小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构 技术领域
本发明涉及电气连接领域,具体地,尤其涉及小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构。
背景技术
现有市场小功率伺服电机使用电源连接器插头与插座的固定方式主要分为两种,一种是通过螺丝锁紧的,由两个或者4个M2的螺丝将插头与插座锁紧固定,优点是固定的比较牢固,不易松脱,缺点需要工具,装配效率低,在有些设备空间比较小的时候不方便操作,另外一种是快锁型锁紧的,插头利用一个锁杆扣合在插座的悬臂上,操作简单方便,不需要工具,人工一扣就可以了,装配效率高,不受空间影响,缺点是跟螺丝锁紧比起来相对没有那么牢固,由于各有优缺点,使得伺服电机厂商很难决择,无法满足所有客户需求。
经现有技术专利文献检索发现,中国实用新型专利公开号为CN216850635U,公开了一种稳固型面板插座,属于面板插座技术领域,有效提高面板插座的使用便捷性和固定稳固性,通过导电片与弹簧的配合设置,使面板插座在使用时,能够将插头稳固固定,避免插头松动,导致电源连接不稳定,影响电器的使用。包括定位板,所述定位板的底部一侧开设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔的内部螺纹连接有螺钉,所述定位板的一侧卡接有插座本体,所述插座本体的内部卡接有固定板,所述固定板的一侧固定连接有顶块,所述固定板的另一侧固定安装有插块,所述插块的内部一侧开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑杆。因此,该文献与本发明所介绍的方法是属于不同的发明构思。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构。
根据本发明提供的一种小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,包括插座、快锁型插头以及螺丝型插头,快锁型插头和螺丝型插头分别与插座一一对应连接;
插座包括插座外壳、悬臂、凸起、固定孔以及连接孔,固定孔分别位于插座外壳的四周,悬臂和连接孔连接于插座外壳的外表面,连接孔位于悬臂侧边,悬臂上设有凸起;
插座通过插座螺丝与固定孔的配合连接于电机上,快锁型插头通过悬臂锁合于插座 上,螺丝型插头通过螺母与连接孔的配合锁合于插座上。
一些实施例中,插座还包括头座密封圈、插座电源端子、插座电机密封圈、插座抱闸端子以及插座接地端子,头座密封圈连接于插座外壳外表面,插座电机密封圈连接于插座外壳内表面,插座电源端子、插座抱闸端子以及插座接地端子分布于插座外壳内表面;
插座接地端子位于插座电源端子的侧边,插座抱闸端子位于插座电源端子的底部。
一些实施例中,插座接地端子的弹片与电机表面接触。
一些实施例中,插座电源端子呈勾板式结构,插座电源端子焊接于电机内部线路。
一些实施例中,快锁型插头包括快锁插头外壳、快锁插头锁杆,快锁插头锁杆连接于快锁插头外壳上,快锁插头锁杆外壁卡接于与悬臂内壁上;
快锁插头外壳侧边设有圆柱和槽,槽与圆柱相连,快锁插头锁杆侧边分别设有孔和第一凸点,圆柱连接于孔内,使快锁插头锁杆沿着圆柱中心转动,快锁插头锁杆通过槽与第一凸点配合进行定位。
一些实施例中,快锁插头外壳顶部设有筋,快锁插头锁杆顶部设有第二凸点,快锁插头锁杆通过第二凸点和筋的配合锁紧于快锁插头外壳上。
一些实施例中,快锁插头锁杆侧边设有第三凸点;
当快锁型插头插入插座时,第三凸点与凸起错位连接。
一些实施例中,插头螺丝位于螺丝插头外壳两侧,且插头螺丝与螺母一一对应连接;
螺丝型插头通过插头螺丝和螺母的配合锁合于插座上。
一些实施例中,快锁型插头和螺丝型插头还包括插头胶芯、插头抱闸母端子、插头电源母端子、尾夹螺母、出线卡爪以及出线密封圈;
插头胶芯、插头抱闸母端子以及插头电源母端子依次连接于快锁插头外壳和螺丝插头外壳的内表面,出线卡爪套接于出线密封圈外壁上,出线卡爪通过尾夹螺母连接于快锁插头外壳和螺丝插头外壳的底部。
一些实施例中,尾夹螺母、出线卡爪以及出线密封圈呈中空状。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明插座上设有悬臂和螺母,使插座能同时兼容螺丝锁固和快锁扣合;本发明快锁型插头上设有三个凸点,三重保护电机运动过程中快锁插头锁杆不会因为震动松脱。

实施例1
本发明提供的一种小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,如图1-7所示,包括插座100、快锁型插头200以及螺丝型插头300,快锁型插头200和螺丝型插头300分别与插座100一一对应连接。
