Beschreibung
Bürstenloser Elektromotor für einen Kühlerlüfter
Die Erfindung betrifft einen bürstenlosen Elektromotor für einen Kühlerlüfter, aufweisend einen Stator mit einer Anzahl von radialen Statorzähnen mit dazwischen gebildeten Nuten und einer auf den Statorzähnen angeordneten mehrphasigen Drehfeldwicklung, und einen Rotor mit einer Anzahl von permanentmagnetischen Rotormagneten als Magnetpole. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin einen Kühlerlüfter für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem solchen bürstenlosen Elektromotor.
In einem modernen Kraftfahrzeug werden zur Kühlung oder Temperierung von Verbrennungs- oder Elektromotoren häufig elektrische oder elektromotorische Kühlerlüfter als Wärmemanagement-System verwendet, welche eine Luftstrom- Zirkulation bewirken. Derartige Kühlerlüfter weisen in der Regel selbst einen Elektromotor als elektromotorischen Kühlerlüfterantrieb auf, wobei der Elektromotor vorzugsweise eine möglichst hohe Drehmoment- oder Leistungsdichte sowie eine möglichst geringe akustische Geräuschentwicklung aufweist.
Elektromotoren solcher Kühlerlüfter sind typischerweise bürstenlos als synchrone permanentmagneterregte Motoren ausgeführt. Ein insbesondere bürstenloser Elektromotor als elektrische (Drehstrom-)Maschine weist üblicherweise einen mit einer Drehfeld- oder Statorwicklung versehenen Stator auf, welcher koaxial über einen ringförmigen Spaltbereich oder Luftspalt beabstandet zu einem Rotor mit einem oder mehreren Permanentmagneten angeordnet ist. Die Statorwicklung erzeugt im Betrieb ein magnetisches Drehfeld, welches ein Drehmoment am permanent erregten Rotor verursacht. Der Rotor kann hierbei als ein Innenrotor oder Innenläuferrotor, welcher koaxial innerhalb des Stators angeordnet ist, oder als ein Außenrotor oder Außenläuferrotor, welcher koaxial außerhalb des Stators angeordnet ist, ausgebildet sein.
Um die Drehmomentdichte zu erhöhen, ohne dabei die remanente Induktion (Br) der Rotormagnete zu erhöhen, also ohne die Magnetsorte und/oder das Magnetmaterial zu ändern, ist es wichtig, eine geeignete Nut-/Polkonfiguration und Geometrie für den Elektromotor zu wählen. Mit zunehmender Polzahl und Nutzahl wird das Drehmoment erhöht und eine Drehmomentpulsation oder Drehmomentwelligkeit sowie ein Rastmoment (engl.: cogging torque) des Elektromotors reduziert.
Im Allgemeinen sind die Drehmomentdichte und die Qualität des Drehmoments sowie die Wellenform der auf den Stator wirkenden Radialkraft des Luftspalts (also die Verformung des Stators beziehungsweise der Statorzähne) drei wichtige Motorparameter, deren gleichzeitige Optimierung jedoch häufig nicht möglich ist. Im Allgemeinen weisen hierbei Elektromotoren mit hoher Drehmomentdichte eine geringere Drehmomentqualität, also ein höheres Rastmoment und höhere Drehmomentwelligkeit, sowie höhere radiale Magnetkräfte auf. Dadurch wird die Akustik des Elektromotors nachteilig beeinflusst, was sich in einem hohen NVH-Wert (Noise Vibration Harshness) niederschlägt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen besonders geeigneten bürstenlosen Elektromotor für einen Kühlerlüfter anzugeben. Insbesondere soll ein möglichst bauraum kompakter Elektromotor mit verbesserter Motorakustik angegeben werden. Der Erfindung liegt weiterhin die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen besonders geeigneten Kühlerlüfter anzugeben.
