背景技术
随着直播技术的不断发展,越来越多的用户参与直播互动。在直播过程中,用户可以在直播间通过发送评论的方式询问与商品相关的内容。然而,当直播间的评论较多时,主播可能无法及时进行回复,用户也无法高效的获取感兴趣的信息,影响用户使用体验。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种信息显示方法、装置、设备及介质。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
在本申请第一方面,提供了一种信息显示方法,该方法包括:
接收在直播间界面输入的待发布的评论信息;
基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,所述功能标签用于提供进入所述功能标签对应功能页面的入口。
在本申请第二方面,提供了一种信息显示装置,所述装置包括:
接收单元,用于接收在直播间界面输入的待发布的评论信息;
显示单元,用于基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,所述功能标签用于提供进入所述功能标签对应功能页面的入口。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
目前,在直播场景下,用户在直播间互动时,无法快速获取所感兴趣的信息,影响用户使用体验。
基于此,本申请提供了一种信息显示方法,当用户在直播间界面输入待发布的评论信息时,获取该待发布的评论信息,并根据该待发布的评论信息确定相关的功能标签,进而在直播间界面显示该功能标签,以为用户提供进入该功能标签对应功能页面的入口,实现快速、准确地定位用户所感兴趣的功能标签,方便用户通过该功能标签快速获取感兴趣信息,提升用户使用体验。
可以理解的是,在使用本公开中各个实施例的技术方案之前,均会通过恰当的方式对所涉及的个人信息的类型、使用范围、使用场景等告知用户,并获得用户的授权。
例如,在响应于接收到用户的主动请求时,向用户发送提示信息,以明确的提示用户,其请求执行的操作将需要获取和使用到用户的个人信息。从而,使得用户可以根据提示信息来自主的选择是否向执行本公开技术方案的操作的电子设备、应用程序、服务器或存储介质等软件或硬件提供个人信息。作为一种可选的但非限定的实现方式,响应于接受到用户的主动请求,向用户发送提示信息的方式例如可以是弹窗的方式,弹窗中可以以文字的方式呈现提示信息。此外,弹窗中还可以承载供用户选择“同意”或者“不同意”向电子设备提供个人信息的选择控件。
可以理解的是,上述通知和获取用户授权过程仅是示意性的,不对本公开的实现方式构成限定,其他满足相关法律法规的方式也可应用于本公开的实现方式中。
为便于理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图进行说明。
参见图1,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息显示方法,该方法可以由信息显示客户端执行,该信息显示客户端可以安装在电子设备中。其中,电子设备可以包括移动电话、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑、车载终端、可穿戴电子设备、一体机、智能家居设备 等具有通信功能的设备,也可以是虚拟机或者模拟器模拟的设备。如图1所示,该方法可以包括如下步骤:
S101:获取在直播间界面输入的待发布的评论信息。
本实施例中,当用户通过直播客户端进入某一直播间观看直播时,可以在该直播间发表评论。在一些实施例中,用户可以在直播间界面的输入框中输入评论信息,响应于用户在直播间界面的输入框中输入的待发布的评论信息,直播客户端获取该待发布的评论信息。其中,待发布的评论信息是指未上屏、在输入面板的输入框中的信息。
例如,图2a所示的直播间界面示意图,在该直播间界面200中包括直播视频画面,在该直播视频画面中可以显示正在讲解的商品。同时,在直播视频画面上可以通过浮层的方式显示评论显示区域201以及在直播视频画面的底部显示输入区域202。用户通过触发输入区域202唤起输入面板,以通过输入面板输入评论信息,当用户所输入的评论信息上屏后,可以在评论显示区域201中显示该直播间中各观众发布的评论信息。
其中,本实施例中,当用户触发输入区域202唤起输入面板,在该输入面板的输入框中输入待发布的评论信息。例如,图2b所示,用户输入的待发布的评论信息为“什么时候发货”。
S102:基于待发布的评论信息,在直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签。
本实施例中,当获取到用户在输入框中所输入的待发布的评论信息后,基于该待发布的评论信息可以确定与该评论信息相关的至少一个功能标签,以在直播间界面显示该至少一个功能标签。具体地,可以在直播间界面的评论显示区域显示所确定的至少一个功能标签,该功能标签可以为用户提供进入功能标签对应的功能页面的入口,以便用户通过触发该功能标签进入相应的功能页面,进而方便用户快速的获取感兴趣的功能标签,以通过感兴趣的功能标签快速的获取感兴趣的信息,提升了用户体验。
