Abstract
本发明提供了扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括球顶部和环绕所述球顶部的折环部,所述球顶部包括设有通孔的第一金属球顶和覆盖所述通孔的第二球顶,所述第一金属球顶位于所述折环部和第二球顶之间并且分别与所述折环部和第二球顶固定连接。本发明的扬声器可提高其高频性能。

技术领域】
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
【
背景技术】
扬声器又名喇叭,运用于音箱中实现将音频信号转化为声音播放。
相关技术的扬声器通常包括盆架以及固定于盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,其中,振动系统包括振膜和驱动振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括球顶部和折环部,所述球顶部只有一个,并且由单一材料制成,此种结构的球顶部对于厚度,刚度,成型,散热,高频性能都很难同时满足需求。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。

发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种提高高频性能的扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括球顶部和环绕所述球顶部的折环部,所述球顶部包括设有通孔的第一金属球顶和覆盖所述通孔的第二球顶,所述第一金属球顶位于所述折环部和第二球顶之间并且分别与所述折环部和第二球顶固定连接。
优选的,所述第一金属球顶包括主体部、连接所述第二球顶的第一固定部以及连接所述折环部的第二固定部,所述主体部位于所述第一固定部和第二固定部之间,所述第二球顶包括本体部以及自所述本体部的外边缘向所述磁路系统方向凹陷的凹槽,所述本体部置于所述通孔中,所述第一固定部的下表面与所述凹槽固定连接。
优选的,所述第一固定部的上表面和本体部的上表面位于同一平面内。
优选的,所述折环部包括弧形部、自所述弧形部的一端向内部延伸的第一连接部以及自所述弧形部的另一端向外部延伸的第二连接部,所述第二固定部包括自所述主体部向所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的连接臂和自所述连接臂向外部弯折延伸的支撑臂,所述第一连接部的下表面与所述支撑臂固定连接。
优选的,所述弧形部向所述磁路系统方向凹陷延伸。
优选的,所述音圈与主体部的下表面固定连接。
优选的,所述磁路系统包括与所述盆架固定的底板、固定于所述底板上且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢、贴附于所述主磁钢上的主极芯以及贴附于所述副磁钢上的副极芯,所述副极芯设有向所述折环部弯折延伸的固定柱,折环部的第二连接部与副极芯的固定柱固定连接。
优选的,所述副极芯还设有向远离所述振膜方向凹陷的让位部,所述弧形部沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述让位部。
优选的,所述第一金属球顶为铝球顶。
优选的,第二球顶为铝球顶或包括铝箔层和碳纤维层的复合球顶。
本发明的球顶部由第一金属球顶和第二球顶连接而成,不仅使得球顶部便于成型加工,还可以提高扬声器的强度及高频性能。另外,第二球顶置于第一金属球顶的通孔中,可节省扬声器的空间,不因设置两个球顶而增加扬声器的高度。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本发明领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4所示,本发明提供一种扬声器100,其包括盆架10、固定于所述盆架10上的振动系统20和磁路系统30。
所述振动系统20包括振膜21和驱动所述振膜21振动发声的音圈22。所述振膜21包括球顶部210和环绕所述球顶部210的折环部201,所述球顶部210包括设有通孔2113的第一金属球顶211和覆盖所述通孔2113的第二球顶212,所述第一金属球顶211位于所述折环部201和第二球顶212之间并且分别与所述折环部201和第二球顶212固定连接。其中,第一金属球顶211可以为铝球顶或其它金属球顶,便于加工并且轻薄;所述第二球顶212可以包括为铝球顶或包括铝箔层和碳纤维层的复合球顶,由此可以提高第二球顶212的刚度,可提升扬声器100的高频性能,在其它实施方式中,第二复合球顶也可由其它材料复合形成。
具体的,所述第一金属球顶211包括主体部2110、连接所述第二球顶212的第一固定部2111以及连接所述折环部201的第二固定部2112,所述主体部2110位于所述第一固定部2111和第二固定部2112之间,所述第二球顶212包括本体部2121以及自所述本体部2121的外边缘向所述磁路系统方向30凹陷的凹槽2122,所述本体部2121置于所述通孔2113中,所述第一固定部2111的下表面与所述凹槽2122固定连接。在本实施方式中,第一固定部2111的上表面和本体部2121的上表面位于同一平面内,即球顶部210由第二球顶212和第一金属球顶211组合形成,但并未增加扬声器100的高度,充分利用了扬声器100的内部空间并起到提升球顶部210强度的作用。
