Abstract

本发明提供了一种取水装置及冰箱,包括出水管和用于安装出水管的基座,基座具有开口朝前的安装腔。出水管包括一端高另一端低的出水段,且出水段穿过安装腔。安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板,控制板连接有第一电连接线;安装腔内的另一侧设置有与第一电连接线电连接的接线端子,且控制板与接线端子分别位于出水段的两侧。或者,安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板,控制板连接有第二电连接线,第二电连接线的部分位于安装腔内的另一侧,以使第二电连接线从安装腔内的另一侧穿出安装腔,且控制板与第二电连接线的部分分别位于出水段的两侧。本发明提供的取水装置及冰箱,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小,电器元件固定牢固等优点。

Description

取水装置及冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱技术领域,特别是涉及一种取水装置及冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱是人们常用的一种家用电器,为人们的生活带来了很大的便利,具有取水功能的冰箱也越来越受到人们的喜爱。
目前市面上带取水功能的冰箱,控制板上设置有端子,通过端子与外部线路连接。控制板与端子布置在一起,占用了较大空间。而且端子和控制板固定不牢固,容易脱落。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的取水装置及冰箱,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小,电器元件固定牢固等优点。
具体地,本发明提供了一种取水装置,包括出水管和用于安装所述出水管的基座,所述基座具有开口朝前的安装腔;
所述出水管包括一端高另一端低的出水段,且所述出水段穿过所述安装腔;
所述安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板,所述控制板连接有第一电连接线;所述安装腔内的另一侧设置有与所述第一电连接线电连接的接线端子,且所述控制板与所述接线端子分别位于所述出水段的两侧;或者,所述安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板,所述控制板连接有第二电连接线,所述第二电连接线的部分位于所述安装腔内的另一侧,以使所述第二电连接线从所述安装腔内的另一侧穿出所述安装腔,且所述控制板与所述第二电连接线的部分分别位于所述出水段的两侧。
可选地,所述取水装置还包括端子安装结构,所述端子安装结构设置于所述安装腔的后腔壁上,所述接线端子安装于所述端子安装结构。
可选地,所述端子安装结构包括两个垂直于所述安装腔的后腔壁且竖向设置的卡板,以及位于两个所述卡板的下侧的、沿横向方向延伸的肋板;
每个所述卡板包括连接板和位于所述连接板的前端的钩部;
所述肋板设置有穿线缺口;
所述接线端子插入两个所述卡板之间,
所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线穿过所述穿线缺口;所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线连接于所述控制板的下端,所述连接线所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线从所述安装腔内的底部经过。
可选地,所述取水装置还包括用于固定所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线的压线结构,所述压线结构设置于所述安装腔的后腔壁上。
可选地,所述压线结构包括:
压线板,所述压线板包括垂直于所述安装腔的后腔壁的竖板及连接于所述竖板的前端的、向前拱起的圆弧板,所述圆弧板与所述安装腔的后腔壁间隔设置;
止挡板,所述止挡板垂直于所述安装腔的后腔壁,且所述圆弧板处于所述止挡板和所述竖板之间,且所述止挡板与所述圆弧板间隔设置。
可选地,所述接线端子连接有外接端子,所述外接端子连接有第三电连接线,所述安装腔的后腔壁上设置有用于所述出水段和/或所述第三电连接线穿过的孔洞;或者,所述安装腔的后腔壁上设置有用于所述出水段和/或所述第二电连接线穿过的孔洞。
可选地,所述肋板处于两个所述卡板的下侧预设距离处;所述安装腔的后腔壁上设置有处于两个所述卡板之间的孔洞,所述孔洞的高度等于所述卡板的连接于所述后腔壁的边缘的长度,所述孔洞的宽度等于两个所述卡板之间的距离。
可选地,所述取水装置还包括:
出水开关,所述出水开关设置于所述控制板上;

本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括门体、箱体和上述任一种的取水装置,所述取水装置的基座设置于所述门体或箱体上。
本发明提供的取水装置中,控制板和接线端子分别位于基座的安装腔的两侧,且位于出水段的两侧,使得控制板、接线端子、第一电连接线布置合理、结构紧凑、占用空间较小。当然,控制板可直接连接外接电线,即第二电连接线,第二电连接线可处于安装腔的另一侧,使得布置合理、结构紧凑、占用空间较小,防止第二电连接线与控制板之间纠缠。
