有益效果
本申请实施例提供的防尘贴膜装置的有益效果在于:防尘贴膜装置包括定位框、保护膜和粘贴膜,定位框用于扣在移动终端上,移动终端的屏幕通过定位框上的开窗外露,粘贴膜横跨开窗且固定在定位框上,保护膜用于粘贴固定在粘贴膜上,且位于定位框内。保护膜的背面贴附有折叠离型膜,折叠离型膜包括粘贴在保护膜背面的离型膜本体,还包括灰尘吸附膜,离型膜本体和灰尘吸附膜相互折叠。这样,在贴附保护膜时,首先清理终端屏幕,然后将定位框扣在移动终端上,灰尘吸附膜与移动终端的屏幕接触,吸附移动终端屏幕上的残留的灰尘,然后向外抽拉灰尘吸附膜,将离型膜本体也带出,最后将保护膜按压至屏幕上,完成贴膜。通过定位框的设置,可以防止保护膜贴歪,通过设置灰尘吸附膜可以进一步清理屏幕上残留的灰尘,提高了贴膜成功的几率。

提供了一种防尘贴膜装置,包括用于容纳移动终端的定位框、粘贴膜以及用于贴附在所述移动终端屏幕上的保护膜,所述定位框上开设有使所述移动终端屏幕外露的开窗,所述粘贴膜横跨所述开窗且固定在所述定位框上,所述保护膜的用于贴附在所述移动终端屏幕上的一面为所述保护膜的背面,所述保护膜与其背面相对的一面为其正面,所述保护膜的背面贴附有折叠离型膜,所述保护膜用于放置在所述定位框内,且所述保护膜的正面用于与所述粘贴膜粘贴固定,所述折叠离型膜包括具有静电吸附能力的灰尘吸附膜以及粘贴于所述保护膜背面的离型膜本体,所述灰尘吸附膜和所述离型膜本体折叠连接,所述灰尘吸附膜伸出所述定位框设置。
贴膜的具体步骤如下:首先将保护膜放入定位框内,然后将粘贴膜粘贴固定在定位框上,此时,保护膜也与粘贴膜粘贴固定;或者,首先将粘贴膜粘贴固定在定位框上,然后将保护膜放入定位框内,保护膜被粘贴膜粘贴固定,保证定位框倒扣时,保护膜不会掉落。然后将定位框倒扣在移动终端上,此时,折叠离型膜的灰尘吸附膜与移动终端的屏幕相接触,吸附屏幕上的灰尘,然后拉扯伸出定位框外的部分灰尘吸附膜,灰尘吸附膜被拉出时,会带动离型膜本体一同拉出,使保护膜的背面直接与移动终端的屏幕接触,最后按压保护膜的正面,排出保护膜和屏幕之间的气体,最后取下定位框,完成贴膜。
在一个实施例中,所述定位框包括用于盖设在所述移动终端屏幕上的顶板以及用于包裹所述移动终端侧面的框形侧壁,所述顶板和所述框形侧壁固定连接,所述开窗位于所述顶板上,所述顶板面向所述框形侧壁的一侧开设有用于容纳所述保护膜的定位槽,所述定位槽与所述保护膜的形状相互匹配。
在一个实施例中,所述顶板上凸起设置有定位柱,所述粘贴膜上开设有定位孔,所述定位柱穿过所述定位孔设置。
在一个实施例中,所述顶板的用于固定所述粘贴膜的一侧具有凹陷部,所述粘贴膜固定于所述凹陷部处。
在一个实施例中,所述框形侧壁开设有用于避让所述移动终端的按键的避让口。
在一个实施例中,所述框形侧壁靠近所述顶板处开设有伸出口,所述灰尘吸附膜穿过所述伸出口至所述定位框的外部。
在一个实施例中,所述顶板的边缘具有相对所述框形侧壁凸起设置的裙边。
在一个实施例中,所述灰尘吸附膜包括用于与所述保护膜重叠设置的第一本体部、均由所述第一本体部延伸而成的第一延伸部以及手拉部,所述离型膜本体包括用于与所述保护膜重叠设置的第二本体部以及由所述第二本体部延伸而成的第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部折叠连接且相互重叠,所述手拉部伸出所述定位框设置。

为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
请一并参阅图1及图2,防尘贴膜装置包括定位框1、粘贴膜2和保护膜3。定位框1用于容纳移动终端100,如手机、平板等,定位框1上开设有开窗111,当定位框1扣在移动终端100上时,移动终端100的屏幕能够通过开窗111外露,方便在保护膜3贴在移动终端100屏幕上后,直接按压保护膜3,以排出空气。粘贴膜2用于固定在定位框1上,具体而言,粘贴膜2横跨开窗111,且粘贴膜2的两端分别固定于定位框1的相对两侧。保护膜3用于贴附在移动终端100的屏幕上,对移动终端100的屏幕起到保护作用。保护膜3用于贴附到移动终端100的屏幕上的一面为保护膜3的背面,保护膜3与其背面相对设置的一面为保护膜3的正面。保护膜3的正面用于贴附至粘贴膜2上,保护膜3位于定位框1的内部。保护膜3的背面贴附有折叠离型膜4,折叠离型膜4包括相互折叠连接的灰尘吸附膜42和离型膜本体41,离型膜本体41用于贴附在保护膜3的背面,灰尘吸附膜42具有静电吸附能力,能够吸附屏幕上的灰尘,而且灰尘吸附膜42伸出定位框1设置,方便用户手拉灰尘吸附膜42。
贴膜的具体步骤如下:首先将保护膜3放入定位框1内,然后将粘贴膜2粘贴固定在定位框1上,此时,保护膜3也与粘贴膜2粘贴固定;或者,首先将粘贴膜2粘贴固定在定位框1上,然后将保护膜3放入定位框1内,保护膜3被粘贴膜2粘贴固定,保证定位框1倒扣时,保护膜3不会掉落。然后将定位框1倒扣在移动终端100上,此时,折叠离型膜4的灰尘吸附膜42与移动终端100的屏幕相接触,吸附屏幕上的灰尘,然后将拉扯伸出定位框1外的部分灰尘吸附膜42,灰尘吸附膜42被拉出时,会带动离型膜本体41一同拉出,使保护膜3的背面直接与移动终端100的屏幕接触,最后按压保护膜3的正面,排出保护膜3和屏幕之间的气体,最后取下定位框1,完成贴膜。
