Crude oil tank cleaning system
The present invention relates to a crude oil tank cleaning system, and more specifically, to a crude oil tank cleaning system that can easily remove solidified sludge accumulated on the bottom of a crude oil tank by spraying high-pressure washing water, steam, and air into the crude oil tank. It's about the system.
Crude oil pulled from underground is temporarily stored in crude oil tanks before being loaded on oil tankers and before being injected into refinery facilities for refining.
When the inflow and outflow of crude oil into a crude oil tank is repeated, sludge accumulates and solidifies at the bottom of the crude oil tank.
As the amount of solidified and accumulated sludge increases, the storage capacity of the crude oil tank decreases, and at some point, refining work to remove sludge from the crude oil tank is required.
Usually, after several years, 1-2m of sludge accumulates, and at this time, purification work is required.
Conventional technologies related to crude oil tank cleaning devices that remove sludge stuck and accumulated in crude oil tanks include Patent No. 10-1224010, “Automatic Cleaning Device for Crude Oil Storage Tanks,” and Patent No. 10-0475172, “Removal of Sludge in Crude Oil Tanks and “Method for recovering oil fractions” etc. were disclosed.
In the prior art, including Patent Nos. 10-1224010 and 10-0475172, high-temperature heat transfer oil is added into a crude oil tank to melt the stuck sludge, and then a mixture of heat transfer oil and melted sludge is pumped. The crude oil tank is cleaned by discharging it to the outside of the crude oil tank, and removing the mixture on the bottom of the crude oil tank that cannot be pumped out by a worker wearing a mask and removing it manually.
Since substances of similar composition usually have the property of melting more easily, in the prior art, oil-based sludge is melted using oil-based heat medium oil.
However, in the prior art, melting of sludge using heat medium oil is not very fast. Initially, the heat medium oil introduced is at a high temperature, so the melting speed of the sludge is relatively fast, but over time, the temperature of the heat medium oil decreases and the melting speed slows down. There is no other factor that increases the melting speed other than stirring the heat medium oil, let alone natural melting. It takes a lot of time to melt the sludge.
Therefore, it takes from several months to more than a year to clean all the crude oil tanks in a complex where dozens of large crude oil tanks with diameters of tens of meters are gathered.
In addition, in the prior art, the sludge residue remaining at the bottom of the crude oil tank, which cannot be discharged by a pump, has to be removed manually by workers entering the crude oil tank. The inside of the crude oil tank is full of harmful ingredients, so workers are required to wear oxygen masks. You have to wear an oxygen mask to enter, and even if you wear an oxygen mask, safety cannot be guaranteed, so fatal accidents often occur.
The present invention was developed to solve all the problems of the prior art as described above, and the purpose of the technical structure of the present invention is to spray high-pressure washing water, steam, and air into the crude oil tank to remove solidified sludge accumulated at the bottom of the crude oil tank.
