更具体的,为了更好的支撑塑料制品,避免塑料制品在滚轮架之间向下变形,所述相邻的下滚轮103之间还设置有输送带105,通过输送带105支撑塑料制品。
更具体的,所述出料架106从靠近出料口的一侧向远离所述出料口的一侧倾斜向上设置,靠近所述出料口的下滚轮103低于远离所述出料口的下滚轮103,所述输送带105远离所述出料口的一侧设置有喷水口,所述喷水口向出料口方向喷射降温水。通过上述设置,可以使降温水从远离出料口的一侧向靠近出料口的一侧流淌,并形成塑料制品挤出过程中,先用相对较热的降温水降温,随着塑料制品的挤出,降温水水温降低。通过上述方式,能够避免塑料制品快速降温,避免塑料制品脆性过大或开裂的的问题发生。
具体的,上述挤塑机还包括上料装置,所述上料装置包括主料斗1,所述主料斗1内存储有第一颜色的塑料颗粒,所述主料斗1上部还设置有副料斗2,所述副料斗2上还设置有出料装置,所述出料装置用于将存储的第二颜色的塑料颗粒排至所述副料斗2内;所述主料斗1下部设置有延伸向挤塑机的主进料管4,所述副料斗2的下部连接有延伸所述主进料管4的副进料管3。在挤塑机工作时,需要在主料斗1内提前放置带有第一颜色的塑料颗粒,也是塑料制品制备的主要原料。然后通过出料装置按预设规则排出带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒。第二颜色的塑料颗粒进入副料斗2,然后经副进料管3进入主进料管4,进而将第二颜色的塑料颗粒掺入第一颜色的塑料颗粒。两种颜色的塑料颗粒在挤塑成型中,第二颜色的塑料颗粒经挤压拉伸,最后在塑料制品上形成线条状的异色条纹。通过上述挤塑机上料装置获得的塑料制品,与常规添加带图案薄膜或直接添加颜料的塑料制品相比,线条状的异色条纹与整个塑料制品为一个整体,不会脱落、掉色。且制备过程无需添加其它工艺,减少了工艺步骤,降低了生产成本。另外,上述挤塑机上料装置,副进料管3直接伸入主进料管4内,出料装置将第二颜色的塑料颗粒直接导入主进料管4内,可以避免两种颜色的塑料颗粒在进入主进料管4时不均匀的状况发生,进而避免线条状的异色条纹不均匀的状况。
更具体的,所述出料装置包括料箱5,所述料箱5用于存储带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒;所述料箱5下部设置有开口,所述开口处设置有转轮12,所述转轮12连接有驱动所述转轮12转动的驱动装置,所述转轮12上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒相适配,所述转轮12在转动过程中将所述带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒转排出,所述副料斗2设置在所述料箱5的开口下部。上述转轮12转动过程中,带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒进入凹槽,并随着转轮12的转动而进行转动,当转轮12中带有塑料颗粒的凹槽随着转轮12转动至料箱5开口的下部时,塑料颗粒在重力作用下进入副料斗2,进而实现带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒的均匀供给。
更具体的,在本实施例中,上述出料口处应设置为带预设形状开口的模具,塑料胶体从带预设形状开口的模具挤出后截面与预设形状相同,以形成特定形状的塑料制品。为了获得旋转状条纹的塑料制品,模具与出料口之间还转动连接有带有通孔的转动件,转动件在电机的驱动下旋转,进入模具的塑料胶体在进入模具前首先进入转动件,并在转动件的带动下旋转,使从出料口挤出的塑料胶体先旋转,后进入模具,进而获得旋转状条纹的塑料制品。
更具体的,在本实施例中,驱动装置包括驱动电机,上述转轮12和驱动电机可以直接连接,但为了安装的方便,所述转轮12的中部为转轴,所述转轴还连接有第一链轮9,所述驱动电机连接有第二链轮13,所述第一链轮9和所述第二链轮13通过链条10相连接。
更具体的,所述第一链轮99的齿数大于所述第二链轮1313的齿数。通过上述第一链轮99和第二链轮1313的齿数设置,可以降低转速。
更具体的,所述料箱55呈料斗状。
更具体的,为了防止带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒堵在副进料管3的下部,所述副进料管3的中部连接有有进气管6,所述进气管6连接有鼓气机;所述鼓气机为间歇式压力充气泵。通过鼓气机向副进料管3鼓气,使从副进料管3排出的带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒掺入第一颜色的塑料颗粒内。