上述实施例中的防尘贴膜装置,包括定位框1、保护膜3和粘贴膜2,定位框1用于扣在移动终端100上,移动终端100的屏幕通过定位框1上的开窗111外露,粘贴膜2横跨开窗111用于固定在定位框1上,保护膜3用于粘贴固定在粘贴膜2上,且位于定位框1内。保护膜3的背面贴附有折叠离型膜4,折叠离型膜4包括粘贴在保护膜3背面的离型膜本体41,还包括灰尘吸附膜42,离型膜本体41和灰尘吸附膜42相互折叠。这样,在贴附保护膜3时,首先清理终端屏幕,然后将定位框1扣在移动终端100上,灰尘吸附膜42与移动终端100的屏幕接触,吸附移动终端100屏幕上的残留的灰尘,然后向外抽拉灰尘吸附膜42,将离型膜本体41也带出,最后将保护膜3按压至屏幕上,完成贴膜。通过定位框1的设置,可以防止保护膜3贴歪,通过灰尘吸附膜42可以进一步清理屏幕上残留的灰尘,提高了贴膜成功的几率。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图3,定位框1包括顶板11和框形侧壁12,在定位框1扣设在移动终端100上时,顶板11盖设在移动终端100的屏幕上,框形侧壁12包裹于移动终端100的侧面,顶板11上具有上述的开窗111,使移动终端100的屏幕外露,便于保护膜3贴在屏幕上后,通过开窗111按压保护膜3正面,排出空气。顶板11和框形侧壁12固定连接,形成用于容纳移动终端100的容纳腔。顶板11面向框形侧壁12的一侧开设有定位槽116,定位槽116也呈框形,定位槽116用于容纳保护膜3,定位槽116的形状与保护膜3的形状相互匹配,使保护膜3不会偏位,当定位框1倒扣在移动终端100上时,保护膜3正好贴附在屏幕上,不会相对屏幕偏位。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1及图2,顶板11上凸起设置有定位柱114,具体而言,顶板11的背向框形侧壁12的一侧凸起设置有定位柱114,粘贴膜2上开设有定位孔21,定位柱114穿过定位孔21设置。定位孔21和定位柱114的配合可以对粘贴膜2进行定位,方便用户操作。定位柱114、定位孔21的个数和分布此处不作限定。例如,粘贴膜2的相对两侧均设置有一个或者两个定位孔21,顶板11的相对两侧也对应设置有一个或者两个定位柱114。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2,顶板11用于固定粘贴膜2的一侧具有凹陷部113,即,顶板11的背面框形侧壁12的一侧具有凹陷部113,粘贴膜2固定在凹陷部113处。凹陷部113的设置使得粘贴膜2更靠近移动终端100屏幕,从而使保护膜3更靠近移动终端100的屏幕,在折叠离型膜4被抽出后,保护膜3能够更快速地贴合至屏幕上。其中,定位柱114可设置于凹陷部113处,对粘贴膜2进行定位。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1至图3,框形侧壁12开设有避让口121,避让口121用于避让移动终端100的按键,方便在贴膜时,按压移动终端100的开关机键进行锁屏,以免贴膜过程中亮屏,用户无法观察贴膜情况而影响贴膜质量。避让口121的具体形状此处不作限定,只要能够使移动终端100的按键外露即可。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图3,框形侧壁12靠近顶板11处开设有伸出口122,灰尘吸附膜42的一端从伸出口122伸出至定位框1的外部,位于定位框1外部的灰尘吸附膜42供用户抽拉,使折叠离型膜4能够整体被抽出。另外,伸出口122还对灰尘吸附膜42具有限位作用,限制灰尘吸附膜42的自由端在重力作用下掉落。伸出口的122在定位框1宽度方向的尺寸大于或者等于折叠离型膜4在定位框1宽度方向的尺寸,即,伸出口的122宽度大于或者等于折叠离型膜4的宽度,使折叠离型膜4能够顺利被抽出。
可选地,灰尘吸附膜42在定位框1内和定位框1外的宽度相同。这样,在灰尘吸附膜42被拉出时,不会被卡在伸出口122处,使灰尘吸附膜42的拉出过程更加顺滑。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1至图3,顶板11的边缘处具有裙边112,裙边112相对框形侧壁12凸起设置,方便用户取出和放置定位框1。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1,粘贴膜2上开设有按压孔22,在保护膜3贴附至移动终端100的屏幕上时,手指可穿过按压孔22直接按压保护膜3的正面,使空气可以快速排出。按压孔22的形状此处不作限定。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1及图2,定位框1上设置有标识部115,标识部115用于标识定位框1如何摆放。具体而言,定位框1上可设置“TOP”、“顶”、“上”等文字(文字即为标识部115),或者设置箭头标识(箭头即为标识部115)此处为定位框1的顶部,需要与手机的顶部对应放置,防止定位框1放反。标识部115可设置在顶板11的表面,比较醒目,容易被用户发现。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图4及图5,灰尘吸附膜42包括第一本体部411、第一延伸部412和手拉部423,离型膜本体41包括相互连接的第二本体部421和第二延伸部422。离型膜本体41的第二本体部421与保护膜3的背面相互贴附,第一本体部411和第二本体部421相互重叠。第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422相互重叠,且第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422折叠连接。第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422的设置使得离型膜本体41和灰尘吸附膜42的折叠连接处不在保护膜3的边缘,防止离型膜本体41的折叠连接处过于靠近保护膜3本体的边缘而起翘(起翘处容易进灰)。手拉部423位于定位框1的外部,供用户手拉,从而使折叠离型膜4整体拉出。
