Description

车辆多功能座椅以及使用该座椅的车辆 技术领域
本发明属于车辆技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆多功能座椅以及使用该座椅的车辆。
背景技术
随着“汽居”化生活的不断推广,集“衣、食、住、行”于一身的房车逐渐被普及化,实现“生活中旅行,旅行中生活”的时尚享受。座椅作为房车的重要配置,用户对座椅的舒适性和安全性要求也逐渐提高,要求座椅既具有座椅功能、又具有躺椅功能、还得具有床功能等多功能,充分利用房车内有限的空间,以满足不同的生活需要,且具有良好的舒适性和安全性。
专利2019113122527中公开了一种汽车前排座椅,具体的靠背可向后翻转放平使座椅具有床功能,但其具有明显的缺陷,即,当靠背放平后,坐垫仍保持从前至后向下倾斜的状态,坐垫与靠背相互靠近的一端存在明显的高度差,大幅降低用户的使用舒适度。专利202111227621X中公开了一种房车座椅结构,具体的靠背可翻转到水平状态,此时靠背的前表面支承于坐垫的上表面,靠背作为床使用,上述两个现有座椅均具有如下缺陷,座椅占用空间大,座椅占用的空间严重浪费,在可使用空间十分有限的情况下,影响房车整体的舒适性和美观性。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的房车座椅的使用舒适性较低的问题,本发明提供一种车辆多功能座椅以及使用该座椅的车辆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下,一种车辆多功能座椅,包括底框、坐垫和靠背,所述坐垫远离靠背的一端通过铰接组件与底框转动连接,所述坐垫靠近靠背的一端设置有挂锁组件,所述底框上设置有锁扣,当所述挂锁组件与锁扣锁合时,所述坐垫向靠背向下倾斜;
所述靠背通过调角器与底框转动连接,所述靠背上设置有悬臂组件,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述悬臂组件触发挂锁组件使其脱离锁扣解锁,且所述悬臂组件用于支撑坐垫,此时所述坐垫和靠背相互靠近的一端高度一致。
作为优选,所述铰接组件与底框可拆卸连接,当所述坐垫通过所述铰接组件从底框上拆下时,所述靠背可靠近底框旋转至水平状态,此时底框用于支撑靠背。靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态和坐垫一起可作为一种床状态使用,靠背靠近底框旋转至水平状态可作为另一 种床状态使用,此时也可与房车上的床拼合形成一个拼床,大幅增加床的使用面积,实现该多功能座椅的多变状态,且靠背靠近底框旋转至水平状态作为床状态使用,可大幅减少空间占用,提高房车内有限空间的利用率。
作为优选,所述坐垫为单人、双人或三人坐垫;所述坐垫包括坐垫骨架和设置在坐垫骨架上的坐垫泡棉,所述靠背包括靠背骨架和设置在靠背骨架上的靠背泡棉,所述铰接组件和挂锁组件均设置在坐垫骨架上,所述调角器和悬臂组件均设置在靠背骨架上;所述靠背上设置有头枕。提高该多功能座椅的使用舒适度,双人或三人坐垫对应的双人或三人靠背靠近底框旋转至水平状态作为床状态使用时,确保床的使用面积。
作为优选,所述铰接组件包括依次连接的第一连接座、第二连接座和第一挂钩,所述第一连接座和第二连接座转动连接,所述底框上设置有与第一挂钩匹配的第二挂钩;所述铰接组件的数量为至少两组,至少两组所述铰接组件沿座椅的宽度方向依次设置。铰接组件的结构简单可靠,便于安装,成本较低。
作为优选,所述坐垫和底框之间设置有防撞垫块,所述第二连接座和底框之间也设置有防撞垫块。有效避免坐垫和底框之间产生异响,且有效保护坐垫和底框。
作为优选,所述底框的四周封闭形成储物空间,所述坐垫作为储物空间可开关的门。打开坐垫即可使用储物空间,操作便捷,且进一步提高房车内有限空间的利用率。
作为优选,所述挂锁组件包括基座、锁钩和解锁杆,所述基座设置在坐垫上,所述锁钩的顶端与基座转动连接,所述锁钩和基座之间设置有弹簧,所述锁钩的底端具有向上折弯的弯钩部,所述弯钩部上具有导向面,当所述锁钩下压时,直至所述锁扣沿着导向面进入弯钩部,此时所述挂锁组件与锁扣锁合;所述解锁杆设置在锁钩上,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述悬臂组件拨动解锁杆,直至所述解锁杆带动锁钩使弯钩部脱离锁扣解锁。挂锁组件的结构简单可靠,设计巧妙,锁合和解锁操作便捷,功能稳定,安全性能高。
