Abstract
본 발명은 베이스 기판의 상부에 복수의 나노 딤플이 형성된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층이 적층된 플라즈모닉 기판; 및 상기 나노 딤플의 내부에 삽입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판을 제공한다.
Description
본 발명은 라만분광을 위한 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, DNA 혼성화(hybridization)나 정전기적인 인력을 이용함이 없이 3차원적 나노 플라즈모닉 구조를 형성한 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
플라즈몬(plasmon)이란 금속 내의 자유전자가 집단적으로 진동하는 유사 입자를 말한다. 금속의 나노 입자에서는 플라즈몬이 표면에 국부적으로 존재하기 때문에 표면 플라즈몬(surface plasmon)이라 부르기도 한다. 그 중에서도 금속 나노 입자에서는 가시광선~근적외선 대역의 빛의 전기장과 플라즈몬이 짝지어지면서 광흡수가 일어나 선명한 색을 띠게 된다.
표면증강라만산란(surface-enhanced Raman scattering, SERS)은 자유전자의 집단 진동에 의한 강한 전자공명인 국부표면플라즈모닉공명(Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance: LSPR)을 이용한다.
이러한 LSPR 현상을 이용하면 나노구조 상에 흡착된 분자의 라만 신호를 106 배 이상 증폭하는 표면 증강 라만분광(surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, SERS) 현상을 유도할 수 있으며, 형광 신호 역시 102배 이상 증폭하는 플라즈모닉 증강 형광(plasmon-enhanced fluorescence, PEF) 현상을 유도할 수 있어, 초고감도 분광센서용 칩을 제공할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 플라즈모닉공명의 효율을 높이기 위하여 표면에 나노 딤플을 형성하여 표면적을 크게 하여 표면 증강 라만분광의 감도를 향상시키는 기술이 개발되어 공개되었다. 그리고 DNA 혼성화(hybridization)나 정전기적인 인력을 이용하여 상기 나노 딤플에 플라즈몬 공명을 수행하는 금, 은 등의 나노입자를 주입하여 플라즈모닉 기판을 제조하는 기술이 제공되었다.
그러나 감도를 더욱 향상시킨 구조를 가지는, 플라즈모닉 기판 및 나노 딤플 구조에 플라즈모닉 나노 입자의 주입을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 플라즈모닉 기판 및 그 제조 방법의 개발의 필요성이 요구된다.
따라서 상술한 종래기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예는, DNA 혼성화(hybridization)나 정전기적인 인력을 이용함이 없이, 응집유도체를 이용하여 나노 딤플에 플라즈모닉 나노입자의 주입을 용이하게 하여 3차원적 나노 플라즈모닉 구조를 형성하고, 이에 의해, 라만분광의 감도를 현저히 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 것을 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제로 한다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
상술한 본 발명의 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 일 실시예는, 베이스 기판의 상부에 복수의 나노 딤플이 형성된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층이 적층된 플라즈모닉 기판; 및 상기 나노 딤플의 내부에 삽입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판을 제공한다.
상기 플라즈모닉 기판은, 베이스 기판의 상부에 복수의 나노 딤플이 형성된 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층이 적층된 구조를 가질 수 있다.
상기 베이스 기판은 1.3 ~ 1.5 g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 고분자로 제조될 수 있다.
상기 나노 딤플은 상기 베이스 기판에 500 eV 이상의 에너지의 가스 입자 또는 2 X 1017 ions/cm2 이하의 조사량의 이온 빔을 조사한 후, 상기 플라즈모닉 금속을 증착하여 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층을 형성하는 것에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
상기 나노 딤플의 옆면 경사각도는 30도 내지 60도일 수 있다.
상기 나노 딤플의 깊이는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 3배이고, 상기 나노 딤플의 횡방향 단면 폭은 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 2배일 수 있다.
상기 딤플에 주입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는 1 내지 3개, 바람직하게는, 2 내지 3개일 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는, Au, Ag, Cu, Pd 및 Pt 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판은, 상기 복수의 나노 딤플의 내측 표면 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층으로 증착 형성되는 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판은, 상기 나노 딤플에 주입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자의 상기 나노 딤플의 개방부를 향하는 면과 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층으로 증착 형성되는 제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 프로브 층은, 티올계열의 물질로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 티올계열의 물질은 4-아미노티오피놀, 티오페놀, 머캡토페놀, 벤질머캡탄, 및 1,4-벤젠디메탄티올, 바이페닐-4,4'-디티올 등을 포함할 수 있다.
