云端管理家长访问的方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质 技术领域
本申请涉及互联网云端领域,尤其涉及一种云端管理家长访问的方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质。
背景技术
目前学校一般都不允许学生带手机,当父母需要找某个学生时,需要保安室的保安人员通知老师,然后老师再让学生出门见父母,这种找寻方式效率低,当某个环节遗忘或忘记转达内容,需要重复通知,体验度低。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本申请提供了一种云端管理家长访问的方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,有利于实现家长访问需求的及时通知,直接通知到对应的学生,避免出现通知错漏的情况。同时,全程智能化通知,减少人工通知的中间环节,减少人工成本。
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例第一方面提供了一种云端管理家长访问的方法,该方法包括:
从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求;
根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,访问人物为目标学生的家长;
向目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示目标学生回复访问需求;
从第二本地终端获取第一身份信息;
对第一身份信息进行验证,当验证第一身份信息的身份信息为目标学生时,允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。
结合第一方面,在一种可能的实施方式中,第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备或用户设备,从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求包括:

从第二本地终端接收所述目标学生的通话请求。
可选地,上述访问需求可以为访问人物的访问语音,也可以是访问人物输入的文本信息。可选地,上述访问目的主要是指请求目标学生在第一时间段进行通话回复。
可以看出,在本实施例中,访问人物可以通过远程的方式与学校达成联系,进而可以实现与目标学生的通话,节省了访问人物的成本,实现了远程访问的目的。
本申请实施例第三方面提供了一种云端服务器,该云端服务器包括获取单元和处理单元,
获取单元,用于从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求;
处理单元,用于根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,访问人物为目标学生的家长;
处理单元,还用于向目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示目标学生回复访问需求;
获取单元,还用于从第二本地终端获取第一身份信息;
处理单元,还用于对第一身份信息进行验证,当验证第一身份信息为目标学生时,允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。

本申请的上述方案至少包括以下有益效果:
本申请实施例中,利用云端服务器、教室显示屏和第一本地终端以及第二本地终端四方交互进行访问需求的通知。并且,第一本地终端和第二本地终端都包含两种设备,其一是家长已到校门口,请求和学生进行见面,第一本地终端为入口闸机。其二是家长用下载有可以与学校进行联系的APP的用户设备进行访问需求的申请,第一本地终端为用户设备。其中,具体情况为多方交互,也可以实现在多种情况下,家长要求进行访问的需求。覆盖情况全面,并且可以实现家长访问需求的及时通知,直接通知到对应的学生,避免出现通知错漏的情况。同时,全程智能化通知,减少人工通知的中间环节,减少人工成本。

请参见图1,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种云端管理家长访问的方法的系统架构图,该系统架构图包括第一本地终端、第二本地终端、云端服务器以及至少一个显示屏。
其中,第一本地终端可以为访问人物的用户设备或者设置于校门口的入口闸机,其中,入口闸机上安装有图像采集设备(例如,摄像头),通过图像采集设备可以进行图像的采集。
第二本地终端可以为设置于每一个楼层的通讯设备,或者是设置于校门口的出口闸机,其中,出口闸机上安装有图像采集设备(例如,摄像头),通过图像采集设备可以进行图像的采集或者学生具有使用权限的情况下,可以通过通讯设备与家长进行通话。当第二本地终端为设置于校门口的出口闸机时,还可以在出口闸机上安装指纹识别器、虹膜识别器等进行身份验证。
在本实施例中,以第二本地终端可以为设置于每一个楼层的通讯设备,或者是设置于校门口的出口闸机,其中,出口闸机上安装有图像采集设备(例如, 摄像头)为例进行说明。
至少一个显示屏可以是安装在教室中的前方显示屏和后方显示屏。针对上述校园内的每个教室,均可以安装有至少一个显示屏。
