Description

一种管装胶水的挤胶器以及挤胶器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤胶装置,具体涉及一种铝管装胶水的挤胶装置。
背景技术
现有的铝管装胶水在使用时一般都是靠人手与铝管直接接触将胶水挤出的,由于胶水挤出量的多少和铝管所受的挤压力的大小相关,而一般用人手是靠手指顶部和铝管接触挤压,很难精确把握压力,从而导致胶水挤出量和实际需要量不匹配,挤出过程中使用者的体验不好。再者,铝管装胶水是无法垂直放置的,在水平放置时,铝管口和瓶盖的接触部位至少有部分是被胶水包围的,这增大了铝管口被胶水堵塞的风险。另外,铝管装胶水受压时容易变形,意外受压大时会导致铝管破裂胶水喷出,可能造成对皮肤或者眼睛的伤害。
经查,现有专利号 CN03209835.9 的中国实用新型专利《一种揿压式胶液管》,包括管体、上套筒、下套筒、出口管、揿压套。管体上部出口管外设有弹性挤压套,揿压套前面设有挤压板,上面设有出口管盖板,两侧设有限位轴。管体和上套筒之间通过螺纹或者卡口连接,弹性挤压套是由高强度塑性材料制成。但是这种结构是一次性的,一罐胶水用完也就扔了,比较浪费。
还有专利号为 CN200920074032.0 的中国实用新型专利《一种挤压软管胶水的装置》,包括软管,软管口,其特点是,所述软管的外侧置有带滚轮的挤压盒,所述挤压盒为左侧开口且外形大于软管外形的空心盒体,前面的中部置有内、外相通且宽度与滚轮长度相适配的滚轮槽,上、下侧各自置有内、外相通且带同方向斜度的长槽,右侧置有小于软管外形大于软管口外径的孔,所述滚轮槽的长度小于软管的长度,所述滚轮为两端各自置有支脚的圆柱形,长度大于软管的外形,所述长槽的斜度方向为右侧向后置有一定的角度,所述支脚的长度大于滚轮槽上边至挤压盒上侧的距离。这种结构是通过转动滚轮来挤压软管,使得软管内的胶水挤出,但是操作时既要手握挤压盒,又要转动滚轮,动作不是很方便,而且这种挤压方式在软管内胶水不多时,不能将胶水彻底挤出。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种结构简单,使用方便省力的管装胶水的挤胶器,还提供了一种挤胶器。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种管装胶水的挤胶器,设置在挤胶器内的胶水管以及胶水嘴,其特征在于包括:
一底座,便于挤胶器直立放置;
二侧板,侧板的底部与底座的左右两侧相连接,二侧板中的至少一个为挤压板,挤压板与底座呈可挤压的弹性连接,挤压板的内壁成型有与胶水管的外表面相接触便于胶水挤出的挤压面;
一固定夹,位于底座的上方,固定夹的一端与其中一个侧板的上端相连接,固定夹的中间设有供胶水管的管口伸出的通孔,底座、二侧板与固定夹之间形成供胶水管的管身置入并定位的容置腔。
作为技术方案之一,所述侧板设置为单向可挤压,侧板中的一个为挤压板,另一个为固定板,固定板里侧面设置了配合面,固定夹的一端与固定板相连接。
作为技术方案之二,所述侧板设置为双向可挤压,侧板中的一个为挤压板,另一个为固定板,固定板里侧弹性连接另一挤压板,另一挤压板的按压部通过固定板的开口露在外面,固定夹的一端与固定板相连接。
作为改进,所述通孔的孔径与胶水嘴的外径相适配,在通孔的前侧设有供胶水管的管口插入的卡口,卡口的宽度略微小于胶水嘴的外径,安装时,胶水管从侧部插入挤胶器的二侧板之间,管口伸出固定夹外。
进一步改进,所述挤压面或者配合面为斜面,斜面的倾斜角度与胶水管的外表面相适配,并且其中一个侧板的斜面的长度大于另一侧板的斜面长度。
进一步改进,所述挤压板的外侧设有阶梯状便于挤压操作时用于防滑的凹凸纹路结构。
作为优选,所述底座、二侧板及固定夹采用塑胶一体成型的整体件。
优选,所述胶水管是铝质胶水管或塑料胶水管,胶水嘴通过螺纹连接套设在胶水管的管口上,盖帽盖在胶水嘴上。
最后,所述底座采用平面状结构。
