技术领域
本公开涉及计算机技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息处理方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质及程序产品。
背景技术
一些技术中,采用项目信息系统存储公司的项目信息,在项目信息系统中存储的项目的相关信息发生更新后,可以通过与项目信息关联的通信群组来通知项目相关的成员。
目前,与项目信息关联的通信群组界面上显示的群组名称、群组标识等显示内容均与常规通信群组一致,用户无法快速找到所需要的通信群组。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开的目的在于提出一种信息处理方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质及程序产品。
基于上述目的,本公开的第一个方面提供了一种信息处理方法,包括:
获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息;其中,所述第一通信群组是与第一系统中的第一对象关联的通信群组;
以及在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息包括:
响应于创建与第一系统中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
或者,
响应于变更所述第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的变更后的第一信息。

从上面所述可以看出,本公开提供的信息处理方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质及程序产品,通过基于基于第一系统中第一对象的第一信息,来更新与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组的相关界面所显示的信息,例如群组名称、群组头像等,这样即可将通信群组相关界面的显示信息直接与第一对象关联,用户在通信系统进行搜索或者在通信系统的群组列表中查找时,具有对象名称的第一通信群组可以更容易出现在搜索返回列表或者群组列表中,从而使得用户在通信系统的多个通信群组中更容易发现和进入其所需要的通信群组,这提高了用户的搜索效率,提高了用户体验。

为使本公开的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本公开进一步详细说明。
需要说明的是,除非另外定义,本公开实施例使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本公开所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本公开实施例中使用的“第一”、“第二”以及类似的词语并不表示任何顺序、数量或者重要性,而只是用来区分不同的组成部分。“包括”或者“包含”等类似的词语意指出现该词前面的元件或者物件涵盖出现在该词后面列举的元件或者物件及其等同,而不排除其他元件或者物件。“连接”或者“相连”等类似的词语并非限定于物理的或者机械的连接,而是可以包括电性的连接,不管是直接的还是间接的。“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等仅用于表示相对位置关系,当被描述对象的绝对位置改变后,则该相对位置关系也可能相应地改变。
项目管理系统用于存储公司内部项目相关信息,一个项目管理系统可以存储一个或多个公司内部项目,用户可以对项目管理系统中存储的项目信息进行管理和更新。
在项目管理系统中存储的信息被更新后,例如某一个公司内部项目的项目信息被更新后,需要通知该项目相关的人员项目信息具有更新。常规做法是:与该项目相关的员工直接登录项目管理系统查看更新的数据,还可以将更新的内容通过复制、截图等方式转发给相关人员,从而通知其他人员项目信息具有更新,这种方式操作不便,用户使用体验差,并且当多个人员协同负责某一个项目时,在项目信息发生更新时,可能存在部分人员未能及时登录项目管理系统查看更新的情况,难以保证多个人员所了解的项目信息的一致性,不利于协同工作。
为解决上述问题,可针对每个公司内部项目设置与其关联的通信群组,该通信群组的成员即与该项目相关的人员。公司内部项目的项目信息被更新后,即在与其关联的通信群组中告知群组成员该公司内部项目的项目信息被更新,或者,项目信息中的哪些具体内容被更新,或者,项目信息被谁更新等。
然而,与公司内部项目关联的通信群组通常设置在独立的通信系统上,该通信系统不仅包括与当前公司内部项目关联的通信群组,还包括与其他公 司内部项目关联的通信群组,此外还可以包括公司群组、部门群组、私聊群组等各种类型的通信群组,每个类型的通信群组又可以为多个。
同时,通信群组的群组名称、群组头像等显示信息通过具有预设的生成规则,例如群组名称可以以部分群组成员的昵称命名或者由群组管理员设置,群组头像可以以预设图像设置等。而且,与公司内部项目关联的通信群组的群组名称、群组头像等显示信息与其他类型的群组没有差异,用户使用时难以发现和敏捷进入其所需要的通信群组。