其中,第一本地终端根据访问人物所处位置的不同可以是入口闸机或者是用户设备。
示例性的,当访问人物在校门口进行访问时,第一本地终端则为设置于校门口的入口闸机。访问人物到达校门口的入口闸机处时,入口闸机上安装的图像采集设备会采集访问人物的面部图像,并上传至云端服务器。云端服务器可以调用云端服务器的数据库与访问人物的面部图像进行比对,确认该访问人物的身份信息,以及基于入口闸机确定访问人物的访问需求。然后,云端服务器再度调用数据库根据访问人物的身份信息确认目标学生的排课信息,依据当前时间和目标学生的排课信息确定目标学生的目标教室。云端服务器再根据访问人物的访问需求,生成提示信息,发送至目标教室前后至少一个显示屏,用于提示目标学生以及老师。目标学生在看见提示信息后,根据提示信息前往出口闸机。相应地,出口闸机的图像采集设备将采集当前学生的第一面部图像,并上传至云端服务器。云端服务器调用数据库,通过比对确认当前学生为目标学生,并且确认截止访问时间尚未过时,则向出口闸机发送放行指令,出口闸机在接收到放行指令后,对目标学生进行放行。
示例性的,当访问人物进行远程访问时,访问人物无法利用上述入口闸机进行访问。但是,访问人物可以利用用户设备上安装的可以与学校进行直接沟通的手机软件(Applicatio/APP)进行远程访问。可选地,访问人物可通过APP将访问需求发送至云端服务器。云端服务器根据访问人物在APP上的身份标识号(Identity document/ID号)确认该访问人物的身份信息,得到访问人物的身份信息和访问需求。云端服务器调用数据库和访问人物的身份信息进行比对,确定该访问人物的目标学生的排课信息。云端服务器根据当前时间以及目标学生的排课信息,确定目标学生的目标教室。云端服务器再根据访问需求,生成提示信息,发送至目标教室前后的至少一个显示屏,用于提示目标学生以及老师。
在本实施例中,在学校教学楼中,每层都安装有一个通讯设备。当目标学生在看见提示信息后,前往楼层中安装的通讯设备。为了确保当前学生与目标 学生的一致,通讯设备上安装有摄像头获取当前学生的第一面部图像,并上传至云端服务器。云端服务器调用数据库与第一面部图像进行比对,确保当前学生为目标学生。然后,云端服务器验证当前时间是否已超过截止访问时间,若没有,则向通讯设备发送解锁指令,让目标学生进行通话。
请参见图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种云端管理家长访问方法的具体应用场景图,该场景为访问人物已经到达入口闸机,与此场景相适应地,第一本地终端即入口闸机,其中,入口闸机上安装有图像采集设备(例如,摄像头),第二本地终端为出口闸机,其中,出口闸机上安装有图像采集设备。
具体场景如下:首先,从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求。即利用入口闸机安装的图像采集设备对访问人物进行面部图像采集,以及获取访问人物的访问需求。其中,图像采集设备用于采集访问人物的面部图像,上传至云端服务器后与云端服务器的数据库中的信息进行匹配,获取该访问人物的身份信息。入口闸机处还可以获取访问人物的访问需求,上传至云端服务器。其次,根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,访问人物为目标学生的家长。即在云端服务器获得访问人物的身份信息之后,与云端服务器数据库中的身份信息匹配,得到目标学生的身份信息。再根据云端服务器数据库中的排课信息,确定目标学生的排课信息。云端服务器结合当前时间以及排课信息表,确定目标学生当前所在教室。然后,云端服务器向目标学生当前所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示目标学生回复访问需求。云端服务器向教室中的至少一个显示屏发送根据访问人物的访问需求而得到的提示信息,为了提示完全,所以至少一个显示屏都显示。目标学生在看到显示屏上的提示信息后,前往学校门口出口闸机处。为了防止有其他同学冒充,因此从出口闸机安装的图像采集设备中获取需要验证学生的第一面部图像,并发给云端服务器,进行验证。最后,当验证第一面部图像的身份信息为目标学生,且当前时间并未超过截止访问时间时,云端服务器向出口闸机发送放行指令,允许目标学生出校门与访问人物见面。

本实施例中,云端服务器首先从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和 访问需求,其中,访问人物的身份信息包括访问人物的面部图像,访问人物的访问需求包括访问人物访问方式和截止访问时间,基于访问需求可以得到云端服务器发送给教室前后显示屏的提示信息中的截止访问时间和访问方式。
因访问人物可以在校门口的入口闸机处,也可以是远程操作,所以获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求的第一本地终端可以是入口闸机,也可以是用户设备。以下特对两种实施例进行解释说明。
请参照图4,图4为本申请实施例提供的一种第一本地终端的结构示意图。其中,第一本地终端包括入口闸机和用户设备,分别对应访问人物在校门口的入口闸机,和远程操作两种应用场景,如下:
