Description

一种箱体框架以及LED显示屏 技术领域
本发明属于显示屏技术领域,特别是涉及一种箱体框架以及LED显示屏。
背景技术
箱体框架是LED显示屏中的一个重要组件,其不仅仅承担着承载LED模组的功能,同时也承担着容纳LED显示屏电源适配器和控制电路板等结构的电源盒。
常见的箱体框架通常由多个承载结构拼接而成,整体结构较为厚重、框架强度较低,将LED显示屏进行吊装或者做地砖显示屏使用时,箱体框架强度的不足容易引起箱体框架的变形,特别是用作地砖显示屏时,箱体框架的强度不足,可能会引起安全事故。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有的箱体框架的强度较低的问题,提供一种箱体框架以及LED显示屏。
为解决上述技术问题,一方面,本发明实施例提供一种箱体框架,包括用于安装LED模组的框架边框,所述框架边框包括多个连接座以及多个框体,每一所述连接座能够连接相邻的两个所述框体,所述连接座和所述框体交替连接形成闭合结构;
所述框体包括内侧板、外侧板、隔板、第一加强结构以及第二加强结构,所述内侧板和所述外侧板间隔设置,所述隔板连接在所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间,以将所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间的空间分隔成第一凹槽和第二凹槽, 所述第一加强结构设置在所述第一凹槽中,所述第二加强结构设置在所述第二凹槽中。
可选地,所述内侧板和所述外侧板平行设置,所述隔板垂直连接在所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间。
可选地,所述第一加强结构包括第一连接板、多个第一加强筋和多个第二加强筋,所述第一连接板设置在所述第一凹槽的所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间,多个所述第一加强筋间隔设置在所述内侧板和所述第一连接板之间,多个所述第二加强筋间隔设置在所述外侧板和所述第一连接板之间;

可选地,所述箱体框架还包括箱体转接板、箱体封板和封板连接件,所述封板连接件连接在所述框架边框内,所述封板连接件上设置有用于容置所述箱体转接板的容纳槽,所述箱体封板连接在封板连接件上并将所述箱体转接板封装在所述容纳槽中,所述箱体封板用于连接电源盒。
可选地,所述箱体转接板上设置有第一排母和第一排针,所述封板连接件上设置有用于供所述第一排针穿过的第一插接孔,所述第一插接孔连通所述容纳槽,所述箱体封板上设置有用于供所述第一排母穿过的第二插接孔;
所述第一排针用于连接LED模组上的第二排母,所述第一排母用于连接电源盒中的第二排针,以经由所述箱体转接板电连接LED模组和电源盒。
可选地,所述箱体框架还包括横向连接件和纵向连接件,所述横向连接件和所述纵向连接件交叉连接在所述框架边框的内部,以将所述框架边框的内部分隔为互不连通的多个模组安装区,所述模组安装区用于安装LED模组。
可选地,所述连接座包括第一连接座和第二连接座,所述第一连接座设置在所述框架边框的拐角处,所述第一连接座连接的相邻两个所述框体之间相互垂直,所述第二连接座连接的两个所述框体的延伸方向相同;
所述第一连接座上设置有定位孔,所述定位孔用于在第一种安装方式下定位所述箱体框架,所述第二连接座上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔用于在第二种安装方式下固定连接所述箱体框架。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供一种LED显示屏,包括如前所述的箱体框架、电源盒和多个LED模组,所述电源盒安装在所述箱体框架的一侧,多个所述LED模组安装在所述箱体框架的另一侧。
本发明实施例提供的箱体框架,所述隔板能够支撑在所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间,同时分隔出所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽,通过设置所述第一加强结构和所述第二加强结构能够增强所述箱体边框的承重力和强度,且能够消除所述箱体边框的内应力,减少变形,减少缩孔,增加韧性,避免所述箱体框架因强度不足而引起变形。

