Claims (15)
- 배터리 셀의 일 면의 적어도 일부 영역과 일 방향으로 중첩되고, 상기 배터리 셀로부터 복사되는 전자기파가 입사되며, 상기 전자기파의 경로를 변경하는 복수 개의 도광판;상기 복수 개의 도광판 각각에 대하여 적어도 일부 영역과 상기 일 방향으로 중첩되고, 상기 도광판에서 반사되는 상기 전자기파를 감지하며, 이를 토대로 상기 배터리 셀의 일 면의 온도 스펙트럼 정보를 출력하는 이미지 센서; 및상기 배터리 셀의 일 면의 온도가 기 설정된 온도 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 배터리 셀에 이상 온도가 검출된 것으로 판단하는 연산부를 포함하는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자기파는 적외선인,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,상기 일 방향과 교차되는 다른 방향으로 나란하게 배열되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판 중 적어도 어느 하나의 일 측에는,일 단이 상기 이미지 센서와 상기 일 방향으로 중첩되는 인출부가 형성되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 인출부의 외주면은,전자기파를 차폐하는 소재의 코팅층이 형성되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,복수 개의 행이 상기 다른 방향으로 나란하게 배열되며 행렬(matrix) 구조로 배치되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,상기 일 방향으로 나란하게 배열되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,각각 상기 배터리 셀에 구비되는 커넥터와 상기 일 방향으로 중첩되지 않도록 배치되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연산부는,상기 배터리 셀에 이상 온도가 검출되는 경우, 상기 온도 스펙트럼 정보를 토대로 이상 온도 발생 위치를 추정하는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 배터리 셀의 일 면의 적어도 일부 영역과 일 방향으로 중첩되고, 상기 배터리 셀로부터 복사되는 전자기파가 입사되며, 상기 전자기파의 경로를 변경하는 복수 개의 도광판;상기 복수 개의 도광판에 대하여 각각의 적어도 일부 영역과 상기 일 방향과 교차되는 다른 방향으로 중첩되고, 상기 도광판에서 반사되는 상기 전자기파를 감지하며, 이를 토대로 상기 배터리 셀의 일 면의 온도 스펙트럼 정보를 출력하는 이미지 센서; 및상기 배터리 셀의 일 면의 온도가 기 설정된 온도 범위를 벗어나는 경우, 상기 배터리 셀에 이상 온도가 검출된 것으로 판단하는 연산부를 포함하고,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,상기 일 방향으로 나란하게 배열되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전자기파는 적외선인,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판 중 서로 이웃하는 두 개의 도광판은,그 사이에 충진재가 배치되어 서로 이격되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,복수 개의 상기 배터리 셀과 상기 일 방향으로 중첩되고, 서로 이웃하는 두 개의 상기 도광판 사이에 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀 중 어느 하나가 배치되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 도광판은,각각 상기 배터리 셀에 구비되는 커넥터와 상기 일 방향으로 중첩되지 않도록 배치되는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 연산부는,상기 배터리 셀에 이상 온도가 검출되는 경우, 상기 온도 스펙트럼 정보를 토대로 이상 온도 발생 위치를 추정하는,이상 온도 감지 시스템.