示例性的,当第一本地终端为入口闸机时,访问人物已经到达学校,在校外入口闸机申请与目标学生见面。如图4所示,入口闸机安装有图像采集设备。当用户到达入口闸机时,图像采集设备采集访问人物的面部图像,将访问人物的面部图像上传给云端服务器。云端服务器可以基于从入口闸机处获得面部图像,确定出该访问人物的访问需求。可选地,入口闸机可以直接获取到访问人物的访问需求,将访问需求发送给云服务器。示例性的,入口闸机安装有语音采集设备(比如,麦克风),则可通过该语音采集设备采集访问人物的访问语音,将该访问语音发送给云端服务器。云服务器对该访问语音进行识别,可得到该访问需求。示例性的,入口闸机安装有输入设备(比如,显示屏),则访问人物可通过输入设备输入上述访问需求。然后,入口闸机将访问人物输入的访问需求发送给云端服务器。
示例性的,当第一本地终端为用户设备时,该用户设备上安装有云端服务器所维护的前端应用程序。则访问人物可以通过登录该应用程序,然后通过该应用程序发送访问信息,其中,访问信息中包含有访问人物的访问需求。具体地,云端服务器可确定发送该访问信息的账户信息,基于该账户信息确定访问人物的身份信息。进一步地,云端服务器可对访问信息进行关键词提取,得到访问人物的访问需求。
云端服务器获取用户设备的ID号以及访问人物的访问指令。其中,用户设备即访问人物下载有与学校云端连接的APP的多种设备,如手机、平板电脑等其他通讯设备。访问人物可以通过该APP与学校形成联系。此时,用户未到达学校,可能在家中或者其他地方,也有可能在来学校的路上。若是在来 学校的路上,访问人物为了到达学校时可以直接与目标学生见面,因此,可以提前提出访问指令。访问指令中包含有根据路程和路况估计到达学校时间以及访问方式,生成访问需求。
当云端服务器收到用户设备发来的连接请求以及访问指令时,云端服务器同时获取用户设备的ID号,其中,ID号为唯一身份识别码,避免对应错误。云端服务器调用数据库与用户设备的ID号进行比对,确定用户设备的账户信息,即访问人物的身份信息。同时,云端服务器对该用户设备发送的访问指令进行关键词提取,得到该访问人物的访问需求。
在另一实施例中,第一本地终端还可以为访问人物的用户设备或者设置于校门口的入口闸机,其中,入口闸机上安装有图像采集设备(例如,摄像头)和二维码识别器,或者是入口闸机上安装有图像采集设备(例如,摄像头)和芯片识别器,进行人脸和身份的双重验证。

示例性的,当云端服务器获取到该访问人物的身份信息。此时,云端服务器上有数据库,包含有身份信息、排课信息等数据。其中,身份信息则包含学生的姓名、年龄、年级、班级、学号、学生面部图像以及家长面部图像等数据,排课信息与身份信息相对应,每一位学生有对应的排课信息以及与其对应家长的身份信息。当云端服务器获取到访问人物的面部图像时,将访问人物面部图像与数据库中所有家长的面部图像进行快速匹配,得到目标家长的身份信息以及对应的目标学生的身份信息以及排课信息。在得到目标学生的身份信息以及排课信息后,云端服务器基于当前时间,从目标学生的排课信息中得到该目标学生所在教室以及所在教室中的至少一个显示屏。
103:云端服务器根据访问人物的身份信息和访问需求,得到提示信息,向目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示目标学生回复访问需求;
在本实施例中,云端服务器在与目标学生的目标教室的多个显示屏进行连接之后,根据访问人物的访问需求,向目标学生所在目标教室的多个显示屏发送相应的提示信息,用于提示目标学生接下来的操作。
访问需求是用于提示目标学生的下一步操作,其中包含访问方式、截止访问时间。云端服务器基于访问人物的访问需求的来源的不同,确定访问需求的访问方式不同。云端服务器对获取的访问需求进行关键词提取,得到访问方式以及截止访问时间。访问人物的访问需求的来源是入口闸机时,目标学生的访问方式为在校门口与访问人物见面。当访问人物的访问需求的来源是用户设备是,目标学生的访问方式可以是在校门口与访问人物见面,也可以是通过通讯设备与访问人物进行通话。
云端服务器获得访问方式以及截止访问时间后,根据目标学生的姓名等信息,形成提示信息,将提示信息发送至目标教室的至少一个显示屏中。请参照图6,图6为本申请实施例提供的一种云端与教室显示屏进行交互的示意图。
当第一本地终端为入口闸机时,即访问人物已经到达校门口时,云端服务器根据访问方式和截止访问时间,得到提示信息。示例性的,提示信息可以为“请XX同学在xxxx之前前往校门处与XXX见面”。云端服务器将提示信息发送至目标教室的至少一个视频中,用于提示目标学生。
当第一本地终端为用户设备时,即访问人物未到达学校时,有多种情况。
其一,访问人物没有前往学校的意图,即希望与目标学生进行通话。云端服务器根据访问方式和截止访问时间,可以得到提示信息为“请XX同学在xxxx之前前往本楼层通讯设备处与XXX通话”。
其二,访问人物已经在前往学校的路上,为了能尽快见到目标学生,节省时间。访问人物可在用户设备上输入访问需求,云服务设备根据访问人物的ID号以及访问需求,得到访问方式和截止访问时间,可得提示信息为“请XX同学在xxxx之前前往学校出口闸机与XXX见面”。
在另一实施方式中,学校在教学楼每一层安装了一台通讯设备。该用户设备在没有通话请求时处于上锁状态,不论是学生还是老师都没有权限进行通话。并且,该通讯设备还具有预警功能,当有人进行强行解锁或者乱输入的情况下,老师办公室中红色小灯将会闪烁及时发出警报,提示老师前往处理。
其中,云端服务器向目标教室中至少一个显示屏都发送提示信息,是为了让教室中的老师和学生都能够在第一时间看见提示信息,做到及时通知,避免通知遗漏。
