下面,参照附图,描述根据本公开第一方面实施例的头戴设备的扬声装置1000。
如图1和图2所示,扬声装置1000可以包括壳体组件100和扬声组件200,壳体组件100内具有安装腔11、前音腔12和后音腔13,安装腔11包括多个子腔111,每个子腔111均与前音腔12连通,每个子腔111均与后音腔13连通,扬声组件200包括多个扬声器4,多个扬声器4一一对应地设于多个子腔111,以使每个子腔111分别对应设置一个扬声器4。
由此,通过设置多个扬声器4共用前音腔12,且多个扬声器4共用后音腔13,从而可以提高扬声组件200的整体功率以及声学效果。而且,相比于同时设置多个扬声单元,每个扬声单元均包括扬声器和与扬声器配合的前音腔、后音腔来说,本公开实施例的扬声装置1000,由于多个扬声器4共用前音腔12和后音腔13,扬声装置1000整体所占用空间可以更小,更加适用于空间有限的位置。且相比于分别单独安装多个扬声单元来说,可以缩减装配步骤,提高装配效果,且便于维修和更换。
综上,根据本公开实施例的扬声装置1000,由于扬声装置1000包括多个扬声器4共用音腔,从而可以在空间有限的情况下提升声学性能,缩短声音的传导距离。值得说明的是,根据本公开实施例的扬声装置1000,可以选择设置在侧绑带中时,从而可以进一步缩短扬声装置1000到人耳的距离,进而可以省去导音管,降低成本,简化结构,并提高声音质量。可以理解的是,当扬声装置1000设置在侧绑带的靠近人耳的位置时,可以更好地提高声音质量。当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,也可以将扬声装置1000设置在头戴电子设备的顶绑带或中壳等位置,这里不作赘述。
值得说明的是,根据本公开实施例的扬声装置1000中,每个扬声器4的具体类型不限,可以根据需要实际选择,且多个扬声器4的规格参数可以相同、也可以不同,从而可以根据需要,搭配协同出所需的声学效果。
例如在本公开的一些具体示例中,如图2所示,扬声装置1000包括两个扬声器4,两个扬声器4相同,即两个扬声器4的形状尺寸一致且规格参数也一致,从而具有互换性,安装时更加方便,提高装配效率。而且,在保证提高声学效果的同时,扬声装置1000的整体尺寸可以相对更小,更加有利于在有限空间使用。
在本公开的一些实施例中,对两个扬声器4的工作控制可以根据实际要求设计,例如在一些实施例中,可以将两个扬声器4设置为同时工作,又例如在另外一些实施例中,也可以将两个扬声器4设置为可选择切换其中任一个单独工作或两个同时工作,从而满足不同的实际需求。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,壳体组件100的长度两端分别为第一端1a和第二端1b,前音腔12位于安装腔11的靠近第一端1a的一侧,后音腔13位于安装腔11的靠近第二端1b的一侧,在壳体组件100的长度方向F1上,前音腔12的长度小于后音腔13的长度。也就是说,在壳体组件100的长度方向F1上,前音腔12和后音腔13分别位于扬声组件200的两侧,前音腔12的长度小于后音腔13的长度,壳体组件100的长度两端分别为靠近前音腔12的第一端1a和靠近后音腔13的第二端1b。
由此,此种长条形的扬声装置1000整体的结构形状小巧,占用空间小,适用于绑带等较为长且窄的空间应用。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,壳体组件100上具有与前音腔12连通的出音孔14,出音孔14设于第一端1a的端面上。由此,可以较好地保证扬声组件200到出音孔14的距离较短,进一步提升人耳的听觉效果。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,出音孔14的中心偏离第一端1a的宽度中心和/或厚度中心设置,且出音孔14占据第一端1a的长度的1/3以上。由此,一方面可以保证出音孔14的尺寸较大,可以提升出音效果,另一方面使得出音孔14比较靠近壳体组件100的宽度一侧和/或厚度一侧,从而可以进一步拉近出音孔14到人耳之间的距离,例如,当扬声装置1000用于侧绑带时,侧绑带通常位于人耳的上方,侧绑带的宽度一侧靠近人耳,侧绑带的宽度另一侧靠近头顶,由此,通过将出音孔14靠近壳体组件100的宽度一侧设置和/或厚度一侧,可以进一步拉近出音孔14到人耳的距离。此外,值得说明的是,“1/3以上”:包括1/3和大于1/3,例如可以是1/3、1.1/3、1.2/3、1.3/3、1.4/3、1.5/3、1.6/3、1.7/3、1.8/3、1.9/3、2/3、2.1/3等等,这里不作赘述。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,壳体组件100上具有与后音腔13连通的通气孔15,通气孔15可以设于第二端1b的端面上,且通气孔15的开孔面积小于出音孔14的开孔面积,从而可以保证声学效果,且方便加工,可选地,通气孔15的中心位于第二端1b的宽度中心位置,从而方便加工,且可以提升声学效果。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,安装腔11中的多个子腔111沿壳体组件100的宽度方向F2依次排列,这样,多个子腔111属于并排设置,前音腔12位于多个子腔111的同侧,后音腔13也位于多个子腔111的同侧,从而多个子腔111可以很容易同时与前音腔12连通、且可以很容易同时与后音腔13连通,由此,可以简化结构和声音传递路径,进一步提升声学效果。
