在实施方案中,该方法还包括在将卷纸围绕软吸嘴和硬纸管滚动之前向卷纸上施加粘合剂的步骤。
在实施方式中,该方法还包括在密封纸的外层上涂覆防渗透膜的步骤。
在本文方法的实施例中,将密封纸连接到硬纸管第一端的步骤包括将防渗透膜粘附地连接到密封纸的外层和第二端的硬纸管的内壁。
如本领域技术人员将理解的,可以对制备雾化棒的方法步骤的操作顺序进行许多调整。
在本公开中,以单数形式引用的所有术语均意在包含相同的复数形式。同样,所有以复数形式引用的术语都旨在包含相同的单数形式。除非另有定义,否则本文中使用的所有技术和科学术语具有与本公开所涉及的领域的普通技术人员通常理解的含义相同的含义。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种雾化棒,包括:
    -卷纸,所述卷纸包裹硬纸管和软吸嘴的至少一部分,所述软吸嘴包括过滤器并且被定位在所述硬纸管的第一端附近;
    -蒸汽剂,所述蒸汽剂在所述硬纸管的远离所述软吸嘴的第二端处固定地连接到所述硬纸管的内壁或包含在所述内壁内;
    -冷却和固定件,所述冷却和固定件固定地连接到或包含在软吸嘴和蒸汽剂之间的硬纸管的内壁内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,还包括密封纸,所述密封纸固定连接到所述硬纸管的所述第二端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述密封纸包括一个或多个空气入口孔,用于允许空气进入所述雾化棒的内部,所述密封纸包括多于一层,并且所述一个或多个空气入口孔设置在所述密封纸张的外层上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,还包括覆盖在所述密封纸的外层上的防渗透膜。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述防渗透膜粘附地连接到所述密封纸的外层和所述硬纸管的内壁。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述冷却和固定件包括陶瓷材料、塑料材料、纤维材料、二氧化硅材料、硬纸板材料或其组合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述冷却和固定件的外壁附接到所述硬纸管的内壁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述软接口包括棉、羊毛、亚麻、聚酯、醋酸纤维素、人造丝、纤维素或其组合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述软吸嘴由所述卷纸包裹。
  10. 根据权利要求8至9中任一项所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述软吸嘴包括一个或多个通气孔,用于允许气雾剂被使用者吸入,所述一个或更多个通气孔提供穿过所述软吸嘴的通道,一个或多个通气孔的形状限定了五角星棱镜、圆柱体、长方体、圆锥体、棱锥体、三角棱镜、五角棱镜、六角棱镜或其组合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述蒸汽剂由颗粒、丸粒、颗粒、筒、浆、片、多孔材料或其任意组合组成,所述蒸汽剂由一种或多种非烟草草本植物材料组成,所述蒸汽剂还包括CBD(大麻二酚)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述一种或多种非烟草草本植物材料包括薄荷、黄芪、甘草、荔枝、人参、生姜、葛根、冬瓜、五味子、接骨木、鲁伊博、椰子、肉桂、苹果、豆蔻、橙子、葡萄柚、玫瑰、大麦、大米、茶、大麻、蒲公英、菊花、茶混合物、草药混合物、大麻素、咖啡因、尼古丁、麻黄碱或其组合,其中尼古丁的浓度在约1%(w/v)至约5%(w/v)之间。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述蒸汽剂还包括一种或多种药物活性剂、一种或更多种添加剂或其组合,所述一种或多种添加剂包括丙二醇、植物甘油、食用香精或其组合,所述可食用香精提供风味。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化棒,其特征在于,所述雾化棒被配置为通过外部加热元件促发产生气溶胶,所述外部加热元件致动包括加热围绕所述雾化棒的第二端的空气,所述外部加热元件促发包括在约200°C和约400°C之间的温度下加热。
  15. 一种用于制备雾化棒的方法,所述方法包括:
    -将密封纸连接到硬纸管的第一端;
    -将蒸汽剂插入所述硬纸管中,使得所述蒸汽剂在所述第一端处或在所述第一端周围固定地连接到所述硬纸管的内壁上或包含在所述内壁内;
    -将冷却和固定构件插入硬纸管中,使得其在蒸汽剂远离第一端的位置处固定地连接到硬纸管的内壁或包含在硬硬纸管内壁内;
    -将软吸嘴定位在硬纸管的第二端,所述第二端与所述第一端相对;
    -将卷纸围绕所述软吸嘴和包含所述蒸汽剂的硬纸管以及所述冷却和固定构件滚动,以制作成所述雾化棒。