Hinsichtlich des Elektromotors wird die Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 und hinsichtlich des Kühlerlüfters mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 8 erfindungsgemäß gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Die im Hinblick auf den Elektromotor angeführten Vorteile und Ausgestaltungen sind sinngemäß auch auf den Kühlerlüfter übertragbar und umgekehrt. Der erfindungsgemäße Elektromotor ist für einen Kühlerlüfter eines Kraftfahrzeugs vorgesehen sowie dafür geeignet und eingerichtet. Der bürstenlos ausgeführte Elektromotor weist hierbei einen bewickelten Stator und einen permanenterregten Rotor sowie einen zwischen diesen gebildeten Spaltbereich oder Luftspalt auf. Der Stator kann einen Statorkern aus gestanzten (stanzpakettierten) (Stator-)Blechen aufweisen, wobei der Rotor einen Rotorkern beispielsweise aus massivem Stahl oder gestanzten (stanzpakettierten) (Rotor-)Blechen aufweisen kann.
Der Stator weist eine Anzahl von radial gerichteten Statorzähnen auf, welche in dazwischenliegenden (Stator-)Nuten die Spulen einer mehrphasigen Stator- oder Drehfeldwicklung tragen. Die nachfolgenden Ausführungen beziehen sich insbesondere auf einen dreiphasigen Elektromotor beziehungsweise auf eine dreiphasige Drehfeldwicklung. Jedoch sind die Ausführungen sinngemäß auch auf andere Phasenanzahlen übertragbar.
Der Elektromotor beziehungsweise der Stator weist eine Drehfeldwicklung auf.
Der Stator ist hierbei mittels einer Nutzahl (in der Literatur mit dem Formelzeichen Q bezeichnet) charakterisiert, welche im Wesentlichen die Anzahl der Spulen des Stators angibt. Die Nutzahl ist hierbei ein Vielfaches der Phasenanzahl des Elektromotors. Bei einem dreiphasigen Elektromotor beziehungsweise bei einer dreiphasigen Stator- oder Drehfeldwicklung ist die Nutzahl beispielsweise ein Vielfaches von 3.
Der Rotor weist einen beispielsweise (hohl-)zylindrischen Rotorkörper auf, welcher mit einer Anzahl von entlang einer Tangentialrichtung verteilt angeordneten permanentmagnetischen Rotormagnete bestückt ist. Die Rotormagnete bilden hierbei Magnetpole des Rotors, welche mit einem von der Drehfeldwicklung im Betrieb erzeugten Magnetfeld wechselwirken. Der Rotor ist mittels einer Polzahl beziehungsweise Polpaarzahl (in der Literatur mit dem Formelzeichen p bezeichnet) charakterisiert. Die Polpaarzahl gibt die Anzahl der Paare von magnetischen Polen des Rotors an, folglich ist die Polzahl ein Vielfaches von 2 (2p). Erfindungsgemäß weist der Stator eine Nutzahl zwischen 15 und 30 auf, wobei der Rotor eine Polzahl zwischen 14 und 28 aufweist. Das kleinste gemeinsame Vielfache (Least Common Multiple, LCM) der Nutzahl und Polzahl ist größer als 60 (LCM(Q, 2p) > 60). Aufgrund des größeren LCM weist der erfindungsgemäße Elektromotor eine reduzierte elektromagnetische Drehmomentschwankung und ein verringertes Rastmoment auf. Dadurch wird der NVH-Wert des Elektromotors vorteilhaft reduziert. Somit ist ein besonders geeigneter und laufruhiger Elektromotor für einen Kühlerlüfter realisiert.
Unter „axial“ oder einer „Axialrichtung“ wird hier und im Folgenden insbesondere eine Richtung parallel (koaxial) zur Drehachse des Elektromotors, also senkrecht zu den Stirnseiten des Stators verstanden. Entsprechend wird hier und im Folgenden unter „radial“ oder einer „Radialrichtung“ insbesondere eine senkrecht (quer) zur Drehachse des Elektromotors orientierte Richtung entlang eines Radius des Stators beziehungsweise des Elektromotors verstanden. Unter „tangential“ oder einer „Tangentialrichtung“ wird hier und im Folgenden insbesondere eine Richtung entlang des Umfangs des Stators oder des Elektromotors (Umfangsrichtung, Azimutalrichtung), also eine Richtung senkrecht zur Axialrichtung und zur Radialrichtung, verstanden.
Vorzugsweise ist durch eine Kombination der Motortopologie und der Nut-Pol- Konfiguration sowie der Magnetwerkstoffe und Form der Rotormagnete und der Formgebung der Statorzähne eine Verringerung der Motormasse realisierbar, ohne dass dabei die Erzeugung des Motordrehmoments oder des Motorwirkungsgrads nachteilig beeinflusst werden.