有鉴于此,本公开实施例提供一种信息处理方法,通过获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息;其中,所述第一通信群组是与第一系统中的第一对象关联的通信群组;以及在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息,从而基于第一系统中第一对象的第一信息,来更新与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组的相关界面所显示的信息,例如群组名称、群组头像等,这样即可将通信群组相关界面的显示信息直接与第一对象关联,使得用户在通信系统的多个通信群组中更容易发现和进入其所需要的通信群组,提高用户体验。
图1示出了根据本公开实施例的一个示例性场景的示意图。
如图1所示,该示例性场景可包括第一系统100和通信系统200,且第一系统100和通信系统200为不同的系统。
第一系统100可以存储一个或多个对象,例如可以包括第一对象,与第一对象关联的用户可以通过第一系统100对第一系统100中存储的第一对象进行管理和更新。其中,第一系统100可以为项目管理系统、客户信息管理系统、产品信息管理系统等,第一对象相应的可以为项目、客户、产品等,本实施例对此不作限制。
通信系统200可以为即时通信系统,其可以包括一个或多个通信群组,例如可以包括第一通信群组,第一通信群组中的多个群成员可以在该第一通信群组中沟通交流。
在本实施例中,通信系统200中的第一通信群组与第一系统100中的第一对象关联,第一通信群组中的群成员是由与第一系统100中第一对象关联的用户组成,即第一通信群组可以是与第一对象对应的项目群、客户群、产品群等。当对第一系统100中第一对象的特定信息进行记录或修改时,会在与之关联的第一通信群组中发送通知消息,以告知第一通信群组中的群成员 第一系统100中第一对象的相关信息发生改变。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,所述示例性场景还可包括第二系统300,且第二系统300与第一系统100、通信系统200均为不同的系统。
第二系统300也可以存储一个或多个对象,例如可以包括第二对象,与第二对象关联的用户可以通过第二系统300对第二系统300中存储的第二对象进行管理和更新。其中,第二系统300也可以为项目管理系统、客户信息管理系统、产品信息管理系统等,第二对象可以相应的为项目、客户、产品等,本实施例对此不作显示。通常情况下,第一系统100和第二系统300可以为不同类型的系统,例如第一系统100为项目管理系统,第二系统300为产品信息管理系统;或者,第一系统100和第二系统300也可以为相同类型的系统,本实施例对此不作限制。
在本实施例中,通信系统200的一个或多个通信群组中还可以包括与第二系统300中的第二对象关联的第二通信群组,第二通信群组中的群成员是由与第二系统300中第二对象关联的用户组成。当对第二系统300中第二对象的特定信息进行记录或修改时,会在与之关联的第二通信群组中发送通知消息,以告知第二通信群组中的群成员第二系统300中第二对象的相关信息发生改变。
在一些实施例中,通信系统200中的一个或多个通信群组中还可以包括第三通信群组,第三通信群组可以为公司群组、部门群组、私聊群组等不与其他系统的对象关联的群组,本实施例对此不作限制。
本实施例中以第一系统100中的第一对象和通信系统200中的第一通信群组为例详细陈述本公开所述的技术方案。
首先,可以在第一系统100上存储第一对象,在存储第一对象时,会存储第一对象的第一信息,该第一信息可以为第一对象的标识图像,例如logo;或者,该第一信息也可以为第一对象的对象名称,例如可以为对象全称、对象简称、对象昵称等,本实施例对此不作限制。
同时,还需要在第一系统100的相关页面设置通信群组的相关界面的显示信息(即第二信息)的配置规则。其中,相关页面可以为第一系统100的管理后台的配置页面,第一通信群组的相关界面的第二信息可以为第一通信群组的群组名称、群组头像等。
图3示出了一种示例性页面的示意图。如图3所示,本实施例中可以为 第一通信群组的相关界面的第二信息设置配置规则,用户可以根据实际需要对第二信息的配置规则进行设置。
例如,当第二信息为第一通信群组的群组名称时,其配置规则可以为群组名称规则。其中,群组名称可以包括群组前缀和群组后缀,群组前缀可用于区分不同的第一对象,在该配置页面可以提供多种群组前缀的选项,在设置群组前缀时可以选择对象全称、对象昵称、对象简称、对象阶段、对象类型等中的至少一个。群组前缀的字段类型可以为picklist、text或者自定义字段,而不能使用系统字段。
当群组前缀中设置了多个选项时,依据多个选项在群组前缀中的排序确定第一通信群组的群组名称相应内容的排序。例如,当群组前缀依次设置为对象昵称、对象全称时,第一通信群组的群组名称也相应的先显示对象昵称再显示对象全称。
当群组前缀中设置了多个选项时,第一通信群组的群组名称可以以预设符号区分不同的选项,预设符号可以为“·”、“*”等,本实施例对此不作限制。例如,当群组前缀依次设置为对象昵称、对象全称时,第一通信群组的群组名称可以为:{对象昵称}·{对象全称}。
群组后缀用于表示群组类型,例如第一通信群组即为与第一对象关联的客户群,因此群组后缀可以为[客户群]。群组名称规则设置好以后,后续生成的通信群组即基于该配置规则生成群组名称。其中,群组名称可以仅基于群组前缀生成,例如可以为:{对象昵称}·{对象全称};也可以同时基于群组前缀和群组后缀生成,例如可以为:{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群];本实施例对此不作限制。
