具体地,所述弹性件6可以为弹簧或者弹性橡胶件或者弹性塑料件,所述张紧件5的移动速率为所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对滑动速率的2倍的情况下,所述张紧件5的移动可以完全匹配所述柔性屏3展开或缩回的速率,使得所述弹性件6的拉伸长度变化率小于或者等于2%,甚至所述弹性件6的拉伸长度基本不变,也就是所述弹性件6的张力恒定,避免了所述弹性件6的张力变化带给所述柔性屏3展开或缩回的额外阻力。
可选地,所述驱动件包括第一齿轮4,所述第一主体1内设置有朝向所述第二主体2的第一滑杆组件11,所述第二主体2内设置有朝向所述第一 主体1的第二滑杆组件22,所述第一齿轮4套接于所述第一滑杆组件11上并与所述第一滑杆组件11螺纹配合,所述张紧件5套设于所述第二滑杆组件22上并与所述第一齿轮4配合;
在所述第一主体1和所述第二主体2相对滑动的情况下,所述第二滑杆组件22带动所述第一齿轮4在所述第一滑杆组件11上旋转,并使得所述第一齿轮4与所述第二滑杆组件22同步移动,所述第一齿轮4在旋转的过程中带动所述张紧件5与所述第二主体2同向移动。
具体地,所述第二滑杆组件22带动所述第一齿轮4运动时,可以是所述第二滑杆组件22上具有凸起,该凸起抵接到所述第一齿轮4靠近所述第一主体1的一侧。由于所述第一齿轮4与所述第一滑杆组件11螺纹配合,该凸起在推动所述第一齿轮4远离所述第一主体1时,所述第一齿轮4可以在所述第一滑杆组件11上旋转的同时沿所述第一滑杆组件11移动,也就是实现了所述第一齿轮4与所述第二滑杆组件22的同步移动。
而且所述第一齿轮4在所述第一滑杆组件11上旋转时,所述张紧件5可以与所述第一齿轮4螺纹配合,比如采用旋转螺纹的配合形式,可以使得所述第一齿轮4在旋转的过程中带动所述张紧件5与所述第一齿轮4同向移动,而且通过螺纹的螺纹大小和螺距的控制,可以灵活调整所述张紧件5相对于所述第一齿轮4移动的速率,比如将所述张紧件5的移动速率调整为所述第一齿轮4移动速率的2倍,以保证所述弹性件6的拉伸长度维持不变。
可选地,参见图1和图2,所述第一主体1为固定主体,所述第二主体2为移动主体,所述第一滑杆组件11固定设置于所述第一主体1内。
具体地,所述第一主体1和所述第二主体2的相对滑动时,在所述第一主体1为固定主体,以及所述第二主体2为移动主体的情况下,用户可以握住第一主体1,然后通过拉动第二主体2来实现第一主体1和所述第二主体2的相对滑动。而所述第一滑杆组件11固定设置于所述第一主体1内时,比如第一滑杆组件11通过螺栓固定或者粘胶固定等方式固定设置于 所述第一主体1内,可以保证所述第一滑杆组件11和所述第一主体1的相对稳固,使得所述第一齿轮4可以在所述第一滑杆组件11上稳定旋转和移动。
可选地,所述驱动件为电机组件或者气缸组件。
具体地,所述驱动件的设置目的是为了驱动所述张紧件5与所述第二主体2同向移动,并且所述张紧件5的移动速率为所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对滑动速率的1.8-2.2倍,以保证所述弹性件6的拉伸长度变化率小于或者等于10%。而对所述张紧件5的移动可以通过电机组件或者气缸组件来实现。比如在所述第二主体2或所述第一主体1内设置电机组件,电机组件的输出轴与张紧件5连接,电机组件的输出轴在伸出或者缩回时可以带动张紧件5移动,进而实现所述张紧件5与所述第二主体2同向移动的目的。
可选地,参见图1,所述第一主体1包括第一支撑件12,所述第二主体2包括第二支撑件23,所述第一支撑件12和所述第二支撑件23均呈梳齿结构,所述第一支撑件12和所述第二支撑件23相互插接配合以对所述柔性屏3形成支撑。
具体地,所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对滑动时,会使得所述第一支撑件12和所述第二支撑件23相互远离或者相互靠近,为了避免所述第一支撑件12和所述第二支撑件23相互远离时形成的间隙无法对所述柔性屏3形成支撑,可以将所述第一支撑件12和所述第二支撑件23设置为梳齿结构并相互插接配合,即使所述第一支撑件12和所述第二支撑件23相互远离时仍可以保持相互插接的配合关系,以保证对所述柔性屏3的稳定支撑。