在一些实施方式中,响应于用户对功能标签的触发操作,显示与功能标签对应的功能页面。其中,客户端可以在直播间界面上通过浮层方式显示功能页面,也可以从直播间界面跳转到功能页面。当显示功能页面时,当用户再次回到直播间界面时,所述输入框中保留显示已输入的所述评论信息,由此可以在已输入的评论信息的基础上继续编辑或者直接发送,由此提升用户使用体验。
可见,当用户在直播界面的输入框中输入待发布的评论信息时,获取该评论信息,并基于该待发布的评论信息在直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,该功能标签与待发布的评论信息相关,可以为用户提供进入该功能标签对应功能页面的入口。即,本申请通过用户输入的待发布的评论信息定位用户所需的功能,进而在直播间界面显示该功能的功能标签,以使得用户通过该功能标签进入对应的功能页面,由此满足用户多样化需求,方便用户快速获取感兴趣信息,提升用户使用体验。
其中,在直播间界面所显示的功能标签可以为聚合类标签,也可以为独立标签。其中,聚合类标签是指多个具有预设关系的功能标签进行聚合后的标签,当功能标签为聚合类标签时,响应于用户对该聚合类标签的触发操作,在直播间界面展示该聚合类标签对应的多个功能标签,从而使得用户可以快速获取感兴趣的多个功能标签,提高信息获取效率。
当至少一个功能标签包括第一功能标签和第二功能标签时,该第一功能标签和第二功能标签可以为平级标签,用户可以在第一功能标签和第二功能标签选择触发其中一个功能标签。或者,第一功能标签和第二功能标签可以为父子标签,例如,第一功能标签为父标签、第二功能标签为子标签,在显示第二功能标签时,将同时显示第一功能标签。
在一些实施方式中,可以基于待发布的评论信息确定用户对应的目标需求;获取与目标需求匹配的至少一个功能标签。也就是,先基于待发布的评论信息确定用户的需求,进而将该需求对应的功能标签确定为匹配的功能标签。
其中,可以通过以下方式基于待发布的评论信息确定用户的用户需求,具体包括:
一种是,通过关键词的方式预测用户需求,具体为,将评论信息中的词语与预设关键词进行匹配,获得目标关键词;将目标关键词对应的用户需求确定为用户的目标需求。其中,目标关键词用于反映用户需求。即,可以预先设置表示用户不同需求的关键词,当获取到用户输入的待发布的评论信息后,对该评论信息进行分词处理,获得该评论信息所包括的词语,并将该词语与关键词进行匹配。当与某一关键词匹配一致,则将该关键词对应的用户需求确定为用户该评论信息对应的目标需求。其中,分词与关键词匹配可以是指分词与关键词完全一致,或者分词与关键词的相似度大于预设相似度阈值。例如,预先设置关键词a对应用户需求a、关键词b对应用户需求b、关键词c对应的用户需求c,通过对评论信息进行分词处理,获得词语k,将该词语k分别于关键词a、关键词b以及关键词c进行匹配,若词语k与关键词b匹配一致,则评论信息对应的目标需求为用户需求b。
另一种是,通过需求预测模型获取用户的需求。具体为:将待发布的评论信息输入需求预测模型,获取用户对应的目标需求。具体地,将待发布的评论信息输入需求预测模型,获得该需求预测模型输出的预测结果;若预测结果满足预设条件,将需求预测模型对应的用户需求确定为目标需求。其中,预测结果可以表示所输入的待发布的评论信息对应的用户需求为该需求预测模型所对应的用户需求的概率,概率越大,表明待发布的评论信息对应的用户需求为该需求预测模型对应用户需求的可能性越大。预设条件可以为预设概率阈值,具体取值可以根据实际应用情况进行确定。
需要说明的是,在根据待发布的评论信息预测用户需求时,可以利用上述一种方式进行预测,在利用上述一种方式来预测用户需求时,可以根据实际应用情况选择其中一种,也可以按照预先设置的优先级确定,例如,基于预设关键词预测的优先级高于基于需求预测模型。或者,也可以同时利用上述两种方式进行预测。如果通过两种方式预测出的用户需求不同时,可以将预测出的不同用户需求均确定为该评论信息对应的用户需求,也可以预先设置使用优先级,将高优先级的用户需求确定为该评论信息所反映的目标需求。例如基于关键词预测的用户需求的优先级高于基于需求预测模型预测的用户需求。
在一些实施方式中,在基于待发布的评论信息,确定在直播间界面显示的至少一个功能标签时,还可以通过以下方式实现,具体为,在待发布的评论信息中包括与预设关键词对应的文本时,根据预设关键词在直播间界面显示该预设关键词对应的至少一个功能标签。也就是,可以预先配置不同关键词与功能标签之间的对应关系,当待发布的评论信息中所包括的文本与某一预设关键词匹配时,将该关键词对应的至少一个功能标签显示在直播间界面。
在一些实施方式中,基于待发布的评论信息,在直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,包括:在待发布的评论信息中包括与预设资源类关键词对应的语句时或者待发布的评论信息指示用户需求为资源类信息时,在直播间界面显示至少一个资源类功能标签。例如,当直播间界面所显示的内容为直播带货内容时,观看者可以通过发表评论的方式了解所售商品的相关信息。