进一步地,解锁杆上设置有解锁拉带,所述解锁拉带外露于坐垫。向外拉解锁拉带,即可拨动解锁杆,直至解锁杆带动锁钩使弯钩部脱离锁扣解锁,为挂锁组件提供另一种便捷的解锁方式。
作为优选,所述悬臂组件包括第一力臂和第二力臂,所述第一力臂的一端与靠背固定连接,所述第一力臂的另一端与第二力臂转动连接,所述第一力臂和第二力臂之间设置有扭簧,所述第二力臂在扭簧的作用下抵靠在底框上;所述第一力臂靠近第二力臂的一端具有力臂受力面,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,在所述力臂受力面的驱动下第二力臂触发解锁杆使挂锁组件脱离锁扣解锁。悬臂组件的结构设计巧妙,便于触发解锁杆使挂锁组 件脱离锁扣解锁,且悬臂组件受力稳定可靠。
进一步地,所述悬臂组件的数量为至少两组,至少两组所述悬臂组件沿座椅的宽度方向依次设置,所述挂锁组件的数量为一组,一组所述挂锁组件与其中一组所述悬臂组件相对设置。保证悬臂组件稳定可靠的承受来自坐垫的重量。
进一步地,所述坐垫上设置有支撑架,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述第二力臂与支撑架接触受力;当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,与所述挂锁组件相对设置的一组所述悬臂组件的第二力臂与解锁杆接触受力,且该处不设置支撑架。确保悬臂组件稳定可靠的支撑坐垫。
进一步地,所述坐垫在其宽度方向的两侧均设置有n形限位件,所述n形限位件与底框的内侧壁接触。n形限位件有效的侧向限位坐垫,防止坐垫左右晃动。
一种使用任一种上述的车辆多功能座椅的车辆,该车辆为房车,所述的车辆多功能座椅设置在房车的车厢内。
有益效果:
1、本发明的车辆多功能座椅,坐垫远离靠背的一端通过铰接组件与底框转动连接,坐垫靠近靠背的一端通过挂锁组件与底框上的锁扣锁合或解锁,该座椅处于正常座椅状态时,挂锁组件与底框上的锁扣锁合牢靠,坐垫向靠背向下倾斜,靠背处于直立状态,通过调角器可调节靠背的倾斜角度,以符合不同的坐姿,亦可实现躺椅状态;坐垫安装至底框上,再通过调节调角器使靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态,靠背带动悬臂组件触发挂锁组件使其脱离锁扣解锁,此时悬臂组件支撑住坐垫,坐垫和靠背相互靠近的一端高度一致,靠背和坐垫一起即可作为一种床状态使用;该车辆多功能座椅的结构简单可靠,设计巧妙,座椅功能、躺椅功能和床功能之间的转换操作便捷,充分利用房车内有限的空间,以满足不同的生活需要,且具有良好的舒适性和安全性;
2、本发明的车辆多功能座椅,解锁挂锁组件后从底框上卸下坐垫,再通过调节调角器使靠背靠近底框旋转至水平状态,底框支撑住靠背,此时靠背即可作为另一种床状态使用,也可与房车上的床拼合形成一个拼床使用,使得该车辆多功能座椅的功能更多,且更充分利用房车内有限的空间,以满足不同的生活需要,且具有良好的舒适性。
3、本发明的车辆多功能座椅,底框设置的储物空间,大幅提高房车内有限空间的利用率。

如图1~13所示,一种车辆多功能座椅,包括底框1、坐垫和靠背,所述坐垫远离靠背的一端通过铰接组件4与底框1转动连接,所述坐垫靠近靠背的一端设置有挂锁组件5,所述底框1上设置有锁扣51,当所述挂锁组件5与锁扣51锁合时,所述坐垫向靠背向下倾斜,以符合车辆座椅的法规要求;所述靠背通过调角器6与底框1转动连接,所述靠背上设 置有悬臂组件7,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述悬臂组件7触发挂锁组件5使其脱离锁扣51解锁,且所述悬臂组件7用于支撑坐垫,此时所述坐垫和靠背相互靠近的一端高度一致,此时靠背和坐垫一起可作为一种床状态使用。
所述坐垫可为单人、双人或三人坐垫,为了提高该多功能座椅的使用舒适度,同时确保提高房车的空间利用率,本实施例的坐垫为双人坐垫,如图1~10所示,对应的靠背为双人靠背,所述坐垫包括坐垫骨架21和设置在坐垫骨架21上的坐垫泡棉22,所述靠背包括靠背骨架31和设置在靠背骨架31上的靠背泡棉32,所述铰接组件4和挂锁组件5均设置在坐垫骨架21上,所述调角器6和悬臂组件7均设置在靠背骨架31上;所述靠背上设置有头枕8。
