工作部件3可以是抽拉式的波轮洗衣机,可以是直接将波轮洗衣机滑动设置在滑轨2上,也可以是如图2所示的波轮洗衣机装在一个盒子内(图2只示出了盒子,并未示出波轮洗衣机本体),然后滑动设置在轨道上。
继续参照图6、图7和图8,工作部件3的下方设置有支撑部件31,第一移动部件的后滚轮1同样设置在工作部件3上,优选方案为图7中的通过设置在支撑部件31上,以实现间接设置在工作部件3上。
通过上述结构,本发明能够实现衣物处理设备在工作部件3的抽拉过程中,使后滚轮1带动工作部件3在滑轨2上移动,并在工作部件3到达工作位后,使后滚轮1移动至凹槽23,如图9或图10所示,进而使后滚轮1不支撑或支撑部分工作部件3的重力,并且使支撑部件31支撑剩余部分的工作部件3的重力。此处分为两种情形,如果是后滚轮1直接完全落入凹槽23内悬空设置,则此时由支撑部件31完全承受工作部件3的重力,如果是后滚轮1设置有弹性结构,如图16所示,后滚轮1上方设置有弹簧这类弹性件,实现后滚轮1在贴合凹槽23的底面后仍然能够起到一定的支撑作用,则此时支撑部件31是起到了支撑剩余部分工作部件3的重力。
上述方案中的支撑部件31的支撑位置,在实施例一中的优选方案当中,如图2、图6-8、图11所示,可以是落在滑轨2两侧的凸起导向块21上,与凸起导向块21抵接,将力传导至滑轨2上。当然,也可以是与滑轨2错开设置,直接传导至箱体7的底面(此方案在图中未示出),或者如果衣物处理设备没有箱体7的话,还可以是直接传导至地面或者安装台上(此方案在图中未示出)。
通过上述结构设计,本发明能够使得工作部件3在拉出来放入衣物并回推至工作位后,后滚轮1落入凹槽23内,进而使支撑部件31来支撑绝大部分力量,后滚轮1不再承受洗衣机在洗涤振动过程当中的偏心力,也就是后滚轮1不再承受水平方向的力,转而由支撑部件31承担,由此,能够大大延长后滚轮1的使用寿命,并且,洗衣机在洗涤过程中由于有支撑部件31的存在,也能够实现更加稳定牢固的支撑,减小洗衣机的振动频率,降低衣物处理设备的整体振动噪音,优选地,支撑部件31为图7所示的支撑块,其底面可以设置成摩擦系数较大的面,或者整体设置成橡胶等摩擦系数本身较大的材料,进一步地避免支撑部件31打滑或者振动位移。
优选地,在实施例一当中,如图6所示,本发明的衣物处理设备还设置有前滚轮4,前滚轮4设置在工作部件3的前侧,并且前滚轮4设置成能够与地面相抵接,以实现在抽拉过程中的前端的支撑,如此,整体结构并不完全依赖滑轨完成,能够分出一部分力来给前滚轮4。
在实施例一当中,如图8、图14所示,在后滚轮1的后侧还设置有阻尼装置5,阻尼装置5优选为弹簧,当然还可以是其它的阻尼结构,例如阻尼杆,或者弹性块等,避免在推入之后用力过大而导致后滚轮1脱出凹槽继续向后移动,并与箱体7发生碰撞的情况发生。
在实施例一当中,如图14所示,凹槽23的内侧还设置有能够检测后滚轮1是否停止到位 的传感器6,优选地,后滚轮1的上下伸缩的结构不仅能够如上所述的提供部分支撑力,还能够使后滚轮1不悬空设置,至少部分抵接到传感器6,避免出现传感器6检测不到的情况,提升了传感器6的检测精度,当衣物处理设备检测到工作部件3安装到位后,再开始执行衣物处理的步骤,避免出现意外情况。
在实施例一当中,如图15所示,工作部件3上还设置有插入式的卡扣32,衣物处理设备还包括箱体7,在箱体7上设置有与卡扣32相匹配的卡槽71,卡扣32设置成能够在工作部件3进入工作位的过程中朝向卡槽71运动,并且在工作部件3进入工作位后插入卡槽71内。此种插入式的卡接方案,非常适配于本发明的方案,使得本发明能够做到推入工作位,便能够实现锁死,在拉开把手的过程中也就实现了先开锁的功能,推拉的动作也配合了锁子的开闭,用户只需要一个动作即可实现开门与拉出、关门与推入的动作。
在实施例一当中,如图9所示,滑轨2可以是平行于水平面的,此时将工作部件3推入后,由于后滚轮1进入凹槽23内,可能形成一定的倾斜,但是这也在本发明的工作部件3的工作状态允许范围之内,仍然可以正常工作。
实施例二:
实施例二的方案整体上与实施例一相同,区别点在于,与实施例一对应地,为了实现工作部件3支撑稳定的同时,还实现工作部件3的水平放置,如图10所示,在一种更优选地实施方式中,衣物处理设备的操作侧为前侧,第二移动部件(滑轨2)的前后侧存在高度差,优选地,后侧高度高于前侧高度,通过高度差的设计,能够使工作部件3在推入过程当中有适当的爬坡动作,然后在后滚轮1落入凹槽23后,能够实现工作部件3的整体平整,使得工作部件3的工作状态更加稳定,使用年限更长,也更不容易在工作过程当中溅出洗涤水。
实施例三:
实施例三的方案可以结合实施例一,并结合图16、17进行展开,实施例三与实施例一的区别点在于,实施例三中的前滚轮4(即第三移动部件)可以爬升至如图17所示的位置,也就是在斜面24上,在工作部件推入的过程当中,前滚轮4的高度越来越高,而后滚轮1由于落入凹槽23内,其高度是变低了,最终形成如图17所示的工作部件3的水平设置,此时工作部件3在工作过程中仍然能够通过支撑部件31进行固定,以抵御水平方向和垂直方向的受力,在工作部件3结束工作后,用户在拉出工作部件3的过程当中,由于有斜面24的存在,用户会非常省力,进而提升用户的使用体验。
