如图1至图9所示,本申请实施例公开一种笔,所公开的笔包括笔杆100和笔夹200,笔杆100设有电连接口110,电连接口110能够与充电插头实现配合,用以对笔实现充电。笔夹200活动地设于笔杆100上,笔夹200在笔杆100上能够在第一位置与第二位置之间切换。
其中:在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,笔夹200覆盖电连接口110,使得笔夹200能够发挥对电连接口110的遮挡作用,从而能够避免电连接口110在不充电的时段内外露于用户的视野中,同时,笔夹200覆盖电连接口110还能够避免异物较为容易地进入到电连接口110中而造成电连接口110的堵塞,进而对笔的充电功能造成影响。在此种情况下,笔夹200与笔杆100之间形成夹持间隙,方便用户在不使用笔时,能够利用夹持间隙将笔夹持于口袋的边沿或书本等物体上。
在笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200与电连接口110错位,以使电连接口110外露,从而使得用户能够较为方便地使用电连接口110与充电插头配合以对笔进行充电。
本申请实施例公开的笔通过对相关技术中的笔的结构进行改进,通过在笔杆100上开设电连接口110,且使得笔夹200与笔杆100活动相连,笔夹200在笔杆100上具有第一位置和第二位置,在用户需要对笔进行充电的情况下,笔夹200处于第二位置,此时,外露的电连接口110能够方便用户对笔进行充电;在用户结束对笔的充电的情况下,笔夹200处于第一位置,此时,笔夹200能够覆盖电连接口110,从而使得笔夹200能够对电连接口110实现遮挡,用以提升笔的外观性能,同时笔夹200的遮挡能够缓解异物较为容易地侵入到电连接口110的问题。
在本申请实施例公开的笔中,为使得笔夹200与电连接口110之间具有不同的位置关系,可以设置笔夹200相对于笔杆100滑动或转动,用以实现笔夹200与笔杆100之间的活动连接。
具体的,在一种可选的技术方案中,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,笔夹200的延伸方向与笔杆100的延伸方向一致,在笔夹200相对于笔杆100可滑动且笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200的滑动方向与笔杆100的延伸方向一致。在此种情况下,笔杆100的延伸方向有足够长的结构,从而有利于实现笔夹200沿笔杆100的延伸方向与笔杆100滑动配合。并且,参考按压笔的设置,用户通常会在笔的延伸方向对笔进行按压操作,用以实现露出笔芯的可书写状态与收纳笔芯的收纳状态,本申请中,笔杆100的延伸方向、笔夹200的延伸方向以及两者之间进行滑动配合的方向均一致,使得对笔夹200与笔杆100之间的滑动配合的操作方式与上述按压笔的操作方式一致,较为符合用户通常的使用习惯,从而能够方便用户的操作。
在另一种可选的技术方案中,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,笔夹200的延伸方向与笔杆100的延伸方向一致,在笔夹200相对于笔杆100可转动且笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200的延伸方向与笔杆100的延伸方向具有目标角度。在此种情况下,笔夹200与笔杆100之间可以具有多种转动方式,笔夹200的延伸方向与笔杆100的延伸方向之间的目标角度不唯一,从而使得笔夹200与笔杆100之间的转动配合的具体设置较为灵活。
在进一步的技术方案中,在笔夹200相对于笔杆100可滑动的情况下, 笔杆100可以包括第一凸起120,笔夹200可以包括包裹部210,包裹部210包裹第一凸起120,且与第一凸起120沿笔夹200的延伸方向滑动配合,电连接口110开设于第一凸起120上,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,包裹部210覆盖电连接口110。在此种情况下,第一凸起120的设置能够使得笔杆100的对应位置处的周向的尺寸较大,即第一凸起120所处的位置较粗,从而有利于布设电连接口110,同时还能够通过第一凸起120与包裹部210之间的导向配合实现笔夹200相对于笔杆100的滑动。
为进一步提升笔夹200与笔杆100之间滑动配合的稳定性,在更为具体的技术方案中,包裹部210的内壁和第一凸起120的表面中一者可以设有第二凸起121,另一者可以设有第一导向槽211,第二凸起121与第一导向槽211在笔夹200的滑动方向导向配合。在此种情况下,在笔夹200在第一位置与第二位置之间进行切换时,包裹部210与第一凸起120之间能够通过第一导向槽211与第二凸起121实现导向配合,从而使得包裹部210与第一凸起120之间的滑动配合较为稳定。