如图1至图13所示,本发明一实施例提供的一种箱体框架1,包括用于安装LED模组3的框架边框11。所述框架边框11包括多个连接座以及多个框体113,所述连接座和所述框体113交替连接,每一所述连接座能够连接相邻的两个所述框体113,多个所述框体113中,第一个所述框体113与最后一个所述框体113连接同一个所述连接座,通过多个所述连接座和多个所述框体113交替连接形成闭合结构。
所述框体113包括内侧板1131、外侧板1132、隔板1133、第一加强结构1136以及第二加强结构1137,所述内侧板1131和所述外侧板1132间隔设置,所述隔板1133连接在所述内侧板1131和所述外侧板1132之间,以将所述内侧板1131和所述外侧板1132之间的空间分隔成第一凹槽1134和第二凹槽1135,即,所述隔板1133、位于所述隔板1133一侧的部分所述内侧板1131以位于所述隔板1133一侧的部分所述外侧板1132围合形成所述第一凹槽1134,所述隔板1133、位于所述隔板1133另一侧的部分所述内侧板1131以位于所述隔板1133另一侧的部分所述外侧板1132围合形成所述第二凹槽1135,所述第一加强结构1136设置在所述第一凹槽1134中,所述第二加强结构1137设置在所述第二凹槽1135中,对所述内侧板1131和所述外侧板1132形成支撑。

在一实施例中,所述框架边框11为方形的闭合边框,所述框架边框11的材质采用铝合金或者镁合金。
在一实施例中,所述内侧板1131和所述外侧板1132平行设置,所述隔板1133垂直连接在所述内侧板1131和所述外侧板1132之间,所述框体113的截面形状为H型,具有较好的抗弯能力,优选地,所述隔板1133两端分别连接在所述内侧板1131的中部和所述外侧板1132的中部,即,所述第一凹槽1134和所述第二凹槽1135大小一致,能够保证所述框体113受力均匀。

在一实施例中,所述隔板1133上设置有多个漏水孔11331,所述漏水孔11331连通所述第一凹槽1134和所述第二凹槽1135,所述漏水孔11331设置在相邻的两个所述第一加强筋11362之间以及相邻的两个所述第二加强筋11363之间,在所述第一连接板11361和所述内侧板1131之间,所述漏水孔11331和所述第一加强筋11362交替设置,在所述第一连接板11361和所述外侧板1132之间,所述漏水孔11331和所述第二加强筋11363交替设置,通过设置多个所述漏水孔11331,所述框体113的任意位置处都不会积水,能够及时排出,同时还能够减轻所述框体113的重量。
在一实施例中,所述箱体框架1还包括箱体转接板12、箱体封板13和封板连接件14,所述封板连接件14连接在所述框架边框11内,所述封板连接件14上设置有用于容置所述箱体转接板12的容纳槽144,所述容纳槽144的轮廓与所述箱体转接板12的轮廓相同,所述箱体转接板12通过螺钉等连接件固定连接在所述容纳槽144中,所述箱体封板13连接在封板连接件14上并将所述箱体转接板12封装在所述容纳槽144中,所述箱体转接板12不突出于所述容纳槽144,电源盒2连接在所述箱体封板13上。
在一实施例中,所述箱体封板13包括第一板件131、第二板件132以及第三板件133,所述第一板件131和所述第三板件133对称设置在所述第一板件131的两侧,所述第一板件131上设置有多个第一连接孔1311,所述第三板件133上设置有多个第二连接孔1331,所述第二板件132上设置有多个第三连接孔1321以及多个电源盒连接孔1322,所述封板连接件14上设置有与所述第一连接孔1311位置对应的第一对接孔141,与所述第二连接孔1331位置对应的第二对接孔142,以及与所述第三连接孔1321的位置对应的第三对接孔143,所述第一连接孔1311与第一对接孔141通过螺栓或者螺钉连接,所述第二连接孔 1331与所述第二对接孔142通过螺栓或者螺钉连接,所述第三连接孔1321与所述第三对接孔143通过螺栓或者螺钉连接,从而将所述箱体封板13固定连接在所述封板连接件14上。所述电源盒连接孔1322中穿设有螺钉,以将电源盒2与所述箱体封板13固定连接在一起。
在一实施例中,所述箱体转接板12上设置有第一排母121和第一排针122,所述第一排针122设置在所述箱体转接板12的朝向所述封板连接件14的一侧,所述第一排母121设置在所述箱体转接板12的背离所述封板连接件14的一侧,所述箱体转接板12能够实现所述第一排母121和所述第一排针122的电连接,所述封板连接件14上设置有用于供所述第一排针122穿过的第一插接孔145,所述第一插接孔145的开口设置在所述容纳槽144中,且所述第一插接孔145贯穿所述封板连接件14,所述第一插接孔145连通所述容纳槽144,所述第一排针122穿过所述封板连接件14后连接LED模组3上的第二排母34。所述箱体封板13上设置有用于供所述第一排母121穿过的第二插接孔1323,所述第二插接孔1323设置在所述第二板件132上,所述第二插接孔1323贯穿所述箱体封板13,所述第一排母121穿过所述箱体封板13后连接电源盒2中的第二排针25,以经由所述箱体转接板12电连接LED模组3和电源盒2。