方案二:CN202211124781.6,图18至图21,实施例四;
实施例四的方案同样可以结合实施例一进行理解,并结合图18至21进行展开,实施例四与实施例一的区别点在于,实施例四中的凹槽23替换设置成了斜面24,相应地在前滚轮4的旁边设置了一整套第二支撑部件33的升降支撑,第二支撑部件33包括前底脚331以及设置在前底脚331上的伸缩组件332,伸缩组件332包括电机3321、传动带3322和连接轴3323,在连接轴3323上设置有第一螺纹(图中未示出),相应地在前底脚331上设置有第二螺纹(图中未示出),电机3321通过传动带3322和连接轴3323驱动前底脚331上下移动,通过前底脚331和后底脚(第一支撑部件31)的支撑,实现对于工作部件的固定,以抵御水平方向和垂直方向的受力。

实施例七是在实施例一的基础上的另一种优选方案,请继续参照图31至34,实施例七与实施例一的区别点在于,实施例七中的凹槽23替换设置成了第一斜面24,并在滑道22上增设了限位槽25,相应地在工作部件的下方还设置了限位组件33,在滑道22远离第一斜面24的一侧还设置有第二斜面26,优选地,限位组件33包括限位杆331和弹性构件332,限位杆331可伸缩地设置在工作部件3的下方,弹性构件332设置在限位杆331与工作部件3之间,限位杆332上还设置有把手333。
如此设置,当用户将工作部件3向工作位推进过程中,后滚轮1进入第一斜面24上,然后使得支撑部件31缓慢接触凸起导向块22,进而实现后部的支撑,而前侧的限位杆331也在第二斜面26上滑动上来,最终插入限位槽25中,实现工作部件3的彻底固定,当洗涤完成后,通过拉动把手333,再将工作部件3向外拉出,即可实现工作部件3的前滚轮4和后滚轮1的滚动。
综上所述,本发明通过支撑部件31搭配凹槽23的设计,使得后滚轮1在移动至工作位时进入凹槽23内,转而由支撑部件31起主要支撑作用,直接将后滚轮1与滑道22的滚动摩擦的支撑方式改变成了支撑部件31与凸起导向块21的两者之间的上下叠压的支撑方式,在使用完毕取出衣物时,稍稍用力拉出工作部件3,后滚轮1便能够爬出凹槽23,重新变为滚动摩擦,使用户推拉仍然非常省力,这种无缝切换,既保护到了后滚轮1,降低了工作部件3在工作过程中的噪音的产生,又照顾到了用户,使用户在推拉过程中仍然非常省力,通过简单的结构改动,仅仅增加了支撑部件31和凹槽23的结构,便在原有方案的基础上进行了运动方式的本质上的切换改变,使得本发明的衣物处理设备在不增加成本的基础上,大大提升了产品的稳定性,也就是后滚轮1的使用寿命,也提升了用户的使用满意度,也就是使用过程中的振动噪音更低。除此之外,本发明还提出了滑轨2的前后侧设置高度差的设计,进一步提升了产品的使用稳定性,也降低了工作部件3的倾斜而导致的漏水等情况的发生概率。传感器6的设计,也使得工作部件3只有在到达工作位之后,才能够进行洗涤、烘干等工作,保证了产品的安全性。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅仅用来阐述本发明的原理,并非旨在与限制本发明的保护范围,在不偏离本发明原理的条件下,本领域技术人员能够对上述结构进行调整,以便本发明能够应用于更加具体的应用场景。
例如,在一种可替换的实施方式中,由于第一移动部件只是提供了一种移动的方式,其显然不仅局限于后滚轮1这一种形式,例如,还可以是滑动装置,滑动装置设置成能够滑入或滑出凹槽23,优选地,滑动装置可以为侧边设置有倒圆角的滑块,例如半圆柱状的滑块的圆柱面贴合滑道22,平面固定至工作部件3的底面,以实现第一移动部件与滑道22的滑动连接,这些基于本发明的主要发明构思的拓展都不偏离本发明的原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
例如,在另一种可替换的实施方式中,滑轨2显然不仅限于图11中展示的两侧凸起导向块21、中间设置滑道22的滑轨2,其还可以是如图12中展示的在外侧设置凸起导向块21、在内侧设置滑道22的滑轨2,凹槽23设置在内侧的滑道22上,支撑部件31设置成在第一移动部件移动至凹槽23时,能够与凸起导向块21抵接。上述方案同样能够适配本发明提出的支撑部件31与凹槽23的结构,这些都不偏离本发明的原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
例如,在另一种可替换的实施方式中,滑轨2显然不仅限于图11中展示的两侧凸起导向块21、中间设置滑道22的滑轨2,其还可以是如图13中展示的在内侧设置凸起导向块21、在外侧设置滑道22的滑轨2,凹槽23设置在外侧的滑道22上,支撑部件31设置成在第一移动部件移动至凹槽23时,能够与凸起导向块21抵接。上述方案同样能够适配本发明提出的支撑部件31与凹槽23的结构,这些都不偏离本发明的原理,因此都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
最后需要说明的是,尽管本发明是以抽拉式的洗衣机为例进行描述的,但是本发明的方案显然还可以应用于其他衣物处理设备。例如,还可以应用于洗鞋机、干衣机等。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括第一移动部件、第二移动部件、第三移动部件和可抽拉的工作部件,