另外,所述折环部201包括弧形部2010、自所述弧形部2010的一端向内部延伸的第一连接部2011以及自所述弧形部2010的另一端向外部延伸的第二连接部2012。第二固定部2112包括自所述主体部2110向所述磁路系统方向30弯折延伸的连接臂21120和自所述连接臂21120向外部弯折延伸的支撑臂21121,所述第一连接部2011的下表面与所述支撑臂21121固定连接。弧形部2010向磁路系统方向30凹陷延伸,便于降低扬声器100的整体高度。在其它实施方式中,弧形部2010也可以向远离磁路系统30方向凸伸。
进一步的,所述音圈22与第一金属球顶211的主体部2110的下表面固定连接,音圈22靠近金属材质的球顶,可便于音圈22的散热。
所述磁路系统30包括与盆架10固定的底板31、固定于所述底板31上且间隔设置的主磁钢321和副磁钢322、贴附于所述主磁钢321上的主极芯331和贴附于所述副磁钢322上的副极芯332。所述副极芯332设有向折环部201弯折延伸的固定柱3320,折环部201的第二连接部2012与副极芯332的固定柱3320固定连接。所述折环部201还设有自所述第二连接部2012向磁路系统30弯折延伸的延伸部2013,所述延伸部2013固定连接于所述固定柱3320的外表面,由此增大了折环部201与固定柱3320的连接面积,提高了折环部201与固定柱3320的固定强度。另外,所述副极芯332还设有向远离振膜21方向凹陷的让位部3321,所述弧形部2010沿振膜21振动方向的投影至少部分位于让位部3321,让位部3321可为弧形部2010提供振动空间。
本发明的球顶部210由第一金属球顶211和第二球顶212连接而成,不仅使得球顶部便于成型加工,还可以提高扬声器的强度及高频性能。另外,第二球顶212置于第一金属球顶211的通孔2113中,可节省扬声器100的空间,不因设置两个球顶而增加扬声器100的高度。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本发明领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述振膜包括球顶部和环绕所述球顶部的折环部,其特征在于,所述球顶部包括设有通孔的第一金属球顶和覆盖所述通孔的第二球顶,所述第一金属球顶位于所述折环部和第二球顶之间并且分别与所述折环部和第二球顶固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一金属球顶包括主体部、连接所述第二球顶的第一固定部以及连接所述折环部的第二固定部,所述主体部位于所述第一固定部和第二固定部之间,所述第二球顶包括本体部以及自所述本体部的外边缘向所述磁路系统方向凹陷的凹槽,所述本体部置于所述通孔中,所述第一固定部的下表面与所述凹槽固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一固定部的上表面和本体部的上表面位于同一平面内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折环部包括弧形部、自所述弧形部的一端向内部延伸的第一连接部以及自所述弧形部的另一端向外部延伸的第二连接部,所述第二固定部包括自所述主体部向所述磁路系统方向弯折延伸的连接臂和自所述连接臂向外部弯折延伸的支撑臂,所述第一连接部的下表面与所述支撑臂固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述弧形部向所述磁路系统方向凹陷延伸。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈与主体部的下表面固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括与所述盆架固定的底板、固定于所述底板上且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢、贴附于所述主磁钢上的主极芯以及贴附于所述副磁钢上的副极芯,所述副极芯设有向所述折环部弯折延伸的固定柱,折环部的第二连接部与副极芯的固定柱固定连接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述副极芯还设有向远离所述振膜方向凹陷的让位部,所述弧形部沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述让位部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一金属球顶为铝球顶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,第二球顶为铝球顶或包括铝箔层和碳纤维层的复合球顶。