进一步地,取水装置还具有端子安装结构和压线结构,端子安装结构便于接线端子的安装固定,压线结构也使得连接线固定牢固,且更加整齐美观。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的取水装置的示意性结构图,如图1所示,并参考图2至图7,本发明实施例提供了一种取水装置100,包括出水管110和用于安装出水管110的基座120,基座120具有开口朝前的安装腔。出水管110包括一端高另一端低的出水段,且出水段穿过安装腔。例如,出水段前低后高倾斜设置。出水段的出水端端面为水平面,出水段的倾斜角度为60°至80°。优选地,为70°。安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板121,控制板121连接有第一电连接线。安装腔内的另一侧设置有与第一电连接线电连接的接线端子122,且控制板121与接线端子122分别位于出水段110的两侧。或者,安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板121,控制板121连接有 第二电连接线,第二电连接线的部分位于安装腔内的另一侧,以使第二电连接线从安装腔内的另一侧穿出安装腔,且控制板121与第二电连接线的部分分别位于出水段110的两侧。第一电连接线与第二电连接线均为内接电连接线123。
本发明实施例提供的取水装置中,控制板121和接线端子122分别位于基座120的安装腔的两侧,且位于出水段110的两侧,使得控制板121、接线端子122、第一电连接线布置合理、结构紧凑、占用空间较小。当然,控制板121可直接连接外接电线,即第二电连接线,第二电连接线可处于安装腔的另一侧,使得布置合理、结构紧凑、占用空间较小,防止第二电连接线与控制板121之间纠缠。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,取水装置100还包括端子安装结构124,端子安装结构124设置于安装腔的后腔壁上,接线端子122安装于端子安装结构124。由于设置有端子安装结构124,接线端子122安装方便,而且固定牢固。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图4所示,端子安装结构124包括两个垂直于安装腔的后腔壁且竖向设置的卡板125,以及位于两个卡板125的下侧的、沿横向方向延伸的肋板126。每个卡板125包括连接板和位于连接板的前端的钩部。肋板126设置有穿线缺口。穿线缺口可对接入接线端子122的内接电连接线123起到聚集和固定的作用。接线端子122插入两个卡板125之间,第一电连接线或第二电连接线穿过穿线缺口。第一电连接线或第二电连接线连接于控制板121的下端,第一电连接线或第二电连接线从安装腔内的底部经过。安装接线端子122时,接线端子122对准两个卡板125之间,并向后移动,撑开两个卡板125,继续移动,接线端子122插入两个连接板之间,并处于钩部的后侧。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图4所示,肋板126处于两个卡板125的下侧预设距离处。例如,该预设距离为5mm,当然该预设距离可根据实际情况进行调整,但该预设距离不宜过大,防止占用较大空间,同时穿线缺口也起不到聚集和固定内接电连接线123的作用。安装腔的后腔壁上设置有处于两个卡板125之间的孔洞,孔洞的高度等于卡板125的连接于后腔壁的边缘的长度,孔洞的宽度等于两个卡板125之间的距离。该孔洞用于接线端子122的安装,孔洞的高度大于或等于接线端子122的高度。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3和图4所示,取水装置100还包括用于固定第一电连接线或第二电连接线的压线结构127,压线结构127设置于安装腔的后腔壁上。由于设置有端子安装结构124,第一电连接线或第二电连接线固定方便,且使得第一电连接线或第二电连接线更加整齐、美观。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图4所示,压线结构127包括压线板128和止挡板129。压线板128包括垂直于安装腔的后腔壁的竖板及连接于竖板的前端的、向前拱起的圆弧板,圆弧板与安装腔的后腔壁间隔设置。止挡板129垂直于安装腔的后腔壁,且圆弧板处于止挡板129和竖板之间,且止挡板129与圆弧板间隔设置。至少圆弧板用于压线,即内接电连接线123穿过圆弧板。
