根据本申请实施例的儿童床,套布外套在至少四个周向间隔开设置的立杆和任意相邻的两个立杆之间设有的横杆所形成的框架上,并且套布对应每个横杆设有开口,同时横杆包括可收折的杆部件和锁定或解锁杆部件的锁止部件,通过将锁止部件中的触发件和防误触件设在对应的开口内,从而在解锁横杆中的锁止部件时,可以使得用户容易找到触发件进行解锁,同时防止用户误碰触发件。
一些实施例中,所述锁止部件还包括:固定座,所述固定座与所述杆部件活动相连,所述触发件沿上下方向可移动地设在所述固定座上,所述触发件被触发时可移动并解锁所
述杆部件,以使所述杆部件在所述固定座上收折起,所述防误触件设在所述固定座上。
一些实施例中,所述固定座的内部形成有容纳空间,所述固定座具有连通所述容纳空间的敞口,所述触发件设在所述容纳空间内,且所述触发件在初始位置时至少部分位于所述敞口内。
一些实施例中,所述防误触件至少遮盖在部分所述敞口上,或者,所述防误触件为围绕所述敞口边缘设置的环形凸部。
一些实施例中,所述防误触件与所述固定座一体成型;或者,所述防误触件可拆卸地设在所述固定座上。
一些实施例中,所述环形凸部和所述固定座之间设有可拆卸结构,所述可拆卸结构包括卡扣和卡槽,所述卡扣和所述卡槽中的一者设在所述固定座上且另一者设在所述环形凸部上,所述卡槽或所述卡扣临近所述敞口设置。
一些实施例中,所述防误触件为所述环形凸部时,所述敞口的周向边缘设有凸边,所述环形凸部内套在所述凸边上。

如图1、图2、图3所示,根据本申请实施例的儿童床100,包括:至少四个立杆10、横杆20和套布30。
至少四个立杆10沿周向间隔开设置;任意相邻的两个立杆10之间设有横杆20,横杆20包括可收折的杆部件201、锁定或解锁杆部件201的锁止部件202,杆部件201的两端分别活动连接在相邻的两个立杆10上,锁止部件202包括触发件2022和防误触件2023,触发件2022被触发时可解锁杆部件201,防误触件2023设在触发件2022的面向使用者的前侧;套布30外套在至少四个立杆10和横杆20形成的框架上,套布30对应每个横杆20设有开口301,触发件2022和防误触件2023设在对应的开口301内。
可以理解为,立杆10可以为至少四个,并和横杆20之间共同形成框架结构,如图3所示,立杆10为四个,横杆20为四个,共同形成矩形框架。套布30包裹在框架的侧面、立杆10以及横杆20上,杆部件201在锁止部件202的作用下在常态时可保持展开状态,以维持形成的框架结构,当触发件2022被触发时可解锁杆部件201,此时杆部件201能收起,从而将儿童床100整体折叠起来。
传统的技术方案中,锁止部件202会被套布30遮盖,当用户需要收折杆部件201时,用户只能根据感觉去触摸锁止部件202,不容易找到锁止部件202,且容易误碰非锁止部件202,同时传统技术中通过按压锁止部件202收折杆部件201时,套布30容易被锁止部件202夹住而导致发生破损。本申请中套布30上设有开口301,开口301可以是设在套布30的前侧、上侧、左侧或者右侧,根据用户所处的位置进行具体设置,但始终处于用户的前侧,当用户需要收起儿童床100时,开口301使得锁止部件202中的触发件2022和防误触件2023外露于套布30,通过开口301用户可直接观察到触发件2022,可以使得用户容易找到触发件2022,从而及时且准确地触动触发件2022,解锁杆部件201,同时防误触件2023的设置可以防止用户误碰触发件2022。
根据本申请实施例的儿童床100,套布30外套在至少四个周向间隔开设置的立杆10和任意相邻的两个立杆10之间设有的横杆20所形成的框架上,并且套布30对应每个横杆20设有开口301,同时横杆20包括可收折的杆部件201和锁定或解锁杆部件201的锁止部件202,通过将锁止部件202中的触发件2022和防误触件2023设在对应的开口301内,从而在锁定或解锁横杆20中锁止部件202时,可以使得用户容易找到触发件2022进行解锁,同时防止用户误碰触发件2022。
一些实施例中,如图4所示,锁止部件202还包括固定座2021,固定座2021与杆部件201活动相连,触发件2022沿上下方向可移动地设在固定座2021上,触发件2022被触发时可移动并解锁杆部件201,以使杆部件201在固定座2021上收折起,防误触件2023设
在固定座2021上。可以理解为,固定座2021能起到支撑杆部件201和触发件2022的作用,提供安装位置,方便杆部件201和触发件2022的安装。具体地,当需要解锁杆部件201时,向上按压触发件2022,触发件2022在固定座2021上可向上移动,使得触发件2022的运动更加可靠,触发件2022向上运动后杆部件201即可被解锁,然后进行收折。
