背景技术
目前,在很多领域(如手套)都需要对产品放入包装盒内进行包装。如图1~2所示,传统的包装盒一般包括盒体3,盒体3展开后形成矩形内腔,在矩形内腔的两端分别设置有盒盖。盒体3两端口处的盒盖一般为四折结构,包括左右两侧的侧盖2以及分别位于上下两侧的内盖4和外盖6,并在两侧的侧盖2处分别设置有交错的开口。在对包装盒进行封口时,首先将两侧的侧盖2交错扣合后,在依次扣合内盖4和外盖6。
在现有技术中,针对内盖4插盖的技术方案中,普遍存在如下缺陷:(1)包装盒在原始状态为扁平状,因此在对内盖4进行插盒操作时,针对内盖4端部的弯折边的处理可靠性较低,容易造成插盖失败。(2)在现有技术中,通过执行机构将内盖4送入盒体3之后,执行机构退出时,内盖4容易随执行机构而再次从盒体3中脱离,造成插盖操作失败。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种实现了包装盒内盖插脚的自动弯折,以及内盖的自动插盖,相比较传统的人工操作方式,降低了劳动强度,同时提高了工作效率的包装盒的内盖插盖装置。
技术解决方案
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该包装盒的内盖插盖装置,其特征在于:包括侧部驱动机构和插盖驱动机构,插盖驱动机构的驱动端正对包装盒端部的开口,侧部驱动机构的驱动端自包装盒的侧部正对包装盒端部的开口,在插盖驱动机构驱动端上设置有往返于盒端部开口的插盖推板。
 优选的,在所述侧部驱动机构驱动端的底部设置有往返于盒端部开口的侧部推板,所述插盖推板低于侧部推板,插盖推板和侧部推板间隔形成容纳包装盒的内盖端部插脚的间隙。
 优选的,在所述侧部驱动机构的驱动端前端竖直固定有第一推板,侧部推板固定在第一推板靠近包装盒一侧的底脚处。
 优选的,在所述第一推板的表面还设置有第二推板,在第二推板的表面设置有压盖推杆,压盖推杆和侧部推板往返于包装盒的开口处,且压盖推杆和侧部推板分别位于包装盒内盖的两侧。
 优选的,所述侧部推板截面呈“L”型,其竖直边平行于包装盒端部的开口,其水平边位于竖直边背向盒体的一侧。
 优选的,侧部驱动机构为侧部气缸,所述的第一推板和第二推板固定在侧部气缸活塞杆的端部。
 优选的,所述的插盖驱动机构为插盖气缸,在插盖气缸活塞杆端部固定有底部推块,所述的插盖推板固定在底部推块的底部。
优选的,所述的插盖气缸为双活塞气缸,插盖气缸的两组活塞杆自上而下依次布置,在插盖气缸上部的气活塞杆前端竖直固定有辅助推板,底部推块固定在插盖气缸下部的气活塞杆前端。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型所具有的有益效果是:
在本包装盒的内盖插盖装置中,通过设施侧部气缸和插盖气缸,实现了包装盒内盖插脚的自动弯折,以及内盖的自动插盖,相比较传统的人工操作方式,降低了劳动强度,同时提高了工作效率。
通过插盖气缸,在内盖插盖之前,首先将内盖压在盒体的开口处,使内盖进行预弯折,避免内盖在盒体的开口处抬起;在内盖完成插盖之后,在插盖气缸退出之前始终将内盖压在盒体的开口处,在插盖气缸退出后回缩,避免插盖气缸退出时同时将内盖从盒体的开口处带出,造成内盖的插盖失败。

本发明的实施方式
图1~3是本实用新型的最佳实施例,下面结合附图1~3对本实用新型做进一步说明。
 如图1~3所示,一种包装盒的内盖插盖装置,包括侧部气缸1和插盖气缸7,侧部气缸1和插盖气缸7优选呈直角排布,侧部气缸1位于包装盒的侧部,其活塞杆自包装盒的侧部正对包装盒;插盖气缸7位于包装盒的端部,其活塞杆正对包装盒的开口。其中侧部气缸1通过气缸固定板11固定。