在本发明的一些实施例中,接线端子122连接有外接端子,外接端子连接有第三电连接线,安装腔的后腔壁上设置有用于出水段110和/或第三电连接线穿过的孔洞。接线端子122与外接端子插接,使得安装和拆卸方便。例如,接线端子122和外接端子中的一个为公端子,另一个为母端子。第三电连接线穿过孔洞连接于执行部件,例如阀门,阀门用于控制出水段110的出水。工作时,控制板121发出出水信号,通过第一电连接线、接线端子122、外接端子和第三电连接线将信号传给阀门,进而阀门控制出水。或者,安装腔的后腔壁上设置有用于出水段110和/或第二电连接线穿过的孔洞。第二电连接线一端连接于控制板121,另一端穿过孔洞与阀门连接,这样设置,不用使用接线端子122和外接端子,降低了成本。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图2至图4所示,取水装置100还包括出水开关130和按压框140。出水开关130设置于控制板121上。按压框140具有相连接的上框部141和下框部142,下框部142位于上框部141的下侧。基座120的前端插入上框部141。上框部141的上端可转动地设置于基座120上,上框部141的上端位于出水开关130的上侧。下框部142的下端位于出水口111的下侧。上框部141上设置有按压部143,且按压部143位于出水开关130的前侧,以在下框部142受力向后转动时,在按压框140的带动下按压出水开关130。优选地,出水开关130为微动开关。
当按压下框部142时,按压框140带动按压部143向后运动按压出水开关130,进而取水装置100控制出水口111出水。基座120的前端插入上框部141内,使得该取水装置100结构紧凑,占用空间小。而且成功突破了现有取水按板位于水嘴后侧的结构布局,成功将按压框前移;整体模块安装方便,使用舒适和且具有科技感,极大提高了取水装置100的档次感和体验感。
在本发明的一些实施例中,上框部141与下框部142可在结构上形成对比,使得下框部142具有悬浮的视觉效果,增加了科技感和档次感。例如,如图6所示,上框部141的前表面竖直设置。下框部142的前表面倾斜设置,具体地,下框部142的前表面与竖直平面之间的夹角为2.8度至4.8度,优选地,下框部142的前表面与竖直平面之间的夹角为3.6度至4度,优选地,为3.8度。下框部142的前表面 的上端位于下框部142的前表面的下端的前侧。下框部142的前表面的上端位于上框部141的前表面的后侧。这样设置使得上框部141与下框部142具有层次感,提高了下框部142的悬浮效果。
下框部142的下端边框的上表面为按压面,按压面前低后高倾斜设置。在工作时,盛水容器向后侧移动,挤压按压面,下框部142受力向后转动,按压部143在按压框140的带动下按压出水开关130,使得水路导通,出水口111出水。此时,下框部142的前表面与竖直平面之间的夹角为7度,出水开关130按键按压位移为0.7mm。
下框部142的下端在水平面上的投影位于出水口111在水平面上的投影的后侧,下框部142的下端在水平面上的投影与出水口111在水平面上的投影接触或间隔设置。优选地,下框部142的下端在水平面上的投影与出水口111在水平面上的投影接触。也就是说,在自然状态下水流或水滴从出水口111竖直向下滴落与下框部142的最前端相切,这样设置能够最大限度的保证悬浮效果和取水性能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1和图5所示,取水装置100还包括装饰盖板150,装饰盖板150竖直设置于基座120的前端。装饰盖板150处于上框部141的前侧。或者,在本发明的另一些实施例中,上框部141的前表面竖直设置,装饰盖板150处于上框部141的内部,与上框部141的前表面处于同一面内。装饰盖板150可对基座120起到遮挡的作用,进而使得取水装置100更加美观,提高用户的使用体验。而且,装饰盖板150与上框部141、下框部142配合,进一步提高了下框部142的悬浮效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图7所示,取水装置100还包括复位装置160,复位装置160用于促使按压框140复位。复位装置160为扭簧。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图6和图7所示,上框部141的上端边框的上侧连接有转轴171。基座120的上侧连接有支架172和固定盖173,支架172和固定盖173限定出转轴安装孔。支架172的上端具有开口朝上的第一凹槽,固定盖173具有开口朝下的第二凹槽,第一凹槽和第二凹槽相对设置且形成转轴安装孔。转轴171安装于转轴安装孔,扭簧套装于转轴171,且扭簧的一端连接于转轴171,另一端抵靠于或连接于固定盖173。当按压下框部142时,克服扭簧的弹力,下框部142向后转动,当撤去力后,下框部142在扭簧的弹力下,带动下框部142向前转动直至上框部141抵靠于基座两侧的凸起,实现按压框140复位。在该实施例中,支架172和固定盖173可构成安装架。进一步地,安装架也可采用其他结构,如一体成型的 架子等。
在本发明的一些实施例中,固定盖173包括前板、后板、上板和两个安装板,前板和后板间隔设置,上板连接于前板的上端和后板的上端。两个安装板从后板的下端向后延伸出。前板上设置有凹槽,支架172的前端设置有凸起,凸起插入凹槽内。每个安装板上设置有安装孔,固定盖173通过安装孔、紧固件安装于支架172上。
由于取水装置100沿前后方向的安装于冰箱的安装空间有限,基座120的后表面距离上框部141的前表面之间的距离优选地不大于15mm。转轴171的中心距离上框部141的前表面之间的距离为11mm至12mm,优选地为11.5mm。