一些实施例中,如图7所示,固定座2021的内部形成有容纳空间20211a,固定座2021具有连通容纳空间20211a的敞口20211b,触发件2022设在容纳空间20211a内,且触发件2022在初始位置时至少部分位于敞口20211b内。具体地,固定座2021是一个具有容纳空间20211a的中空结构,触发件2022可放置在容纳空间20211a中,这样既能保证触发件2022的安全性,同时也能使整体结构更加紧凑。触发件2022在初始位置时,触发件2022的至少一部分在敞口20211b内,也就是说,触发件2022能隐藏在敞口20211b内,可以进一步起到防误触的作用,其中,触发件2022可以是部分位于敞口20211b内,或者,触发件2022全部位于敞口20211b内。
一些实施例中,如图7所示,防误触件2023至少遮盖在部分敞口20211b上。具体地,防误触件2023可以是盖结构部件,并遮盖在敞口20211b上,当用户需要收起儿童床100时,先通过开口301打开防误触件2023,露出敞口20211b后,即可操作触发件2022。其中,防误触件2023可以是遮盖部分敞口20211b或者全遮盖敞口20211b。
另一些实施例中,如图8所示,防误触件2023为围绕敞口20211b边缘设置的环形凸部。具体地,防误触件2023的构造为环形,其围绕在敞口20211b的边缘进行设置,也就是说触发件2022和环形凸部的外边缘之间的距离比较大,当用户的手部误碰到开口301时,由于环形凸部的阻拦,触发件2022此时不会被触发,只有用户有意识的将手部穿过环形凸部和敞口20211b操作触发件2022时,才能解锁并收起杆部件201。
一些实施例中,防误触件2023与固定座2021一体成型。也就是说两者形成一体件,防误触件2023可以和固定座2021一起进行安装或拆卸,可以减少零部件数量,提高装配效率。
另一些实施例中,防误触件2023可拆卸地设在固定座2021上。具体地,防误触件2023可以根据用户需求可拆卸地安装在固定座2021上,当防误触件2023或固定座2021损坏时,只需更换新的部件即可,未损坏的部件无需更换,可以降低维修成本。
一些实施例中,如图8所示,环形凸部和固定座2021之间设有可拆卸结构2024,可拆卸结构2024包括卡扣20241和卡槽20242,卡扣20241和卡槽20242中的一者设在固定座2021上且另一者设在环形凸部上,卡槽20242或卡扣20241临近敞口20211b设置。具体地,环形凸部和固定座2021之间通过卡扣20241和卡槽20242结构相互连接,采用这种结构比较简单,便于拆卸和安装,同时可以保证结构稳固。
例如,卡槽20242可以设在环形凸部上,卡扣20241设在固定座2021上;也可以将卡扣20241设在环形凸部上,卡槽20242设在固定座2021上,用户可根据需要进行选择。
一些实施例中,如图7所示,防误触件2023为环形凸部时,敞口20211b的周向边缘设有凸边20211c,环形凸部内套在凸边20211c上。通过将环形凸部与凸边20211c嵌套配合上,可以提高环形凸部的安装可靠性。
一些实施例中,如图4至图6所示,杆部件201包括第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012,第一杆部2011的一端可枢转地设在固定座2021上,另一端可枢转地设在相邻两个立杆10中的一者上;第二杆部2012的一端可枢转地设在固定座2021上,另一端可枢转地设在两个立杆10的另一者上。也就是说,当触发件2022解锁杆部件201时,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012可以围绕固定座2021进行旋转,如图5所示,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012朝向靠近彼此的方向收折起;当需要展开杆部件201时,可以将第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012朝向远离彼此的方向打开,当展开到最终位置时(参见图6),此时触发件2022能锁定杆部件201。
一些实施例中,如图4所示,触发件2022包括第一锁止部20221、第二锁止部20222和按压部20223,第一锁止部20221常保持与第一杆部2011和固定座2021结合;第二锁止部20222常保持与第二杆部2012和固定座2021结合;按压部20223可上下移动地设在容纳空间20211a内且位于敞口20211b内,按压部20223与第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222运动联动,按压部20223受驱向上移动时可带动第一锁止部20221脱离第一杆部2011、第二锁止部20222脱离第二杆部2012。具体地,当用户向上推动按压部20223时,按压部20223向上移动后,第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222会向靠近按压部20223的方向移动,从而使得第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012脱离第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222的限制,可以进行收折。