并且,可以理解的是,通过如上设置安装腔11,可以使得多个扬声器4为并排设置地平铺于壳体组件100内,从而可以使得多个扬声器4可以互不影响、干扰地各自发音,提高整体声学效果,而且可以降低扬声组件200在壳体组件100的厚度方向F3上的高度,从而降低扬声装置1000整体的厚度,适用于绑带等较为长且窄且薄的空间应用。当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,也可以将各扬声器4设置为沿壳体组件100的厚度方向F3叠置等等,这里不作赘述。
进一步地,当多个扬声器4并排平铺于壳体组件100内时,在一些实施例中,结合图3 和图4,壳体组件100包括沿厚度方向F3相对设置的顶壁1c与底壁1d,安装腔11包括位于扬声组件200与顶壁1c之间的顶通道112,每个子腔111均通过顶通道112与后音腔13连通,安装腔11还包括位于扬声组件200与底壁1d之间的底通道113,每个子腔111均通过底通道113与前音腔12连通。由此,结构简单,可以简单且有效地保证每个子腔111与前音腔12的同时连通,以及每个子腔111与后音腔13的同时连通,且连通效果好,可以更好地提升声学效果。
在本公开的一些实施例中,如图2和图5所示,壳体组件100可以包括:支架2,支架2包括框架部21和出音部22,框架部21限定出多个第一限位槽211,多个扬声器4一一对应地限位配合于多个第一限位槽211,出音部22限定出前音腔12。由此,可以利用支架2实现对多个扬声器4的安装与固定,提高装配效率,并且将第一限位槽211和前音腔12均设于同一支架2上,从而可以保证各扬声器4与前音腔12的相对位置稳定,从而保证和提升声学效果。
例如,在一些具体示例中,如图5所示,框架部21可以包括边框213和分隔筋212,分隔筋212设于边框213内,且与边框213共同限定出多个第一限位槽211,分隔筋212可以限制相邻两个扬声器4之间保证一定距离,由此,结构简单,方便加工。同时,边框213的一条框边的外侧设有出音部22,出音部22内的前音腔12通过该框边上的连通口与每个第一限位槽211分别连通,出音部22的外表面上设有开口,开口与出音孔14相对,以使前音腔12可以通过出音孔14出音。其中,第一限位槽211的形状可以与对应的扬声器4的形状相匹配,从而可以提高限位效果,且便于设计、加工和装配,提高结构紧凑性。
进一步地,如图2所示,壳体组件100还可以包括:外壳3,支架2设于外壳3内,外壳3独自限定出后音腔13,外壳3与支架2共同限定出安装腔11。由此,可以简单且有效地获得安装腔11、前音腔12、后音腔13,壳体组件100的结构简单、便于加工和装配,且便于扬声组件200向壳体组件100的装配。
进一步地,如图2所示,壳体组件100上具有与前音腔12连通的出音孔14和与后音腔13连通的通气孔15,出音孔14和通气孔15可以均设于外壳3上。由此,可以简单且有效地获得出音孔14和通气孔15,壳体组件100的结构简单、便于加工和装配。
可选地,如图2和图6所示,外壳3可以包括底座31和盖板32,底座31限定出厚度一侧敞开的安装空间311,安装空间311内具有第二限位槽312,支架2设于安装空间311且定位配合于第二限位槽312,盖板32盖设于底座31的敞开侧以与底座31共同限定出后音腔13。由此,外壳3的结构简单、便于加工,可以利用第二限位槽312保证支架2与外 壳3的相对位置稳定可靠,保证声学效果,而且,此种结构的外壳3组成简单,便于自身的加工与装配,且便于与支架2的装配。其中,第二限位槽312的形状可以与支架2的形状相匹配,从而可以提高限位效果,且便于设计、加工和装配,提高结构紧凑性。
例如,在装配时,可以将多个扬声器4分别对应固定在支架2上的多个第一限位槽211处获得半成品组件,将该半成品组件安装于底座31的第二限位槽312内,获得前音腔12,然后将盖板32盖设在底座31的敞开口上,从而获得由底座31和盖板32共同限定出的后音腔13。
在一些实施例中,底座31上具有朝向远离盖板32的方向凸出的凸出部313,第二限位槽312包括对应凸出部313设置的局部沉槽314,出音部22配合于局部沉槽314。由此,可以降低出音部22的位置,从而使得前音腔12可以靠近壳体组件100的厚度一侧设置,进而有利于实现出音孔14靠近壳体组件100的厚度一侧设置,从而可以更好地拉近出音孔14与人耳之前的距离。
下面,描述根据本公开第二方面实施例的头戴设备。