    所述第二移动部件上设置有凹槽和斜面;
    所述工作部件上设置有支撑部件,所述第一移动部件和所述第三移动部件设置在所述工作部件上;
    所述衣物处理设备设置成能够在所述工作部件的抽拉过程中,使所述第一移动部件和所述第三移动部件带动所述工作部件在所述第二移动部件上移动,并在所述工作部件到达工作位后,使所述第一移动部件移动至所述凹槽,所述第三移动部件移动至所述斜面上,进而使所述第一移动部件不支撑或支撑部分所述工作部件的重力,并且使所述支撑部件支撑剩余部分的所述工作部件的重力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为两侧凸起导向块、中间设置滑道的滑轨,所述凹槽设置在中间的所述滑道上,所述支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述凹槽时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备的操作侧为前侧,所述第二移动部件的前后侧存在高度差。

  13. 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为上下可伸缩移动的结构,以使所述第一移动部件移动至所述凹槽后能够触发所述传感器。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述工作部件上还设置有插入式的卡扣,所述衣物处理设备还包括箱体,在所述箱体上设置有与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽,所述卡扣设置成能够在所述工作部件进入工作位的过程中朝向所述卡槽运动,并且在所述工作部件进入工作位后插入所述卡槽内。

    所述衣物处理设备设置成能够在所述工作部件的抽拉过程中,使所述第一移动部件带动所述工作部件在所述第二移动部件上移动,并在所述工作部件到达工作位后,使所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面上,进而使所述第一移动部件不支撑或支撑部分所述工作部件的重力,并且使所述第一支撑部件支撑剩余部分的所述工作部件的重力。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为两侧凸起导向块、中间设置滑道的滑轨,所述斜面设置在中间的所述滑道上,所述第一支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。

  47. 根据权利要求37所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为在内侧设置凸起导向块、在外侧设置滑道的滑轨,所述斜面设置在外侧的所述滑道上,所述第一支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  48. 根据权利要求37所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述斜面上还设置有能够检测所述第一移动部件是否停止到位的传感器。
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为上下可伸缩移动的结构, 以使所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面后能够触发所述传感器。
  50. 根据权利要求37所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述工作部件上还设置有插入式的卡扣,所述衣物处理设备还包括箱体,在所述箱体上设置有与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽,所述卡扣设置成能够在所述工作部件进入工作位的过程中朝向所述卡槽运动,并且在所述工作部件进入工作位后插入所述卡槽内。
  51. 根据权利要求37所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述支撑部件为支撑块。
  52. 根据权利要求39所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件的后侧高度高于前侧高度。
  53. 根据权利要求41所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述伸缩组件包括电机、传动带和连接轴,在所述连接轴上设置有第一螺纹,相应地在所述前滚轮上设置有第二螺纹,所述电机通过所述传动带和所述连接轴驱动所述前滚轮上下移动。
  54. 根据权利要求37所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部件为后底脚,所述第二支撑部件为前底脚。