为了最大程度提高房车的空间利用率,在本实施例中,如图2、图4、图7、图9和图12所示,所述铰接组件4与底框1可拆卸连接,当所述坐垫通过所述铰接组件4从底框1上拆下时,所述靠背可靠近底框1旋转至水平状态,此时底框1用于支撑靠背,此时靠背可作为另一种床状态使用,也可与房车上的床拼合形成一个拼床;为了便于安装和操作铰接组件4,以及确保其结构强度,在本实施例中,如图5和图13所示,具体地,所述铰接组件4包括依次连接的第一连接座41、第二连接座42和第一挂钩43,所述第一连接座41和第二连接座42转动连接,所述底框1上设置有与第一挂钩43匹配的第二挂钩44;所述铰接组件4的数量为至少两组,至少两组所述铰接组件4沿座椅的宽度方向依次设置;如图11和图12所示,所述底框1的四周封闭形成储物空间11,所述坐垫作为储物空间11可开关的门。
为了便于安装和操作挂锁组件5,以及确保其结构强度,在本实施例中,如图3、图5、图8和图10所示,所述挂锁组件5包括基座52、锁钩53和解锁杆54,所述基座52设置在坐垫上,所述锁钩53的顶端与基座52转动连接,所述锁钩53和基座52之间设置有弹簧55,所述锁钩53的底端具有向上折弯的弯钩部531,所述弯钩部531上具有导向面532,当所述锁钩53下压时,直至所述锁扣51沿着导向面532进入弯钩部531,此时所述挂锁组件5与锁扣51锁合;所述解锁杆54设置在锁钩53上,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述悬臂组件7拨动解锁杆54,直至所述解锁杆54带动锁钩53使弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁;进一步地,解锁杆54上设置有解锁拉带56,所述解锁拉带56外露于坐垫,向外拉解锁拉带56,即可拨动解锁杆54,直至解锁杆54带动锁钩53使弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁,为挂锁组件5提供另一种便捷的解锁方式。
为了便于安装和操作悬臂组件7,以及确保其结构强度,在本实施例中,如图3、图8和图10所示,所述悬臂组件7包括第一力臂71和第二力臂72,所述第一力臂71的一端 与靠背固定连接,所述第一力臂71的另一端与第二力臂72转动连接,所述第一力臂71和第二力臂72之间设置有扭簧73,所述第二力臂72在扭簧73的作用下抵靠在底框1上;所述第一力臂71靠近第二力臂72的一端具有力臂受力面711,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,在所述力臂受力面711的驱动下第二力臂72触发解锁杆54使挂锁组件5脱离锁扣51解锁;进一步地,所述悬臂组件7的数量为至少两组,至少两组所述悬臂组件7沿座椅的宽度方向依次设置,所述挂锁组件5的数量为一组,一组所述挂锁组件5与其中一组所述悬臂组件7相对设置;进一步地,所述坐垫上设置有支撑架23,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述第二力臂72与支撑架23接触受力;当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,与所述挂锁组件5相对设置的一组所述悬臂组件7的第二力臂72与解锁杆54接触受力,且该处不设置支撑架23。
为了确保坐垫的稳定性,在本实施例中,如图2、图4、图7、图9和图12所示,所述坐垫在其宽度方向的两侧均设置有n形限位件24,所述n形限位件24与底框1的内侧壁接触,以有效的侧向限位坐垫,防止坐垫左右晃动;为了有效降低噪音,在本实施例中,如图5、图10和图13所示,所述坐垫和底框1之间设置有防撞垫块25,所述第二连接座42和底框1之间也设置有防撞垫块25。
一种使用上述的车辆多功能座椅的车辆,本实施例的该车辆为房车,所述的车辆多功能座椅设置在房车的车厢内。
该车辆多功能座椅的工作原理如下:
1、坐垫的安装过程:首先将第一挂钩43挂在第二挂钩44上,此时坐垫可通过铰接组件4相对于底框1旋转,再向下放置坐垫,坐垫带动锁钩53下压,直至锁扣51沿着导向面532进入弯钩部531,此时挂锁组件5与锁扣51锁合,且坐垫向靠背向下倾斜;
2、正常座椅状态:如图1、图2和图4所示,坐垫已安装至底框1上,靠背处于直立状态,通过调角器6可调节靠背的倾斜角度,以符合不同的坐姿;
3、一种床状态:如图6、图7和图9所示,坐垫已安装至底框1上,通过调节调角器6使靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态,同时靠背带动第一力臂71旋转,直至在力臂受力面711的驱动下使第二力臂72拨动解锁杆54,解锁杆54带动锁钩53使弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁,此时该第二力臂72与解锁杆54接触受力,其它第二力臂72与对应的支撑架23接触受力,使得悬臂组件7支撑住坐垫,且此时坐垫和靠背相互靠近的一端高度一致,靠背和坐垫一起即可作为一种床状态使用;
4、另一种床状态:先向外拉动解锁拉带56以拨动解锁杆54,直至解锁杆54带动锁钩53使 弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁,或者通过调节调角器6使靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态,同时靠背带动第一力臂71旋转,直至在力臂受力面711的驱动下使第二力臂72拨动解锁杆54,解锁杆54带动锁钩53使弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁;再使第一挂钩43脱离第二挂钩44,此时便可从底框1上卸下坐垫,再通过调节调角器6使靠背靠近底框1旋转至水平状态,底框1支撑住靠背,此时靠背即可作为另一种床状态使用,也可与房车上的床拼合形成一个拼床使用;
5、储物状态:如图11和图12所示,先向外拉动解锁拉带56以拨动解锁杆54,直至解锁杆54带动锁钩53使弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁,或者通过调节调角器6使靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态,同时靠背带动第一力臂71旋转,直至在力臂受力面711的驱动下使第二力臂72拨动解锁杆54,解锁杆54带动锁钩53使弯钩部531脱离锁扣51解锁,此时坐垫可通过铰接组件4相对于底框1旋转以开合储物空间11,或者再使第一挂钩43脱离第二挂钩44,将坐垫从底框1上卸下,使得储物空间11可以容纳较多和/或较大的物品。

  1. 一种车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:包括底框(1)、坐垫和靠背,所述坐垫远离靠背的一端通过铰接组件(4)与底框(1)转动连接,所述坐垫靠近靠背的一端设置有挂锁组件(5),所述底框(1)上设置有锁扣(51),当所述挂锁组件(5)与锁扣(51)锁合时,所述坐垫向靠背向下倾斜;
    所述靠背通过调角器(6)与底框(1)转动连接,所述靠背上设置有悬臂组件(7),当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述悬臂组件(7)触发挂锁组件(5)使其脱离锁扣(51)解锁,且所述悬臂组件(7)用于支撑坐垫,此时所述坐垫和靠背相互靠近的一端高度一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述铰接组件(4)与底框(1)可拆卸连接,当所述坐垫通过所述铰接组件(4)从底框(1)上拆下时,所述靠背可靠近底框(1)旋转至水平状态,此时底框(1)用于支撑靠背。