在一实施例中,电源盒2包括盒体21、盒盖22、电源23和电源盒转接板24,所述盒盖22安装在所述盒盖22上,所述电源23和所述电源盒转接板24设置在所述盒体21的内部,通过所述第二板件132上的多个所述电源盒连接孔1322,将所述盒体21安装在所述箱体封板13上。所述电源盒转接板24上设置第二排针25,所述箱体转接板12上的第一排母121连接第二排针25,使得所述箱体转接板12电连接所述电源盒转接板24。
在一实施例中,所述箱体框架1还包括横向连接件15和纵向连接件16,所述横向连接件15和所述纵向连接件16的数量根据实际需要进行确定。所述横向连接件15和所述纵向连接件16交叉连接在所述框架边框11的内部,以将所述框架边框11的内部分隔为互不连通的多个模组安装区,所述模组安装区用于安装LED模组3。
在一实施例中,所述横向连接件15设置有一个,所述纵向连接件16设置有一个,将所述框架边框11分隔出四个模组安装区,一个所述框架边框11上能够安装四个LED模组3。
在一实施例中,所述封板连接件14包括第一封板连接件和第二封板连接件,所述箱体封板13包括第一箱体封板和第二箱体封板,所述箱体转接板12包括第一箱体转接板和第二箱体转接板,所述第一箱体封板连接在第一封板连接件上并将所述第一箱体转接板封装在所述第一箱体封板的容纳槽144中,所述第二箱体封板连接在第二封板连接件上并将所述第二箱体转接板封装在所述第二箱体封板的容纳槽144中,电源盒2的盒体21连接在所述第一箱体封板和所述第二箱体封板。

电源盒转接板24上设置有两个第二排针25,所述第一箱体转接板上的第一排母121穿过第一箱体封板上的第二插接孔1323,并连接其中一个所述第二排针25,所述第二箱体转接板上的第一排母121穿过第二箱体封板上的第二插接孔1323,并连接另外一个所述第二排针25,通过所述电源盒转接板24能够同时电连接所述第一箱体转接板和是第二箱体转接板,从而实现多个LED模组3与电源盒2之间的连接。
本实施例中,通过设置所述箱体转接板12,使得所述箱体转接板12能够电连接至少一个LED模组3,再经由箱体转接板12与电源盒转接板24的电连接,而间接实现多个LED模组3与电源盒2的电连接,相比于现有的模组与电源盒2直接连接时,为了兼顾多个LED模组3而设置较大的电源盒2来说,本实施例中,电源盒2体积较小,能够很大程度的减轻重量,减小电源盒2对箱体框架1的承重负担。
在一实施例中,所述连接座包括第一连接座111和第二连接座112,所述第一连接座111设置在所述框架边框11的拐角处,所述第一连接座111连接的相邻两个所述框体113之间相互垂直,所述第一连接座111的相邻两个所述框体113的所述内侧板1131对接,所述第二连接座112连接的两个所述框体113的延伸方向相同,所述第二连接座112的相邻两个所述框体113的所述内侧板1131位于同一直线上,使得多个所述框体113的所述内侧板1131围合形成闭合结构。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接座111上设置有定位孔1111,所述定位孔1111用于在第一种安装方式下定位所述箱体框架1,所述第二连接座112上设置有安装孔1121,所述安装孔1121用于在第二种安装方式下固定连接所述箱体框架1。
所述箱体框架1上安装LED模组3以及电源盒2形成LED显示屏后,第一种安装方式为LED显示屏用作地砖显示屏时,地砖底座上设置定位杆,定位杆插接在所述第一连接座111的所述定位孔1111中,通过所述定位孔1111能够实现LED显示屏的快速定位安装。
第二安装方式为LED显示屏用作其他场合时,通过螺栓螺纹连接在所述安装孔1121中,从而固定连接显示屏。通过设置定位孔1111和所述安装孔1121能够扩大所述箱体框架1的适用范围,满足多种需求。
另外,本发明提供一种LED显示屏,包括如前所述的箱体框架1、电源盒2和多个LED模组3,所述电源盒2安装在所述箱体框架1的一侧,多个所述LED模组3安装在所述箱体框架1的另一侧。
在一实施例中,所述箱体框架1上设置有多个磁铁安装孔17,所述磁铁安装孔17中嵌装有磁铁171。所述LED模组3上设置有多个铁片31,通过所述铁皮与所述磁铁171之间的磁吸作用,使得所述LED模组3吸附在所述箱体框架1上。
在一实施例中,多个所述框体113设置有多个第四连接孔114,且所述第四连接孔114设置在所述外侧板1132的外侧,所述外侧板1132的设置有所述第四连接孔114的位置处向着所述内侧板1131突出,用于在所述第四连接孔114中安装螺钉时形成避让。
所述横向连接件15上设置有多个第五连接孔151和多个第一模组定位孔152,所述纵向连接件16上设置有多个第六连接孔161,所述第一连接座111上设置有第七连接孔1112和第二模组定位孔1113,所述第二连接座112上设置有第八连接孔1122和第三模组定位孔1123,所述封板连接件14上设置有多个第九连接孔146。
所述LED模组3上设置有多个定位柱32和多个固定孔33,一个模组安装区中,所述第一模组定位孔152、所述第二模组定位孔1113和所述第三模组定位孔1123中插接对应位置的所述定位柱32后,实现所述LED模组3的定位,同时所述LED模组3通过所述铁皮与所述磁铁171的磁吸作用吸附在所述箱体框架1上,可进行后续的固定安装。
所述第五连接孔151、所述第六连接孔161、所述第七连接孔1112、所述第八连接孔1122以及所述第九连接孔146通过螺栓与对应位置处的所述固定孔33 进行连接,从而将所述LED模组3固定连接在所述箱体框架1上。
在一实施例中,所述LED模组3上设置有第二排母34,所述第二排母34与所述箱体转接板12上的所述第一排针122电连接。