例如,按压部20223为活动块,第一锁止部20221为第一锁定柱,第二锁止部20222为第二锁定柱,第一锁定柱和第二锁定柱可以是滑动连接在固定座2021上,如前文所述,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012转动连接在固定座2021,第一锁定柱在初始状态时保持止抵在第一杆部2011上,第二锁定柱在初始状态时保持止抵在第二杆部2012上,此时,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012均处于锁定状态,无法转动。当活动块移动时,第一锁定柱受驱运动并脱离第一杆部2011,第二锁定柱受驱运动并脱离第二杆部2012,此时第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012均处于被解锁状态,可以转动并收起。
一些实施例中,如图4所示,固定座2021包括固定框20211和连接架20212,固定框20211内形成容纳空间20211a和敞口20211b,固定框20211的顶部形成有缺口20211d,敞口20211b设在固定框20211的下方,防误触件2023设在固定框20211上;连接架20212
设在缺口20211d内,第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222可移动地设在连接架20212上,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012连接在连接架20212上,按压部20223可移动地设在连接架20212上。具体地,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012可旋转地连接在连接架20212上,在第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012处于最初伸展状态时,第一锁止部20221限制第一杆部2011移动,第二锁止部20222限制第二杆部2012移动。当用户向上推动按压部20223时,第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222相互靠近,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012得以在连接架20212上旋转以实现相对收折的状态。
也就是说,固定座2021由固定框20211和连接架20212两部件分体制作而成,可以降低开模难度,有利于单独更换受损的部件,降低维修成本。同时在装配时,可依次进行装配,降低装配难度。
下面结合附图,描述本申请儿童床100的一个具体实施例。
如图1-8所示,根据本申请实施例的儿童床100,包括:四个立杆10、横杆20和套布30。
四个立杆10沿周向间隔开设置;任意相邻的两个立杆10之间设有横杆20,横杆20包括可收折的杆部件201、锁定或解锁杆部件201的锁止部件202,杆部件201的两端分别活动连接在相邻的两个立杆10上,锁止部件202包括触发件2022和防误触件2023,触发件2022被触发时可解锁杆部件201,防误触件2023设在触发件2022的面向使用者的前侧;套布30外套在四个立杆10和横杆20形成的框架上,套布30对应每个横杆20设有开口301,触发件2022和防误触件2023设在对应的开口301内。
锁止部件202还包括固定座2021,固定座2021与杆部件201活动相连,触发件2022沿上下方向可移动地设在固定座2021上,触发件2022被触发时可移动并解锁杆部件201,以使杆部件201在固定座2021上收折起,防误触件2023设在固定座2021上。
固定座2021的内部形成有容纳空间20211a,固定座2021具有连通容纳空间20211a的敞口20211b,触发件2022设在容纳空间20211a内,且触发件2022在初始位置时部分位于敞口20211b内。防误触件2023为围绕敞口20211b边缘设置的环形凸部。防误触件2023可拆卸地设在固定座2021上。
环形凸部和固定座2021之间设有可拆卸结构2024,可拆卸结构2024包括卡扣20241和卡槽20242,卡扣20241设在环形凸部上,卡槽20242设在固定座2021上,卡槽20242临近敞口20211b设置。
敞口20211b的周向边缘设有凸边20211c,环形凸部内套在凸边20211c上。
杆部件201包括第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012,第一杆部2011的一端可枢转地设在固定座2021上,另一端可枢转地设在左边立杆10上;第二杆部2012的一端可枢转地设在