在本申请实施例公开的笔中,笔杆100可以设有限位凸部130,笔夹200可以设有限位槽220,限位槽220的两端分别为第一封闭端221和第二封闭端222,限位槽220与限位凸部130沿笔夹200的滑动方向滑动配合,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,限位凸部130与第一封闭端221限位配合,在笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,限位凸部130与第二封闭端222限位配合。在此种情况下,限位凸部130与第一封闭端221之间的限位配合能够避免笔夹200从第二位置切换至第一位置时发生过度滑动,同理,限位凸部130与第二封闭端222之间的限位配合能够避免笔夹200从第一位置切换至第二位置时发生过度滑动,从而使得笔夹200能够较为精确地在第一位置与第二位置之间进行切换,从而能够避免笔夹200的过度滑动对后续在不同位置之间进行切换时产生影响。
在进一步的技术方案中,限位槽220的底壁可以开设有第一凹陷223和第二凹陷224,第一凹陷223和第二凹陷224分别邻近第一封闭端221和第二封闭端222,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,限位凸部130与第一凹陷223定位配合,在笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,限位凸部130与第二凹陷224定位配合。在上述方案中,无论笔夹200处于第一位置的还是处于第二位置的情况下,限位凸部130均分别与封闭端和凹陷限位配合,从而使 得笔夹200不论处于第一位置还是处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200与笔杆100之间均可以实现双重定位,有利于提升笔夹200在第一位置与第二位置停靠的精确性。
在本申请实施例公开的笔中,在笔夹200相对于笔杆100可转动的情况下,笔杆100可以具有容纳腔140,笔还可以包括设于容纳腔140内的转动部300,转动部300与笔杆100转动配合,笔夹200与转动部300相连,笔夹200绕笔杆100的圆周方向转动,以在第一位置与第二位置之间切换。
在上述情况下,用户通过使笔夹200转动,从而使得笔夹200能够带动转动部300转动,而转动部300由于与笔杆100之间转动配合,即使得笔夹200能够通过转动部300与笔杆100之间的转动配合实现笔夹200与笔杆100之间的转动配合,从而使得笔夹200能够对电连接口110实现遮挡或是使得电连接口110外露,在笔夹200转动至对电连接口110实现遮挡的位置时,也就是笔夹200处于第一位置,此时电连接口110无法实现充电功能。在笔夹200转动至使得电连接口110外露的位置时,也就是笔夹200处于第二位置,用户可利用电连接口110对笔进行充电。并且,在笔夹200与笔杆100之间转动配合的方式中,由于笔夹200绕笔杆100的圆周方向实现转动,从而使得笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200的活动也不会过多占用笔杆100在其延伸方向上的结构尺寸,而通常情况下,用户在使用笔的过程中会对笔的延伸方向的部分进行抓握,从而能够避免对用户在笔的充电过程中使用时对用户造成抓握不便。
在一种可选的技术方案中,笔杆100可以设有避让孔,避让孔连通容纳腔140,笔夹200穿过避让孔,且与容纳腔140内的转动部300相连,笔夹200可与避让孔在绕笔杆100的圆周方向实现转动配合,以使得笔夹200能够在不同位置之间实现切换,当然,笔夹200转动的过程中会带动转动部300转动。在此种情况下,当笔夹200需要变换位置时,笔夹200的部分结构需要沿避让孔转动。具体的,避让孔可以是在笔杆100的圆周方向上延伸的弧形孔,具体的,避让孔可以是在笔杆100的四份之一的圆周方向连通形成的弧形孔,避让孔开设的长度只要能够满足笔夹200可在第一位置与第二位置之间的切换需求便可,本申请不对避让孔在笔杆100上开设的长度进行限制。
开设避让孔可使得笔夹200绕笔杆100的圆周方向实现转动,但是,在上述方案中,因为要满足笔夹200在不同位置的转动,从而使得避让孔的开 设长度大于与笔夹200实现配合的长度,从而使得始终有部分的避让孔外露,导致外露的避让孔中也较为容易侵入异物而对后续笔夹200与避让孔之间的配合产生不利影响。
为避免避让孔导致异物侵入容纳腔140之内,在另一个技术方案中,笔夹200可以包括帽体230和笔夹主体240,帽体230与笔夹主体240相连,帽体230与转动部300相连,容纳腔140具有开口,帽体230与开口转动配合,且封堵开口。在此种情况下,包括有帽体230的笔夹200可在封堵容纳腔140的开口的同时,与笔杆100直接实现转动配合,以使得笔夹200可在第一位置与第二位置之间实现切换,从而能够避免在笔杆100的外表面上开设避让孔,进而能够避免较长的避让孔导致异物侵入。
在进一步的技术方案中,笔还可以包括基座400和安装轴500,基座400固定于容纳腔140之内,安装轴500与基座400固定,转动部300转动地设于安装轴500上,且支撑于基座400上,转动部300与基座400转动配合。在此种情况下,基座400能够对转动部300与安装轴500发挥支撑作用,当笔夹200的位置需要变换时,用户可直接在笔杆100上转动笔夹200,与笔夹200相连的转动部300围绕安装轴500转动,用以适应笔夹200在第一位置与第二位置之间实现切换。