其中,响应于用户对资源发放提示标签的触发操作,还可以显示与该资源发放提示标签关联的至少一个第一资源标签;响应于用户对所述至少一个第一资源标签中一个第一资源标签的触发操作,向该第一资源标签对应的资源发放端发送提醒消息。也就是,当存在多个资源均处于未发放状态时,响应于用户对资源发放提示标签的触发操作,显示该多个资源各自对应的第一资源标签;当用户对其中一个第一资源标签触发操作时,向该第一资源标签对应的资源发放端发送提醒消息。通过显示多个第一资源标签的方式,便于用户快速获取需要发送提醒消息的资源,提升用户处理效率。
当资源转移类关键词为资源对应的物流相关的关键词,资源转移类信息为资源对应的物流信息,资源转移类标签包括资源对应的物流标签。在该情况下,所述方法还包括:响应于用户对物流标签的触发操作,显示物流页面,该物流页面显示有资源对应的物流信息。
其中,响应于用户对物流标签的触发操作,还可以显示与物流标签关联的至少一个第二资源标签;响应于用户对至少一个第二资源标签中一个第二资源标签的触发操作,显示该第二资源标签对应的物流信息。也就是,当存在多个资源的状态均处于发放中时,响应于用户对资源发放提示标签的触发操作,显示该多个资源各自对应的第二资源标签;当用 户对其中一个第二资源标签触发操作时,显示该第二资源标签所对应第二资源的物流信息。通过显示多个第二资源标签的方式,便于用户快速获知处于发放中的资源,提升用户查看效率。
其中,在直播间界面显示资源发放提示标签或物流标签时,可以按照父子标签的形式进行显示。即在直播间界面显示资源发放提示标签对应的父标签以及资源发放提示标签,或者在直播间界面显示物流标签对应的父标签以及物流标签。其中,资源发放提示标签对应的父标签和物流标签对应的父标签可以为同一父标签。例如,对应的父标签均为资源中心。例如图3a所示,用户在输入框中输入“再不发货,就不要了”,其包括资源发放提示相关的关键词对应的文本,则表明用户想要给资源发放端发送资源发放提示信息,则在直播间界面显示催发货(资源发放提示标签)标签302和其对应的父标签为“购物中心”标签301。用户可以直接点击“购物中心”标签直接进入购物中心页面,也可以直接点击“催发货”标签302直接进入资源发放提示页面。
在一些实施方式中,在基于待发布的评论信息确定所显示的至少一个功能标签时,在待发布的评论信息中包括定向字符类文本时,在直播间界面显示至少一个定向对象功能标签。其中,定向是指向特定的目标对象发送消息,定向字符类文本的具体表现形式可以根据实际应用情况进行设置,例如定向字符类文本为@字符。当用户将包括定向字符以及定向对象的评论信息发送至直播间界面的评论区域时,位于直播间的其他对象不仅可以查看,同时将该评论信息与定向对象进行关联,以提醒该定向对象及时查看该评论信息或提醒定向对象进入直播间。
其中,定向对象功能标签可以包括第一定向对象功能标签和/或第二定向对象功能标签,该第一定向对象功能标签所指示的第一定向对象是指与用户位于同一直播间的对象,第二定向对象标签所指示的第二定向对象是指与用户具有预设关联关系的对象,例如,第二对象为与用户在同一直播间的其他用户。
在一些实施方式中,响应于用户对定向第一定向对象标签的触发操作,显示第一选择页面,该第一选择页面显示多个第一候选对象,该第一候选对象为与用户位于同一直播间的对象。具体地,第一候选对象是指与用户位于同一直播间的其他用户对应的用户标识。进一步地,该第一选择页面还可以显示有第一定向控件,该第一定向控件用于响应于用户的触发操作,将该第一定向控件对应的第一候选对象的用户标识添加到待发布的评论信息中。具体地,第一定向控件与第一候选对象一一对应。
在一些实施方式中,响应于用户对定向第二定向对象标签的触发操作,显示第二选择页面,该第二选择页面显示多个第二候选对象,该第二候选对象为与用户具有预设关联关系的对象。具体地,第二候选对象是指与用户具有预设关联关系的其他用户对应的用户标识。进一步地,第二选择页面还包括第二定向控件,该第二定向控件用于响应于用户的触发操作,将该第二定向控件对应的第二候选对象的用户标识添加到待发布的评论信息中。具体地,第二定向控件与第二候选对象一一对应。其中,第二候选对象可以为用户通过直播客户端所关注的对象,或者第二对象为用户的好友。
例如图3b所示,用户在输入框中输入“开心@”,客户端获取到用户输入定向字符@,则在直播间界面显示“@直播间观众”标签303和“@好友”标签304。其中,“@直播间 观众”标签301为第一定向对象标签、“@好友”标签302为第二定向对象标签。
当用户对标签301触发时,显示第一选择页面。例如,图4a所示的第一选择页面示意图,在该第一选择页面中显示了直播间所有观众的用户标识401(用户头像和用户昵称)以及第一定向控件402,当直播间的观众人数较多时,可以在该第一选择页面的侧边显示滑动控件,以通过该滑动控件浏览更多第一候选对象的用户标识。其中,当直播间的观众中包括用户的好友时,还可以在第一选择页面中进行分区域显示,如第一区域显示好友的用户标识,第二区域显示其他观众的用户标识,如图4a所示。