  55. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括第一移动部件、第二移动部件、第三移动部件和可抽拉的工作部件,
    所述第二移动部件上设置有斜面;
    所述工作部件上设置有第一支撑部件和第二支撑部件,所述第一移动部件和所述第三移动部件设置在所述工作部件上;在所述第三移动部件上设置有伸缩组件;
    所述衣物处理设备设置成能够在所述工作部件的抽拉过程中,使所述第一移动部件和所述第三移动部件带动所述工作部件在所述第二移动部件上移动,并在所述工作部件到达工作位后,使所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面上,进而使所述第一移动部件不支撑或支撑部分所述工作部件的重力,并且使所述第一支撑部件支撑剩余部分的所述工作部件的重力;
    所述第三移动部件设置成能够在所述伸缩组件的作用下缩回,进而使所述第三移动部件不支撑或支撑部分所述工作部件的重力,第二支撑部件支撑剩余部分的所述工作部件的重力;
    所述伸缩组件包括包括电机、传动带、连接轴和支撑架,所述第三移动部件设置在所述支撑架的下方,在所述连接轴上设置有第一螺纹,相应地在所述支撑架上设置有第二螺纹,所述电机通过所述传动带和所述连接轴驱动所述支撑架伸缩运动,进而实现所述第三移动部件上下移动。
  56. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为两侧凸起导向块、中间设置滑道的滑轨,所述斜面设置在中间的所述滑道上,所述第一支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  57. 根据权利要求56所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备的操作侧为前侧,所述第二移动部件的前后侧存在高度差。
  58. 根据权利要求56所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为后滚轮,相应地所述斜面设置在所述滑道的后侧。
  59. 根据权利要求58所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第三移动部件为前滚轮,所述前滚轮设置在所述工作部件的前侧,并且所述前滚轮设置成能够与地面相抵接。
  60. 根据权利要求56所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为滑动装置,所述滑动装置设置成能够滑入或滑出所述斜面。
  61. 根据权利要求60所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述滑动装置为侧边设置有倒圆角的滑块。
  62. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件的后侧还设置有阻尼装置。
  63. 根据权利要求62所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述阻尼装置为弹簧。
  64. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为在外侧设置凸起导向块、在内侧设置滑道的滑轨,所述斜面设置在内侧的所述滑道上,所述第一支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件 移动至所述斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  65. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为在内侧设置凸起导向块、在外侧设置滑道的滑轨,所述斜面设置在外侧的所述滑道上,所述第一支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  66. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述斜面上还设置有能够检测所述第一移动部件是否停止到位的传感器。
  67. 根据权利要求66所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为上下可伸缩移动的结构,以使所述第一移动部件移动至所述斜面后能够触发所述传感器。
  68. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述工作部件上还设置有插入式的卡扣,所述衣物处理设备还包括箱体,在所述箱体上设置有与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽,所述卡扣设置成能够在所述工作部件进入工作位的过程中朝向所述卡槽运动,并且在所述工作部件进入工作位后插入所述卡槽内。
  69. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述支撑部件为支撑块。