在本发明的一些实施例中,取水装置100还包括限位结构。限位结构包括位于基座120两侧的凸起,阻碍上框部141向前转动。复位装置160促使按压框140向前转动,当上框部运动到基座120上的凸起时,凸起阻止上框部向前继续运动,进而使得按压框140停止转动,使得按压框140复位到初始位置。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图1、图5和图6所示,取水装置100还包括开口朝前的容纳壳180。基座120设置于容纳壳180内的上部。下框部142的下端边框上设置有向后凸出的撑脚174,撑脚174距离容纳壳180的后壁的距离为1.5mm至3mm。优选地,为2mm。这样设置使得按压框140的安装具有2mm的容差量,避免因安装误差或者因按压框140的结构变形,使得按压框140能够转动进而按压出水开关130。在一些实施例中,容纳壳180的后壁上还设置有装饰后板,装饰后板使得出水装置更加美观。
在本发明的一些实施例中,容纳壳180上形成有开口朝向的第一卡槽,以及开口朝上的、处于第一卡槽下方的第二卡槽。基座120的后部设置有第一卡扣和第二卡扣,第一卡扣安装于第一卡槽,第二卡扣安装于第二卡槽,以使基座120卡接于容纳壳180。这样设置便于基座120的安装。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图2所示,容纳壳180的底壁上设置有接水槽181,接水槽181沿横向方向延伸。使用取水装置100接水时难免会有水洒落,接水槽可用于接纳洒落的水,防止水洒落到取水装置100外部。
在本发明的一些实施例中,取水装置还包括管路安装装置、第一插孔部。管路安装装置、第一插孔部用于出水段110的安装。管路安装装置包括包覆套筒、止挡块和定位块。止挡块设置于包覆套筒的外周壁的一端,且包覆套筒沿垂直于包覆套筒的轴线方向的参考面上的投影位于止挡块在参考面上的投影的内侧。定位块设置 于包覆套筒的外周壁上,且连接于止挡块。
第一插孔部安装于容纳壳180。第一插孔部包括第一筒体和第二筒体。第一筒体的通孔的直径大于出水段的外周壁的直径,第一筒体的一端设置有定位缺口或定位槽。包覆套筒包覆于出水段的出水段,出水段穿过第一筒体的通孔。包覆套筒从第一筒体的一端插入第一筒体的通孔,包覆套筒与第一筒体的通孔的孔壁接触抵靠,定位块插入定位缺口或定位槽,止挡块位于第一筒体的外部且与第一筒体的一端接触抵靠。沿由第一筒体的一端指向另一端的方向,第一筒体的通孔的直径逐渐变小,这样设置便于出水段的插入。
第二筒体连接于第一筒体的另一端,第一筒体与第二筒体同轴。第一筒体的通孔的直径大于第二筒体的通孔的直径,出水段穿过第二筒体的通孔,出水段与第二筒体的通孔的孔壁接触或接触抵靠。这样设置使得出水段安装固定更加牢固。在一些其他实施例中,第二筒体的通孔的直径大于管路的外周壁的直径,出水段与第二筒体的通孔的孔壁之间设置有多个沿第二筒体的轴线方向延伸的凸条,每个凸条连接于第二筒体的通孔的孔壁上。多个凸条也可对出水段110起到固定的作用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,取水装置还包括第二插孔部,第二插孔部安装于基座120上。第二插孔部与第一插孔部间隔设置。第二插孔部包括安装部,安装部具有用于出水段插入或穿过的通孔。通孔的周壁上设置有筋条,筋条一端临近通孔的一端,另一端临近通孔的另一端,筋条与出水段接触或接触抵靠。
工作时,将管路安装装置及出水段插入第一插入孔部内,出水段继续穿过第二插入孔部的安装部的通孔。通孔的周壁上设置有与出水段接触或接触抵靠的筋条,可对出水段进一步的安装固定,使得出水段的安装更加牢固。筋条的数量可为多个。本实施例中的筋条的数量为两个。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二插孔部还包括连接于安装部、用于引导出水段插入通孔的导向部。导向部具有导向面,导向面为直径沿引导方向逐渐变小的筒面的部分或全部。导向部可引导出水段的插入,使得出水段的安装更加方便。
在本发明的一些实施例中,安装腔的上腔壁上设置有贯通的第一插孔,安装腔的下腔壁的两侧设置有两个贯通的第二插孔。装饰盖板150的后壁的上端设置有第三卡扣,第三卡扣包括第一连接柱和位于第一连接柱后端的第一凸起,且第一凸起位于第一连接柱的上表面上。装饰盖板150的后壁的下端的两侧设置有两个第四卡扣,每个第四卡扣包括第二连接柱和位于第二连接柱后端的第二凸起,且第二凸起位于第二连接柱的下表面上。安装时,先将第三卡扣的第一凸起插入第一插孔内, 然后将装饰盖板150的下端向后旋转直至第四卡扣的第二凸起插入第二插孔内,完成装饰盖板150的安装。
本发明实施例还提供了一种冰箱200,如图8所示,包括门体210、箱体和上述任一实施例中的取水装置100,取水装置100的基座设置于门体210或箱体上。例如,基座可设置于门体210的外表面上或者内表面上,也可设置于箱体的外表面或内表面上。优选地,基座设置于门体210的外表面上,使得不用打开门体210即可取水。阀门安装于铰链组件的铰链盒内或箱体上,使得结构紧凑,不占用较多空间。箱体内还设置有储水箱,可作为取水装置100的水源。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种取水装置,其特征在于,包括出水管和用于安装所述出水管的基座,所述基座具有开口朝前的安装腔;