当用户对标签302触发时,显示第二选择页面。例如,图4b所示的第二选择页面示意图,在该第二选择页面中显示了用户对应好友的用户标识403(用户头像和用户昵称):用户1和用户2,以及各自对应的第二定向控件404。当好友人数较多时,可以在该第二选择页面的侧边显示滑动控件,以通过该滑动控件浏览更多第二候选对象的用户标识。
其中,当在一次输入操作中定向多个用户时,当第一次唤起第一选择页面或第二选择页面时,该第一选择页面或第二选择页面中所显示的所有用户均可被选择。当第二次唤起第一选择页面或第二选择页面时,该第一选择页面或第二选择页面中也可以显示所有用户的用户标识,但在第一次被选择的用户标识处于不可选状态,即不可被选择,未在第一次被选择的用户标识在第二次显示时处于可选状态。例如图4c所示的第一选择页面示意图,例如,用户在当前一条评论中想要@用户1和@用户4,当第一次唤起第一选择页面时,该第一页面中包括用户1、用户2、用户3以及用户4,选中用户1;当再次唤起第一选择页面时,该第一选择页面中仍包括用户1、用户2、用户3以及用户4,但用户1显示为灰色,不可选中,用户只能在用户2、用户3和用户4之间进行选择。
其中,当用户对第一定向控件和/或第二定向控件的触发操作,在输入框显示用户所选择的候选对象的标识。例如,图4d所示,在输入框中显示用户通过第一选择页面所选择的用户1和用户4。
在一些实施方式中,响应于用户针对输入框触发的发送操作,在直播间界面的评论显示区域显示输入框中的评论信息。其中,评论信息中包括用户所选择的候选对象的标识,以提示该标识对应的候选对象查看评论信息。
在一些实施方式中,响应于用户针对输入框触发的关闭操作,在直播间界面取消显示功能标签。即,当用户关闭输入框时,表明用户暂时无输入,之前所确定的用户需求已实现,则取消显示所述功能标签,以便当用户再次触发输入操作时,继续获取新的用户需求,并基于新的用户需求匹配功能标签,并进行展示,以满足用户的不同需求,提高用户使用体验。
在一些实施方式中,还可以在直播间界面显示一个或多个常驻功能标签,该一个或多个常驻功能标签可以为直播客户端预先设置的功能标签,也可以为用户将展示的一个或多个功能标签设置为常驻功能标签,从而便于用户通过常驻功能标签快速获取所感兴趣的信息,无需在输入框输入待发布的评论信息,提升用户使用体验。其中,可以多个常驻功能标签中具有预设关系的功能标签进行聚合显示。
其中,在用户将所述至少一个功能标签中的任一功能标签设置为常驻功能标签时,所述任一功能标签在直播间界面固定展示,在用户将所述至少一个功能标签中的任一功能标 签取消常驻时,在直播间界面取消显示所述任一功能标签。
在一些实施方式中,直播客户端还可以在直播间界面显示一个或多个推荐功能标签,由此提升用户获取感兴趣的功能标签的效率。

  1. 一种信息显示方法,所述方法包括:
    接收在直播间界面输入的待发布的评论信息;
    基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,所述功能标签用于提供进入所述功能标签对应功能页面的入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述接收在直播间界面输入的待发布的评论信息,包括:接收用户在直播间界面的输入框中输入的待发布的评论信息;
    所述功能标签用于为所述用户提供进入所述功能标签对应功能页面的入口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,包括:
    基于所述待发布的评论信息确定所述用户对应的目标需求;
    获取与所述目标需求匹配的至少一个功能标签,在所述直播间界面显示所述至少一个功能标签。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,基于所述待发布的评论信息确定所述用户对应的目标需求,包括:
    将所述评论信息中的词语与预设关键词进行匹配,获得目标关键词,
    将所述目标关键词对应的用户需求确定为所述用户的目标需求。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,基于所述待发布的评论信息确定所述用户对应的目标需求,包括:
    将所述待发布的评论信息输入需求预测模型,获取所述用户对应的目标需求。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,包括:
    在所述待发布的评论信息中包括与预设关键词对应的文本时,根据所述预设关键词在所述直播间界面显示所述预设关键词对应的至少一个功能标签。

    所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述客服相关的功能标签的触发操作,显示会话界面;