可选地,第一延伸部412和手拉部423分别设置在第一本体部411的长度方向上的相对两侧,这样,在用户拉扯手拉部423时,第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422的连接处能够受到拉力,从而使折叠离型膜4能够快速地拉出。
可选地,手拉部423呈弧形设置,防止其边缘棱角刮伤用户。
可选地,定位框1具有用于避让第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422的避让结构123,避免折叠离型膜4与框形侧壁12干涉。具体而言,框形侧壁12具有用于避让第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422的避让结构123。避让结构123与第一延伸部412和第二延伸部422的形状相同,可均为方形。

Claims (15)

  1. 防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,包括用于容纳移动终端的定位框、粘贴膜以及用于贴附在所述移动终端屏幕上的保护膜,所述定位框上开设有使所述移动终端屏幕外露的开窗,所述粘贴膜横跨所述开窗且固定在所述定位框上,所述保护膜的用于贴附在所述移动终端屏幕上的一面为所述保护膜的背面,所述保护膜与其背面相对的一面为其正面,所述保护膜的背面贴附有折叠离型膜,所述保护膜用于放置在所述定位框内,且所述保护膜的正面用于与所述粘贴膜粘贴固定,所述折叠离型膜包括具有静电吸附能力的灰尘吸附膜以及粘贴于所述保护膜背面的离型膜本体,所述灰尘吸附膜和所述离型膜本体折叠连接,所述灰尘吸附膜伸出所述定位框设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述定位框包括用于盖设在所述移动终端屏幕上的顶板以及用于包裹所述移动终端侧面的框形侧壁,所述顶板和所述框形侧壁固定连接,所述开窗位于所述顶板上,所述顶板面向所述框形侧壁的一侧开设有用于容纳所述保护膜的定位槽,所述定位槽与所述保护膜的形状相互匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述顶板上凸起设置有定位柱,所述粘贴膜上开设有定位孔,所述定位柱穿过所述定位孔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述顶板的用于固定所述粘贴膜的一侧具有凹陷部,所述粘贴膜固定于所述凹陷部处。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述框形侧壁开设有用于避让所述移动终端的按键的避让口。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述框形侧壁靠近所述顶板处开设有伸出口,所述灰尘吸附膜穿过所述伸出口至所述定位框的外部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述伸出口在所述定位框宽度方向的尺寸大于或者等于所述折叠离型膜在所述定位框宽度方向的尺寸。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述顶板的边缘具有相对所述框形侧壁凸起设置的裙边。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述灰尘吸附膜于所述定位框内和所述定位框外的宽度相同。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述灰尘吸附膜包括用于与所述保护膜重叠设置的第一本体部、均由所述第一本体部延伸而成的第一延伸部以及手拉部,所述离型膜本体包括用于与所述保护膜重叠设置的第二本体部以及由所述第二本体部延伸而成的第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部折叠连接且相互重叠,所述手拉部伸出所述定位框设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部和所述手拉部分别设置于所述第一本体部的长度方向上的相对两侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述手拉部呈弧形。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述定位框具有用于避让所述第一延伸部和所述第二延伸部的避让结构。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述定位框上设置有用于标识其摆放方位的标识部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的防尘贴膜装置,其特征在于,所述标识部为箭头或者文字。
