Description

一种激光指示型水流指示器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种激光指示型水流指示器,属于视镜类仪表的技术领域。
背景技术
水流指示器属视镜类仪表阀门其适用于石油、化工、化纤、医药、食品、电厂、泵等工业生产管路中,通过视窗能随时观察液体、气体、蒸汽等介质的浑浊度且计量介质流动速度反应情况,是保障正常生产保证产品质量不可缺少的管道附件之一。水流指示器分七大类分别为叶轮式;浮球式、直通式、摆板式、指针式、玻璃管式、逆止型。
现有方案主要通过视窗观察处于介质中的指示器的摆动或转动判断介质流动情况,在弱光条件或水质浑浊、管壁脏污条件下目视困难。
现有技术申请号为CN201820107098.4的专利文件公开了水流指示器,包括U形螺栓、本体、外罩、摆动架、浆片和两个微动开关,所述U形螺栓设于本体上,所述本体上设有底板,外罩通过螺钉安装在底板上,所述摆动架安装在本体上,摆动架上设有拨杆,两个微动开关分设于拨杆的上部两侧,所述浆片安装在摆动架的下部,所述浆片上涂设有夜光层。
现有技术的水流指示器存在水体能见度低时目视困难等问题,因此,本实用新型提供一种激光指示型水流指示器用于解决上述问题。

为了克服现有的水流指示器存在的水体能见度低时目视困难等缺点,本实用新型设计了一种激光指示型水流指示器,本实用新型将。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种激光指示型水流指示器,包括视窗管,所述视窗管为透明材质,所述视窗管上连通有管座,所述视窗管上设有弧形刻度,所述管座上固定安装有安装座,所述安装座底端固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱底端穿过管座插入视窗管内,所述支撑柱底端转动连接有摆臂,所述摆臂底端固定连接有激光发生器,所述激光发生器与弧形刻度位置是相对应的。
所述安装座顶端固定连接有电源和开关,所述开关与电源电连接,所述开关电连接有导线,所述导线穿过安装座、支撑柱和摆臂与激光发生器电连接。
所述安装座底端插入管座顶端且与管座螺纹连接。
与现有技术相比本实用新型有以下特点和有益效果:本实用新型通过支撑柱、摆臂和激光发生器的设置,在视窗管内水体能见度低时激光发生器可以发出激光照射在弧形刻度上,从而可以获取视窗管内介质流动速度等信息,解决了视窗管内水体能见度低时目视困难的问题;
本实用新型通过管座和安装座的连接设置,使得本实用新型具有可拆卸性,方便了激光发生器的保养与检修。

实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,本实施例的激光指示型水流指示器,包括视窗管10,视窗管10为透明材质,视窗管10上连通有管座11,视窗管10内壁或外壁上开有弧形刻度12,管座11上固定安装有安装座20,安装座20底端固定连接有支撑柱21,支撑柱21底端穿过管座11插入视窗管10内,支撑柱21底端转动连接有摆臂22,摆臂22底端固定连接有激光发生器23,弧形刻度12圆心与摆臂22的转动连接点同心设置,以使得激光发生器23位置与弧形刻度12相对应,在使用时,激光发生器23发出激光,摆臂22随水流强度发生偏移,以使激光发生器23发出的激光照射在弧形刻度12上。
进一步的,安装座20、支撑柱21和摆臂22均为空心设置,安装座20顶端固定连接有电源24和开关25,开关25与电源24电连接,开关25电连接有导线26,导线26底端穿过安装座20、支撑柱21和摆臂22与激光发生器23电连接。
进一步的,安装座20底端插入管座11顶端且与管座11螺纹连接,管座11的内径大于激光发生器23的长度,以确保激光发生器23可以方便的取出。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光指示型水流指示器,其特征在于:所述安装座(20)顶端固定连接有电源(24)和开关(25),所述开关(25)与电源(24)电连接,所述开关(25)电连接有导线(26),所述导线(26)穿过安装座(20)、支撑柱(21)和摆臂(22)与激光发生器(23)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种激光指示型水流指示器,其特征在于:所述安装座(20)底端插入管座(11)顶端且与管座(11)螺纹连接。