如图1-2所示,插座100包括插座外壳3、悬臂101、凸起102、固定孔103以及连接孔104,固定孔103分别位于插座外壳3的四周,悬臂101和连接孔104连接于插座外壳3的外表面,连接孔104位于悬臂101侧边,悬臂101上设有凸起102。插座100通过插座螺丝2与固定孔103的配合连接于电机上。
如图1所示,快锁型插头200通过悬臂101锁合于插座100上,螺丝型插头300通过螺母4与连接孔104的配合锁合于插座100上。
插座100还包括头座密封圈1、插座电源端子5、插座电机密封圈6、插座抱闸端子7以及插座接地端子8,头座密封圈1连接于插座外壳3外表面,插座电机密封圈6连接于插座外壳3内表面,插座电源端子5、插座抱闸端子7以及插座接地端子8分布于插座外壳3内表面;插座接地端子8位于插座电源端子5的侧边,插座抱闸端子7位于插座电源端子5的底部。优选的,插座接地端子8的弹片与电机表面接触。插座电源端子5呈勾板式结构,插座电源端子5焊接于电机内部线路。
更为具体的,插座100重新设计为与电机用螺丝固定的方式,用4个插座螺丝2与电机外壳将插座100锁紧,插座100的插座接地端子8为弹片式接触,通过锁紧插座螺丝2使插插座接地端子8的弹片与电机表面接触,进行接地,U,V,W电源公针设计为勾板式结构,与电机内部线路板焊接,插座抱闸端子7焊线后引出,三个插座电源端子5和一个插座接地端子8一排分布,两个插座抱闸端子7一排分布,形成4+2方式排列。
实施例2
本实施例2是在实施例1的基础上,通过对快锁型插头200的三重保护,使快锁插头锁杆16不会因为震动松脱,具体的:
如图3所示,快锁型插头200包括快锁插头外壳15、快锁插头锁杆16,快锁插头锁杆16连接于快锁插头外壳15上,快锁插头锁杆16外壁卡接于与悬臂101内壁上。
如图4-6所示,快锁插头外壳15侧边设有圆柱201和槽202,槽202与圆柱201相连;快锁插头外壳15顶部设有筋207。快锁插头锁杆16侧边分别设有孔203、第一凸点204以及第三凸点206,快锁插头锁杆16顶部设有第二凸点205。
圆柱201连接于孔203内,使快锁插头锁杆16沿着圆柱201中心转动,快锁插头锁杆16通过槽202与第一凸点204配合进行定位。快锁插头锁杆16通过第二凸点205和筋207的配合锁紧于快锁插头外壳15上,锁紧后第二凸点205和筋207形成有保持力,防止快锁插头锁杆16自动回退。当快锁型插头200插入插座100时,第三凸点206与凸起102错位连接,扣合后也可防止回退,三重保护电机运动过程中快锁插头锁杆16不会因为震动松脱。
如图3所示,快锁型插头200还包括插头胶芯9、插头抱闸母端子10、插头电源母端子11、尾夹螺母12、出线卡爪13以及出线密封圈14。插头胶芯9、插头抱闸母端子10以及插头电源母端子11连接于快锁插头外壳15的内表面,出线卡爪13套接于出线密封圈14外壁上,出线卡爪13通过尾夹螺母12连接于快锁插头外壳15的底部。其中,尾夹 螺母12、出线卡爪13以及出线密封圈14呈中空状,便于线束装配。
更为具体的,通过槽202与第一凸点204的配合,对快锁插头锁杆16锁合状态与打开状态进行定位,现场装配时只要将做好的快锁型插头200线束对应插座100的方向往下按压,到位后往插座100方向扳动快锁插头锁杆16至于插座100平行的方向,就可以将快锁型插头200与插座100锁合,非常快速方便。
实施例3
本实施例3是在实施例1的基础上,通过螺丝实现螺丝型插头300壳体的固定,具体的:
如图7所示,螺丝型插头300包括螺丝插头外壳17和插头螺丝18,插头螺丝18位于螺丝插头外壳17两侧,且插头螺丝18与螺母4一一对应连接;螺丝型插头300通过插头螺丝18和螺母4的配合锁合于插座100上。两个插头螺丝18位于螺丝插头外壳17的一条对角线上。螺丝插头外壳17两侧设有凸起102,凸起102卡接于悬臂101上。
螺丝型插头300还包括插头胶芯9、插头抱闸母端子10、插头电源母端子11、尾夹螺母12、出线卡爪13以及出线密封圈14。插头胶芯9、插头抱闸母端子10以及插头电源母端子11连接于螺丝插头外壳17的内表面,出线卡爪13套接于出线密封圈14外壁上,出线卡爪13通过尾夹螺母12连接于螺丝插头外壳17的底部。其中,尾夹螺母12、出线卡爪13以及出线密封圈14呈中空状,便于线束装配。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,包括插座(100)、快锁型插头(200)以及螺丝型插头(300),所述快锁型插头(200)和所述螺丝型插头(300)分别与所述插座(100)一一对应连接;