Die Amplitude der radialen Luftspaltflussdichte (Brad) und die Wellenform für einen gegebenen Motormagnetkreis ist ein entscheidender Faktor und eines der einflussreichsten Konstruktionsziele für die Erzeugung von Motordrehmoment und magnetischen Radialkräften.
Hohe magnetische Flussdichten innerhalb des Spaltbereichs, zum Beispiel größer als 0,8 T (Tesla), bewirken hohe radiale elektromotorische Kräfte (Radialkräfte Fr), welche auf die Statorzähne wirken. Ein typischer Elektromotor mit hoher Drehmomentdichte hat eine Luftspaltflussdichte von 0,8 T bis 1 ,2 T. In diesem Bereich ist die radiale Magnetkraft Fr quadratisch proportional zur Luftspaltflussdichte (Fr ~ Brad2). Derartig hohe Radialkräfte führen im elektromotorischen Betrieb dazu, dass sich der Stator im Bereich der Anbindungsstellen der Statorzähne radial einwärts wölbt. Dies kann in unerwünschter Weise zu einer Geräuschentwicklung und/oder Vibrationen des Stators führen, wodurch die Akustik oder der NVH-Wert des Elektromotors beziehungsweise des Kühlerlüfters nachteilig beeinflusst wird.
Wenn beispielsweise die Luftspalt-Flussdichte von 0,8 T auf 0,4 T reduziert wird, verringert sich die Radialkraft um einen Faktor 4. Eine Luftspalt-Flussdichte von 0,35 T bis 0,45 T kann hierbei durch kostengünstige Ferritmagnete mit niedriger Flussdichte Br realisiert werden.
In einer geeigneten Ausführung sind die Rotormagnete daher aus einem Ferritoder Seltenerdenmaterial hergestellt. Vorzugsweise wird hierbei ein Magnetwerkstoff oder Magnetmaterial mit einem niedrigen Flussdichte kleiner 0,5 T (Tesla), beispielsweise zwischen 0,25 T bis 0,55 T verwendet. Die Rotormagnete sind beispielsweise als Sinterferrit, gebundene Seltenerdmagnete, oder insbesondere als gesinterten Ferritmagnete ausgeführt. Die Rotormagnete weisen hierbei beispielsweise eine bogenförmige oder kreisringsegmentförmige Querschnittsform auf.
Bei niedrigen Flussdichten innerhalb des Luftspaltes, beispielsweise bei Luftspaltflussdichten kleiner als 0,45 T, wird die Fähigkeit des Elektromotors ein Drehmoment zu erzeugen eingeschränkt. Dieser Nachteil kann jedoch durch eine geeignete Motortopologie und die Nut-Pol-Konfiguration kompensiert werden.
In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung wird als Motorgeometrie oder Motortopologie ein Außenläufer verwendet. Mit anderen Worten ist der Rotor als ein Außenläufer, Außenrotor oder Außenläuferrotor ausgebildet.
Eine Außenrotortopologie ist ein praktischer Weg zur Steigerung des Drehmoments bei annähernd gleichen äußeren Abmessungen wie bei einem Innenrotor, wenn die Luftspaltflussdichte gering ist. Das Drehmoment ist quadratisch abhängig vom Rotordurchmesser und linear proportional zur Luftspaltflussdichte. Daher kann eine sorgfältige Auslegung und Auswahl des Rotordurchmessers die Verringerung der Luftspaltflussdichte kompensieren.
Zum Beispiel hat ein Innenrotor einen Durchmesser von Di und eine Flussdichte von Bi und ein Außenrotor hat einen Durchmesser von Do und eine Flussdichte von Bo. Hieraus kann Do ~ Di* (Bi/Bo) geschätzt werden. Für Di = 80 mm (Millimeter) und Bi = 0,8 T sowie Bo = 0,4 T, ergibt sich beispielsweise Do = 113 mm als Rotordurchmesser für die entsprechende Außenrotortopologie.
In einer geeigneten Ausgestaltung ist die Nutzahl größer als die Polzahl. Vorzugsweise ist die Polzahl hierbei derart gewählt oder dimensioniert, dass eine resultierende Polteilung etwa einer axialen Länge eines Rotormagneten entspricht.