104:第二本地终端向云端服务器上传采集的第一身份信息;
为了避免其他同学冒充目标学生出入校园或者是使用通讯设备,对此,在进行通话或者见面之前还要对前往出口闸机或通讯设备处的学生进行身份验证。其中,第一身份信息包括学生的面部图像、学生的指纹图像以及学生的虹膜图像。验证方式可以为第二本地终端获取当前学生的第一身份信息与目标学生的身份信息进行比对。
请参照图7,图7为本申请实施例提供的一种第二本地终端结构示意图。其中,第二本地终端包含出口闸机和通讯设备两种情况。
当第二本地终端为出口闸机时,第一面部图像为出口闸机安装的图像采集设备获得。
当第二本地终端为通讯设备时,第一面部图像为通讯设备采集的面部图像。其中,通讯设备上安装有摄像头,用于采集欲通话学生的面部图像,进行身份验证。
在另一实施方式中,第二本地终端话还可以为设置于校门口的出口闸机,其中,出口闸机上安装有图像采集设备,以及安装在出口闸机上的智慧屏,学生可以在智慧屏中输入验证码、学号、身份证号等信息。其中,验证码包含在提示信息中。第二本地终端根据人脸和号码共同验证,只有在两者均符合时,才可以放行。
105:云端服务器对第一身份信息进行验证。
在本实施方式中,云端服务器收到来自于出口闸机第一身份信息,或者是收到来自于通讯设备第一身份信息后,调用数据库中目标学生的面部图像与第一身份信息进行匹配。具体方法可以为;分别对第一身份信息和目标学生的面部图像进行直方图处理,得到第一身份信息的第一直方图和目标学生的面部图像的第二直方图。然后,对第一直方图和第二直方图进行巴氏系数计算。当巴氏系数大于或等于第一阈值时,判断第一身份信息和第二面部图像匹配,确定验证成功。当匹配成功时,确定该学生为目标学生。
106:当验证第一身份信息为目标学生时,云端服务器向第二本地终端发送放行或解锁指令,允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。
在本事实例中,在确定第一身份信息与目标学生的面部图像匹配成功时,对出口闸机和通讯设备解锁之前,为了进一步确保学生安全和访问顺利进行,还可以将截止访问时间和当前时间进行比对。将访问需求中的截止访问时间与 云端服务器依据自身设备得到的当前时间进行比对。若当前时间在截止访问时间前,则允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。当第一身份信息来自于出口闸机时,云端服务器向出口闸机发送放行指令,其中,放行指令用于打开出口闸机,以允许目标学生与访问人物见面。当第一身份信息自于通讯设备时,云端服务器向通讯设备发送解锁指令,其中,解锁指令用于解锁通讯设备的通话功能,以允许目标学生通过通话功能与访问人物进行通话。
可以看出,本申请实施例利用云端服务器、教室显示屏和第一本地终端以及第二本地终端四方交互进行访问需求的通知。并且,第一本地终端和第二本地终端都包含两种设备,其一是家长已到校门口,请求和学生进行见面,第一本地终端为入口闸机。其二是家长用下载有可以与学校进行联系的APP的用户设备进行访问需求的申请,第一本地终端为用户设备。其中,具体情况为多方交互,也可以实现在多种情况下,家长要求进行访问的需求。覆盖情况全面,并且可以实现家长访问需求的及时通知,直接通知到对应的学生,避免出现通知错漏的情况。同时,全程智能化通知,减少人工通知的中间环节,减少人工成本。
基于上述云端管理家长访问的方法实施例的描述,请参见图8,图8为本申请实施例提供的一种云端服务器的结构示意图,如图8所示,该云端服务器包括获取单元801和处理单元802;其中:
获取单元,用于从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求;
处理单元,用于根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,访问人物为目标学生的家长;
处理单元,还用于向目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示目标学生回复访问需求;
处理单元,还用于从第二本地终端获取第一身份信息;
处理单元,还用于对第一身份信息进行验证,当验证第一身份信息为目标学生时,允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。
可以看出,在图8所示的云端服务器中,利用获取单元和处理单元进行消息的接收、处理以及发送,完成了云端服务器与多方的交互。覆盖情况完整,并且可以实现家长访问需求的及时通知,直接通知到对应的学生,避免出现通知错漏的情况。同时,全程智能化通知,减少人工通知的中间环节,减少人工 成本。
在一种可能的实施方式中,第一本地终端为入口闸机处的图像采集设备或用户设备,在从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求方面,处理单元802具体用于:
当第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备时,从第一本地终端获取访问需求以及从入口闸机处的身份采集设备获取访问人物的面部图像,得到访问人物的身份信息;
或者,
当第一本地终端为用户设备时,从所述第一本地终端获取所述访问人物的验证信息,对所述验证信息进行验证,当对所述验证信息验证通过时,从所述第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求,其中,所述验证信息为以下多项中的一项:所述访问人物的面部图像、所述访问人物的支付密码以及所述访问人物的验证码。