在上述实施例中,当群组名称规则的内容为空时,第一通信群组的群组名称不会基于第二信息显示,而可以基于预设的规则显示,例如:{对象全称}-[客户群]。
当第二信息为第一通信群组的群组头像时,其配置规则可以为群组头像规则。群组头像规则可以包括群组头像的来源图像,例如可以为第一对象的标识图像,例如,第一对象是企业或其他组织时,可以是企业/组织的标识;群组头像规则也可以包括群组头像的形状、尺寸、清晰度等,本实施例对此不作限制。
对第一通信群组的相关界面的第二信息设置好配置规则后,第一通信群 组的相关界面的第二信息即基于该配置规则生成。
在一些实施例中,当通信系统200中不存在与第一系统100中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组时,通过第一系统100创建与第一系统100中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组,并在创建第一通信群组时直接获取一对象的第一信息。本实施例中,响应于创建与第一系统中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组的操作,在通信系统200中创建第一通信群组,同时获取第一系统100中的第一对象的第一信息。
在另一些实施例中,当通信系统200中已存在与第一系统100中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组时,无需创建第一通信群组,当第一对象的第一信息的变更时,即获取变更后的第一信息。即响应于变更所述第一系统100中的第一对象的第一信息的操作,获取第一系统100中的第一对象的变更后的第一信息。
可选的,在上述实施例中,第一信息可以来源于第一系统100中的第一对象相关页面中的预设字段,因此在创建第一通信群组或者检测到该预设字段的内容变更时,可直接获取第一系统100中第一对象的相关页面中的预设字段的信息作为该第一信息。
获取第一系统100中的第一对象的第一信息后,可以基于第一对象的第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息。具体的,先获取在配置页面预先设置的配置规则,再基于第一对象的第一信息和预设的配置规则确定第一通信群组的第二信息。
在一些实施例中,第一信息包括第一对象的对象名称,第二信息包括群组名称。
其中,对象名称可以包括对象全称、对象简称、对象昵称中的至少一个。其中,对象全称可以是客户的企业名称,例如可以为:ABC信息技术有限公司;对象简称可以是客户的企业名称简称,例如ABC信息技术有限公司的简称可以为ABC;对象昵称可以是客户昵称,由于第一系统100中实际存储的可能是ABC信息技术有限公司的某一项目、产品等,该项目、产品的名称与企业名称完全不同且更为人所熟知,因此可以通过客户昵称来记录该项目、产品的名称,以便于与该第一对象相关的人员可以基于该对象昵称快速定位相应的第一对象。
当获取的配置规则为依次设置的对象昵称、对象全称时,此时即可获取 第一系统100中的第一对象相关页面中的预设字段即对象昵称、对象全称的信息{对象昵称}、{对象全称}作为第一信息,并结合该配置规则确定第一通信群组的第二信息,即第一通信群组的群组名称。此时第二信息即群组名称为{对象昵称}·{对象全称}或者{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群],并在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示该第二信息即群组名称。
在一些实施例中,当基于创建第一通信群组的操作来获取第一信息时,在此之前第一通信群组不存在,第一通信群组的相关界面中也不会存在群组名称,这样在确定第二信息即群组名称之后,直接将创建出的第一通信群组的相关界面中的信息设置为该第二信息即群组名称,即直接在创建第一通信群组时直接将其群组名称设置为{对象昵称}·{对象全称}或者{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群]。
在另一些实施例中,若获取第一信息之前第一通信群组已存在,即第一通信群组会存在一个原始的群组名称,此时基于变更第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息的操作来获取变更后的第一信息,并基于第一信息确定第二信息即群组名称之后,将第一通信群组的相关界面中原始的群组名称替换为第二信息所对应的群组名称,即将第一通信群组的相关界面中原始的群组名称替换为{对象昵称}·{对象全称}或者{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群]。在另一些实施例中,第一信息包括第一对象的标识图像,第一对象的标识图像可以为客户的企业标识,第二信息包括群组头像。
当获取的群组头像规则中群组头像的来源图像为第一对象的标识图像时,即可获取第一系统100中的第一对象相关页面中的预设字段(即标识图像)的信息即企业标识图片作为该第一信息,并通过裁剪、图像处理等手段将该企业标识图片设置为满足群组头像要求的图片作为第二信息,或者也可直接获取满足形状、尺寸、分辨率的该企业标识图片作为第二信息,再将该第二信息所对应的图片作为第一通信群组的群组头像显示在第一通信群组的相关界面中。