상술한 본 발명의 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 다른 실시예는, 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 응집유도체 용액에 혼합하여 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자들의 응집체를 포함하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액을 제조하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액 제조 단계; 및 복수의 나노 딤플이 형성된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층이 적층된 플라즈모닉 기판을 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액에 침지하여 상기 플라즈모닉 나노입자 응집체를 이용하여 상기 나노 딤플에 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 주입하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법을 제공한다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액 제조 단계의 상기 응집유도체는 계면활성제, NaCl, CuCl2 및 NaBr로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상일 수 있다.

상술한 구성의 본 발명의 일 실시예의 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 및 이의 제조 방법은, 표면증강라만산란의 국부표면플라즈모닉공명의 크기를 현저히 향상시켜, 표면 증강 라만분광의 감도를 현저히 향상시키는 효과를 제공한다.
또한 감도가 현저히 향상된 표면 증강 라만분광을 위한 플라즈모닉 기판의 제조를 현저히 용이하게 하고, 제조 비용 또한 현저히 절감시키는 효과를 제공한다.
본 발명의 효과를 상기한 효과로 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 상세한 별명 또는 특허청구범위에 기재된 발명의 구성으로부터 추론 가능한 모든 효과를 포함하는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

본 발명의 실시예의 설명에서 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(51)과 제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(53)을 통칭하는 경우 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(50)이라 한다.
상술한 구성에서 상기 플라즈모닉 기판(10)은 베이스 기판(11)의 상부에 복수의 나노 딤플(15)이 형성된 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층(13)이 적층된 구조를 가질 수 있다.
상기 베이스 기판(11)은 1.3 ~ 1.5 g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 고분자로 제조될 수 있다.
상기 나노 딤플(15)은 상기 베이스 기판에 500 eV 이상의 에너지의 가스 입자 또는 2 X 1017 ions/cm2 이하의 조사량의 이온 빔을 조사한 후, 상기 플라즈모닉 금속을 증착하여 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층을 형성하는 것에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
상기 나노 딤플(15)의 옆면 경사각도는 30도 내지 60도일 수 있다
상기 나노 딤플(15)의 깊이는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30) 직경의 1 내지 3배이고, 상기 나노 딤플(15)의 횡방향 단면 폭은 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30) 직경의 1 내지 2배일 수 있다.
상기 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)는 1 내지 3개, 바람직하게는, 2 내지 3개일 수 있다.
상술한 나노 딤플(15)의 구조에 의해, 1 내지 3개의 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)의 내부로 들어갈 수 있게 된다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)는, Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Rh, Os, Ir, 및 Pt로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(50)은 티올계열의 물질로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 티올계열의 물질은 4-아미노티오피놀, 티오페놀, 머캡토페놀, 벤질머캡탄, 1,4-벤젠디메탄티올, 바이페닐-4,4'-디티올 등일 수 있다.

상기 플라즈모닉 기판 제조 단계(S10)에서 생성되는 상기 나노 딤플(15)의 깊이는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 3배이고, 상기 나노 딤플의 횡방향 단면 폭은 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 2배일 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 기판 제조 단계(S10)와 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계(S30)의 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는, Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Rh, Os, Ir, 및 Pt로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액 제조 단계(S20)는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)를 응집유도체 용액에 혼합하여 응집유도체가 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자의 계면을 활성화시켜 서로 부착시키는 것에 의해 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30) 복수 개가 응집된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 응집체(40)로 응집시키는 단계일 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액 제조 단계(S20)의 상기 응집유도체는, NaCl, 시트르산삼나트륨(trisodium citrate), CuCl2 및 NaBr으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 응집유도체는 계면활성제, NaCl, CuCl2 및 NaBr로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상일 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계(S30)는, 복수의 나노 딤플(15)이 형성된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층(13)이 적층된 플라즈모닉 기판(10)을 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액에 침지하여 상기 나노 딤플(15)에 상기플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 응칩체(40)를 이용하여 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)를 주입하는 단계일 수 있다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계(S30)에서, 응집유도체가 전기적 반발력에 의해 용액 상에서 분산되어 있는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 응집을 유도하기 위해 분산력의 감소를 유발하여 나노 딤플(15)에 주입을 시도한다. 구체적으로, 무기염을 이용해 나노입자 표면의 전기이중층을 조절함으로 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 간의 반발력을 조절한다. 응집의 다방향성 특성을 이용해 플라즈모닉 기판(10)과의 인력을 유도한다. 이때, 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계(S30)에서 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 나노 디플(15) 내부로 주입되는 반응이 무질서한 공정이기 때문에 많은 양의 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 필요하다.
상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계(S30)에서, 상기 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)는 1 내지 3개, 바람직하게는, 2 내지 3개일 수 있다.