    响应于所述用户在所述会话界面的触发操作,向客服发送问询消息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述资源类关键词为资源转移类关键词,所述资源类信息为资源转移类信息,所述资源类功能标签包括资源转移类标签。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述资源转移类关键词为资源发放提示相 关的关键词,所述资源转移类信息为资源发放提示信息,所述资源转移类标签包括资源发放提示标签;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述资源发放提示标签的触发操作,显示资源发放提示页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述资源发放提示页面的触发操作,向资源发放端发送提醒消息。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述资源转移类关键词为资源对应的物流相关的关键词,所述资源转移类信息为资源对应的物流信息,所述资源转移类标签包括资源对应的物流标签;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述物流标签的触发操作,显示物流页面,所述物流页面显示有资源对应的物流信息。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,包括
    在所述待发布的评论信息中包括定向字符类文本时,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个定向对象功能标签。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,在所述待发布的评论信息中包括定向字符类文本时,所述在所述直播间界面显示至少一个定向对象功能标签,包括:
    在所述待发布的评论信息中包括定向字符类文本时,在所述直播间界面显示第一定向对象功能标签;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户针对所述第一定向对象标签的触发操作,显示第一选择页面,所述第一选择页面显示多个第一候选对象,所述第一候选对象为与所述用户位于同一直播间的对象。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,在所述待发布的评论信息中包括定向字符类文本时,所述在所述直播间界面显示至少一个定向对象功能标签,包括:
    在所述待发布的评论信息中包括定向字符类文本时,在所述直播间界面显示第二定向对象功能标签;
    响应于所述用户针对所述第二定向对象标签的触发操作,显示第二选择页面,所述第二选择页面显示多个第二候选对象,所述第二候选对象为与所述用户具有预设关联关系的对象。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其中,所述第一选择页面还显示有第一定向控件,和/或所述第二选择页面还显示有第二定向控件,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述第一定向控件和/或所述第二定向控件的触发操作,在所述输入框显示所述用户所选择的候选对象的标识。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户针对所述输入框触发的发送操作,在所述直播间界面的评论显示区域显示所述输入框中的评论信息,所述评论信息包括所述用户所选择的候选对象的 标识,以提示所述标识对应的候选对象查看所述评论信息。
  17. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户对所述功能标签的触发操作,显示与所述功能标签对应的功能页面。
  18. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户针对所述输入框触发的关闭操作,在所述直播间界面取消显示所述功能标签。
  19. 一种信息显示装置,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收在直播间界面输入的待发布的评论信息;
    显示单元,用于基于所述待发布的评论信息,在所述直播间界面显示至少一个功能标签,所述功能标签用于提供进入所述功能标签对应功能页面的入口。
  20. 一种电子设备,所述设备包括:处理器和存储器;
    所述存储器,用于存储指令或计算机程序;
    所述处理器,用于执行所述存储器中的所述指令或计算机程序,以使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-18任一项所述的方法。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当所述指令在设备上运行时,使得所述设备执行权利要求1-18任一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序指令,当所述计算机程序指令在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如权利要求1-18中任意一项所述的方法。