在一种可能的实施方式中,处理单元802具体用于:
当第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备时,提示信息用于提示目标学生访问人物在校外请求访问;
当第一本地终端为用户设备时,提示信息用于提示目标学生访问人物请求通话。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在第二本地终端为出口闸机处的身份采集设备或通讯设备方面,处理单元802具体用于:
当第二本地终端为出口闸机处的身份采集设备时,第一身份信息为出口闸机处的身份采集设备所采集的面部图像;
当第二本地终端为通讯设备时,第一身份信息为通讯设备上采集的面部图像。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为方面,处理单元802具体用于:
当第一身份信息来自于出口闸机处的身份采集设备时,向出口闸机发送放行指令,其中,放行指令用于打开出口闸机,以允许目标学生与访问人物见面;
当第一身份信息来自于通讯设备时,向通讯设备发送解锁指令,其中,解锁指令用于解锁通讯设备的通话功能,以允许目标学生通过通话功能与访问人 物进行通话。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为之前,处理单元802具体用于:
根据访问人物的访问需求,得到截止访问时间;
若当前时间在截止访问时间前,则允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。
在一种可能的实施方式中,在根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室方面,处理单元802具体用于:
根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生的身份信息;
根据目标学生的身份信息,确定目标学生的排课信息;
根据排课信息以及当前时间,确定目标学生所在教室。
根据本申请的一个实施例,图8所示的云端服务器的各个单元可以分别或全部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成,或者其中的某个(些)单元还可以再拆分为功能上更小的多个单元来构成,这可以实现同样的操作,而不影响本申请的实施例的技术效果的实现。上述单元是基于逻辑功能划分的,在实际应用中,一个单元的功能也可以由多个单元来实现,或者多个单元的功能由一个单元实现。在本申请的其它实施例中,云端服务器也可以包括其它单元,在实际应用中,这些功能也可以由其它单元协助实现,并且可以由多个单元协作实现。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,可以通过在包括中央处理单元(CPU)、随机存取存储介质(RAM)、只读存储介质(ROM)等处理元件和存储元件的例如计算机的通用计算设备上运行能够执行如图1中所示的相应方法所涉及的各步骤的计算机程序(包括程序代码),来构造如图8中所示的云端服务器设备,以及来实现本申请实施例的云端管理家长访问的方法。计算机程序可以记载于例如计算机可读记录介质上,并通过计算机可读记录介质装载于上述计算设备中,并在其中运行。
基于上述方法实施例和装置实施例的描述,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备。请参见图9,该电子设备至少包括处理器901、输入设备902、输出设备903以及存储器904。其中,电子设备内的处理器901、输入设备902、输出设备903以及存储器904可通过总线或其他方式连接。
存储器904可以存储在电子设备的存储器中,存储器904用于存储计算机存储介质,计算机程序包括程序指令,处理器901用于执行存储器904存储的程序指令。处理器901(或称CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器))是电子设备的计算核心以及控制核心,其适于实现一条或多条指令,具体适于加载并执行一条或多条指令从而实现相应方法流程或相应功能。
在一个实施例中,本申请实施例提供的电子设备的处理器901可以用于进行一系列云端管理家长访问的方法的处理:
从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求;
根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,访问人物为目标学生的家长;
向目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,提示信息用于提示目标学生回复访问需求;
从第二本地终端获取第一身份信息;
对第一身份信息进行验证,当验证第一身份信息为目标学生时,允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。
