Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de nettoyage de réservoir de pétrole brut et, plus spécifiquement, un système de nettoyage de réservoir de pétrole brut qui peut faciliter l'élimination de boues solidifiées accumulées au fond d'un réservoir de pétrole brut par pulvérisation, à haute pression, d'eau de nettoyage, de vapeur et d'air dans le réservoir de pétrole brut. Afin de résoudre le problème technique, la présente invention concerne un système de nettoyage de réservoir de pétrole brut comprenant : un toit flottant qui peut se déplacer vers le haut/vers le bas dans le réservoir de pétrole brut ; un distributeur pour commander l'alimentation en eau de nettoyage ou en air pour nettoyer le réservoir de pétrole brut ; une pluralité de pieds de toit qui supportent le toit flottant et qui sont reliés au distributeur de façon à pulvériser l'eau de nettoyage ; une conduite d'alimentation en eau de nettoyage reliée au distributeur par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de raccordement de tuyau de façon à fournir l'eau de nettoyage ; une pluralité de buses de pulvérisation reliées au distributeur de façon à pulvériser l'eau de nettoyage dans le réservoir de pétrole brut ; un moyen d'évacuation des boues disposé dans le réservoir de pétrole brut de façon à évacuer la boue vers l'extérieur ; et un réservoir de séparation huile-eau pour purifier l'eau contaminée contenant des boues évacuées à travers le moyen d'évacuation des boues.
