Abstract

一种组装式建筑模块,包括四面侧边板,四面侧边板顺序连接环绕而成四边形框体,位于框体四个内角处,至少一个内角处固定设置有边定位板;在框体的长侧边板中部固定设置有中定位板,所述中定位板的位置位于框体长侧边板中间线一侧,并与框体长侧边板中间线间隔一侧边板壁厚的距离。本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,通过简单的结构解决了现有模块装配形式欠合理、强度低、且对隔热缺少对应设置的问题。实现了更高的装配强度组合,且能够灵活现场装配,便于存储运输,通过隔热条的设计也能够有效隔热。

Description

一种组装式建筑模块 技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑工程领域,尤其涉及一种组装式建筑模块。
背景技术
申请人前期提出了中国专利:CN202120779168.2,公开了一种快速简便组装式墙体模块,但是该装置在使用过程中发现存在一定缺陷,主要在于以下几点:一是装配用的凸块设置形式欠合理,导致模块本身的强度较低;也就是其凸块分别设置于单边侧边上,相对设置的侧边板之间连接强度较低,不利于填充后的形状保持;二是在运输过程中占用空间大;三是以金属材料作为设备材料时,隔热极差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术不足之处,提供一种结构简单,安全可靠,使用方便,具有更高强度,更好的隔热性能以及便于装配运输的一种组装式建筑模块。
设备包括四面侧边板,四面侧边板顺序连接环绕而成四边形框体,其特征在于:位于框体四个内角处,至少一个内角处固定设置有边定位板;在框体的长侧边板中部固定设置有中定位板,所述中定位板的位置位于框体长侧边板中间线一侧,并与框体长侧边板中间线间隔一侧边板壁厚的距离。
进一步的,所述中定位板相对设置于两长侧边板上,并连接为一体,作为侧边板的加强连接板。
进一步的,所述边定位板与中定位板对角设置。
进一步的,所述侧边板、边定位板与中定位板的板体厚度相同;且所述侧边板所构成的四边形框体的宽度为长度的一半。
进一步的,所述中定位板共设置有两个,两个中定位板与对应的边定位板的间距相等;两个中定位板之间的间隙宽度,是侧边板的板体厚度两倍。
进一步的,所述侧边板的两侧分别对应设置有装配孔。
进一步的,所述四面侧边板之间通过隔热条顺序连接;且在边定位板与中定位板的侧边,固定设置有隔热条。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,造价低廉,通过简单的结构解决了现有模块装配形式欠合理、强度低、且对隔热缺少对应设置的问题。实现了更高的装配强度组合,且能够灵活现场装配,便于存储运输,通过隔热条的设计也能够有效隔热。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8图9、图10、图11、图12与图13,本实用新型所述的一种组装式建筑模块,包括四面侧边板,四面侧边板顺序连接环绕而成四边形框体,其特征在于:位于框体四个内角处,至少一个内角处固定设置有边定位板;在框体的长侧边板中部固定设置有中定位板,所述中定位板的位置位于框体长侧边板中间线一侧,并与框体长侧边板中间线间隔一侧边板壁厚的距离。
进一步的,所述中定位板相对设置于两长侧边板上,并连接为一体,作为侧边板的加强连接板。
进一步的,所述边定位板与中定位板对角设置。
进一步的,所述侧边板、边定位板与中定位板的板体厚度相同;且所述侧边板所构成的四边形框体的宽度为长度的一半。
进一步的,所述中定位板共设置有两个,两个中定位板与对应的边定位板的间距相等;两个中定位板之间的间隙宽度,是侧边板的板体厚度两倍。
进一步的,所述侧边板的两侧分别对应设置有装配孔。其设置目的是以片板形式储存运输,在现场利用角码配合螺栓组装,以此实现运输存储便利。
优选的,所述角码采用预装配的形式,提前固定设置于相对侧边的两端,并在相连侧边的对应位置,开设有装配孔4,以提高现场装配的效率。
进一步的,所述四面侧边板之间通过隔热条顺序连接;且在边定位板与中定位板的侧边,也就是边定位板与中定位板与侧边板的连接位置,固定设置有隔热条。以此实现的效果是当使用金属材质作为侧边板1材质时,墙体建设后能够通过隔热条5有效隔热。
优选的,所述隔热条5采用PA66材质的隔热条。
优选的,所述配基板与中定位板3的的宽度与模块内宽相等。
本实用新型使用时,将本设备顺序连接,堆叠即可,在转角位置也可以通过直接横置本设备进行顺序连接。布置完成后直接浇筑混凝土,或将泡沫混凝土、砂石、土壤等建筑材料作为模块的内填充物。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种组装式建筑模块,包括四面侧边板,四面侧边板顺序连接环绕而成四边形框体,其特征在于:位于框体四个内角处,至少一个内角处固定设置有边定位板;在框体的长侧边板中部固定设置有中定位板,所述中定位板的位置位于框体长侧边板的中间线一侧,并与框体长侧边板中间线间隔一侧边板壁厚的距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式建筑模块,其特征在于,所述中定位板相对设置于两长侧边板上,并连接为一体,作为侧边板的加强连接板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式建筑模块,其特征在于,所述边定位板与中定位板对角设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式建筑模块,其特征在于,所述侧边板、边定位板与中定位板的板体厚度相同;且所述侧边板所构成的四边形框体的宽度为长度的一半。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式建筑模块,其特征在于,所述中定位板共设置有两个,两个中定位板与对应的边定位板的间距相等;两个中定位板之间的间隙宽度,是侧边板的板体厚度两倍。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式建筑模块,其特征在于,所述侧边板的两侧分别对应设置有装配孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组装式建筑模块,其特征在于,所述四面侧边板之间通过隔热条顺序连接;且在边定位板与中定位板的侧边,固定设置有隔热条。