更具体的,本实施例还提供了鼓气机的具体结构,所述鼓气机包括气囊,所述气囊的进气管路连接有单向阀,便于气囊吸入空气,所述气囊还连接有间歇式挤压装置,通过间歇式挤压装置的间歇式挤压,使气囊内的空气进入副进料管3。上述间歇式挤压装置可以是能够根据预设时间进行伸缩的伸缩装置,上述气囊固定在伸缩装置的伸缩路径上,在伸缩装置伸缩时挤压气囊;上述气囊可以设置在开口盒体内,当伸缩装置的伸缩杆经开口盒的开口伸入开口盒并伸向气囊时,可以保证气囊在开口盒内伸缩挤压气囊。
再优选的,为了防止过多气体从副进料管3上部排出,提升鼓气效果:为了提高鼓气效果,同时便于鼓入气体,所述副进料管3的中部设置有扩径腔7,所述扩径腔7的宽度大于所述副进料管3的宽度,所述扩径腔7与所述进气管6相连通;所述扩径腔7的进料口处铰接有挡板8,所述挡板8的后部设置有进气口,所述进气管6与所述进气管6相连通。进气管6鼓气时,会吹向挡板8,使挡板8向扩径腔7上部的开口方向运动,进而堵塞塑料颗粒进入的进料口,使气体吹向副进料管3下部。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种挤塑机,包括加热腔,所述加热腔连接有上料装置,所述加热腔还连接有出料口,所述加热腔内设置有挤出装置,所述挤出装置将加热后的熔融态塑料从出料口挤出,其特征在于,
    所述出料口的一侧设置有出料架,所述出料架上设置有输送支撑装置,所述输送支撑装置上设置有喷水装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的挤塑机,其特征在于,
    所述输送装置包括出料架上的多组滚轮架,所述滚轮架上设置有上下对称设置的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述上滚轮和所述下滚轮之间设置有与挤出的塑料制品截面相适配的凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的挤塑机,其特征在于,
    所述出料架上还设置有喷头,所述喷头连接有向所述喷头泵水的水泵。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的挤塑机,其特征在于,
    所述相邻的下滚轮之间还设置有输送带。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的挤塑机,其特征在于,
    所述出料架从靠近出料口的一侧向远离所述出料口的一侧倾斜向上设置,靠近所述出料口的下滚轮低于远离所述出料口的下滚轮,所述输送带远离所述出料口的一侧设置有喷水口,所述喷水口向出料口方向喷射降温水。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的挤塑机,其特征在于,
    还包括上料装置,所述上料装置包括主料斗,所述主料斗内存储有第一颜色的塑料颗粒,所述主料斗上部还设置有副料斗,所述副料斗上还设置有出料装置,所述出料装置用于将存储的第二颜色的塑料颗粒排至所述副料斗内;
    所述主料斗下部设置有延伸向挤塑机的主进料管,所述副料斗的下部连接有延伸所述主进料管的副进料管。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的挤塑机上料装置,其特征在于,
    所述出料装置包括料箱,所述料箱用于存储带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒;
    所述料箱下部设置有开口,所述开口处设置有转轮,所述转轮连接有驱动所述转轮转动的驱动装置,所述转轮上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒相适配,所述转轮在转动过程中将所述带有第二颜色的塑料颗粒转排出,所述副料斗设置在所述料箱的开口下部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的挤塑机上料装置,其特征在于,
    所述副进料管的中部连接有有进气管,所述进气管连接有鼓气机;所述鼓气机为间歇式压力充气泵。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的挤塑机上料装置,其特征在于,
    所述鼓气机包括气囊,所述气囊的进气管连接有单向阀,所述气囊还连接有间歇式挤压装置。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的挤塑机上料装置,其特征在于,
    所述副进料管的中部设置有扩径腔,所述扩径腔的宽度大于所述副进料管的宽度,所述扩径腔与所述进气管相连通;
    所述扩径腔的进料口处铰接有挡板,所述挡板的后部设置有进气口,所述进气管与所述进气管相连通。
