背景技术
个人物联网(Personal IoT Network,PIN)网络是基于大量增加的个人物联网设备(PIN Element,PINE),并由个人物联网设备,所组成和衍生的一种网络。这些PINE既可以是可穿戴设备(即人身上的设备,如摄像头、耳机、手表、耳机、健康监测器等),也可以是家中的物联网设备(如智能灯、摄像头、恒温器、门传感器、语音助手、扬声器、冰箱、洗衣机等)。用户主要在家中或身体周围使用所有这些个人物联网设备创建个人物联网网络。通常来说,PIN网络一般用于家庭,办公室等场景,部署在这些场景内的物联网设备,可以实现互联,相互通信、获取服务,因而叫做个人物联网。
在PIN网络中,存在多种场景需要PIN网络中的设备同步PIN网络中的信息,如何实现PIN网络中信息的同步以及需要同步何种信息成为亟需解决的问题。

下面结合附图,通过一些实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法、装置、终端及网络侧设备进行详细地说明。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种信息查询方法,该方法的执行主体为第一通信设备,换言之,该方法可以由安装在第一通信设备的软件或硬件来执行。该方法包括以下步骤。

需要说明的是,所述第一通信设备可以为终端或网络设备,例如可以为具有管理功能的个人物联网设备(PIN Element with Management Capability,PEMC)。所述PEMC通过注册可以获得PIN网络的管理员身份,用于管理整个PIN网络,比如用于将一个PINE加入到PEMC所管理的PIN网络中。在一些实施方式中,每个PEMC可以管理一个或多个PIN网络。
所述第二通信设备可以为移动网络内或移动网络外用于实现对个人物联网进行管理的网络功能或网络设备,例如可以为个人物联网管理功能(PIN Management Function,PINMF)。所述PINMF负责与PIN网络有关的信令处理、与PIN网络有关的标识(Identifier,ID)的分配等,可以是移动网络外的个人物联网服务器(PIN server),也可以是移动网络内的网络功能实体(Network Function,NF)或信任的应用功能(Application Function,AF)。
为了简便起见,在下面的实施例中均以所述第一通信设备为PEMC,所述第二通信设备为PINMF为例进行举例说明。