可选地,参见图1和图2,所述第二滑杆组件22包括相互连接的滑杆221和刮板222,所述滑杆221转动连接于所述第二支撑件23,所述刮板222抵接于所述第一齿轮4上;
所述滑杆221在远离所述第一主体1的过程中通过所述刮板222带动 所述第一齿轮4旋转并与所述刮板222同步远离所述第一主体1。
具体地,所述滑杆221与所述第二支撑件23的转动连接可以是,所述第二支撑件23上固定有固定座7,所述滑杆221通过固定座7上的轴承转动连接于所述第二支撑件23。所述刮板222与所述第一齿轮4上的抵接可以是所述刮板222的至少一部分抵接于所述第一齿轮4靠近所述第一主体1的一侧。
所述第一主体1向远离所述第二主体2的方向相对滑动时,所述第一主体1可以通过所述第二支撑件23带动所述滑杆221远离所述第二主体2,进而使得所述刮板222可以带动所述第一齿轮4一同远离所述第一主体1。而且由于所述第一齿轮4与所述第一滑杆组件11螺纹配合,使得所述第一齿轮4与所述刮板222同步移动的同时还可以在所述第一滑杆组件11上旋转,以便于所述第一齿轮4来带动所述第二滑杆组件22的转动。
可选地,参见图1,所述第二滑杆组件22还包括第二齿轮223,所述第二齿轮223固定套接于所述滑杆221并与所述第一齿轮4啮合;
所述张紧件5套设于所述滑杆221上并与所述滑杆221螺纹配合,所述第一齿轮4在旋转的情况下通过所述第二齿轮223带动所述滑杆221转动,以使所述张紧件5与所述第二主体2同向移动。
具体地,由于所述第二齿轮223与所述滑杆221相对固定,在所述第一齿轮4带动所述第二齿轮223转动的情况下,所述滑杆221也会和所述第二齿轮223一同转动。而由于所述张紧件5套设于所述滑杆221上并与所述滑杆221螺纹配合,所述滑杆221在转动的情况下可以驱动所述张紧件5与所述第二主体2同向移动,而且根据所述张紧件5与所述滑杆221之间的螺纹大小和螺距的控制,可以灵活调整所述张紧件5相对于所述第一齿轮4移动的速率,比如将所述张紧件5的移动速率调整为所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对滑动速率的2倍,以保证所述弹性件6的拉伸长度维持不变。
可选地,参见图1,所述刮板222包括第一刮板和第二刮板,所述第一 齿轮4夹设于所述第一刮板和所述第二刮板之间。
具体地,在所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对滑动的情况下,可以通过调整相对滑动的方向来实现所述柔性屏3的展开和缩回。具体为所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对远离滑动时,可以实现所述柔性屏3的展开,而所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1相对靠近滑动时,可以实现所述柔性屏3的缩回。而为了便于所述第二主体2和所述第一主体1在不同方向上相对滑动时,所述刮板222均可以带动所述第一齿轮4一同远离或者靠近所述第一主体1,可以在所述第一齿轮4的两侧均设置有刮板222,也就是将所述第一齿轮4夹设于所述第一刮板和所述第二刮板之间,保证所述柔性屏3的展开和缩回时,所述弹性件6的张力都可以接近或者保持恒定,保证了所述柔性屏3的稳定性和使用寿命。
可选地,所述电子设备还包括电池盖,所述电池盖包括固定于所述第一主体1上的第一电池盖8和固定于所述第二主体2上的第二电池盖9。
具体地,在所述第一主体1和所述第二主体2的相对滑动时,所述第一主体1可以为固定主体,以及所述第二主体2可以为移动主体。而所述第一主体1和所述第二主体2内部形成的腔体可以用于容纳电池和主板等电子组件。而为了便于电池和主板等电子组件的安装和拆卸,可以在所述第一主体1和所述第二主体2的背面设置电池盖,具体为在所述第一主体1的背面设置第一电池盖8,所述第一电池盖8和所述第一主体1一同保持相对固定,在所述第二主体2的背面设置第二电池盖9,所述第二电池盖9和所述第二主体2可以一同滑动。
