本发明涉及电力抢险救急技术领域,具体为一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,对电力能源的需求越来越大,因此,近几年电网建设的规模也在逐步扩大。由于受到天气、人为等的不可预测的因素,电力设备极易受到影响,由于电力故障原因多种多样,电力维修多使用的工具较多。
电力出现故障后,需要对电力应急抢险救急,将故障处修好,由于故障原因多种多样,工作原来一开始也无法准确的知道故障原因,从而需要携带多种设备去往维修现场,如发电机、电焊机、冲孔机等,由于部分的抢险救急设备体型较大,重量较重,从而不方便进行携带,故本发明提供一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,方便携带多种抢险救急设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的由于部分的抢险救急设备体型较大,重量较重,从而不方便进行携带的问题。

3)本发明装置组装方便,通过插块与插槽的插接,方便将底板和底盘进行连接。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,包括箱体(1)和底盘(12),其特征在于:所述底盘(12)下侧安装有车轮(13),所述箱体(1)安装在底盘(12)上,所述箱体(1)包括底板(2)和外框(3),所述底板(2)上端固定连接有外框(3),所述箱体(1)内腔左右两侧均固定连接有侧板(4),左右两侧的所述侧板(4)之间的上侧设置有横板(6),所述横板(6)下侧和底板(2)上侧均开设有凹槽(21),所述凹槽(21)上开设有滑槽(20),所述横板(6)与底板(2)之间设置有分隔板(7),所述分隔板(7)上下两端的前后两侧均安装有滑块(22),所述滑块(22)与滑槽(20)滑动连接,所述底板(2)、侧板(4)、横板(6)和分隔板(7)之间的箱体(1)内腔构成多个大型救急器械放置腔(8),所述分隔板(7)上设置有固定装置(16),所述箱体(1)内腔中安装有电池(17),所述底板(2)上侧边缘处安装有稳固支撑装置(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述外框(3)前端安装有箱门(30)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述稳固支撑装置(9)包括液压缸(10)和支撑块(11),所述底板(2)上侧边缘处通过螺栓连接有液压缸(10),所述液压缸(10)数量为四个,四个所述液压缸(10)之间呈矩形分布,所述液压缸(10)输出端穿过底板(2),所述液压缸(10)输出端下侧连接有支撑块(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述底盘(12)上端左右两侧均固定连接有插块(24),所述底板(2)下侧开设有插槽(23),所述插块(24)插接于插槽(23)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述底板(2)上开设有沉头孔(25),所述底盘(12)上开设有螺纹孔(26),所述沉头孔(25)与螺纹孔(26)的位置上下对应,所述沉头孔(25) 中安装有紧固螺栓(27),所述紧固螺栓(27)与螺纹孔(26)螺接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:左右两侧的所述侧板(4)与外框(3)之间的中部均固定连接有支撑板(5),所述支撑板(5)、外框(3)与侧板(4)之间的箱体(1)内腔构成救急配件第一放置腔(14),所述电池(17)安装在右侧的救急配件第一放置腔(14)中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述分隔板(7)包括挡板(28)和连接块(29),所述挡板(28)上下两端的前后两侧均固定连接有连接块(29),所述滑块(22)通过螺栓安装在连接块(29)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述固定装置(16)包括安装块(18)和螺杆(19),所述分隔板(7)右侧上端设置有安装块(18),所述安装块(18)上螺接有螺杆(19),所述螺杆(19)上端与横板(6)接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力应急自动化抢险救急装置,其特征在于:所述横板(6)、左右两侧的侧板(4)和外框(3)之间的箱体(1)内腔构成救急配件第二放置腔(15)。