本申请实施例实现PIN网络中信息的同步。
具体地,本申请实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备。如图9所示,该网络侧设备900包括:处理器901、网络接口902和存储器903。其中,网络接口902例如为通用公共无线接口(common public radio interface,CPRI)。
具体地,本发明实施例的网络侧设备900还包括:存储在存储器903上并可在处理器901上运行的指令或程序,处理器901调用存储器903中的指令或程序执行图6所示各模块执行的方法,并达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,故不在此赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该 程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述信息查询方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,所述处理器为上述实施例中所述的终端中的处理器。所述可读存储介质,可以是非易失性的,也可以是非瞬态的。可读存储介质,可以包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器ROM、随机存取存储器RAM、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述信息查询方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片,系统芯片,芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种计算机程序/程序产品,所述计算机程序/程序产品被存储在存储介质中,所述计算机程序/程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现上述信息查询方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供了一种信息查询系统,包括:终端及网络侧设备,所述终端可用于执行如上所述的信息查询方法的步骤,所述网络侧设备可用于执行如上所述的信息查询方法的步骤。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种信息查询方法,包括:
    第一通信设备向第二通信设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取个人物联网PIN网络相关信息;
    所述第一通信设备从第二通信设备接收第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息包括所述PIN网络相关信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括以下至少一项:
    第一设备标识,所述第一设备标识用于指示所述第一通信设备;
    第一网络标识,所述第一网络标识用于指示第一PIN网络;
    第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示获取与所述第一通信设备相关的PIN网络相关信息;
    第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示获取与所述第一PIN网络相关的PIN网络相关信息;
    第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示获取与PIN网络相关的设备信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第一设备标识用于指示所述第一通信设备在相关的PIN网络中具有管理能力。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括所述第一设备标识和/或所述第一指示信息,所述PIN网络相关信息包括与所述第一通信设备相关的PIN网络的以下至少一项:
    网络标识;
    网络名称;
    网络描述信息;
    第一有效时间信息,所述第一有效时间信息用于指示所述PIN网络的有效时间;
    网络特征信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括所述第一设备标识、所述第一网络标识、所述第二指示信息中的至少一项,所述PIN网络的相关信息包括所述第一PIN网络的以下至少一项:
    网络标识;
    网络名称;
    网络描述信息;
    所述第一通信设备的标识信息;
    第二有效时间信息,所述第二有效时间信息用于指示所述第一PIN网络的有效时间;
    网络特征信息;
    设备信息;
    辅助信息。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括所述第一设备标识、所述第一网络标识、所述第三指示信息中的至少一项,所述PIN网络相关信息包括与第一通信设备相关PIN网络的设备信息或与所述第一PIN网络的设备信息。
  7. 根据权利要求2、5或6所述的方法,其中,所述设备信息包括以下至少一项:
    设备标识;
    媒体接入控制MAC地址;
    设备类型;
    制造商信息;
    设备描述信息;
    设备功能端口信息;
    服务集标识SSID;
    蓝牙标识BT ID;
    密钥信息;
    地址信息;
    服务特征信息,所述服务特征信息用于确定数据网络名DNN或单一网络切片选择辅助信息S-NSSAI的相关信息。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述辅助信息包括以下至少一项:
    第一标识信息,所述第一标识信息用于标识第三通信设备;
    第二标识信息,所述第二标识信息用于标识第四通信设备;
    网络标识;
    阻挡指示,所述阻挡指示用于指示不允许建立直接连接。
  9. 一种信息查询装置,包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向第二通信设备发送第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取个人物联网PIN网络相关信息;
    第一接收模块,用于从第二通信设备接收第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息包括所述PIN网络相关信息。
  10. 一种信息查询方法,包括:
    第二通信设备从第一通信设备接收第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取个人物联网PIN网络相关信息;
    所述第二通信设备根据所述第一请求消息向所述第一通信设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息包括所述PIN网络相关信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括以下至少一项:
    第一设备标识,所述第一设备标识用于指示所述第一通信设备;
    第一网络标识,所述第一网络标识用于指示第一PIN网络;
    第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示获取与所述第一通信设备相关的PIN网络相关信息;
    第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示获取与所述第一PIN网络相关的PIN网络相关信息;
    第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示获取与PIN网络相关的设备信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一设备标识用于指示所述第一通信设备在相关的PIN网络中具有管理能力。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括所述第一设备标识和/或所述第一指示信息,所述PIN网络相关信息包括与所述第一通信设备相关的PIN网络的以下至少一项:
    网络标识;
    网络名称;
    网络描述信息;
    第一有效时间信息,所述第一有效时间信息用于指示所述PIN网络的有效时间;
    网络特征信息。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括所述第一设备标识、所述第一网络标识、所述第二指示信息中的至少一项,所述PIN网络的相关信息包括所述第一PIN网络的以下至少一项:
    网络标识;
    网络名称;
    网络描述信息;
    所述第一通信设备的标识信息;
    第二有效时间信息,所述第二有效时间信息用于指示所述第一PIN网络的有效时间;
    网络特征信息;
    设备信息;
    辅助信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述第一请求消息包括所述第一设备标识、所述第一网络标识、所述第三指示信息中的至少一项,所述PIN网络相关信息包括与第一通信设备相关PIN网络的设备信息或与所述第一PIN网络的设备信息。
  16. 根据权利要求11、14或15所述的方法,其中,所述设备信息包括以下至少一项:
    设备标识;
    媒体接入控制MAC地址;
    设备类型;
    制造商信息;
    设备描述信息;
    设备功能端口信息;

  18. 一种信息查询装置,包括:
    第二接收模块,用于从第一通信设备接收第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于请求获取个人物联网PIN网络相关信息;
    第二发送模块,用于根据所述第一请求消息向所述第一通信设备发送第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息包括所述PIN网络相关信息。
  19. 一种终端,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8任一项所述的信息查询方法的步骤。
  20. 一种网络侧设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器存储可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求10至17任一项所述的信息查询方法的步骤。
  21. 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-8任一项所述的信息查询方法,或者实现如权利要求10至17任一项所述的信息查询方法的步骤。
