一种挤牙膏器,包括牙膏本体(1)。牙膏本体(1)顶部套接有内单向阀(7),且内单向阀(7)顶部外围设置有外螺纹(14),内单向阀(7)顶部固定连接有固定套筒(10),且固定套筒(10)内圆周设置有内螺纹(15),内螺纹(15)与外螺纹(14)螺合,且固定套筒(10)顶部安装有内腔主体(5)。牙膏挤出器直接安装在牙膏顶部,无需固定到墙面使用,提升了设备的便携性,同时按压内腔主体(5),内腔主体(5)内的气体通过外单向阀(11)排出,内腔主体(5)内部形成负压,从而将牙膏通过内单向阀(7)吸入到内腔主体(5)中,随后通过外单向阀(11)和挤出嘴(3)挤出,实现了真空负压挤牙膏,代替机械式挤牙膏,有利于保证牙膏挤出更加干净,减少了牙膏管中的残留。

本发明涉及挤牙膏器技术领域,特别涉及一种新型挤牙膏器。
背景技术
挤牙膏器是一种自动挤出牙膏的设备,现如今市面上的挤牙膏器多种多样,但大多数的牙膏挤出器体积大,设备复杂,牙膏需要倒置安装在挤出器顶部,并且挤出器需要固定安装在墙面,大大缩小了设备的使用范围,并且难以携带,降低了设备的便携性,同时手动挤牙膏时,十分费力,同时牙膏管中残留的牙膏较多,难以将牙膏挤干净。
技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种新型挤牙膏器,用以解决现有的牙膏挤出器便携性差、结构复杂的问题。
技术解决方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型挤牙膏器,包括牙膏本体,所述牙膏本体顶部套接有内单向阀,且内单向阀顶部外围设置有外螺纹,内单向阀顶部固定连接有固定套筒,且固定套筒内圆周设置有内螺纹,内螺纹与外螺纹螺合,且固定套筒顶部安装有内腔主体。
进一步的,所述内单向阀外围一侧底部开设有定位槽。
进一步的,所述内腔主体内部为空腔,且内腔主体外围顶部开设有固定槽,固定槽一侧安装有外单向阀,内腔主体两侧对称安装有若干防滑块。
进一步的,所述固定槽上套接有外壳,且外壳底部中心开设有中心孔,中心孔套接在固定套筒外围。
进一步的,所述外壳顶部一侧安装有挤出嘴,且挤出嘴一侧中心开设有挤出孔。
进一步的,所述内单向阀位于空腔内部,且空腔与内单向阀相连通,空腔与外单向阀相连通。
进一步的,所述外单向阀位于挤出嘴内部,且挤出嘴与外单向阀内部相连通。
进一步的,所述内单向阀与牙膏本体顶部固定连接,且牙膏本体与内单向阀之间设置有密封圈。
有益效果
本发明提供的一种新型挤牙膏器,其优点在于:本发明的牙膏挤出器结构简单,造型小巧,直接安装在牙膏顶部,无需固定到墙面使用,大大提升了设备的便携性,同时按压内腔主体,内腔主体内的气体通过外单向阀排出,内腔主体内部形成负压,从而将牙膏通过内单向阀吸入到内腔主体中,随后通过外单向阀和挤出嘴挤出,实现了真空负压挤牙膏,代替机械式挤牙膏,有利于保证牙膏挤出更加干净,减少了牙膏管中的残留,提升了设备的实用性。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种新型挤牙膏器,包括牙膏本体1,牙膏本体1顶部套接有内单向阀7,且内单向阀7顶部外围设置有外螺纹14,内单向阀7顶部固定连接有固定套筒10,且固定套筒10内圆周设置有内螺纹15,内螺纹15与外螺纹14螺合,且固定套筒10顶部安装有内腔主体5,内单向阀7外围一侧底部开设有定位槽9,有利于内单向阀7的定位,内腔主体5内部为空腔13,且内腔主体5外围顶部开设有固定槽12,固定槽12一侧安装有外单向阀11,内腔主体5两侧对称安装有二十四个防滑块6,有利于防滑,固定槽12上套接有外壳4,且外壳4底部中心开设有中心孔8,中心孔8套接在固定套筒10外围,外壳4顶部一侧安装有挤出嘴3,且挤出嘴3一侧中心开设有挤出孔2,内单向阀7位于空腔13内部,且空腔13与内单向阀7相连通,空腔13与外单向阀11相连通,外单向阀11位于挤出嘴3内部,且挤出嘴3与外单向阀11内部相连通,内单向阀7与牙膏本体1顶部固定连接,且牙膏本体1与内单向阀7之间设置有密封圈,有利于保证牙膏本体1与内单向阀7之间的密封性。
工作原理:本发明在使用过程中,首先将内单向阀7拧到牙膏本体1顶部,随后将外壳4安装到内腔主体5外壁,然后将内腔主体5安装到内单向阀7顶部,需要挤牙膏时,按压内腔主体5,将内腔主体5中的空气通过外单向阀11挤出,挤出之后内腔主体5内部形成负压,随后大气压将牙膏本体1中的牙膏通过内单向阀7挤入到内腔主体5中的空腔13,再次按压内腔主体5,则将内腔主体5中的牙膏从外单向阀11挤出,随后通过挤出嘴3从挤出孔2中挤出,从而完成真空负压挤牙膏,代替传统的人工机械式挤牙膏,更加省力,并且避免了牙膏本体1中的牙膏残留,防滑块6用于防滑,定位槽9用于内单向阀7的定位,外螺纹14和内螺纹15用于固定套筒10和内单向阀7的固定安装,本发明的牙膏挤出器,结构简单,零部件少,生产成本低,适合随身携带,并且挤出器直接安装在牙膏本体1上,无需固定到墙面,提高了设备的便携性。

  1. 一种新型挤牙膏器,包括牙膏本体(1),其特征在于:所述牙膏本体(1)顶部套接有内单向阀(7),且内单向阀(7)顶部外围设置有外螺纹(14),内单向阀(7)顶部固定连接有固定套筒(10),且固定套筒(10)内圆周设置有内螺纹(15),内螺纹(15)与外螺纹(14)螺合,且固定套筒(10)顶部安装有内腔主体(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:所述内单向阀(7)外围一侧底部开设有定位槽(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:所述内腔主体(5)内部为空腔(13),且内腔主体(5)外围顶部开设有固定槽(12),固定槽(12)一侧安装有外单向阀(11)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:所述固定槽(12)上套接有外壳(4),且外壳(4)底部中心开设有中心孔(8),中心孔(8)套接在固定套筒(10)外围;所述外壳(4)顶部一侧安装有挤出嘴(3),且挤出嘴(3)一侧中心开设有挤出孔(2)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:腔主体(5)两侧对称安装有若干防滑块(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:所述内单向阀(7)位于空腔(13)内部,且空腔(13)与内单向阀(7)相连通,空腔(13)与外单向阀(11)相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:所述外单向阀(11)位于挤出嘴(3)内部,且挤出嘴(3)与外单向阀(11)内部相连通。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型挤牙膏器,其特征在于:所述内单向阀(7)与牙膏本体(1)顶部固定连接,且牙膏本体(1)与内单向阀(7)之间设置有密封圈。
