  • the rotation of the cap also causes the slot 330 to superpose a wall of the casing 4 which therefore occludes it.

  • the present invention achieves important advantages. Firstly, it allows to facilitate opening the container and dispensing the product, making the whole more ergonomic. The user can possibly intervene by acting safely even without having a fixed horizontal surface on which to safely rest the cap after opening.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un contenant d'un produit comprenant : a) un réservoir (2) pour contenir le produit ; b) un système (3) pour distribuer le produit placé dans le réservoir ; ledit système de distribution (3) comprenant : - un distributeur de produit (31) ; - un capuchon (33) du distributeur (31) ; - un système (32) pour transmettre un mouvement à partir du capuchon (33) du distributeur (31) et destiné à déplacer ledit distributeur (31) entre : i) une configuration de fonctionnement dans laquelle ledit distributeur (31) permet la distribution du produit à travers le capuchon (33) ; ii) une configuration de repos dans laquelle ledit distributeur (31) est rétracté vers le réservoir (2) par rapport à la configuration de fonctionnement et est protégé extérieurement par le capuchon (33). Le capuchon (33) est déplaçable et prend une première position avec laquelle la configuration de repos est associée et une seconde position avec laquelle la configuration de fonctionnement est associée.
