说明书本申请要求于2022年07月28日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202221973238.9、发明名称为“一种音箱结构以及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及扬声器技术领域,特别是涉及一种音箱结构以及电子设备。
背景技术
现市面一些电子设备为了好看的外观都会把尺寸做得很薄,相应地,也需要使用到超薄的音箱结构,目前此类音箱结构为了配合整体的外观,都是用单个或是两个相同规格的全音域扬声器装在音箱内,然后在扬声器前面加一个导声结构件或是号角来将声音引导出来,但全音域扬声器在经过导声结构件或号角的反射后,高频会有较大的损失,导致整体音效变差,而为了有较好的高频音效,只能把扬声器的振动质量做轻,但是这样又会导致其低频也有一定的损失,为了提高低频的音质,目前只有通过DSP调整提升来改善,但DSP调整过高时会引发失真过高。
因此,需要设计出一款高音和低音效果都较好的音箱结构。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种音箱结构以及电子设备,以解决相关技术中的缺点与不足。
本申请的一种音箱结构,包括:音箱壳体、导声件、高音扬声器以及中低音扬声器;
所述导声件安装于所述音箱壳体上,所述导声件形成有间隔的高音导声通道和中低音导声通道,所述高音导声通道和中低音导声通道均具有朝向所述音箱壳体的入音口和背向所述音箱壳体的出音口;
所述高音扬声器设于所述音箱壳体上并与所述高音导声通道的入音口相对,所述中低音扬声器设于所述音箱壳体上并与所述中低音导声通道的入音口相对。
相对于相关技术,本申请实施例所述的音箱结构,通过设置高音扬声器和中低音扬声器分别发出不同频率的声音,并通过在导声件中设置高音导声通道和中低音导声通道,将高频和中低频的声音分别引导传输,两种声音受到了各自不同的导声通道的约束,能够更好地传导声音,不仅有效地提高了音效,而实现了全音域声音的发出。本申请实施例所述的音箱结构具有较好的高音和低音效果,其不需要额外的调整,且整体结构简单,将声音传导集中在 一个导声件上,安装使用起来更加方便。

其中,导声件2安装于音箱壳体1上,导声件2形成有间隔的高音导声通道201和中低音导声通道202,高音导声通道201具有朝向音箱壳体1的入音口2021和背向音箱壳体1的出音口2012,同样地,中低音导声通道202具有朝向音箱壳体1的入音口2021和背向音箱壳体1的出音口2022,高音导声通道201的入音口2011和中低音导声通道202的入音口2021都位于导声件2的同一端,高音导声通道201的出音口2012和中低音导声通道202的出音口2022也都位于导声件2的同一端。
高音扬声器3设于音箱壳体1上并与高音导声通道201的入音口2011相对,高音扬声器3发出的高频声音可通过高音导声通道201的入音口2011经过高音导声通道201引导后从其出音口2012发出。

通过上述技术方案可知,本申请实施例的音箱结构,通过设置高音扬声器3和中低音扬声器4分别发出不同频率的声音,并通过在导声件2中设置高音导声通道201和中低音导声通道202,将高频和中低频的声音分别引导传输,两种声音受到了各自不同的导声通道的约束,能够更好地传导声音,不仅有效地提高了音效,而且实现了全音域声音的发出。本申请实施例的音箱结构具有较好的高音和低音效果,其不需要额外的调整,且整体结构简单,将声音传导集中在一个导声件2上,安装使用起来更加方便。
需要说明的是,高音扬声器3和中低音扬声器4接线分音方式可以有以下两种:
第一种,高音扬声器3和中低音扬声器4可单独连接导线7,导线7引出接至外部的电子分音器,外部的电子分音器分别将不同频率的信号传输到高音扬声器3和中低音扬声器4从而发出声音或者;第二种,通过在音箱壳体1内部安装一分音器,高音扬声器3和中低音扬声器4接入分音器中,从而实现不同频率声音的发出。
需要说明的是,高音导声通道201和中低音导声通道202的数量可以根据实际需求调整,只要满足高音扬声器3和高音导声通道201的数量一一对应,中低音扬声器4和中低音导声通道202的数量一一对应,即可。
为了使得低音效果更好,在一实施例中,在本实施例中,中低音导声通道202设有两个,两个中低音导声通道202对称布置于高音导声通道201的两侧,从而获得更好的低音效果。当然,为了使得高音效果更好,在其他一些实施例中,高音导声通道201设有两个,两个高音导声通道201对称布置于中低音导声通道202的两侧(图未示),从而获得更好的高音效果。