  70. 根据权利要求57所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件的后侧高度高于前侧高度。
  71. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括固定台、螺接台、固定板、支撑板、第一铰接杆、第二铰接杆、第三铰接杆和第四铰接杆,所述连接轴的一端可自转不可沿其轴向移动地设置在所述固定台上,所述连接轴的另一端与所述螺接台通过螺纹连接;
    所述第一铰接杆的一端与所述固定台铰接,另一端与所述固定板铰接,所述第二铰接杆的一端与所述固定板铰接,另一端与所述螺接台铰接,所述第三铰接杆和所述第四铰接杆与所述第一铰接杆和所述第二铰接杆对称地设置。
  72. 根据权利要求55所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部件为后底脚,所述第二支撑部件为前底脚。
  73. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括第一移动部件、第二移动部件和可抽拉的工作部件,
    所述第二移动部件上设置有第一斜面和限位槽;
    所述工作部件上设置有支撑部件和限位组件,所述第一移动部件设置在所述工作部件上;
    所述衣物处理设备设置成能够在所述工作部件的抽拉过程中,使所述第一移动部件带动所述工作部件在所述第二移动部件上移动,并在所述工作部件到达工作位后,使所述第一移动部件移动至所述第一斜面,进而使所述第一移动部件不支撑或支撑部分所述工作部件的重力,并且使所述支撑部件支撑剩余部分的所述工作部件的重力,同时所述限位组件移动至所述限位槽,进而对所述工作部件进行限位。
  74. 根据权利要求73所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为两侧凸起导向块、中间设置滑道的滑轨,所述第一斜面设置在中间的所述滑道上,所述支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述第一斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  75. 根据权利要求74所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备的操作侧为前侧,所述第二移动部件的前后侧存在高度差。
  76. 根据权利要求74所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为后滚轮,相应地所述第一斜面设置在所述滑道的后侧。
  77. 根据权利要求76所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备还包括前滚轮,所述前滚轮设置在所述工作部件的前侧,并且所述前滚轮设置成能够与地面相抵接。
  78. 根据权利要求74所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为滑动装置,所述滑动装置设置成能够滑入或滑出所述第一斜面。
  79. 根据权利要求78所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述滑动装置为侧边设置有倒圆角的滑块。
  80. 根据权利要求73所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件的后侧还设置有阻尼装置。

  83. 根据权利要求73所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二移动部件为在内侧设置凸起导向块、在外侧设置滑道的滑轨,所述第一斜面设置在外侧的所述滑道上,所述支撑部件设置成在所述第一移动部件移动至所述第一斜面时,能够与所述凸起导向块抵接。
  84. 根据权利要求73所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一斜面的内侧还设置有能够检测所述第一移动部件是否停止到位的传感器。
  85. 根据权利要求84所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一移动部件为上下可伸缩移动的结构,以使所述第一移动部件移动至所述第一斜面后能够触发所述传感器。
  86. 根据权利要求73所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述工作部件上还设置有插入式的卡扣,所述衣物处理设备还包括箱体,在所述箱体上设置有与所述卡扣相匹配的卡槽,所述卡扣设置成能够在所述工作部件进入工作位的过程中朝向所述卡槽运动,并且在所述工作部件进入工作位后插入所述卡槽内。

  91. 根据权利要求74所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述限位组件包括限位杆和弹性构件,所述限位杆可伸缩地设置在所述工作部件的下方,所述弹性构件设置在所述限位杆与所述工作部件之间。