在更进一步的技术方案中,基座400和转动部300中的一者可以设有第三凹陷310,另一者可以设有定位凸起410,笔还可以包括弹性件600,弹性件600分别与安装轴500和转动部300相连,弹性件600用于驱使转动部300抵触于基座400,从而使得弹性件600能够避免转动部300在带动笔夹200转动的过程中与基座400发生脱离而影响后续笔夹200与笔杆100之间的转动配合,同时能够使得两者紧接触。可选的,弹性件600可以为卡簧,安装轴500上可以开设卡接槽510,卡簧安装于卡接槽510内,以实现对转动部300的限位安装。
与此同时,为提升笔夹200处于第一位置与第二位置处的稳定性,可选的,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,第三凹陷310可以与一个定位凸起410定位配合;在笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,第三凹陷310可以与另一个定位凸起410定位配合,在此种情况下,可在转动部300上设有第三凹陷310,在基座400上设有多个定位凸起410。在另一种可选的方案中,在笔夹200处于第一位置的情况下,定位凸起410可以与一个第三凹陷310定位 配合;在笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,定位凸起410可以与另一个第三凹陷310定位配合。在此种情况下,可在转动部300上设有定位凸起410,在基座400上设有多个第三凹陷310。
也就是说,当笔夹200从第一位置切换至第二位置时,或当笔夹200从第二位置切换至第一位置时,通过相同的第三凹陷310与不同的定位凸起410的定位配合,或者,通过相同的定位凸起410与不同的第三凹陷310的定位配合,使得第三凹陷310与定位凸起410能够相互限位,从而使得转动部300与基座400之间的相对位置较为稳定,进而能够使笔夹200稳定地处于第一位置或是第二位置处,以提升笔夹200处于第一位置或第二位置时的稳定性。
当然,在其它的实施例中,笔杆100的外表面可以开设有弧形槽,笔夹200可以包括滑动凸起,滑动凸起与弧形槽在笔杆100的圆周方向滑动配合,从而实现笔夹200在第一位置与第二位置之间的切换。当然,滑动凸起可以与弧形槽在弧形槽的槽口的朝向上限位配合,从而防止滑动凸起与弧形槽脱离。此种方案仅需要笔夹200与笔杆100的外表面上的结构配合即可,装配简单,不易影响笔杆100的内部结构。此种情况下,笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200的延伸方向与笔杆100的延伸方向具有的目标角度为零。
当然,如上文所述,笔夹200的第一端与笔杆100转动配合,从而能够使得笔夹200的第二端可绕笔夹200的第一端转动,从而使笔夹200在第一位置与第二位置之间切换。在此种技术方案中,在笔夹200处于第二位置的情况下,笔夹200的延伸方向与笔杆100的延伸方向之间具有的目标角度不为零。具体的,目标角度可以为30°、45°、90°、150°,本申请实施例不限制目标角度的具体大小,只要能够使得笔夹200处在第二位置的情况下,让电连接口110显露即可。
在本申请实施例公开的笔中,笔还可以包括电路板700、电连接插座800和电池,电路板700与电连接插座800电连接,电连接插座800与电池之间通过线路电连接,且三者均设置于笔杆100内,电连接口110设于电连接插座800上。
本申请实施例公开一种电子设备组件,所公开的电子设备组件可以包括电子设备和上文中所述的任一项的笔,电子设备可以包括书写屏幕,笔可与书写屏幕配合。
本文中,电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、游戏机等, 所涉及的笔可以是触控笔。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种笔,包括笔杆(100)和笔夹(200),所述笔杆(100)设有电连接口(110),所述笔夹(200)活动地设于所述笔杆(100)上,以在第一位置与第二位置之间切换,其中,
    在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述笔夹(200)覆盖所述电连接口(110);
    在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述笔夹(200)与所述电连接口(110)错位,以使所述电连接口(110)外露。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的笔,其中,所述笔夹(200)相对于所述笔杆(100)可滑动或可转动;
    其中,在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述笔夹(200)的延伸方向与所述笔杆(100)的延伸方向一致;
    在所述笔夹(200)相对于所述笔杆(100)可滑动且所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述笔夹(200)的滑动方向与所述延伸方向一致,