固定座2021上,另一端可枢转地设在右边立杆10上。
触发件2022包括第一锁止部20221、第二锁止部20222和按压部20223,第一锁止部20221常保持与第一杆部2011和固定座2021结合;第二锁止部20222常保持与第二杆部2012和固定座2021结合;按压部20223可上下移动地设在容纳空间20211a内且位于敞口20211b内,按压部20223与第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222运动联动,按压部20223受驱向上移动时可带动第一锁止部20221脱离第一杆部2011、第二锁止部20222脱离第二杆部2012。
固定座2021包括固定框20211和连接架20212,固定框20211内形成容纳空间20211a和敞口20211b,固定框20211的顶部形成有缺口20211d,敞口20211b设在固定框20211的下方,防误触件2023设在固定框20211上;连接架20212设在缺口20211d内,第一锁止部20221和第二锁止部20222可移动地设在连接架20212上,第一杆部2011和第二杆部2012连接在连接架20212上,按压部20223可移动地设在连接架20212上。

Claims (10)
- 一种儿童床,其中,包括:至少四个立杆,至少四个所述立杆沿周向间隔开设置;横杆,任意相邻的两个所述立杆之间设有所述横杆,所述横杆包括可收折的杆部件、锁定或解锁所述杆部件的锁止部件,所述杆部件的两端分别活动连接在相邻的两个所述立杆上,所述锁止部件包括触发件和防误触件,所述触发件被触发时可解锁所述杆部件,所述防误触件设在所述触发件的面向使用者的前侧;套布,所述套布外套在至少四个所述立杆和所述横杆形成的框架上,所述套布对应每个所述横杆设有开口,所述触发件和所述防误触件设在对应的所述开口内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的儿童床,其中,所述锁止部件还包括:固定座,所述固定座与所述杆部件活动相连,所述触发件沿上下方向可移动地设在所述固定座上,所述触发件被触发时可移动并解锁所述杆部件,以使所述杆部件在所述固定座上收折起,所述防误触件设在所述固定座上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的儿童床,其中,所述固定座的内部形成有容纳空间,所述固定座具有连通所述容纳空间的敞口,所述触发件设在所述容纳空间内,且所述触发件在初始位置时至少部分位于所述敞口内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的儿童床,其中,所述防误触件至少遮盖在部分所述敞口上,或者,所述防误触件为围绕所述敞口边缘设置的环形凸部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的儿童床,其中,所述防误触件与所述固定座一体成型;或者,所述防误触件可拆卸地设在所述固定座上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的儿童床,其中,所述环形凸部和所述固定座之间设有可拆卸结构,所述可拆卸结构包括卡扣和卡槽,所述卡扣和所述卡槽中的一者设在所述固定座上且另一者设在所述环形凸部上,所述卡槽或所述卡扣临近所述敞口设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的儿童床,其中,所述防误触件为所述环形凸部时,所述敞口的周向边缘设有凸边,所述环形凸部内套在所述凸边上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的儿童床,其中,所述杆部件包括:第一杆部,所述第一杆部的一端可枢转地设在所述固定座上,另一端可枢转地设在相邻两个所述立杆中的一者上;第二杆部,所述第二杆部的一端可枢转地设在所述固定座上,另一端可枢转地设在两个所述立杆的另一者上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的儿童床,其中,所述触发件包括:第一锁止部,所述第一锁止部常保持与所述第一杆部和所述固定座结合;第二锁止部,所述第二锁止部常保持与所述第二杆部和所述固定座结合;按压部,所述按压部可上下移动地设在所述容纳空间内且位于所述敞口内,所述按压部与所述第一锁止部和所述第二锁止部运动联动,所述按压部受驱向上移动时可带动所述第一锁止部脱离所述第一杆部、所述第二锁止部脱离所述第二杆部。
- 根据权利要求9所述的儿童床,其中,所述固定座包括:固定框,所述固定框内形成所述容纳空间和所述敞口,所述固定框的顶部形成有缺口,所述敞口设在所述固定框的下方,所述防误触件设在所述固定框上;连接架,所述连接架设在所述缺口内,所述第一锁止部和所述第二锁止部可移动地设在所述连接架上,所述第一杆部和所述第二杆部连接在所述连接架上,所述按压部可移动地设在所述连接架上。