    所述插座(100)包括插座外壳(3)、悬臂(101)、凸起(102)、固定孔(103)以及连接孔(104),所述固定孔(103)分别位于所述插座外壳(3)的四周,所述悬臂(101)和所述连接孔(104)连接于所述插座外壳(3)的外表面,所述连接孔(104)位于所述悬臂(101)侧边,所述悬臂(101)上设有凸起(102);
    所述插座(100)通过插座螺丝(2)与所述固定孔(103)的配合连接于所述电机上,所述快锁型插头(200)通过所述悬臂(101)锁合于所述插座(100)上,所述螺丝型插头(300)通过螺母(4)与所述连接孔(104)的配合锁合于所述插座(100)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述插座(100)还包括头座密封圈(1)、插座电源端子(5)、插座电机密封圈(6)、插座抱闸端子(7)以及插座接地端子(8),所述头座密封圈(1)连接于所述插座外壳(3)外表面,所述插座电机密封圈(6)连接于所述插座外壳(3)内表面,所述插座电源端子(5)、所述插座抱闸端子(7)以及所述插座接地端子(8)分布于所述插座外壳(3)内表面;
    所述插座接地端子(8)位于所述插座电源端子(5)的侧边,所述插座抱闸端子(7)位于所述插座电源端子(5)的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述插座接地端子(8)的弹片与所述电机表面接触。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述插座电源端子(5)呈勾板式结构,所述插座电源端子(5)焊接于所述电机内部线路。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述快锁型插头(200)包括快锁插头外壳(15)、快锁插头锁杆(16),所述快锁插头锁杆(16)连接于所述快锁插头外壳(15)上,所述快锁插头锁杆(16)外壁卡接于与所述悬臂(101)内壁上;
    所述快锁插头外壳(15)侧边设有圆柱(201)和槽(202),所述槽(202)与所述圆柱(201)相连,所述快锁插头锁杆(16)侧边分别设有孔(203)和第一凸点(204),所述圆柱(201)连接于所述孔(203)内,使所述快锁插头锁杆(16)沿着所述圆柱(201)中心转动,所述快锁插头锁杆(16)通过所述槽(202)与所述第一凸点(204)配合进行 定位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述快锁插头外壳(15)顶部设有筋(207),所述快锁插头锁杆(16)顶部设有第二凸点(205),所述快锁插头锁杆(16)通过所述第二凸点(205)和所述筋(207)的配合锁紧于所述快锁插头外壳(15)上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述快锁插头锁杆(16)侧边设有第三凸点(206);
    当所述快锁型插头(200)插入所述插座(100)时,所述第三凸点(206)与所述凸起(102)错位连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述螺丝型插头(300)包括螺丝插头外壳(17)和插头螺丝(18),所述插头螺丝(18)位于所述螺丝插头外壳(17)两侧,且所述插头螺丝(18)与所述螺母(4)一一对应连接;
    所述螺丝型插头(300)通过所述插头螺丝(18)和所述螺母(4)的配合锁合于所述插座(100)上。
  9. 根据权利要求5或8所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述快锁型插头(200)和所述螺丝型插头(300)还包括插头胶芯(9)、插头抱闸母端子(10)、插头电源母端子(11)、尾夹螺母(12)、出线卡爪(13)以及出线密封圈(14);
    所述插头胶芯(9)、所述插头抱闸母端子(10)以及所述插头电源母端子(11)依次连接于所述快锁插头外壳(15)和所述螺丝插头外壳(17)的内表面,所述出线卡爪(13)套接于所述出线密封圈(14)外壁上,所述出线卡爪(13)通过所述尾夹螺母(12)连接于所述快锁插头外壳(15)和所述螺丝插头外壳(17)的底部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的小功率电源螺丝与快锁兼容结构,其中所述尾夹螺母(12)、所述出线卡爪(13)以及所述出线密封圈(14)呈中空状。