在一些实施例中,当基于创建第一通信群组的操作来获取第一信息时,在此之前第一通信群组不存在,第一通信群组的相关界面中也不会存在群组头像,这样在确定第二信息即群组头像之后,直接将创建出的第一通信群组的相关界面中的信息设置为该第二信息即群组头像,即直接在创建第一通信群组时直接将其群组头像设置为第一对象的标识图像,例如企业标识。
在另一些实施例中,若获取第一信息之前第一通信群组已存在,即第一通信群组会存在一个原始的群组头像,此时基于变更第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息的操作来获取变更后的第一信息,并基于第一信息确定第二信息即群组名称之后,将第一通信群组的相关界面中原始的群组头像替换为第二信息所对应的群组头像,即将第一通信群组的相关界面中原始的群组头像替换为第一对象的标识图像,例如企业标识。在上述实施例中,创建与第一系统100中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组或者变更第一系统100中的第一对象的第一信息时,第一系统100可以获取第一对象的第一信息;之后,第一系统100获取在配置页面预先设置的配置规则,基于第一对象的第一信息和预设的配置规则生成第一通信群组的第二信息,再通过第一系统100与通信系统200之间的通信接口,将该第二信息发送至通信系统200,由该通信系统200的服务器直接获取与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组后对该第一通信群组的群组名称、群组图像等进行设置或替换。
或者,该第二信息被发送至通信系统200后,该通信系统200获取与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组后,将该第二信息发送至该第一通信群组中的聊天机器人,通过该聊天机器人执行在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示第二信息的步骤,从而对该第一通信群组的群组名称、群组图像等进行设置或替换。
本实施例中,可以在第一通信群组中设置聊天机器人,且该聊天机器人可以根据预设的指令来自动执行与指令对应的操作。这样,在确定第二信息之后,可向第一通信群组的指定聊天机器人发送第一指令,该第一指令中可包括该第二信息的具体内容(即需设置或替换的群组名称和/或群组头像),且还包括对该第二信息的具体内容所执行的操作(即对第一通信群组的群组名称和/或群组头像的设置操作或者替换操作)。所述聊天机器人获得该第一指令后,即可根据该第一指令将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息所包括的群组名称或群组图像。
可选的,第一系统100可以获取第一对象的第一信息之后,还可以向所述第一系统100发送所述第一信息,以对所述第一系统100中的所述第一对象的关联信息进行更新。其中,所述第一系统100中的所述第一对象的关联信息可以为存储在第一系统100中其他对象中的信息,或者是直接存储在第一系统100中的信息等,从而保证第一系统100中与第一对象关联的所有信 息保持一致。
在另一些实施例中,创建与第一系统100中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组或者变更第一系统100中的第一对象的第一信息时,第一系统100可以获取第一对象的第一信息以及在配置页面预先设置的配置规则,将第一信息和预设的配置规则通过第一系统100与通信系统200之间的通信接口发送至通信系统200,通信系统200再基于第一对象的第一信息和预设的配置规则生成第一通信群组的第二信息,再通过服务器直接获取与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组后对该第一通信群组的群组名称、群组图像等进行修改;或者,将该第二信息发送至该第一通信群组中的聊天机器人,通过该聊天机器人执行在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示第二信息的步骤,从而对该第一通信群组的群组名称、群组图像等进行修改。
在一些实施例中,还可以通过通信系统200的服务器或者第一通信群组中的聊天机器人向所述第一通信群组发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于告知所述第一通信群组所述第二信息已显示在所述第一通信群组的相关界面中。即在本实施例中,该通知消息可用于表示群组名称、群组头像已生成或修改。
例如,当创建第一通信群组时,通知消息可以为“已创建{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群]”以及“已生成群组头像”;当修改第一对象的第一信息时,通知消息可以为“已修改群组名称为{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群]”以及“已修改群组头像”。