Dadurch wird die Magnetmasse weiter reduziert, so dass die Drehmomentdichte des Elektromotors steigt. Der Begriff „etwa“ bezeichnet bei einer Längenangabe hier und im Folgenden insbesondere einen gewissen Längenbereich um einen angegeben Längenwert, beispielsweise ± 10. Der Rotormagnet weist beispielsweise eine axiale Länge zwischen 15 mm und 23 mm bei einem Rotordurchmesser von 115 mm auf, wobei die Polzahl wird hierbei derart gewählt, dass die Polteilung ebenfalls einen Wert zwischen 15 mm und 23 mm aufweist.
Unter einer "Polteilung" (Pole Pitch) wird in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere eine äußere Umfangslänge oder Bogenlänge entlang der Tangentialrichtung des Rotorkörpers verstanden, die sich vom tangentialen Mittelpunkt eines Rotormagneten zum tangentialen Mittelpunkt des jeweils benachbarten Rotormagneten in tangentialer Richtung erstreckt. Mit anderen Worten gibt die Polteilung den Umfangsabstand zwischen den Polmitten von benachbarten Polen an. Die Polteilung ist ein Index oder Parameter, welcher ein Maß für die radiale Dicke eines Rotorrückeneisens (Rotorjoch) ist.
Die Polteilung ist hierbei gegeben durch das Verhältnis von Rotorumfang zu Polzahl. Entsprechend bedeutet eine höhere Anzahl von Magnetpolen eine geringere Polteilung. Je kleiner die Polteilung des Rotors ist, desto geringer ist der Fluss pro Pol und desto dünner ist die Dicke des Rotorjochs. Dadurch kann das Gewicht des Rotors - und somit des gesamten Elektromotors - erheblich reduziert werden.
In einer zweckmäßigen Ausbildung ist die Nutzahl insbesondere auf 18 dimensioniert, wobei die Polzahl insbesondere 16 ist. Das kleinste gemeinsame Vielfache ist hierbei 144. Der Elektromotor weist somit eine 18-Nut-16-Pol-Kombination auf. Vorzugsweise wird hierbei ein höchst möglicher fundamentaler Wicklungsfaktor von 0,945 oder höher (> 0,945) verwendet. Durch die höhere Anzahl von Magnetpolen ergibt sich eine geringere Polteilung, wodurch das Baugewicht des Elektromotors vorteilhaft reduziert wird. Durch die hohe Anzahl an Nuten wird die dem Luftspalt zugewandte Statorzahnfläche reduziert, so dass die wirkenden Radialkräfte auf die Statorzähne reduziert werden.
Darüber hinaus reduziert die Kombination aus Rotormagneten mit niedriger Luftspaltflussdichte und einer höheren Anzahl von Rotorpolen und Statornuten die magnetische Flussdichte im gesamten Stator unter Volllast. Mit anderen Worten bleibt die globale und lokale magnetische Induktion im gesamten Stator und an den Statorzähnen unter Volllast niedrig, was auf einen geringen Kernverlust trotz hoher Polzahl schließen lässt (Verlustleistung PFe ~ Br2). Niedrigere Flussdichte- Werte im gesamten Stator mildem den höheren Verlust aufgrund der höheren elektrischen Frequenz, was einen hohen Wirkungsgrad des Elektromotors zur Folge hat.
Zusätzlich kann der Elektromotor einen magnetischen Überhang oder Magnetüberhang aufweisen, bei welchem die Stirnseiten der Rotormagnete dem Rotorpaket oder dem Rotorkörper axial überstehen. Ein optionaler Magnetüberhang ist eine weitere Möglichkeit, das Drehmoment bei Magneten mit niedriger Luftspaltflussdichte zu erhöhen, und hängt von der Nut-Pol-Konfiguration und dem verfügbaren axialen Platz ab. Bei dieser Variante variiert der Überhang beispielsweise zwischen 0% und 25% der axialen Länge des Rotormagneten. In einer geeigneten Weiterbildung speist eine Oberwellen- oder Harmonischeneinspeisung (harmonic injection) im Motorbetrieb Oberwellen oder Harmonische (harmonics) in die Oberfläche der Statorzähne ein.