可选地,所述电子设备包括但不限于智能手表、手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer 3)播放器、MP4播放器、计算机、机顶盒、智能电视和可穿戴设备中的一种。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:
    设备主体,所述设备主体包括滑动连接的第一主体和第二主体;
    柔性屏、驱动件和张紧件,所述柔性屏的固定侧连接于所述第一主体上,所述柔性屏的活动侧绕至所述第二主体背离所述固定侧的一侧,并设置于所述电子设备内,所述活动侧通过弹性件与所述张紧件连接,所述驱动件与所述张紧件连接;
    在所述第二主体和所述第一主体相对滑动的情况下,所述驱动件驱动所述张紧件与所述第二主体同向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述张紧件的移动速率大于所述第二主体和所述第一主体相对滑动的速率。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电子设备,其中,所述张紧件的移动速率为所述第二主体和所述第一主体相对滑动速率的2倍,以使所述弹性件的拉伸长度变化率小于或者等于2%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动件包括第一齿轮,所述第一主体内设置有朝向所述第二主体的第一滑杆组件,所述第二主体内设置有朝向所述第一主体的第二滑杆组件,所述第一齿轮套接于所述第一滑杆组件上并与所述第一滑杆组件螺纹配合,所述张紧件套设于所述第二滑杆组件上并与所述第一齿轮配合;
    在所述第一主体和所述第二主体相对滑动的情况下,所述第二滑杆组件带动所述第一齿轮在所述第一滑杆组件上旋转,并使得所述第一齿轮与所述第二滑杆组件同步移动,所述第一齿轮在旋转的过程中带动所述张紧件与所述第二主体同向移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一主体为固定主体,所述第二主体为移动主体,所述第一滑杆组件固定设置于所述第一主体内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动件为电机组件或 者气缸组件。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一主体包括第一支撑件,所述第二主体包括第二支撑件,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件均呈梳齿结构,所述第一支撑件和所述第二支撑件相互插接配合以对所述柔性屏形成支撑。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二滑杆组件包括相互连接的滑杆和刮板,所述滑杆转动连接于所述第二支撑件上,所述刮板抵接于所述第一齿轮上;
    所述滑杆在远离所述第一主体的过程中通过所述刮板带动所述第一齿轮旋转,并使所述第一齿轮与所述刮板同步远离所述第一主体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二滑杆组件还包括第二齿轮,所述第二齿轮固定套接于所述滑杆并与所述第一齿轮啮合;
    所述张紧件套设于所述滑杆上并与所述滑杆螺纹配合,所述第一齿轮在旋转的情况下通过所述第二齿轮带动所述滑杆转动,以使所述张紧件与所述第二主体同向移动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述刮板包括第一刮板和第二刮板,所述第一齿轮夹设于所述第一刮板和所述第二刮板之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,还包括电池盖,所述电池盖包括固定于所述第一主体上的第一电池盖和固定于所述第二主体上的第二电池盖。