    所述出水管包括一端高另一端低的出水段,且所述出水段穿过所述安装腔;
    所述安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板,所述控制板连接有第一电连接线;所述安装腔内的另一侧设置有与所述第一电连接线电连接的接线端子,且所述控制板与所述接线端子分别位于所述出水段的两侧;或者,所述安装腔内的一侧设置有控制板,所述控制板连接有第二电连接线,所述第二电连接线的部分位于所述安装腔内的另一侧,以使所述第二电连接线从所述安装腔内的另一侧穿出所述安装腔,且所述控制板与所述第二电连接线的部分分别位于所述出水段的两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的取水装置,其特征在于,还包括端子安装结构,所述端子安装结构设置于所述安装腔的后腔壁上,所述接线端子安装于所述端子安装结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的取水装置,其特征在于,所述端子安装结构包括两个垂直于所述安装腔的后腔壁且竖向设置的卡板,以及位于两个所述卡板的下侧的、沿横向方向延伸的肋板;
    每个所述卡板包括连接板和位于所述连接板的前端的钩部;
    所述肋板设置有穿线缺口;
    所述接线端子插入两个所述卡板之间,
    所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线穿过所述穿线缺口;所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线连接于所述控制板的下端,所述连接线所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线从所述安装腔内的底部经过。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的取水装置,其特征在于,还包括用于固定所述第一电连接线或所述第二电连接线的压线结构,所述压线结构设置于所述安装腔的后腔壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的取水装置,其特征在于,所述压线结构包括:
    压线板,所述压线板包括垂直于所述安装腔的后腔壁的竖板及连接于所述竖板的前端的、向前拱起的圆弧板,所述圆弧板与所述安装腔的后腔壁间隔设置;
    止挡板,所述止挡板垂直于所述安装腔的后腔壁,且所述圆弧板处于所述止挡板和所述竖板之间,且所述止挡板与所述圆弧板间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的取水装置,其特征在于,
    所述接线端子连接有外接端子,所述外接端子连接有第三电连接线,所述安装腔的后腔壁上设置有用于所述出水段和/或所述第三电连接线穿过的孔洞;或者,所述安装腔的后腔壁上设置有用于所述出水段和/或所述第二电连接线穿过的孔洞。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的取水装置,其特征在于
    所述肋板处于两个所述卡板的下侧预设距离处;所述安装腔的后腔壁上设置有处于两个所述卡板之间的孔洞,所述孔洞的高度等于所述卡板的连接于所述后腔壁的边缘的长度,所述孔洞的宽度等于两个所述卡板之间的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的取水装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    出水开关,所述出水开关设置于所述控制板上;
    按压框,所述按压框具有相连接的上框部和下框部,所述下框部位于所述上框部的下侧;所述基座的前端插入所述上框部;
    所述上框部的上端可转动地设置于所述基座上,所述上框部的上端位于所述出水开关的上侧;所述下框部的下端位于所述出水口的下侧;所述上框部上设置有按压部,且所述按压部位于所述出水开关的前侧,以在所述下框部受力向后转动时,在所述按压框的带动下按压所述出水开关。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的取水装置,其特征在于,
    所述上框部的前表面竖直设置;所述下框部的前表面倾斜设置,且所述下框部的前表面的上端位于所述下框部的前表面的下端的前侧;所述下框部的前表面的上端位于所述上框部的前表面的后侧;
    所述下框部的下端边框的上表面为按压面,所述按压面前低后高倾斜设置;
    所述下框部的下端在水平面上的投影位于所述出水口在所述水平面上的投影的 后侧,所述下框部的下端在水平面上的投影与所述出水口在所述水平面上的投影接触或间隔设置。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括门体和箱体,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的取水装置,所述取水装置的基座设置于所述门体或箱体上。
