Abstract

L'invention concerne des systèmes de mesure et des procédés de métrologie de dispositif optique. Dans un exemple, un procédé suppose de projeter un faisceau lumineux ayant une première intensité sur un coupleur de lentille disposé sur une première surface d'un substrat de dispositif optique, le coupleur de lentille couplant le faisceau lumineux dans le substrat de dispositif optique de façon à subir une réfraction interne totale. Le substrat de dispositif optique contient un réseau comportant une pluralité de lignes de réseau de telle sorte qu'une lumière est découplée par le réseau au niveau d'une pluralité de points de contact. Une pluralité d'intensités du faisceau lumineux découplé par le réseau au niveau de la pluralité de points de contact est mesurée à l'aide d'un récepteur. Une perte optique totale du substrat de dispositif optique et du réseau est déterminée en comparant la pluralité d'intensités au niveau des points de contact à la première intensité du faisceau lumineux.
