本申请要求于2022年07月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为202221868841.0、实用新型名称为“一种无压感拉头和拉链”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及拉链技术领域,特别涉及一种无压感拉头和拉链。
背景技术
拉链作为服饰辅料的重要组成部分,大量应用于服装、背包和帐篷等生活用品中。
众所周知,拉链是由排列整齐的链牙在拉头的作用下达到拉合或分离的功能,通常来说,拉链包括布带、链牙、拉头和上下止等组成部件,一般的拉链由两边布带,每片布带上各自有一排链牙,两排链牙相互交错排列达到固定的作用,通过拉头的滑动可使两侧的链牙相互咬合或脱开。
在现有技术中,拉头一般是由合金材质组成,拉链应用在单衣上时,往往会和皮肤接触,从而产生异物感,有时还会造成痛感和凉感,体验感较差。鉴于此,如何重新设计拉头,以避免穿着时和皮肤接触是本领域技术人员需要思考的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种无压感拉头和拉链,无压感拉头能够避免在穿着时和皮肤接触。
本申请提供一种无压感拉头,包括:
基芯;
两块侧挡板,分别位于基芯的两侧,且分别与基芯形成用于供链牙导入的通道的侧壁;
基底,设于基芯的底部端面,基底的两侧分别沿面向不同的侧挡板的方向延伸;
两块侧底板,分别设于不同的侧挡板的底部端面,均沿面向基底的方向延伸,两块侧底板用于和布带贴合,两块侧底板和基底具有高低落差,基底和布带之间具有间隙,两块侧底板和基底的两侧形成通道的底端。
可选地,基芯的两侧还设有上板,两块上板分别连接不同的侧挡板,上板形成通道的顶端。
可选地,基芯的端部经上板的外沿延伸至上板背离基底的一面。
可选地,上板可转动的设有拉片,拉片位于上板背离基底的一面。
可选地,基底和两个侧底板平行设置。
可选地,两个侧底板共面设置。
可选地,基底和侧底板之间的间距为0.05-0.2mm。
可选地,基底的两侧和两块侧底板的边沿均呈弧形。
可选地,基芯、基底、两块侧挡板和两块侧底板为一体成型设置。
本申请还提供一种拉链,包括如上述的无压感拉头。
相对于上述背景技术,本申请提供的无压感拉头,两块侧挡板分别位于基芯的两侧,基底设于基芯的底部端面,基底的两侧分别沿面向不同的侧挡板的方向延伸,两块侧底板分别设于不同的侧挡板的底部端面,两块侧底板均沿面向基底的方向延伸,两块侧底板用于和布带贴合,两块侧底板和基底具有高低落差,使得基底和布带之间具有间隙,两块侧底板和基底的两侧形成通道的底端。可以看出,使用时,无压感拉头会被拉链两侧的布带包围,两块侧底板被布带挡住,仅露出基芯,由于基芯的基底低于两块侧底板,裸露出来的基底也会低于两侧布带,由此,唯一裸露的基芯也不会跟皮肤接触,从而达到无压感和无痛感的效果。
本申请提供的具有无压感拉头的拉链,具备上述有益效果,此处不再展开。

为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本申请实施例提供的无压感拉头1,请参考附图1至附图8,无压感拉头1包括:基芯11、基底12、两块侧挡板15和两块侧底板16。
无压感拉头1用于对链牙2进行合拢和分开,以实现拉链的关闭和打开,链牙2缝制在布带4上,链牙2设有带筋3,带筋3可设置呈圆柱状,布带4靠近链牙2的端部具有布带折弯处41,布带折弯处41朝向面向链牙2的方向折弯。
两块侧挡板15分别位于基芯11的两侧,两块侧挡板15分别与基芯11形成用于供链牙2导入的通道的侧壁;基底12设于基芯11的底部端面,基底12的两侧分别沿面向不同的侧挡板15的方向延伸;两块侧底板16分别设于不同的侧挡板15的底部端面,两块侧底板16沿面向基底12的方向延伸,两块侧底板16用于和布带4贴合,两块侧底板16和基底12具有高低落差,基底12和布带4之间具有间隙,两块侧底板16和基底12的两侧形成通道的底端。
基底12和所述侧底板16之间的间距可设置为0.05-0.2mm,能够达到最佳的使用效果,其中,基底12和所述侧底板16之间的间距设置在0.1mm是最为理想的,这样能够最大限度的提升无压感,同时还能够确保正常使用,避免在使用时卡布。
使用时,无压感拉头1会被链牙2两侧的布带4包围,两块侧底板16被布带4挡住,仅露出基芯11,由于基芯11的基底12低于两块侧底板16,裸露出来的基底12也会低于两侧的布带4,由此,唯一裸露的基芯11也不会跟皮肤接触,从而达到无压感和无痛感的效果。
作为较好的设置方式,可以将基底12和两个侧底板16平行设置,使用时,侧底板16和布带4贴合,基底12能够和布带4保持一定的间距,进一步确保和皮肤无接触,提升使用效果。两个侧底板16还可共面设置,两个侧底板16和布带4贴合时,能够确保布带4的平整,避免布带4发生褶皱。
请继续参考附图1,基芯11的两侧还设有上板14,两块上板14分别连接不同的侧挡板15,上板14形成通道的顶端。可以看出,基芯11、基底12、上板14、侧挡板15和侧底板16围设形成半封闭状的通道,用于供链牙2通过。
基底12的两侧和两块侧底板16的边沿均可设置呈弧形,从而避免在 使用时卡嵌链牙2,同时可以减少应力集中,提升无压感拉头1的使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,基芯11、基底12、两块侧挡板15和两块侧底板16为一体成型设置,例如采用一体注塑成型的方式制成,从而提升无压感拉头1的结构强度,确保使用可靠。
基芯11的端部经上板14的外沿延伸至上板14背离基底12的一面,可以认为的是,基芯11的端部对上板14的两面呈包覆结构,有效提升了基芯11和上板14之间的连接强度,确保无压感拉头1整体使用可靠。
上板14可转动的设有拉片17,拉片17位于上板14背离基底12的一面,通过拉拽拉片17,使得无压感拉头1整体相对于链牙2移动,从而对链牙2起到开启和闭合的作用。
本申请所提供的一种具有无压感拉头的拉链,包括上述具体实施例所描述的无压感拉头;拉链的其他部分可以参照现有技术,本文不再展开。

    基芯;
    两块侧挡板,分别位于所述基芯的两侧,且分别与所述基芯形成用于供链牙导入的通道的侧壁;
    基底,设于所述基芯的底部端面,所述基底的两侧分别沿面向不同的所述侧挡板的方向延伸;
    两块侧底板,分别设于不同的所述侧挡板的底部端面,均沿面向所述基底的方向延伸,两块所述侧底板用于和布带贴合,两块所述侧底板和所述基底具有高低落差,所述基底和所述布带之间具有间隙,两块所述侧底板和所述基底的两侧形成所述通道的底端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无压感拉头,其特征在于,所述基芯的两侧还设有上板,两块所述上板分别连接不同的所述侧挡板,所述上板形成所述通道的顶端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的无压感拉头,其特征在于,所述基芯的端部经所述上板的外沿延伸至所述上板背离所述基底的一面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的无压感拉头,其特征在于,所述上板可转动的设有拉片,所述拉片位于所述上板背离所述基底的一面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的无压感拉头,其特征在于,所述基底和两个所述侧底板平行设置。