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫为单人、双人或三人坐垫;所述坐垫包括坐垫骨架(21)和设置在坐垫骨架(21)上的坐垫泡棉(22),所述靠背包括靠背骨架(31)和设置在靠背骨架(31)上的靠背泡棉(32),所述铰接组件(4)和挂锁组件(5)均设置在坐垫骨架(21)上,所述调角器(6)和悬臂组件(7)均设置在靠背骨架(31)上;所述靠背上设置有头枕(8)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述铰接组件(4)包括依次连接的第一连接座(41)、第二连接座(42) 和第一挂钩(43),所述第一连接座(41)和第二连接座(42)转动连接,所述底框(1)上设置有与第一挂钩(43)匹配的第二挂钩(44);所述铰接组件(4)的数量为至少两组,至少两组所述铰接组件(4)沿座椅的宽度方向依次设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫和底框(1)之间设置有防撞垫块(25),所述第二连接座(42)和底框(1)之间也设置有防撞垫块(25)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述底框(1)的四周封闭形成储物空间(11),所述坐垫作为储物空间(11)可开关的门。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述挂锁组件(5)包括基座(52)、锁钩(53)和解锁杆(54),所述基座(52)设置在坐垫上,所述锁钩(53)的顶端与基座(52)转动连接,所述锁钩(53)和基座(52)之间设置有弹簧(55),所述锁钩(53)的底端具有向上折弯的弯钩部(531),所述弯钩部(531)上具有导向面(532),当所述锁钩(53)下压时,直至所述锁扣(51)沿着导向面(532)进入弯钩部(531),此时所述挂锁组件(5)与锁扣(51)锁合;所述解锁杆(54)设置在锁钩(53)上,当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述悬臂组件(7)拨动解锁杆(54),直至所述解锁杆(54)带动锁钩(53)使弯钩部(531)脱离锁扣(51)解锁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:解锁 杆(54)上设置有解锁拉带(56),所述解锁拉带(56)外露于坐垫。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述悬臂组件(7)包括第一力臂(71)和第二力臂(72),所述第一力臂(71)的一端与靠背固定连接,所述第一力臂(71)的另一端与第二力臂(72)转动连接,所述第一力臂(71)和第二力臂(72)之间设置有扭簧(73),所述第二力臂(72)在扭簧(73)的作用下抵靠在底框(1)上;所述第一力臂(71)靠近第二力臂(72)的一端具有力臂受力面(711),当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,在所述力臂受力面(711)的驱动下第二力臂(72)触发解锁杆(54)使挂锁组件(5)脱离锁扣(51)解锁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述悬臂组件(7)的数量为至少两组,至少两组所述悬臂组件(7)沿座椅的宽度方向依次设置,所述挂锁组件(5)的数量为一组,一组所述挂锁组件(5)与其中一组所述悬臂组件(7)相对设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫上设置有支撑架(23),当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,所述第二力臂(72)与支撑架(23)接触受力;当所述靠背远离坐垫旋转至水平状态时,与所述挂锁组件(5)相对设置的一组所述悬臂组件(7)的第二力臂(72)与解锁杆(54)接触受力,且该处不设置支撑架(23)。
  12. 根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的车辆多功能座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫在其宽度方向的两侧均设置有n形限位件(24),所述 n形限位件(24)与底框(1)的内侧壁接触。
  13. 一种使用权利要求1~12任一项所述的车辆多功能座椅的车辆,其特征在于:该车辆为房车,所述的车辆多功能座椅设置在房车的车厢内。