一种挤胶器,包括底座、两个侧板和固定夹,侧板的底部与底座的左右两侧相连接,至少一个侧板为挤压板,挤压板为弹性板,由外向内施加挤压力时,挤压板弹性向内移动,挤压力消失时,挤压板向外恢复原状;固定夹位于底座的上方,固定夹的一端与另一个侧板的上端相连接,固定夹的中间设有供胶水管的管口伸出的通孔,底座、二个侧板与固定夹之间形成容置腔。
作为优选,挤压板末端与固定夹之间设有间隙。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:挤胶器可直立放置,胶水管内的胶水不会与管口和瓶盖接触,减少胶水堵塞管口的机会;挤胶器采用塑胶一体成型,制造方便成本较低,并且可将胶水管管身部位全部包裹,这样当胶水管意外受力或者跌落时也不会导致胶水管严重变形或者破裂,有明显的保护作用;与胶水管管身接触的部位采用可方便挤压的斜面设计,管口上设置固定夹,使得胶水管放置非常稳定,且操作简单易用。本发明结构简单、使用方便省力,挤胶时的手势手法和平时挤压胶水管胶水的手势手法完全一致,能实现将胶水全部挤出,且在基本相同的按压力下,每次的胶水挤出量基本大体相同,不局限于灌装化工胶水的胶水管,还可用于化妆品胶液、医疗卫生等胶液。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例 1
如图 1~5 所示,本实施例的铝管装胶水的挤胶器 1 具有设置在挤胶器 1 内的胶水管 2 、胶水嘴 3 以及盖帽 4 ,本实施例子中胶水管采用金属铝管,胶水嘴 3 通过螺纹连接套设在胶水管 2 的管口 21 上,盖帽 4 盖在胶水嘴 3 上;挤胶器 1 为与胶水管 2 的管身长度相适配的前后开口、侧面挤压的夹管状结构,挤胶器 1 采用塑胶一体成型的整体件,挤胶器 1 包括底座 11 、二侧板以及固定夹 15 ,底座 11 为便于挤胶器 1 直立放置的平面状矩形结构,本实施例子底座 11 采用结构相对比较简单的平板结构,当然也可以采用格栅结构,或者在平板底面设置支撑脚、支撑条或者支撑块等等;二侧板的底部与底座 11 的左右两侧相连接,这种结构能使铝管胶水直立稳定放置,这样使胶水管 2 内的胶水不会与管口 21 和盖帽 4 接触,减少胶水堵塞管口 21 的机会;本实施例子中侧板设置为单向可挤压,其中一个侧板为挤压板 13 ,挤压板 13 与底座 11 呈可挤压的弹性连接,这种弹性连接主要依靠材料弹性来实现,必要时候在连接过渡部位 13a 采用厚度减薄处理,使挤压板 13 与底座 11 连接在一起,并通过弹性变形可以往里挤压,另一个侧板为固定板 12 ,是相当于挤压板 13 而言,主要为了实现固定,使用时,通过挤压板 13 往内按压挤出胶水,挤压板 13 的设计不是为了把胶水管 2 最终全部挤扁,但却能实现将胶水全部挤出的功能,主要是利用胶水管 2 内有空气的特点,管内残留的空气能将剩余的胶水全部挤出,不用造成浪费,也无需使用者将胶水管 2 拿出再用手挤,并且在基本相同的按压力下,也使每次的胶水挤出量基本大体相同;在挤压板 13 的内壁成型有与胶水管 2 的外表面相接触便于胶水挤出的斜面构成挤压面 14 ,固定板 12 里侧面设置了配合面 16 ,也是采用斜面,它是设置在固定板 12 里侧的斜隔板构成,挤压面 14 和配合面 16 的斜面为光滑的斜面,目的是于使得斜面与胶水管 2 外壁有充分的接触,斜面的倾斜角度与胶水管 2 本身的角度相适配,并且其中固定板 12 的斜面的长度大于挤压板 13 的斜面长度,这样能尽量增大挤压器 1 和胶水管 2 的接触面积,对挤压力度分配的均匀性很有帮助,同时也使胶水管 2 放置进去后的稳定性很高;固定夹 15 位于底座 11 的正上方,固定夹 15 的一端与固定板 12 的上端相连接,固定夹 15 的中心设有供胶水管 2 的管口伸出的圆形通孔 151 ,圆形通孔 151 的孔径与胶水嘴 3 的外径相适配,这样底座 11 、二侧板与固定夹 15 之间形成供胶水管 2 的管身置入并定位的容置腔,从而构成与胶水管 2 