 在侧部气缸1的活塞杆前端竖直固定有第一推板8,在第一推板8靠近包装盒一侧的底脚处固定有侧部推板10,侧部推板10截面呈“L”型,其竖直边平行于盒体3的开口,其水平边位于竖直边背向盒体3的一侧。在第一推板8远离包装盒开口的一侧竖直固定有第二推板12,在第二推板12的表面固定有压盖推杆13,侧部推板10和压盖推杆13分别自第一推板8和第二推板12水平延伸至包装盒处。
 插盖气缸7为双活塞气缸,插盖气缸7的两组活塞杆自上而下依次布置。在插盖气缸7上部的气活塞杆前端竖直固定有辅助推板5,在插盖气缸7下部的气活塞杆前端竖直固定有底部推块14,在底部推块14的底部水平固定有插盖推板9,插盖推板9的高度低于上述侧部推板10中水平边的高度。
 具体工作过程及工作原理如下:
在当盒体3的两侧侧盖2已经扣合之后,内盖4下垂至盒体3的开口处。插盖气缸7首先动作,其上端的活塞杆(第一行程)输出,通过辅助推块5压动内盖4,使内盖4尽量与包装盒的开口贴近,然后插盖气缸7上端的活塞杆复位,带动辅助推块5远离内盖4。
 然后侧部气缸1的活塞杆输出,通过固定在其活塞杆端部的第一推板8和第二推板12将侧部推板10和压盖推杆13同时推至包装盒的开口处,且侧部推板10和压盖推杆13分别位于内盖4的两侧,并通过压盖推杆13将内盖4压住。在压盖推杆13的端部形成远离内盖4的弯折,扩大了压盖推杆13的涉及范围,以保证压盖推杆13可以将内盖4压在其内侧。
 插盖气缸7再次动作,其下端的活塞杆(第二行程)输出,推动底部推块14以及插盖推板9推向包装盒,由于内盖4已经下垂至盒体3的开口处,插盖推板9在被推向盒体3的过程中首先与内盖4的端部接触,由于插盖推板9的高度低于侧部推板10,因此插盖推板9最终前进至侧部推板10的下方的同时将内盖4端部的插脚推至插盖推板9和侧部推板10之间的间隙内,将内盖4的插脚弯折,然后插盖气缸7下端的活塞杆复位,插盖推板9撤出内盖4的底部。然后侧部气缸1的活塞杆复位,带动侧部推板10和压盖推杆13同时与内盖4脱离。
 插盖气缸7下端的活塞杆再次输出,通过插盖推板9将内盖4已经弯折的插脚推入侧盖2底部与盒体3之间的缝隙中,完成内盖4的插盖操作。插盖气缸7上端的活塞杆再次输出,将辅助推块5推至内盖4的表面将内盖4压住,然后插盖气缸7下端的活塞杆再次复位,插盖推板9撤出包装盒,插盖气缸7上端的活塞杆最后复位,避免插盖推板9撤出的同时将内盖4从盒体3的开口处带出,造成内盖4的插盖失败。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装盒的内盖插盖装置,其特征在于:在所述侧部驱动机构驱动端的底部设置有往返于盒端部开口的侧部推板(10),所述插盖推板(9)低于侧部推板(10),插盖推板(9)和侧部推板(10)间隔形成容纳包装盒的内盖(4)端部插脚的间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的包装盒的内盖插盖装置,其特征在于:在所述侧部驱动机构的驱动端前端竖直固定有第一推板(8),侧部推板(10)固定在第一推板(8)靠近包装盒一侧的底脚处。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒的内盖插盖装置,其特征在于:在所述第一推板(8)的表面还设置有第二推板(12),在第二推板(12)的表面设置有压盖推杆(13),压盖推杆(13)和侧部推板(10)往返于包装盒的开口处,且压盖推杆(13)和侧部推板(10)分别位于包装盒内盖(4)的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装盒的内盖插盖装置,其特征在于:所述侧部推板(10)截面呈“L”型,其竖直边平行于包装盒端部的开口,其水平边位于竖直边背向盒体(3)的一侧。