상기 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법은, 상기 플라즈모닉 기판 제조 단계(S10) 이후에 상기 나노 딤플(15)들의 내부 표면과 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층(13)의 표면에 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(51)을 형성하는 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층 형성 단계(S50)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수도 있다.
상기 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법은, 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계(S30) 이후, 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입된 플라즈모닉 기판(10)에 초음파를 조사하여 상기 나노 딤플(15)에 주입된 금속나노입자(30) 또는 주입되지 않고 상기 플라즈모닉 기판의 표면에 부착된 금속나노입자 응집체(40)를 제거하는 초음파 세정 단계(S40)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이때 상기 초음파 세정 단계(S40)는 세정액에 상기 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(1, 2, 3)을 세정액에 침지시킨 상태에서 수행될 수도 있다.
상기 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법은, 상기 초음파 세정 단계(S40) 이후, 제조된 상기 플라즈모닉 기판(10)의 상기 나노 딤플(15)에 주입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 상기 나노 딤플의 개방부를 향하는 면과 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층(13)의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 증착 형성하는 제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층 형성 단계(S60)를 더 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
도 4은 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입되기 이전의 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(4)(a) 및 나노 딤플(15)의 내부에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입된 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(4)(b)의 명시야, 암시야 현미경 사진과 주사전자현미경 사진이다.

도 4 및 도 5에서와 같이, 응집유도체로 NaCl을 10 mM을 적용한 경우 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자의 11%의 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되었다. NaCl을 15 mM을 적용한 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자들은 47%의 수율로 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되었다. NaCl을 20 mM을 적용한 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는 16%의 수율로 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되었다.
이와 달리, 상기 시트르산삼나트륨을 5 mM을 적용한 경우 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 99%가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입된 것을 확인하였다. 시트르산삼나트륨을 적용하지 않은 경우(0 mM)에는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되지 않았다. 그리고 시트르산삼나트륨을 9 mM을 적용한 경우에는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 59%가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되는 것을 확인하였다.
플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 주입을 위한 응집유도체로 염화나트륨을 적용한 것보다 시트르산삼나트륨을 적용하는게 더 적절하다는 걸 확인하였다.
또한, 상기 시트르산삼나트륨은 4 mM 내지 7 mM을 적용하는 경우 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)를 가장 효율적(90 내지 99%)으로 나노 딤플(15)에 주입할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.
도 6은 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 나노 입자(30)를 주입시킨 후 초음파를 1분간 조사하여 위치를 추적하기 위해 무작위 4개 영역(P1, P2, P3, 및 P4)을 선택하여 촬영한 주사전자현미경 사진이다.
초음파 처리를 통해 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되지 않고 플라즈모닉 기판(10)의 표면에 부착된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 응집체(40)가 분리되어 제거되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

도 7의 (a)와 같이, 초음파를 1분간 인가한 경우, 나노 딤플(15)에 잔류하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 입자(30)가 99.4% 잔류하였다. 초음파를 3분간 인가한 경우, 나노 딤플(15)에 잔류하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 입자(30)가 90.6% 잔류하였다. 초음파를 5분간 인가한 경우, 나노 딤플(15)에 잔류하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 입자(30)가 85.7% 잔류하였다. 따라서 초음파 세정 단계(S50)에서 초음파 인가는 40초 내지 120초 동안 수행하는 것이 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)를 효율적으로 잔류시키는 것으로 확인하였다.
도 8은 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30) 원액을 떨어뜨린 후 증발시켜 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 확산에 의한 주입 여부를 확인하는 카메라 사진(a, b)과 a 사진의 1, 2, 3 각각의 위치의 주사전자현미경 사진(c)을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 8과 같이 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30) 원액을 떨어뜨려 건조를 시켰는데도 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)의 반발력에 의해 주입이 안되는 걸 확인할 수 있다. 이에 따라 응집유도체에 의한 응집에 의해 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)의 내부로 주입되는 것을 증명하였다.
도 9는 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입되기 이전의 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(a) 및 나노 딤플(15)의 내부에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입된 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(b)에 4-아미노벤젠티올(4-aminobenzenethiol)을 1 mM 농도로 12 시간동안 반응시켜 자기조립 단분자층을 형성한 후, 785 nm 및 3 mW 레이저를 이용하여 100회 측정한 후 평균한 SERS 신호를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 9와 같이, 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입되기 이전의 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(a)의 SERS 신호는 평균적으로 596으로 측정되었다. 이에 비해 나노 딤플(15)의 내부에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입된 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(b)의 라만 신호강도는 15248(a.u.)로 측정되었다. 즉, 나노 딤플(15)에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입되기 이전의 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(a) 및 나노 딤플(15)의 내부에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 주입된 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(b)의 SERS 신호 강도가 약 26배로 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
도 10은 (a) 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되지 않은 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(4), (b)제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(53)을 가지는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(3), (c) 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(51)을 가지는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(2)들에 의한 SERS 신호 측정 사진 및 (d) 각각의 라만신호 강도(Raman intensity) 그래프이다.