的管身长度相适配的前后开口、侧面挤压的夹管状结构,挤胶器 1 采用塑胶一体成型的整体件,在圆形通孔 151 的前侧设有供胶水管 2 的管口 21 插入的卡口 151a ,卡口 151a 的宽度略微小于胶水嘴 3 的外径,安装时,胶水管 2 从侧部插入挤胶器 1 的二侧板之间,管口 21 伸出固定夹 15 外,通过胶水嘴 3 与管口 21 的螺纹连接固定,这样挤压器 1 就将胶水管 2 管身部位全部包裹,这样当胶水管 2 意外受力或者跌落时也不会导致胶水管 2 严重变形或者破裂,对胶水管起到明显的保护作用;为了便于操作,在挤压板 13 的外侧设有阶梯状的凹凸纹路结构 131 ,因为挤压板 13 的外侧是与使用者的手指接触的,凹凸纹路结构 131 不仅起到防滑作用,而且也增加了外形的美观。
操作时,将装有胶水的胶水管 2 放入此装置中,与平时挤压胶水管胶水一样挤压该装置的挤压板 13 的外侧,当胶水挤出量达到预期水平后停止按压,胶水管胶水全部用完后将胶水管 2 拿出,再放入新的胶水管胶水重复使用。
本实施例的操作是简单易懂,胶水管胶水在 2 秒内就能放置入此装置,而且使用者无需借助任何使用说明就能很好使用此装置。挤胶时的手势手法和平时挤压胶水管胶水的手势手法完全一致,非常简单易用。
实施例 2
如图 6-7 所示,与实施例 1 不同之处在于,该挤胶器 1 的侧板设置为双向可挤压,侧板中的一个为挤压板 13 ,与底座 11 呈可挤压的弹性连接,另一个为固定板 12 ,但是固定板 12 里侧弹性连接另一挤压板 13a ,另一挤压板 13a 的按压部 13b 通过固定板 12 的开口 12a 露在外面,固定夹 15 的一端与固定板 12 上端相连接,挤压板 13 的挤压面都为斜面,斜面的倾斜角度与胶水管的外表面相适配,并且其中一个侧板的斜面的长度大于另一侧板的斜面长度。这样挤压时,两面都都可以往内按压挤出胶水。其他与实施例子 1 雷同。
实施例 3
如图 8 所示,一种挤胶器,包括底座 11 、两个侧板和固定夹 15 ,侧板的底部与底座 11 的左右两侧相连接,至少一个侧板为挤压板 13 。挤胶器设有的底座 11 使其直立放置,胶水管内的胶水不会与管口和瓶盖接触,减少胶水堵塞管口的机会。挤压板 13 为弹性板,由外向内施加挤压力时,挤压板 13 弹性向内移动,挤压其间放置的胶水;挤压力消失时,挤压板 13 向外恢复原状,对管装胶水施加的压力消失。固定夹 15 位于底座 11 的上方,固定夹 15 的一端与另一个侧板的上端相连接,固定夹 15 的中间设有供胶水管的管口伸出的通孔 151 ,底座 11 、二个侧板与固定夹 15 之间形成容置腔。
挤压板 13 末端与固定夹 15 之间设有间隙 17 ,即挤压板 13 与固定夹 15 之间设有空间,使两者不相连,这种结构保障了挤压板 13 可以发生弹性形变,进而挤压出胶水。
另一侧板为固定板 12 ,固定板 12 设有配合面 16 ,配合面 16 用于直接与管装胶水接触。固定夹 15 的一端与固定板 12 相连接。配合面 16 为斜板,斜板与固定板 12 固定连接,该种结构为单向挤压,即只直接施力于一个挤压板 13 ,进而挤压出胶水。与胶水管管身接触的部位采用可方便挤压的斜面设计,管口上设置固定夹,使得胶水管放置非常稳定,且操作简单易用。
挤压板 13 的外侧设有阶梯状便于挤压操作时用于防滑的凹凸纹路结构 131 。具体结构为:挤压板 13 包括按压板 132 、斜面板 133 ,按压板 132 和斜面板 133 之间设有至少一个挡板 134 ,挡板 134 高出按压板 132 的部分形成凹凸纹路结构 131 。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种管装胶水的挤胶器,设置在挤胶器内的胶水管以及胶水嘴,其特征在于包括:
    一底座,便于挤胶器直立放置;