可以看出,在图9所示的电子设备中,通过利用云端服务器、教室显示屏和第一本地终端以及第二本地终端四方交互进行访问需求的通。并且,第一本地终端和第二本地终端都包含两种设备,其一是家长已到校门口,请求和学生进行见面,其二是家长用有机APP进行访问需求的申请。其中,具体情况为多方交互,也可以实现在多种情况下,家长要求进行访问需求的要求。覆盖情况完整,并且可以实现家长访问需求的及时通知,直接通知到对应的学生,避免出现通知错漏的情况。同时,全程智能化通知,减少人工通知的中间环节,减少人工成本。
再一个实施例中,处理器901执行第一本地终端为入口闸机处的图像采集设备或用户设备,从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求,包括:
当第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备时,从第一本地终端获取访问需求以及从入口闸机处的身份采集设备获取访问人物的面部图像,得到访问人物的身份信息;
或者,
当第一本地终端为用户设备时,从所述第一本地终端获取所述访问人物的 验证信息,对所述验证信息进行验证,当对所述验证信息验证通过时,从所述第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求,其中,所述验证信息为以下多项中的一项:所述访问人物的面部图像、所述访问人物的支付密码以及所述访问人物的验证码。
再一个实施例中,处理器901执行:
当第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备时,提示信息用于提示目标学生访问人物在校外请求访问;
当第一本地终端为用户设备时,提示信息用于提示目标学生访问人物请求通话。
再一个实施例中,处理器901执行:
第二本地终端为出口闸机处的身份采集设备或通讯设备;
当第二本地终端为出口闸机处的身份采集设备时,第一身份信息为出口闸机处的身份采集设备所采集的面部图像;
当第二本地终端为通讯设备时,第一身份信息为通讯设备上采集的面部图像。
再一个实施例中,处理器901执行允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为,包括:
当第一身份信息来自于出口闸机处的身份采集设备时,向出口闸机发送放行指令,其中,放行指令用于打开出口闸机,以允许目标学生与访问人物见面;
当第一身份信息来自于通讯设备时,向通讯设备发送解锁指令,其中,解锁指令用于解锁通讯设备的通话功能,以允许目标学生通过通话功能与访问人物进行通话。
再一个实施例中,处理器901在执行允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为之前:
根据访问人物的访问需求,得到截止访问时间;
若当前时间在截止访问时间前,则允许目标学生执行当前针对访问需求的操作行为。
再一个实施例中,处理器901执行根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,包括:
根据访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生的身份信息;
根据目标学生的身份信息,确定目标学生的排课信息;
根据排课信息以及当前时间,确定目标学生所在教室。
示例性的,电子设备可以是超声检查设备、电脑等,电子设备包括但不仅限于处理器901、输入设备902、输出设备903以及存储器904。还可以包括内存、电源、应用客户端模块等。输入设备902可以是键盘、触摸屏、语音采集设备等,输出设备903可以是指令发送器等。本领域技术人员可以理解,示意图仅仅是电子设备的示例,并不构成对电子设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件。
需要说明的是,由于电子设备的处理器901执行计算机程序时实现上述的云端管理家长访问的方法中的步骤,因此上述云端管理家长访问的方法的实施例均适用于该电子设备,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质(Memory),计算机存储介质是电子设备中的记忆设备,用于存放程序和数据。可以理解的是,此处的计算机存储介质既可以包括终端中的内置存储介质,当然也可以包括终端所支持的扩展存储介质。计算机存储介质提供存储空间,该存储空间存储了终端的操作系统。并且,在该存储空间中还存放了适于被处理器901加载并执行的一条或多条的指令,这些指令可以是一个或一个以上的计算机程序(包括程序代码)。需要说明的是,此处的计算机存储介质可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器;可选的,还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器901的计算机存储介质。在一个实施例中,可由处理器901加载并执行计算机存储介质中存放的一条或多条指令,以实现上述有关云端管理家长访问的方法的相应步骤。
示例性的,计算机存储介质的计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。
需要说明的是,由于计算机存储介质的计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述的云端管理家长访问的方法中的步骤,因此上述云端管理家长访问的方法的 所有实施例均适用于该计算机存储介质,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种云端管理家长访问的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括;
