Description
The present invention relates to a crude oil tank cleaning system, and more particularly, to a crude oil tank cleaning system capable of easily removing solidified sludge accumulated on the bottom of a crude oil tank by spraying washing water, steam, and air at high pressure into the crude oil tank. It's about the system.
Crude oil pumped from underground is temporarily stored in crude oil tanks before being loaded onto tankers and sent to refineries for refining.
When the inflow and outflow of crude oil is repeated in the crude oil tank, sludge is accumulated and fixed at the bottom of the crude oil tank.
If the amount of solidified and accumulated sludge increases, the storage capacity of the crude oil tank decreases, and at some point, a purification operation to remove the sludge from the crude oil tank is required.
Usually, after several years, 1-2 m of sludge accumulates, and at this time, refining is required.
The prior art related to the crude oil tank cleaning device for removing the sludge accumulated in the crude oil tank is Registration Patent No. 10-1224010 "Automatic Crude Oil Storage Tank Cleaning Device", Patent Registration No. 10-0475172 "Sludge Removal in Crude Oil Tank and Method for recovering oil content" and the like are disclosed.
In the prior art, including Patent Registration Nos. 10-1224010 and 10-0475172, high-temperature thermal oil is injected into a crude oil tank to melt the fixed sludge, and then the mixture of the thermal oil and the molten sludge is mixed using a pump The crude oil tank is cleaned by a worker wearing a mask and removing the mixture on the bottom of the crude oil tank that cannot be pumped out and removed manually.
Since the material usually has a property of being more easily melted to a material of similar composition, in the prior art, oil-component sludge is melted using an oil-component thermal oil.
However, in the prior art, the melting of sludge using thermal oil is not so fast. The initially introduced thermal oil has a high temperature, so the melting rate of the sludge is relatively fast, but over time, the temperature of the thermal oil decreases and the melting rate slows down. It takes a lot of time to melt the sludge.
Therefore, it takes several months to a year or more to clean all the crude oil tanks in a complex in which dozens of large crude oil tanks with a diameter of several tens of meters are gathered.
And in the prior art, the sludge left at the bottom of the crude oil tank, which cannot be pumped out, is manually removed by the operator entering the crude oil tank. Even if you wear an oxygen mask, safety cannot be guaranteed, so life-threatening accidents often occur.