可选的,通知消息还可以包括群组名称、群组头像生成或修改的处理人、处理时间等信息,例如通知消息可以为“张三已创建{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群]”、“张三已修改群组名称为{对象昵称}·{对象全称}-[客户群]”以及“张三已修改群组头像”。
本实施例中,通过基于基于第一系统中第一对象的第一信息,来更新与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组的相关界面所显示的信息,例如群组名称、群组头像等,这样即可将通信群组相关界面的显示信息直接与第一对象关联,用户在通信系统进行搜索或者在通信系统的群组列表中查找时,具有对象名称的第一通信群组可以更容易出现在搜索返回列表或者群组列表中,从而使得用户在通信系统的多个通信群组中更容易发现和进入其所需要的通信群组,这提高了用户的搜索效率,提高了用户体验。
本公开实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法。如图4所示,所述信息处理 方法,包括:
步骤S101,获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息。
步骤S103,基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息。其中,所述第一通信群组是与第一系统中的第一对象关联的通信群组。
步骤S105,以及在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
本实施例中,通过基于基于第一系统中第一对象的第一信息,来更新与该第一对象关联的第一通信群组的相关界面所显示的信息,例如群组名称、群组头像等,这样即可将通信群组相关界面的显示信息直接与第一对象关联,用户在通信系统进行搜索或者在通信系统的群组列表中查找时,具有对象名称的第一通信群组可以更容易出现在搜索返回列表或者群组列表中,从而使得用户在通信系统的多个通信群组中更容易发现和进入其所需要的通信群组,这提高了用户的搜索效率,提高了用户体验。
在一些实施例中,所述获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息包括:
响应于创建与第一系统中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
或者,
响应于变更所述第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的变更后的第一信息。
在一些实施例中,所述获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息包括:
获取第一系统中的第一对象相关页面中的预设字段的信息,作为第一信息。
在一些实施例中,所述基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息包括:
步骤S201,获取预设的配置规则。
步骤S203,基于第一对象的所述第一信息和所述预设的配置规则,确定第一通信群组的第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述第一信息包括第一对象的标识图像,所述第二信息包括群组头像。
在一些实施例中,所述第一信息包括第一对象的对象名称,第二信息包括群组名称。
在一些实施例中,所述对象名称包括对象全称、对象简称、对象昵称中 的至少一个。
在一些实施例中,将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息,以在所述相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息包括:
向所述第一通信群组的指定聊天机器人发送第一指令,所述聊天机器人根据所述第一指令将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述方法,还包括:
向所述第一通信群组发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于告知所述第一通信群组所述第二信息已显示在所述第一通信群组的相关界面中。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的方法可以由单个设备执行,例如一台计算机或服务器等。本实施例的方法也可以应用于分布式场景下,由多台设备相互配合来完成。在这种分布式场景的情况下,这多台设备中的一台设备可以只执行本公开实施例的方法中的某一个或多个步骤,这多台设备相互之间会进行交互以完成所述的方法。
需要说明的是,上述对本公开的一些实施例进行了描述。其它实施例在所附权利要求书的范围内。在一些情况下,在权利要求书中记载的动作或步骤可以按照不同于上述实施例中的顺序来执行并且仍然可以实现期望的结果。另外,在附图中描绘的过程不一定要求示出的特定顺序或者连续顺序才能实现期望的结果。在某些实施方式中,多任务处理和并行处理也是可以的或者可能是有利的。
基于同一发明构思,与上述任意实施例方法相对应的,本公开还提供了一种信息处理装置。
参考图5,所述装置,包括获取模块11、确定模块13以及显示模块15。其中,所述获取模块11被配置为:获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息。