측정 결과, 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자(30)가 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되지 않은 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(4)의 라만 신호 강도는 596 ± 304(a.u.) 이었다. 제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(53)을 가지는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(3)의 라만 신호 강도는 5756 ± 774(a.u.)이었다. 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(51)을 가지는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(2)의 라만 신호 강도는 15248 ± 2074(a.u.)이었다. 즉, 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층(51)을 가지는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판(2)의 라만 신호 강도가 가장 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
상기에서 설명한 본 발명의 기술적 사상은 바람직한 실시예에서 구체적으로 기술되었으나, 상기한 실시예는 그 설명을 위한 것이며 그 제한을 위한 것이 아님을 주의하여야 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 기술적 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 기술적 사상의 범위 내에서 다양한 실시예가 가능함을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.
본 발명은 표면증강라만산란의 국부표면플라즈모닉공명의 크기를 현저히 향상시켜, 표면 증강 라만분광의 감도를 현저히 향상시키며, 또한 감도가 현저히 향상된 표면 증강 라만분광을 위한 플라즈모닉 기판의 제조를 현저히 용이하게 하고, 제조 비용 또한 현저히 절감시키는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
Claims (19)
- 베이스 기판의 상부에 복수의 나노 딤플이 형성된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층이 적층된 플라즈모닉 기판; 및상기 나노 딤플의 내부에 삽입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 기판은,1.3 ~ 1.5 g/cm3의 밀도를 가지는 고분자로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노 딤플은,상기 베이스 기판에 500 eV 이상의 에너지의 가스 입자 또는 2 X 1017 ions/cm2 이하의 조사량의 이온 빔을 조사한 후, 상기 플라즈모닉 금속을 증착하여 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층을 형성하는 것에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 딤플의 옆면 경사각도는 30도 내지 60도인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 딤플의 깊이는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 3배이고, 상기 나노 딤플의 횡방향 단면 폭은 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 딤플에 주입되는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는 1 내지 3개인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 금속 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는, Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Rh, Os, Ir, 및 Pt로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 나노 딤플의 내측 표면 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층으로 증착 형성되는 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 딤플에 주입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자의 상기 나노 딤플의 개방부를 향하는 면과 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층으로 증착 형성되는 제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 제8항 또는 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 프로브 층은, 티올계열의 물질로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판.
- 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 응집유도체 용액에 혼합하여 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자들의 응집체를 포함하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액을 제조하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액 제조 단계; 및복수의 나노 딤플이 형성된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층이 적층된 플라즈모닉 기판을 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액에 침지하여 상기 나노 딤플에 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자를 주입하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 용액 제조 단계의 상기 응집유도체는, 계면활성제, NaCl, CuCl2 및 NaBr로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계의 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는, Au, Ag, Cu, Pd, Rh, Os, Ir, 및 Pt로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 기판 제조 단계에서 생성되는 상기 나노 딤플의 옆면 경사각도는 30도 내지 60도로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 기판 제조 단계에서 생성되는 상기 나노 딤플의 깊이는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 3배이고, 상기 나노 딤플의 횡방향 단면 폭은 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 직경의 1 내지 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계에서,상기 나노 딤플에 주입되는 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자는 1 내지 3개인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계 이전에, 제조된 상기 플라즈모닉 기판의 상기 복수의 나노 딤플의 내측 표면 및 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 증착 형성하는 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 형성하는 제1 플라즈모닉 프로브 층 형성 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 주입 단계 이후, 상기 나노 딤플에 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자가 주입된 플라즈모닉 기판을 초음파 처리하여 상기 나노 딤플(15)의 외부로 노출되거나, 상기 나노 딤플(15)에 주입되지 않고 상기 플라즈모닉 기판의 표면에 부착된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 또는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자 응집체를 제거하는 초음파 세정 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 초음파 세정 단계 이후, 제조된 상기 플라즈모닉 기판의 상기 나노 딤플에 주입된 플라즈모닉 금속 나노입자의 상기 나노 딤플의 개방부를 향하는 면과 상기 플라즈모닉 금속 나노 딤플 층의 표면에 플라즈모닉 프로브 층을 증착 형성하는 제2 플라즈모닉 프로브 층 형성 단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 나노 플라즈모닉 캐비티 기판 제조 방법.