    所述框体包括内侧板、外侧板、隔板、第一加强结构以及第二加强结构,所述内侧板和所述外侧板间隔设置,所述隔板连接在所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间,以将所述内侧板和所述外侧板之间的空间分隔成第一凹槽和第二凹槽,所述第一加强结构设置在所述第一凹槽中,所述第二加强结构设置在所述第二凹槽中。

  4. 如权利要求3所述的箱体框架,其特征在于,所述第一加强筋和所述第二加强筋交错设置,所述第三加强筋和所述第四加强筋交错设置。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的箱体框架,其特征在于,所述隔板上设置有多个漏水孔,所述漏水孔连通所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽,所述漏水孔设置在相邻的两个所述第一加强筋之间以及相邻的两个所述第二加强筋之间。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的箱体框架,其特征在于,所述箱体框架还包括箱体转接板、箱体封板和封板连接件,所述封板连接件连接在所述框架边框内,所述封板连接件上设置有用于容置所述箱体转接板的容纳槽,所述箱体封板连接在封板连接件上并将所述箱体转接板封装在所述容纳槽中,所述箱体封板用于连接电源盒。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的箱体框架,其特征在于,所述箱体转接板上设置有第一排母和第一排针,所述封板连接件上设置有用于供所述第一排针穿过的第一插接孔,所述第一插接孔连通所述容纳槽,所述箱体封板上设置有用于供所述第一排母穿过的第二插接孔;
    所述第一排针用于连接LED模组上的第二排母,所述第一排母用于连接电源盒中的第二排针,以经由所述箱体转接板电连接LED模组和电源盒。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的箱体框架,其特征在于,所述箱体框架还包括横向连接件和纵向连接件,所述横向连接件和所述纵向连接件交叉连接在所述框架边框的内部,以将所述框架边框的内部分隔为互不连通的多个模组安装区,所述模组安装区用于安装LED模组。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的箱体框架,其特征在于,所述连接座包括第一连接座和第二连接座,所述第一连接座设置在所述框架边框的拐角处,所述第一连接座连接的相邻两个所述框体之间相互垂直,所述第二连接座连接的两个所述框体的延伸方向相同;
    所述第一连接座上设置有定位孔,所述定位孔用于在第一种安装方式下定位所述箱体框架,所述第二连接座上设置有安装孔,所述安装孔用于在第二种安装方式下固定连接所述箱体框架。
  10. 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的箱体框架、电源盒和多个LED模组,所述电源盒安装在所述箱体框架的一侧,多个所述LED模组安装在所述箱体框架的另一侧。