Unter einer „Oberwelle“ oder einer „Harmonischen“ ist hierbei insbesondere ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches einer Grundfrequenz einer elektromotorischen Kraft (EMK, engl.: electromotive force, EMF) des Motorstroms zu verstehen (Oberschwingung). Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Motorsteuerungsansatz zur Reduzierung der Oberschwingungen der magnetomotorischen Kraft (MMK, engl.: magnetomotive force, MMF), so dass die Drehmomentwelligkeit verringert werden kann.
Zur Beseitigung der EMK-Oberschwingungen erfolgt die Formgebung der Statorzähne durch die Einspeisung verschiedener Oberschwingungen, insbesondere der dritten (3.) und fünften (5.) Oberschwingung, um das Rastmoment und die Drehmomentpulsation des Elektromotors zu reduzieren.
Zusammenfassend realisiert die Ausgestaltung der Nut-Pol-Konfiguration eine deutliche Reduzierung der magnetischen Radialkräfte, der Drehmomentwelligkeit und des Rastmoments, und realisiert damit einen niedrigeren NVH-Wert des Elektromotors. Des Weiteren ist eine erhebliche Verringerung der aktiven Masse des Elektromotors ermöglicht, was eine höhere Motordrehmomentdichte und damit eine Verringerung der Motorkosten für ein bestimmtes Ausgangsdrehmoment bedeutet.
In einer bevorzugten Anwendung ist der vorstehend beschriebene Elektromotor insbesondere ein Antriebsmotor eines elektrischen oder elektromotorischen Kühlerlüfters eines Kraftfahrzeugs. Dadurch ist ein besonders geeigneter Kühlerlüfter realisiert. Insbesondere ist ein besonders bauraumkompakter, leistungsstarker und geräuschreduzierter Kühlerlüfter realisiert.
Nachfolgend ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert. Darin zeigen in schematischen und vereinfachten Darstellungen: Fig. 1 einen Elektromotor mit einer 18-Nut-16-Pol-Kombination,
Fig. 2 ein Polanzahl-Polteilungs-Diagramm,
Fig. 3 ein Positions-Gegen-EMK-Diagramm, und
Fig. 4 ein Flussdichtendiagramm des Elektromotors gemäß Fig. 1.
Einander entsprechende Teile und Größen sind in allen Figuren stets mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
In der Fig. 1 ist eine Ausführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Elektromotors 2 gezeigt. Der Elektromotor 2 ist hierbei als ein elektrischer Antriebsmotor für einen nicht näher gezeigten Kühlerlüfter eines Kraftfahrzeugs ausgeführt. Der bürstenlos ausgeführte Elektromotor 2 weist einen bewickelten Stator 4 und einen permanenterregten Rotor 6 sowie einen zwischen diesen gebildeten Luftspalt 8 (Fig. 4) auf.
Der Stator 4 weist ein stanzpaketiertes Statorblechpaket 10 mit achtzehn (18) radial nach außen gerichteten Statorzähnen 12 auf. Zwischen zwei benachbarten Statorzähnen 12 ist jeweils eine (Stator-)Nut 14 gebildet. Die Statorzähne 12 und Nuten 14 sind in den Figuren lediglich beispielhaft mit Bezugszeichen versehen.
Auf die Statorzähne 12 ist eine dreiphasige Drehfeldwicklung 16 aufgebracht, welche in der Fig. 1 beispielhaft als achtzehn einzelne Spulen 18 ausgeführt ist. Die Spulen 18 sind lediglich beispielhaft mit Bezugszeichen versehen, und sind in nicht näher dargestellter Weise beispielsweise mittels einer Dreiecks- oder Sternschaltung zu der Drehfeldwicklung 16 verschaltet. Der Stator 4 weist hierbei eine Nutzahl von 18 auf.
Der als Außenläufer ausgeführte Rotor 6 weist einen beispielsweise (hohl-)zylind- rischen Rotorkörper als Rotorjoch 20 auf, welches radial innenseitig mit einer Anzahl von entlang einer Tangentialrichtung verteilt angeordneten permanentmagnetischen Rotormagnete 22 bestückt ist. Die Rotormagnete 22 sind in den Figuren lediglich beispielhaft mit Bezugszeichen versehen. Die Rotormagnete 22 sind beispielsweise aus einem Ferrit- oder Seltenerdenmaterial hergestellt. Die Rotormagnete 22 weisen bei Raumtemperatur beispielsweise eine Flussdichte zwischen 0,4 T und 0,8 T auf. Vorzugsweise wird hierbei ein Magnetwerkstoff oder Magnetmaterial mit einem niedrigen Flussdichte kleiner 0,5 T (Tesla), beispielsweise zwischen 0,35 T bis 0,45 T, verwendet. Die Rotormagnete 22 sind beispielsweise als Sinterferrit, gebundene Seltenerdmagnete, oder insbesondere als gesinterte Ferritmagnete ausgeführt. Die Rotormagnete 22 weisen eine bogenförmige oder kreisringsegmentförmige Querschnittsform auf.