    二侧板,侧板的底部与底座的左右两侧相连接,二侧板中的至少一个为挤压板,挤压板与底座呈可挤压的弹性连接,挤压板的内壁成型有与胶水管的外表面相接触便于胶水挤出的挤压面;
    一固定夹,位于底座的上方,固定夹的一端与其中一个侧板的上端相连接,固定夹的中间设有供胶水管的管口伸出的通孔,底座、二侧板与固定夹之间形成供胶水管的管身置入并定位的容置腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述侧板设置为单向可挤压,侧板中的一个为挤压板,另一个为固定板,固定板里侧面设置了配合面,固定夹的一端与固定板相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述侧板设置为双向可挤压,侧板中的一个为挤压板,另一个为固定板,固定板里侧弹性连接另一挤压板,另一挤压板的按压部通过固定板的开口露在外面,固定夹的一端与固定板相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述通孔的孔径与胶水嘴的外径相适配,在通孔的前侧设有供胶水管的管口插入的卡口,卡口的宽度略微小于胶水嘴的外径,安装时,胶水管从侧部插入挤胶器的二侧板之间,管口伸出固定夹外。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述挤压面或者配合面为斜面,斜面的倾斜角度与胶水管的外表面相适配,并且其中一个侧板的斜面的长度大于另一侧板的斜面长度。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述挤压板的外侧设有阶梯状便于挤压操作时用于防滑的凹凸纹路结构。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述底座、二侧板及固定夹采用塑胶一体成型的整体件。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述胶水管是铝质胶水管或塑料胶水管,胶水嘴通过螺纹连接套设在胶水管的管口上,盖帽盖在胶水嘴上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的管装胶水的挤胶器,其特征在于:所述底座采用平面状结构。
  10. 一种挤胶器,其特征在于,包括底座、两个侧板和固定夹,侧板的底部与底座的左右两侧相连接,至少一个侧板为挤压板,挤压板为弹性板,由外向内施加挤压力时,挤压板弹性向内移动,挤压力消失时,挤压板向外恢复原状;固定夹位于底座的上方,固定夹的一端与另一个侧板的上端相连接,固定夹的中间设有供胶水管的管口伸出的通孔,底座、二个侧板与固定夹之间形成容置腔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:挤压板末端与固定夹之间设有间隙。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:另一侧板为固定板,固定板设有配合面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:固定夹的一端与固定板相连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:配合面为斜板,斜板与固定板固定连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:固定板设有开口,配合面为另一个挤压板,通过开口直接施压于另一挤压板。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:挤压板的外侧设有阶梯状便于挤压操作时用于防滑的凹凸纹路结构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种挤胶器,其特征在于:挤压板包括按压板、斜面板,按压板和斜面板之间设有至少一个挡板,挡板高出按压板的部分形成凹凸纹路结构。
