖体220或所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310相互接触的部分密封(如图1、图2);当所述安装板310未完全将所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230分离,即所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230至少部分相互接触时,所述防水胶条330对所述第一盖体220或所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310相互接触的部分密封,以及所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230相互接触的部分密封,从而实现整个所述上盖200的防(如图4)。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230与所述底框100之间设置的所述第二密封条250相互独立,且分别与一个所述防水胶条330连接为一体。即所述第二密封条250与所述防水胶条330连接为一个胶圈对所述第一盖体220或所述第二盖体230周缘进行密封,这样所述第二密封条250与所述防水胶条330之间不存在拼接缝隙,防水性能更好。
优选地,两个所述胶圈之间紧密抵接实现防水,或者通过第三密封条350进行抵接防水。
如图2,在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一密封条位于所述安装板310远离所述底框100一侧。所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230安装的时候,就可以采用平推或者由上往下压的方式进行,在本实施例中优选由上往下压。
优选地,所述安装板310远离所述底框100一侧设置有用于容纳所述第一密封条的容纳槽340。这样所述第一密封条固定于所述安装板310,所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230拆装的时候,无需连带所述第一密封条拆下。
如图3,在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一盖体220和/或所述第二盖体230上设置有卡持扣260,所述卡持扣260卡持于所述安装板310靠近所述底框100一侧。所述卡持扣260使所述第一盖体220和/或所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310夹紧,从而保证所述第一密封条始终处于压紧状态,防水性能更稳定。
可选地,所述卡持扣260可以设置为多个,也可以沿所述第一盖体220和/或所述第二盖体230周缘设置为连续的一整个。
如图1,在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一密封条位于所述安装板310远离所述枢接孔210一侧。这样所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230安装的时候,就可以采用平推的方式进行。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述安装板310远离所述枢接孔210一侧设置有用于容纳所述第一密封条的容纳槽340,所述第一盖体220和/或所述第二盖体230的边缘至少部分插设于所述容纳槽340内。这样所述第一密封条固定于所述安装板310,所述第一盖体220和/或所述第二盖体230的边缘至少部分插设于所述容纳槽340内,与所述容纳槽340侧壁配合,抵押所述第一密封条,防水性能更稳定。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第一密封条至少部分延伸出所述容纳槽340外,并弯折扣紧所述容纳槽340的外侧壁。使所述第一密封条固定的更牢固,避免所述第一盖体220和/或所述第二盖体230的边缘插设于所述容纳槽340时,引起所述第一密封条位移或扭曲。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述第二密封条250位于所述底框100靠近所述安装板310一侧,或者位于所述底框100外侧,或者部分位于所述底框100靠近所述安装板310一侧、部分位于所述底框100外侧。
如图1、图2,在本发明优选地实施例中,所述安装板310包括两侧分别延伸出的连接板320,所述连接板320固定于所述底框100,所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230相互靠近一侧分别抵持所述安装板310,所述第一密封条分别设置于所述第一盖体220与所述安装板310之间、所述第二盖体230与所述安装板310之间。此时所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230互不接触,所述连接板320位于所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230之间,所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230分别抵持所述安装板310并与其密封,所述安装板310端部固定于所述底框100,所述安装板310可以提高所述上盖200的强度,尤其是当所述上盖200为塑料材质时。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述底框100与所述连接板320抵持处设置有第三密封条350,所述第三密封条350与所述第一密封条或所述第二密封条250抵持/连接为一体。所述第三密封条350将所述安装板310与所述底框100密封,且所述第三密封条350与所述第一密封条或所述第二密封条250之间也密封连接,从而实现所述防水机箱400的防水功能。
如图1,在本发明优选地实施例中,还包括将所述油封300固定于所述安装板310的固定板360,所述固定板360包括两侧分别延伸出的连接板320,所述连接板320固定于所述底框100。所述固定板360可以对所述上盖200进行支撑,提高所述防水机箱400的强度,尤其是当所述防水机箱400为塑料材质时。
如图4,在本发明优选地实施例中,所述安装板310通过连接柱固定于所述底框100的底板160上。
在本发明优选地实施例中,所述底框100包括底板160以及设置于所述底板160上相对2侧的前板110与后板120,所述前板110上设置有显示屏,所述后板120上设置有插座121,所述上盖200与所述前板110、所述后板120及所述底板160抵持且抵持处密封。即所述上盖200与所述前板110、所述后板120及所述底板160共同形成所述防水机箱400,所述上盖200可以延伸有补偿板240,抵持所述前板110、所述后板120或所述底板160实现形成密闭腔体。
可选地,所述第二密封条250用于密封所述前板110、所述后板120的部分,位于所述前板110、所述后板120相互远离一侧。
如图2,可选地,所述安装板310两侧分别延伸出的连接板320固定于所述前板110、所述后板120。
在本发明优选地实施例中, 所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230沿所述前板110至所述后板120方向依次设置(如图1、图4),此时沿所述前板110与所述后板120排列方向,背向移动所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230,从而可以将所述上盖200自所述底框100上移走,便于对密封腔体内的元器件进行维修;或者所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230沿垂直于所述前板110至所述后板120方向依次设置(如图2),此时沿垂直于所述前板110与所述后板120排列方向,背向移动所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230,从而可以将所述上盖200自所述底框100上移走,便于对密封腔体内的元器件进行维修。