为了便于整体音箱结构的组装,本实施例导声件2在高音导声通道201的入音口2011处设置有卡接槽24,高音扬声器3卡接固定于卡接槽24内,且高音扬声器3间隔设于音箱壳体1上,即高音扬声器3与音箱壳体1之间具有一定的间隙,从而可以改善高音扬声器3 的散热效果。
在一实施例中,本实施例音箱壳体1上设置有安装槽111,中低音扬声器4嵌设于安装槽111中,可以有效改善中低音扬声器4的气密性,且便于中低音扬声器4的安装,中低音扬声器4通过紧固件与音箱壳体1固定,紧固件在本实施例中为螺钉5。
在一实施例中,本实施例音箱壳体1相对的两端设置有胶圈固定部112,胶圈固定部112上固定有胶圈1121。胶圈1121用于与外部结构进行固定,从而实现将音箱结构的安装,在安装时,可使用一螺纹件穿过胶圈1121然后再锁固于外部结构的螺纹孔上,从而实现音箱结构的安装固定。
具体地,本实施例音箱壳体1包括上壳体11和下壳体12,上壳体11和下壳体12相互配合安装并围出一音腔10,安装槽111和胶圈固定部112均设置于上壳体11上,中低音扬声器4嵌设于安装槽111后置于音腔10中,可提升低音效果。导声件2与音箱壳体1的上壳体11相互安装,在安装时,导声件2盖在中低音扬声器4上,使得中低音扬声器4上与中低音导声通道202的入音口2021相对,导声件2与音箱壳体1的上壳体11之间可通过螺丝6连接。
本申请实施例音箱结构可通过如下步骤进行组装:
S1:将下壳体12和上壳体11组装到一起构成音箱壳体1;
S2:在胶圈固定部112装上胶圈1121,将导线7装入至音箱壳体1内;
S3:将中低音扬声器4嵌设在安装槽111内,并锁上螺钉5;
S4:将第一导声壳体21和第二导声壳体22通过超声波或胶水粘合等方式粘接组装在一起,构成导声件2;
S5:将高音扬声器3装入卡接槽24内,使其与高音导声通道201的入音口2011相对;
S6:将导声件2盖在音箱壳体1的上壳体11上,使得中低音扬声器4上与中低音导声通道202的入音口2021相对,并锁上螺丝6。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,其包括如上所述的音箱结构,该电子设备可以是交互式显示屏,应用上述音箱结构的电子设备具有较好的高音和低音效果,其不需要额外的调整,且整体结构简单,将声音传导集中在一个导声件上,安装使用起来更加方便。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种音箱结构,其中,包括:
    音箱壳体、导声件、高音扬声器以及中低音扬声器;
    所述导声件安装于所述音箱壳体上,所述导声件形成有间隔的高音导声通道和中低音导声通道,所述高音导声通道和中低音导声通道均具有朝向所述音箱壳体的入音口和背向所述音箱壳体的出音口;
    所述高音扬声器设于所述音箱壳体上并与所述高音导声通道的入音口相对,所述中低音扬声器设于所述音箱壳体上并与所述中低音导声通道的入音口相对。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述中低音导声通道设有两个,两个所述中低音导声通道对称布置于所述高音导声通道的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述高音导声通道设有两个,两个所述高音导声通道对称布置于所述中低音导声通道的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述中低音导声通道内设有多个分流隔条,多个所述分流隔条依次间隔设置以将所述中低音导声通道隔出多个分支通道。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述导声件包括相互连接的第一导声壳体和第二导声壳体,所述第一导声壳体和第二导声壳体共同围合出所述高音导声通道和中低音导声通道。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述导声件在所述高音导声通道的入音口处设置有用于卡接固定所述高音扬声器的卡接槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述高音扬声器间隔设于音箱壳体上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述音箱壳体上设置有安装槽,所述中低音扬声器嵌设于所述安装槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的音箱结构,其中:
    所述音箱壳体相对的两端设置有胶圈固定部,所述胶圈固定部上固定有胶圈。
  10. 一种电子设备,其中,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的音箱结构。
