技术领域
本申请涉及户外柜的空调安装技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种户外柜,还涉及一种光伏电站。
背景技术
户外柜种类繁多,如储能户外柜等内部配置发热元件的户外柜需安装空调。请参阅图1-3,现有户外柜包括相对的正面门板11和背面门板13;空调12一般安装于户外柜的背面门板13,并凸出于背面门板13外,影响户外柜的外观规整度,难以满足客户对户外柜外观的规整度要求。

发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种户外柜,其空调通过辅助安装件固定于柜体中预设侧壁的内侧面,使空调处于柜体内部,而非凸出于预设侧壁的外表面,确保整个户外柜的外观结构规整,满足客户对户外柜的外观要求。本申请还提供一种应用上述户外柜的光伏电站,确保户外柜外观规整度满足要求。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:

上述预设侧壁111中与空调102的外循环进风口121对应的位置设有第一透风孔1111、与空调102的外循环出风口122对应的位置设有第二透风孔1112。
第一透风孔1111为多个,并集中布置,第二透风孔1112为多个,并集中 布置,如图4、10所示。
第一透风孔1111、第二透风孔1112还可分别设计成能量魔方孔,既解决空调102外循环进出风风阻问题,又使户外柜的整体外观更具有科技感。
优选的,上述户外柜中,辅助安装件103为两端开口的筒状结构,如图12、14所示;辅助安装件103中朝向预设侧壁111的一端开口扣合于预设侧壁111的内侧面。
辅助安装件103中背离预设侧壁111的一端开口处设有阶梯面,阶梯面与空调102的边沿贴合。
本实施例提供的户外柜中,虽然辅助安装件103的两端开口,但其一端开口扣合于预设侧壁111的内侧面,另一端开口设置与空调102的边沿贴合的阶梯面,使空调102外循环和柜体101内部形成隔绝,保证对柜体101对内部电气设备的防护效果。
辅助安装件103包括围成环形的筒侧壁,筒侧壁由底壁131、两个竖向侧壁和顶壁组成。
进一步的,上述户外柜中,辅助安装件103的底壁131倾斜,且底壁131的高度沿靠近预设侧壁111的方向逐渐降低,如图14所示;预设侧壁111中与辅助安装件103的底壁131对应的位置设有排水孔。辅助安装件103的底壁131为户外柜处于正常使用状态时,辅助安装件103中位于最下端的侧壁,即环形的桶侧壁中位于最下端的一个侧壁。
本实施例提供的户外柜中,底壁131呈倾斜设计,预设侧壁111中与底壁 131对应的位置设置排水孔,能够使进入空调安装空间内的外界雨水、空调102排放的冷凝水排出柜体101外,有效解决空调102排水和柜体101自身防水问题。
排水孔可设置为预设侧壁111上所单独开设的孔,还可设置为预设侧壁111的第一透风孔1111,本实施例不做限定。
具体的,上述户外柜中,辅助安装件103中扣合于预设侧壁111的开口处设有裙边132,裙边132用于贴近预设侧壁111的内侧面,并且裙边132与预设侧壁111固定连接。
裙边132和预设侧壁111之间设有密封件。上述密封件优选为密封胶条,密封胶条粘接于裙边132中朝向预设侧壁111的表面。
具体的,上述空调102的底部设有漏水孔,用于排放冷凝水。
装配本实施例提供的户外柜时,先将空调102安装到辅助安装件103上,然后再把辅助安装件103安装到预设侧壁111上即可。
本实施例提供的户外柜中,空调102安装在柜体101内部,采用隐藏式设计,使户外柜的整体外观更加精致。
本申请实施例还提供一种光伏电站,包括户外柜,户外柜为上述实施例提供的户外柜。
上述户外柜可设置为储能户外柜。
本实施例提供的光伏电站应用上述实施例提供的户外柜,确保户外柜外观规整度满足要求。当然,本实施例提供的光伏电站还具有上述实施例提供的有 关户外柜的其他效果,在此不再赘述。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种户外柜,其特征在于,包括:
    柜体;
    辅助安装件,所述辅助安装件固定在所述柜体中预设侧壁的内侧面,并与所述预设侧壁围成空调安装空间;
    空调,所述空调安装在所述空调安装空间内,并且所述空调位于所述柜体内部;
    所述辅助安装件中背离所述预设侧壁的一端开口,所述空调的内循环进风口、内循环出风口分别通过所述开口显露在所述柜体内部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述预设侧壁中与所述空调的外循环进风口对应的位置设有第一透风孔、与所述空调的外循环出风口对应的位置设有第二透风孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述第一透风孔为多个,并集中布置;所述第二透风孔为多个,并集中布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述辅助安装件为两端开口的筒状结构;所述辅助安装件中朝向所述预设侧壁的一端开口扣合于所述预设侧壁的内侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述辅助安装件中背离所述预设侧壁的一端开口处设有阶梯面,所述阶梯面与所述空调的边沿贴合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述辅助安装件的底壁倾斜,且所述底壁的高度沿靠近所述预设侧壁的方向逐渐降低;
    所述预设侧壁中与所述辅助安装件的底壁对应的位置设有排水孔。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述辅助安装件中扣合于所述预设侧壁的开口处设有裙边,所述裙边用于贴近所述预设侧壁的内侧面,并与所述预设侧壁固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述裙边和所述预设侧壁之间设有密封件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述密封件为密封胶条,所述密封胶条粘接于所述裙边中朝向所述预设侧壁的表面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的户外柜,其特征在于,所述空调的底部设有漏水孔。
  11. 一种光伏电站,包括户外柜,其特征在于,所述户外柜为权利要求 1-10任意一项所述的户外柜。