根据本公开实施例的头戴设备包括根据上述实施例的头戴设备的扬声装置1000。由此,根据本公开实施例的头戴设备,通过设置根据本公开实施例的扬声装置1000,由于扬声装置1000包括多个扬声器4共用音腔,从而可以在空间有限的情况下提升声学性能,缩短声音的传导距离,进而有利于保证头戴设备的音质,从而提升用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,头戴设备的具体类型不限,例如可以是VR/AR/XR设备等等。在本公开的一些具体示例中,头戴设备可以包括侧绑带,扬声装置1000设于侧绑带,从而可以进一步缩短扬声装置1000到人耳的距离,进而可以省去导音管,降低成本,简化结构,并提高声音质量。可以理解的是,当扬声装置1000设置在侧绑带的靠近人耳的位置时,可以更好地提高声音质量。
此外,可以理解的是,侧绑带可以包括位于人体头部左右两侧的两个绑带段,每个绑带段分别设置有扬声装置1000,从而使得两侧的耳朵都可以感受声音,提升用户体验。当然,本公开不限于此,在本公开的其他实施例中,也可以将扬声装置1000设置在头戴电子设备的顶绑带或中壳等位置,这里不作赘述。
另外,根据本公开实施例的头戴设备在类型确定后,头戴设备的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而 不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,包括:
    壳体组件,所述壳体组件内具有安装腔、前音腔和后音腔,所述安装腔包括多个子腔,每个所述子腔均与所述前音腔连通,每个所述子腔均与所述后音腔连通;
    扬声组件,所述扬声组件包括多个扬声器,多个所述扬声器一一对应地设于多个所述子腔,以使每个所述子腔分别对应设置一个所述扬声器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述壳体组件的长度两端分别为第一端和第二端,所述前音腔位于所述安装腔的靠近所述第一端的一侧,所述后音腔位于所述安装腔的靠近所述第二端的一侧,在所述壳体组件的长度方向上,所述前音腔的长度小于所述后音腔的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述壳体组件上具有与所述前音腔连通的出音孔,所述出音孔设于所述第一端的端面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述出音孔的中心偏离所述第一端的宽度中心和/或厚度中心设置,且所述出音孔占据所述第一端的长度的1/3以上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述安装腔中的多个所述子腔沿所述壳体组件的宽度方向依次排列,以使多个所述扬声器并排平铺于所述壳体组件内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述壳体组件包括沿厚度方向相对设置的顶壁与底壁,所述安装腔包括位于所述扬声组件与所述顶壁之间的顶通道,每个所述子腔均通过所述顶通道与所述后音腔连通,所述安装腔还包括位于所述扬声组件与所述底壁之间的底通道,每个所述子腔均通过所述底通道与所述前音腔连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述壳体组件包括:支架,所述支架包括框架部和出音部,所述框架部限定出多个第一限位槽,多个所述扬声器一一对应地限位配合于多个所述第一限位槽,所述出音部限定出所述前音腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述壳体组件还包括:外壳,所述支架设于所述外壳内,所述外壳独自限定出所述后音腔,所述外壳与所述支架共同限定出所述安装腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述壳体组件上具有与所述前音腔连通的出音孔和与所述后音腔连通的通气孔,所述出音孔和所述通气孔均设于所述外壳上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述外壳包括底座和盖板,所述底座限定出厚度一侧敞开的安装空间,所述安装空间内具有第二限位槽,所述支架设于所述安装空间且定位配合于所述第二限位槽,所述盖板盖设于所述底座的敞开侧以与所述底座共同限定出所述后音腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述底座上具有朝向远离所述盖板的方向凸出的凸出部,所述第二限位槽包括对应所述凸出部设置的局部沉槽,所述出音部配合于所述局部沉槽。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的头戴设备的扬声装置,其中,所述扬声装置包括两个所述扬声器,且两个所述扬声器相同或不同。
  13. 一种头戴设备,其中,包括根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的头戴设备的扬声装置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的头戴设备,其中,所述头戴设备包括侧绑带,所述扬声装置设于所述侧绑带。