    在所述笔夹(200)相对于所述笔杆(100)可转动且所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述笔夹(200)的延伸方向与所述笔杆(100)的延伸方向具有目标角度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的笔,其中,所述笔杆(100)包括第一凸起(120),所述笔夹(200)包括包裹部(210),所述包裹部(210)包裹所述第一凸起(120),且与所述第一凸起(120)沿所述笔夹(200)的延伸方向滑动配合,所述电连接口(110)开设于所述第一凸起(120)上,在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述包裹部(210)覆盖所述电连接口(110)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的笔,其中,所述包裹部(210)的内壁和所述第一凸起(120)的表面中一者设有第二凸起(121),另一者设有第一 导向槽(211),所述第二凸起(121)与所述第一导向槽(211)在所述笔夹(200)的滑动方向导向配合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的笔,其中,所述笔杆(100)设有限位凸部(130),所述笔夹(200)设有限位槽(220),所述限位槽(220)的两端分别为第一封闭端(221)和第二封闭端(222),所述限位槽(220)与所述限位凸部(130)沿所述笔夹(200)的滑动方向滑动配合,在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述限位凸部(130)与所述第一封闭端(221)限位配合,在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述限位凸部(130)与所述第二封闭端(222)限位配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的笔,其中,所述限位槽(220)的底壁开设有第一凹陷(223)和第二凹陷(224),所述第一凹陷(223)和所述第二凹陷(224)分别邻近所述第一封闭端(221)和所述第二封闭端(222),在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述限位凸部(130)与所述第一凹陷(223)定位配合,在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述限位凸部(130)与所述第二凹陷(224)定位配合。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的笔,其中,所述笔杆(100)具有容纳腔(140),所述笔还包括设于所述容纳腔(140)内的转动部(300),所述转动部(300)与所述笔杆(100)转动配合,所述笔夹(200)与所述转动部(300)相连,所述笔夹(200)绕所述笔杆(100)的圆周方向转动,以在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间切换。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的笔,其中,所述笔夹(200)包括帽体(230)和笔夹主体(240),所述帽体(230)与所述笔夹主体(240)相连,所述帽体(230)与所述转动部(300)相连,所述容纳腔(140)具有开口,所述帽体(230)与所述开口转动配合,且封堵所述开口。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的笔,其中,所述笔还包括基座(400)和安装轴(500),所述基座(400)固定于所述容纳腔(140)之内,所述安 装轴(500)与所述基座(400)固定,所述转动部(300)转动地设于所述安装轴(500)上,且支撑于所述基座(400)上,所述转动部(300)与所述基座(400)转动配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的笔,其中,所述基座(400)和所述转动部(300)中的一者设有第三凹陷(310),另一者设有定位凸起(410),所述笔还包括弹性件(600),所述弹性件(600)分别与所述安装轴(500)和所述转动部(300)相连,所述弹性件(600)用于驱使所述转动部(300)抵触于所述基座(400),
    在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述第三凹陷(310)与一个所述定位凸起(410)定位配合;在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述第三凹陷(310)与另一个所述定位凸起(410)定位配合,或者,
    在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第一位置的情况下,所述定位凸起(410)与一个所述第三凹陷(310)定位配合;在所述笔夹(200)处于所述第二位置的情况下,所述定位凸起(410)与另一个所述第三凹陷(310)定位配合。
  11. 一种电子设备组件,包括电子设备和权利要求1至10中任一项所述的笔。