所述确定模块13被配置为:基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息;其中,所述第一通信群组是与第一系统中的第一对象关联的通信群组。
所述显示模块15被配置为:在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述获取模块11还被配置为:
响应于创建与第一系统中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
或者,
响应于变更所述第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的变更后的第一信息。
在一些实施例中,所述获取模块11还被配置为:获取第一系统中的第一对象相关页面中的预设字段的信息,作为第一信息。
在一些实施例中,所述确定模块13被配置为:获取预设的配置规则;基于第一对象的所述第一信息和所述预设的配置规则,确定第一通信群组的第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述第一信息包括第一对象的标识图像,所述第二信息包括群组头像。
在一些实施例中,所述第一信息包括第一对象的对象名称,第二信息包括群组名称。
在一些实施例中,所述对象名称包括对象全称、对象简称、对象昵称中的至少一个。
在一些实施例中,所述显示模块15还被配置为:将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息,以在所述相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述显示模块15还被配置为:向所述第一通信群组的指定聊天机器人发送第一指令,所述聊天机器人根据所述第一指令将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息。
在一些实施例中,所述装置还被配置为:向所述第一通信群组发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于告知所述第一通信群组所述第二信息已显示在所述第一通信群组的相关界面中。
为了描述的方便,描述以上装置时以功能分为各种模块分别描述。当然,在实施本公开时可以把各模块的功能在同一个或多个软件和/或硬件中实现。
上述实施例的装置用于实现前述任一实施例中相应的服务编排方法,并且具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
基于同一发明构思,与上述任意实施例方法相对应的,本公开还提供了 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现上任意一实施例所述的方法。
图6示出了本实施例所提供的一种更为具体的电子设备硬件结构示意图,该设备可以包括:处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030、通信接口1040和总线1050。其中处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030和通信接口1040通过总线1050实现彼此之间在设备内部的通信连接。
处理器1010可以采用通用的CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器)、微处理器、应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、或者一个或多个集成电路等方式实现,用于执行相关程序,以实现本说明书实施例所提供的技术方案。
存储器1020可以采用ROM(Read Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存取存储器)、静态存储设备,动态存储设备等形式实现。存储器1020可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序,在通过软件或者固件来实现本说明书实施例所提供的技术方案时,相关的程序代码保存在存储器1020中,并由处理器1010来调用执行。
输入/输出接口1030用于连接输入/输出模块,以实现信息输入及输出。输入输出/模块可以作为组件配置在设备中(图中未示出),也可以外接于设备以提供相应功能。其中输入设备可以包括键盘、鼠标、触摸屏、麦克风、各类传感器等,输出设备可以包括显示器、扬声器、振动器、指示灯等。
通信接口1040用于连接通信模块(图中未示出),以实现本设备与其他设备的通信交互。其中通信模块可以通过有线方式(例如USB、网线等)实现通信,也可以通过无线方式(例如移动网络、WIFI、蓝牙等)实现通信。
总线1050包括一通路,在设备的各个组件(例如处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030和通信接口1040)之间传输信息。
需要说明的是,尽管上述设备仅示出了处理器1010、存储器1020、输入/输出接口1030、通信接口1040以及总线1050,但是在具体实施过程中,该设备还可以包括实现正常运行所必需的其他组件。此外,本领域的技术人员可以理解的是,上述设备中也可以仅包含实现本说明书实施例方案所必需的组件,而不必包含图中所示的全部组件。