    从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求;
    根据所述访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,所述访问人物为所述目标学生的家长;
    向所述目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标学生回复所述访问需求;
    从第二本地终端获取第一身份信息;对所述第一身份信息进行验证,当验证所述第一身份信息为所述目标学生时,允许所述目标学生执行当前针对所述访问需求的操作行为。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备或用户设备,所述从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求,包括:
    当所述第一本地终端为入口闸机处的身份采集设备时,从所述第一本地终端获取访问需求以及从所述入口闸机处的身份采集设备获取所述访问人物的面部图像,得到所述访问人物的身份信息;
    当所述第一本地终端为所述用户设备时,从所述第一本地终端获取所述访问人物的验证信息,对所述验证信息进行验证,当对所述验证信息验证通过时,从所述第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求,其中,所述验证信息为以下多项中的一项:所述访问人物的面部图像、所述访问人物的支付密码以及所述访问人物的验证码。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述第一本地终端为所述入口闸机处的身份采集设备时,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标学生所述访问人物在校外请求访问;
    当所述第一本地终端为所述用户设备时,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标学生所述访问人物请求通话。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一身份信息为所述第二本地终端所采集的面部图像、指纹图像以及虹膜图像中的一种。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二本地终端为出口闸 机处的身份采集设备或通讯设备,所述允许所述目标学生执行当前针对所述访问需求的操作行为,包括:
    当所述第一身份信息来自于所述出口闸机处的身份采集设备时,向所述出口闸机发送放行指令,其中,所述放行指令用于打开所述出口闸机,以允许所述目标学生与所述访问人物见面;
    当所述第一身份信息来自于所述通讯设备时,向所述通讯设备发送解锁指令,其中,所述解锁指令用于解锁所述通讯设备的通话功能,以允许所述目标学生通过所述通话功能与所述访问人物进行通话。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,在所述允许所述目标学生执行当前针对所述访问需求的操作行为之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述访问人物的访问需求,得到截止访问时间;
    若当前时间在所述截止访问时间前,则允许所述目标学生执行当前针对所述访问需求的操作行为。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,包括:
    根据所述访问人物的身份信息,确定所述目标学生的身份信息;
    根据所述目标学生的身份信息,确定所述目标学生的排课信息;
    根据所述排课信息以及当前时间,确定所述目标学生所在教室。
  8. 一种云端服务器,其特征在于,所述云端服务器,包括:
    获取单元,用于从第一本地终端获取访问人物的身份信息和访问需求;
    处理单元,用于根据所述访问人物的身份信息,确定目标学生所在教室,其中,所述访问人物为所述目标学生的家长;
    处理单元,还用于向所述目标学生所在教室中至少一个显示屏发送提示信息,所述提示信息用于提示所述目标学生回复所述访问需求;
    获取单元,还用于从第二本地终端获取第一身份信息;
    处理单元,还用于对所述第一身份信息进行验证,当验证所述第一身份信息为所述目标学生时,允许所述目标学生执行当前针对所述访问需求的操作行为。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器和存储器,处理器与存储器相连,存储器用于存储计算机程序,处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机 程序,以使得电子设备执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行以实现如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
