近年来,随着电子产生的迅速发展,触屏式的智能手机相当普及。手机在日常使用过程中,难免会受灰尘和油污的侵扰,缩短了使用寿命,如若遇到意外撞击可能会摔坏机壳或者手机屏。
因此,为了防尘、防污、防振和防摔,研制出了多种防护功能的保护套来保护手机。目前,市场上出现的保护套只能保护机身外壳,而手机屏幕的保护则被忽略,众所周知,触摸操作手机时,屏幕容易被划伤,且手机屏幕容易受灰尘和油污的侵扰,使用者为了保护屏幕,需另外加贴保护膜。贴膜除了能够保护手机屏幕的功能外,还附带了诸如防辐射、防静电、抗蓝光、及提高透光率等功能,深受消费者的喜爱。而现有的手机在贴膜时,通常将不干胶制成的保护膜粘贴到贴膜板上,在贴膜时需要专业的贴膜人员对手机进行贴膜,由于贴膜板的质地不均及手工操作时对不干胶带张力的影响。使得普通人难以使保护膜更好的贴到手机上,从而容易导致手机屏幕与保护膜之间出现许多气泡,进而导致贴膜后表面凹凸不平,最后影响手机屏幕的美观度。其次,当手机摔下时,由于手机屏幕与保护膜之间存在很多气泡,使得保护膜不能更好的保护手机屏幕,从而造成手机屏幕破裂,进而造成手机损坏。