在其它实施例中,所述第一盖体220与所述第二盖体230的设置方向,也可以为任意方向,只要能与所述底框100形成密闭腔体体即可,比如所述第一盖体220、所述第二盖体230在所述底框100上的投影为L型。
如图1、图2,在本发明优选地实施例中,所述底框100还包括设置于所述底板160上相对2侧的左板130与右板140,所述上盖200与所述前板110、所述后板120、所述左板130及所述右板140抵持且抵持处密封。即所述上盖200与所述前板110、所述后板120、所述左板130、所述右板140及所述底板160共同形成所述防水机箱400,所述上盖200可以延伸有补偿板240,抵持所述前板110、所述后板120、所述左板130、所述右板140或所述底板160实现形成密闭腔体。
优选地,所述左板130与所述右板140外侧向所述上盖200延伸有装饰板150。所述装饰板150形状自由设计,与所述上盖200配合从而实现造型。此时所述上盖200依然与直接与所述左板130、所述右板140密封。
可选地,所述第二密封条250用于密封所述左板130、所述右板140的部分,位于所述左板130、所述右板140靠近所述安装板310一侧。
如图1,可选地,所述安装板310两侧分别延伸出的连接板320固定于所述左板130、所述右板140。
如图1,可选地,所述固定板360两侧分别延伸出的连接板320固定于所述前板110、所述后板120。
可选地,所述左板130、所述右板140的高度可以很低,凸出于所述底板1603CM以内。
在本实施例中,所述第二密封条250沿所述底板160周缘、所述左板130、所述右板140、所述前板110与所述后板120顶端设置。
优选地,所述左板130与所述右板140外侧设置有把手170。
可选地,所述把手170与所述左板130、所述右板140一体成型。

在本发明优选地实施例中,还包括枢接于所述防水机箱400的支撑臂500以及枢接于所述支撑臂500的灯头600,所述灯头600相对于所述支撑臂500在第一维度旋转,所述支撑臂500相对于所述防水机箱400在第二维度旋转。

  1. 一种便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,包括底框(100)以及盖设于所述底框(100)上具有枢接孔(210)的上盖(200),所述底框(100)一体压铸成型,所述上盖(200)包括相互拼接的第一盖体(220)与第二盖体(230),所述枢接孔(210)由所述第一盖体(220)与所述第二盖体(230)共同拼接形成,所述枢接孔(210)处设置有对枢接轴外侧进行密封的油封(300),所述油封(300)通过安装板(310)进行安装固定,第一密封条将所述第一盖体(220)、所述第二盖体(230)与所述安装板(310)相互之间密封,所述第一盖体(220)、所述第二盖体(230)与所述底框(100)抵持且抵持处设置有第二密封条(250)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述第一密封条包括分别设置于所述第一盖体(220)与所述第二盖体(230)相互靠近一侧的防水胶条(330),两个所述防水胶条(330)分别对所述安装板(310)靠近所述第一盖体(220)与所述第二盖体(230)的周缘进行密封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述第一盖体(220)、所述第二盖体(230)与所述底框(100)之间设置的所述第二密封条(250)相互独立,且分别与一个所述防水胶条(330)连接为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述第一密封条位于所述安装板(310)远离所述底框(100)一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述第一盖体(220)和/或所述第二盖体(230)上设置有卡持扣(260),所述卡持扣(260)卡持于所述安装板(310)靠近所述底框(100)一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述第一密封条位于所述安装板(310)远离所述枢接孔(210)一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述安装板(310)远离所述枢接孔(210)一侧设置有用于容纳所述第一密封条的容纳槽(340),所述第一盖体(220)和/或所述第二盖体(230)的边缘至少部分插设于所述容纳槽(340)内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述第一密封条至少部分延伸出所述容纳槽(340)外,并弯折扣紧所述容纳槽(340)的外侧壁。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述第二密封条(250)位于所述底框(100)靠近所述安装板(310)一侧,或者位于所述底框(100)外侧,或者部分位于所述底框(100)靠近所述安装板(310)一侧、部分位于所述底框(100)外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述安装板(310)包括两侧分别延伸出的连接板(320),所述连接板(320)固定于所述底框(100),所述第一盖体(220)、所述第二盖体(230)相互靠近一侧分别抵持所述安装板(310),所述第一密封条分别设置于所述第一盖体(220)与所述安装板(310)之间、所述第二盖体(230)与所述安装板(310)之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述底框(100)与所述连接板(320)抵持处设置有第三密封条(350),所述第三密封条(350)与所述第一密封条或所述第二密封条(250)抵持/连接为一体。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,还包括将所述油封(300)固定于所述安装板(310)的固定板(360),所述固定板(360)包括两侧分别延伸出的连接板(320),所述连接板(320)固定于所述底框(100)。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于,所述安装板(310)通过连接柱固定于所述底框(100)的底板(160)上。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述底框(100)包括底板(160)以及设置于所述底板(160)上相对2侧的前板(110)与后板(120),所述前板(110)上设置有显示屏,所述后板(120)上设置有插座(121),所述上盖(200)与所述前板(110)、所述后板(120)及所述底板(160)抵持且抵持处密封。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述第一盖体(220)、所述第二盖体(230)沿所述前板(110)至所述后板(120)方向依次设置,或者所述第一盖体(220)、所述第二盖体(230)沿垂直于所述前板(110)至所述后板(120)方向依次设置。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的便于维修的防水机箱(400),其特征在于, 所述底框(100)还包括设置于所述底板(160)上相对2侧的左板(130)与右板(140),所述上盖(200)与所述前板(110)、所述后板(120)、所述左板(130)及所述右板(140)抵持且抵持处密封。
  17. 一种舞台灯,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-16任一项所述的防水机箱(400)。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的舞台灯,其特征在于, 还包括枢接于所述防水机箱(400)的支撑臂(500)以及枢接于所述支撑臂(500)的灯头(600),所述灯头(600)相对于所述支撑臂(500)在第一维度旋转,所述支撑臂(500)相对于所述防水机箱(400)在第二维度旋转。