上述实施例的电子设备用于实现前述任一实施例中相应的方法,并且具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
基于同一发明构思,与上述任意实施例方法相对应的,本公开还提供了一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行如上任一实施例所述的方法。
本实施例的计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。
上述实施例的存储介质存储的计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行如上任一实施例所述的方法,并且具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。
基于同一发明构思,与上述任意实施例方法相对应的,本公开还提供了一种计算机程序产品,其包括计算机程序。在一些实施例中,所述计算机程序由一个或多个处理器可执行以使得所述处理器执行所述的方法。对应于方法各实施例中各步骤对应的执行主体,执行相应步骤的处理器可以是属于相应执行主体的。
上述实施例的计算机程序产品用于使处理器执行如上任一实施例所述的方法,并且具有相应的方法实施例的有益效果,在此不再赘述。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
    基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息;其中,所述第一通信群组是与第一系统中的第一对象关联的通信群组;
    以及,在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息包括:
    响应于创建与第一系统中的第一对象关联的第一通信群组的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
    或者,
    响应于变更所述第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息的操作,获取第一系统中的第一对象的变更后的第一信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息包括:
    获取第一系统中的第一对象相关页面中的预设字段的信息,作为所述第一信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息包括:
    获取预设的配置规则;
    基于第一对象的所述第一信息和所述预设的配置规则,确定第一通信群组的第二信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括第一对象的标识图像,所述第二信息包括群组头像。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括第一对象的对象名称,第二信息包括群组名称。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对象名称包括对象全称、对象简称、对象昵称中的至少一个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息包括:
    将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息,以在所述相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息包括:
    向所述第一通信群组的指定聊天机器人发送第一指令,所述聊天机器人根据所述第一指令将第一通信群组的相关页面上的信息设置为或替换为所述第二信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述第一通信群组发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于告知所述第一通信群组所述第二信息已显示在所述第一通信群组的相关界面中。
  11. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,被配置为:获取第一系统中的第一对象的第一信息;
    确定模块,被配置为:基于第一对象的所述第一信息,确定第一通信群组的第二信息;其中,所述第一通信群组是与第一系统中的第一对象关联的通信群组;以及,
    显示模块,被配置为:在第一通信群组的相关界面中显示所述第二信息。
  12. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述程序时实现如权利要求1至10任一项所述的方法。
  13. 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储计算机指令,其特征在于,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1至10任一所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序指令,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