In dem schematischen Polanzahl-Polteilungs-Diagramm der Fig. 2 ist horizontal, also entlang der Abszissenachse (X-Achse), eine Polzahl p des Rotors 6, und entlang der vertikalen Ordinatenachse (Y-Achse) die Polteilung PP, beispielsweise in Millimeter (mm), aufgetragen.
Die Rotormagnete 22 weisen beispielsweise eine axiale Länge zwischen 15 mm und 23 mm bei einem Rotordurchmesser von 115 mm auf, wobei die Polzahl p des Rotors 6 vorzugsweise derart gewählt ist, dass die Polteilung PP ebenfalls einen Wert zwischen 15 mm und 23 mm aufweist. Dieser Polteilungsbereich ist in der Fig. 2 strichliniert gekennzeichnet. Wie anhand der Fig. 2 vergleichsweise deutlich ersichtlich ist, ist der relevante Bereich der Polzahl p hierbei zwischen 14 und 28, insbesondere zwischen 16 und 24, dimensioniert. In dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 1 beträgt die Polzahl p beispielsweise 16, der Rotor 6 weist hierbei also sechzehn (16) Rotormagnete 22 auf.
Der Elektromotor 2 der Fig. 1 weist somit eine 18-Nut-16-Pol-Kombination auf. Das elektromagnetische Rastmoment dieser 18-Nut-16-Pol-Topologie beträgt aufgrund des hohen kleinsten gemeinsamen Vielfachen (LCM(Q, 2p) = LCM(18, 16) = 144) ohne Rotormagnetverschiebung weniger als 1 N mm (Newton Millimeter). Die Drehmomentwelligkeit des 18-Nut-16-Pol-Elektromotors beträgt beispielsweise 1 ,3 N cm (Newton Zentimeter), und damit weniger als 1 % des gemittelten Drehmoments. Der 18-Nut-16-Pol-Elektromotor 2 weist hierbei beispielsweise eine Drehmomentdichte von 1 ,98 N m/kg (Newton Meter pro Kilogramm) auf. Vorzugsweise wird hierbei eine Drehfeldwicklung 16 mit einem höchst möglichen fundamentalen Wicklungsfaktor von 0,945 oder höher (> 0,945) verwendet. Durch die geringere Polteilung PP des Rotors 6 und die hohe Anzahl von Nuten 14 wird die Dicke und das Gewicht des Rotorrückeneisens oder Rotorjochs 20, der Rotormagnete 22 und des Stators 4 bei gleichem Kupfer-Gewicht um 68 %, 38 % bzw. 8 % gegenüber einem herkömmlichen 12-Nut-10-Pol-Elektromotors reduziert. Das Kupfer-Gewicht bezieht sich hierbei insbesondere auf das Gewicht von Kupferdrähten, welche für die Wicklung der Spulen 18 verwendet wird.
Die Wellenform der radialen elektromagnetischen Kraft, welche in erster Linie für NVH-Erregungsquellen verantwortlich ist, ist sowohl im Leerlauf als auch unter Volllast erheblich reduziert. Die 18-Nut-16-Pol-Topologie hat eine Radialkraftamplitude von lediglich circa 14 N unter Volllast. Die Radialkraft ist im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik um ein Vielfaches geringer. Die Reduzierung der Radialkraft ist hierbei insbesondere durch die niedrige Luftspaltflussdichte, welche durch die kostengünstigen Rotormagnete 22 realisiert wird, und durch die hohe Anzahl von Pol-Nut-Kombinationen, durch welche dem Luftspalt 8 zugewandte Zahnflächen der Statorzähne 12 reduziert werden, realisiert.
Im Motorbetrieb ist eine dritte (3.) und (5.) Oberwelle in die Statorzähne 12 eingespeist. Dadurch wird eine Optimierung der Statorkontur zur weiteren Reduzierung des Rastmoments und der Drehmomentwelligkeit sowie der Gegen-EMK- Oberschwingungen realisiert. In dem schematischen Positions-Gegen-EMK- Diagramm der Fig. 3 ist horizontal, also entlang der Abszissenachse (X-Achse), eine Position oder Drehstellung (Rotorlage) des Rotors 6, beispielsweise in Grad (°), und entlang der vertikalen Ordinatenachse (Y-Achse) die induzierte Gegenspannung oder Gegen-EMK (Elektromagnetische Kraft) UB, beispielsweise in Volt (V), aufgetragen. In dem Diagramm der Fig. 3 sind hierbei zwei Kurven 24, 26 dargestellt. Die Kurve 24 zeigt hierbei den Verlauf der in der Drehfeldwicklung 16 induzierten Gegen-EMK bei einem 12-Nut-10-Pol Elektromotor. Die Kurve 26 zeigt hierbei den Verlauf der in der Drehfeldwicklung 16 induzierten Gegen-EMK bei einem 18-Nut-16-Pol-Elektromotor 2. Der erfindungsgemäße 18-Nut-16-Pol- Elektromotor 2 weist hierbei weniger Oberwellen in der Gegen-EMK-Wellenform durch die Nut-Pol-Kombination und die durch die Oberwelleneinspeisung optimierte Statorkontur auf.
Wie insbesondere in dem Flussdiagramm der Fig. 4 ersichtlich ist, ist die globale und lokale magnetische Induktion bei dem Elektromotor 2 im gesamten Stator 4 und an den Statorzähnen 12 unter Volllast niedrig, was trotz der hohen Polzahl p einen geringen Kernverlust bedeutet. Niedrigere Flussdichtewerte im gesamten Stator 4 mildern den höheren Verlust aufgrund der höheren elektrischen Frequenz.
Der Elektromotor 2 kann optional einen magnetischen Überhang oder Magnetüberhang zwischen 0% und 25% der axialen Länge der Rotormagneten 22 aufweisen.
Die beanspruchte Erfindung ist nicht auf das vorstehend beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt. Vielmehr können auch andere Varianten der Erfindung von dem Fachmann hieraus im Rahmen der offenbarten Ansprüche abgeleitet werden, ohne den Gegenstand der beanspruchten Erfindung zu verlassen. Insbesondere sind ferner alle im Zusammenhang mit dem Ausführungsbeispiel beschriebenen Einzelmerkmale im Rahmen der offenbarten Ansprüche auch auf andere Weise kombinierbar, ohne den Gegenstand der beanspruchten Erfindung zu verlassen.

Claims

Ansprüche Bürstenloser Elektromotor (2) für einen Kühlerlüfter, aufweisend
- einen Stator (4) mit einer Anzahl von radialen Statorzähnen (12) mit dazwischen gebildeten Nuten (14) und einer auf den Statorzähnen (12) angeordneten mehrphasigen Drehfeldwicklung (16), und
- einen Rotor (6) mit einer Anzahl von permanentmagnetischen Rotormagneten (22) als Magnetpole,
- wobei der Stator (4) eine Nutzahl zwischen 15 und 30 aufweist,
- wobei der Rotor (6) eine Polzahl zwischen 14 und 28 aufweist, und
- wobei das kleinste gemeinsame Vielfache der Nutzahl und Polzahl größer als 60 ist. Elektromotor (2) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rotormagnete (22) aus einem Ferrit- oder Seltenerdematerial hergestellt sind. Elektromotor (2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rotor (6) als ein Außenläufer ausgeführt ist. Elektromotor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nutzahl größer als die Polzahl ist. Elektromotor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polzahl so gewählt ist, dass eine resultierende Polteilung etwa einer axialen Länge eines Rotormagneten (22) entspricht. Elektromotor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, - dass die Nutzahl 18 ist, und
- dass die Polzahl 16 ist. Elektromotor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Oberwelleneinspeisung im Motorbetrieb eine dritte und fünfte Oberwelle in die Statorzähne einspeist. Kühlerlüfter für ein Kraftfahrzeug, aufweisend einen bürstenlosen Elektromo- tor (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
